Beds were new and comfortable. So glad to have a kitchen in the room. Best best best beach front in Fort Myers. Pool is relaxing. Evening bands are fun and the Tiki Bar is great.

Clean, well stocked and modern rooms. Food was average but their tiki bar was fantastic. Can't beat the view, so beautiful! The cheap prices for the cabanas right on the beach were so worth it

Performed a wedding ceremony on the beach at Outrigger, it is a beautiful place with a very nice beach. Outrigger also has a restaurant and a bar right at the beach as well

Awesome extended weekend getaway! We're locals that love going to the beach. We never get bored. Staff is great. Looking forward to our next time.

We own a timeshare at Diamond Head and are so pleased with our experience every time we arrive! The entire facility is well taken care of with new improvements always on the horizon

The staff are friendly, welcoming and remember you from visit to visit. Although we are retired and don't bring children when we visit, Diamond Head is a family friendly resort

There was hair on the bathroom floor and something splattered on the wall (my husband thought it was hair dye) in the bathroom. Nothing horrible, but some small things I noticed. The rest of the place was very clean

I'm not an early riser and I could hear the housekeepers cleaning rooms & talking early in the morning. As well as people talking loudly at night. Everything just echoed down the halls

This place has concrete walls in the hallway. Which I totally understand for hurricanes. However, everything in the halls echoes

There is two bars with live music and restaurant at the top of the hotel with a stunning beach view (inside and outside seats). Music is also played at the beach till 5pm with beach games

Depending on season, Lani Kai can be packed with people on their private beach and in the 'open on the beach' bar

There is usually live entertainment and even beach game contests such as hulahooping, water balloon throwing to a partner to see which team can be the only team that didn't burst their balloon, karaoke, and more! Winner(s) win a drink from the bar! (The Rum Runners are fantastic, especially if you ask for a 'floater' which you pay for, but is worth trying!) Of course winner must be of age, if underage...

Always lots of fun whether you play or watch!! Food, snacks, wings, etc. can be ordered by waitstaff that walk around the beach area

Makes for a fun day at the beach! With all the fun, one can lose track of time, so make sure to use sunscreen

Definitely a party hotel but not much going on when we were there since it was cold outside. Taco stand and Edelweiss hamburgers across the street is great for a quick bite

Clean, friendly staff, close with good parking, kitchenette, 2 pools and great beach with plenty of chairs. Wonderful stay! Will definitely be back!

Went there December 10th, and what a great place to stay! On the beach yet close enough to stores and dining. Staff was more than helpful during the stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. 2 heated pool and workout room

Heated outdoor pools, free beach chairs. No breakfast and was room was really pricey night we stayed (we were there on New year's Eve). Service was great, room was nice and clean. No elevator, but only 2 floors

It had a great location. Great for the pets. I’m handicapped so taking chair to beach was difficult. Pools great.

There's a reason we come back every year. The employees at the Neptune are all there to make your stay a pleasurable one, with one man even helping me bust open a coconut that I found on the beach

My favorite hotel in Florida! The staff at the front desk are always happy and helpful. Good coffee served for free in the lobby round the clock. Located on an excellent portion of the beach

The views were OUTSTANDING! Beach within walking distance and a quiet, clean pool area. Even has a hot tub, which was awesome! The check in was quick and easy and the man working at the desk was friendly

They have a great pool and deck with jacuzzi. And they keep their Weber propane grills in top shape, too. Not overly expensive, but then never been here in high season

Away from all of the obnoxious party scene (I am in my early 20s and I myself cannot stand it, the noise near Lani Kai is ridiculous). Lots of Ubers and Lyfts around if you need a ride up the beach

Been going to Pointe Estero for 15 years. The building is a unique high-rise with beach views from every condo. They are always updating their condos, although not as quickly as you might like

Great location - on the beach, away from the craziness of times square, near a handful of resteraunts to walk to, and near a trolley stop

The beach itself was wonderful, wasn't overly crowded, the sand was beautiful white, and soft! Also a perfect place for sunset watching! The staff was very friendly too! Very kind and knowledgeable about what's to offer on the island! Only recommendation I have is for parking

The rooms had plenty of space and wonderful views. The adult only pool was perfect for those of us without kids! Great way to get away

The rooms aren't the nicest but we weren't in the room much at all. The room felt a bit crowded for our family of 3, but it worked. Was awesome to walk right out to the beach and be able to rent chairs

Overall a great stay! We spent 5 nights here at end of June. The first nights were very relaxing and the beach wasn't crowded. Once the 4th of July crowd moved in, it became a bit loud and crowded

Our last night we heard lots of noise for most of the night. Parking became an issue the last days. Several cars in the lot without tags left us searching for a spot

You're only supposed to be allowed one car per room, but if you leave at night you most likely won't have a spot to come back to unless you stack vehicles under the third building, then you're at the mercy at hoping you aren't blocked in

I loved this place so nice clean and lovely. They don't have a pool but that's ok because the beach is right there. Just make sure your bring bottle water because it dont taste good .The people are great.

Nice quiet place right on the beach! Management very nice, place is well stocked and clean. Publix is within walking distance too, so we used the kitchen a lot.

Visited friends in town who were renting for a 10 day multi generation family celebration. On the white sand beaches of Estero Island, lovely time and lovely accommodations.

Fantastic place to stay if you want to enjoy a beautiful pool, stunning beaches and breathtaking sunsets. The local food that I've experienced is yummy as well.

Beautiful resort on the beach. The pool area is extra large and frequently rated as the best in Fort Myers Beach.

Carribean Beach Club is a nice place to stay. Every room has an ocean view and it's a very short walk to the beach. They also have bikes to use, which is nice. There's a nice pool and hot tub and lots of lounge chairs

Have been visiting Caribbean Beach Club since before it became a timeshare. Always enjoyed our stay, although the weather may not have cooperated every time. The staff go out of their way to be helpful.

We stayed at the Mango Street Inn for just a few nights but left wishing we stayed longer! Dan and Tree were such great hosts, we felt right at home the moment we got there
