Ice machine was cool. Shower was alittle touchy and hard to work. But bed was nice and then breakfast was great.

The customer service reps here are so kind! I'd recommend them just for that alone but to be honest our whole stay was amazing! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower pressure was perfect! When we woke up the next morning we took full advantage of the free breakfast. Hands down the best breakfast from any hotel we ever stayed at! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

This hotel was very nice. Clean comfortable rooms. I really loved the fact that there is a light in the closet as well. Helpful staff. I'm airline crew and my suitcase handle broke while I was on my trip, the maintenance man Todd, jumped into action and fixed it! Put my mind at ease, thank you Todd! I loved the on-site restaurant. Nice dinner and hot breakfast!

Very nice staff and a convenient location to the Convention Center. I was pleased that they have a Starbucks on-premise. The room was clean but in serious need of an update. Most hotels have USB charging ports in the room, this hotel has not upgraded to this feature. Beds are very soft, so if you like soft beds, you will sleep well.

Wonderful and comfy, totally worth the price. We stayed the night for our anniversary and loved it. Room was spacious, TV was huge, and at night with room lights out and only the TV on it is dark and cool and quiet. Restaurant in the lobby is excellent, not a big menu but super tasty and very nice staff. 😋

Clean and decent staff. But if it's not the noise from some construction drilling, it was the cleaning crew who kept knocking on doors and screaming housekeeping from 6am to 9:30. Couldn't sleep at all. Breakfast croissant was exceptionally hard for a croissant(seemed like it was from the morning before). Wasn't impressed for a Hilton hotel...nice location though, was easy to walk to different establishments...

I stay at at various Hyatt Place hotels at least once monthly and am particularly fond of the chain. This HP was just okay. This location felt like it had been a little bit abused by the guests during their stays. The elevator needed a good polish and some of the walls in hallways a very good scrub especially when entering your room. The room was clean and identical to every other HP I have stayed...

I drove from Illinois to Indiana for business and stayed at the Hyatt in Fort Wayne. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. I was having a bit of car trouble as this winter has been pretty harsh with the freezing temperatures. Unfortunately, my car wouldn't start one day and was stuck in the parking space. One of the maintenance men and what I believe is to be the shuttle bus driver actually...

We always love staying at the Hyatt Place. This was our first stay at the one in fort Wayne. It's as good as the others. It's clean, the staff are awesome and it's always so comfy. They let housekeeping have the day off on Christmas which was a huge plus in my book. Their breakfast is always so good too. Plenty of food, always clean and really deliciously cooked food. We will continue to choose Hyatt...

Location and amenities were great. Staff at front counter and main office weren't as attentive as I would have assumed. Phone kept ringing over and over at the reception counter without answer and front office mgr was in their office, could clearly hear the phone but made no attempt to answer or get someone who would.

the beds were amazingly comfortable. and the view of the baseball field was cool. the shower was great and water pressure with being in the 6th floor was spot on.

Very nice hotel and we loved the view of ballpark. Great downtown location with Starbucks, Champions restaurant and the Bistro (good food). Free parking and breakfast! Will come back again when we can stay the whole weekend and enjoy the city:)

Short review as was there for only about 7 hours with our late check-in. Nice facility. Friendly staff even though it was 2 am. Clean & spacious room with decent view of the baseball field. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is great, happy they had a good place to eat. The house keeping was good, and very polite. The staff was always smiling and helpful with any questions we had. Enjoyed our time there. There are a lot of kids for sports events so keep that in mind. The hotel connects to the theatre place which was helpful when we stayed there.

The Courtyard went above and beyond in customer service. When their airport shuttle was full they paid for us to take a cab immediately. The managers checked in several times to make sure we were having a pleasant stay. The restaurant manager brought us a sample of an entree to try before we ordered. The facilities were great. Excellent hotel!

Wow! The nicest Courtyard I've stayed at. This is a huge hotel right in the heart of downtown. In fact, we almost missed it because we were looking for a much smaller property. I parked right in front to check in and no one gave me a hard time. The very attractive front desk women were friendly, competent and made the check in process a great start to our stay. For the conference I attended, this was an excellent venue. The facilities were neat and clean, and the audio/visual equipment all worked well. Even the lunch was good. I would gladly attend a conference here again.

The food is VERY tasty, and the service is great. I highly recommend going here for breakfast/ brunch. You won't regret it!

Easy to get to, right off I69. The rooms are very nice, with comfortable beds (although the bathrooms are a little "cozy"). We didn't get room service, but the service from our servers at the conference meals were terrific! Will definitely stay there again, if the need arises!

Cool wedding venue. Didn't stay the night, but seemed like a lot going on with the pool for visitors. Hallways and a few public spaces seemed a bit dated but again, I have no experience with any of the rooms since I was there for a wedding. The wedding room itself in the domed area was nice.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The beds were on the hard side (personal preference). Staff we ran into were great. Disappointed my room did not have not non decaf coffee, but the Kuerig was nice.

Had an plumbing issue that forced us to change rooms after fully settling in. Not good when you arrive in the late evening. Have stayed here before and had great experiences. Just not this time

The beds were very comfy. They are to high off the ground for shorter people, my mil had a hard time. But the customer service was the best. Christina was at the desk when we I checked in and she was great. I had food delivered and she went out of her way to help make sure I had everything I needed for a great night stay . I am riding a bike across the country and have stayed in 60 different hotels in the last 2 months and I have had a range of experiences. The Holiday Inn Purdue Fort Wayne was my top of list. The front desk staff far exceeded expectations and all the staff (cleaning, restaurant, etc) I met were incredibly kind. The hotel was spotless. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for doing an awesome job!!

I grew up in New Haven and come back often from Lexington KY to visit family and friends. I have tried several other affordable hotels and came across this one in March of this year and have since spent 10 overnights at Fair Bridge while taking care of my brother who was in the hospital. I found the staff to be very cordial and accommodating and the rooms to be large and very quiet for a great night...

The room was very clean. Pool was clean and water was comfortable. Check in was smooth, very friendly staff. Breakfast area was clean and had good choices. Motel was quiet and I had good sleep. No complain about wifi. Easy access to major high ways and close to all shops.

A clean facility at a great price with a spacious room and a good, hot shower. Nothing to get excited about with the continental breakfast. More like a snack, but hey, it's free. Our only complaint about the room was the bed was very hard.

I enjoyed my stay here. Workers were polite. Had trouble getting the door open when I first got to My room. My friend booked my room. He asked me about the room, I explained it. He told me I should of had a double room with bed in one side and furniture in the other side. I didn't get that at all. But I slept well in the comfortable bed.

Convenient location directly off I-69, with a variety of restaurants within a very short distance (walking distance for me) and one right next door with full service bar. Lovely Hotel. Breakfast only runs from 6 to 9:30am, not very much selection - but still better than nothing. Not really much around the hotel. Van shuttle from airport to hotel, just give them a call. Fridge and microwave in the room. Pool is nice and clean. Great hotel staff!

Touring entertainer Jorge Machean recently stayed here after performing near by and loved the property! The room was great, quiet, and clean. There was a laundry room to get some clothes done while eating the free breakfast, and check-out was nice and easy. My husband and I are staying at Comfort Suites in Fort Wayne for 4 nights. So far it's been great. We are in a King Suite with a Jetted Tub. Breakfast is pretty good, so far we have had make-your-own waffles, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, donuts, fruit, cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, juice, coffee, milk....and more. There is an exercise room, indoor pool, guest laundry room, ice machines, daily...

Cozy atmosphere in lobby with fireplace. Nice pool. King bed suite was comfortable with sofa and dry bar. Love the shower and did not miss the lack of a tub. Hot breakfast with eggs and taste turkey sausages along with all the usual extras. Would definitely stay again

Our dining experience was great. Great food, our server, Doug, was fantastic, and the atmosphere was amazing (we sat on the lounge side). Breakfast was nice, but not exceptional. The same hostess for both dinner and breakfast was rude and seemed annoyed. Our room was very comfy and spacious. We will return.

Clean rooms. The best thing about them : Friendly staff, great breakfast and dinner. They have succulent stake and Cod fish. I give them a four star because all good things keep improving... I have no complaints. It is a must that you try their dinner!

Exterior leaves a poor first impression but the interior sure makes up for it. The slick, old fashioned decor makes it a memorable experience. I got the handicap suite because I was having surgery and live to far to go home after and was how very well the room met my needs.

The hotel is undergoing construction but that didn't hinder the cleanliness of the hotel or the hospitality of the staff. We were in town for a show choir competition and had 75+ staying overnight. Breakfast was hot and they kept the food coming to make sure everyone had something to eat.

Great room at a great price. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, they had a great hot breakfast too, hash brown potatoes, scrambled eggs and honey glazed kielbasa, it was delicious!

Our stay was ok. The rooms could use a refreshing but reasonably comfortable. Getting to the hotel was not fun. The "street" was a bumpy mess. I have five stars for service because the complimentary breakfast was really good. The cooked foods were properly prepared and there was a nice selection of items.

My partners and I stayed here a whole week. We stayed on the 3rd floor it was very pleasant. The staff were nice and friendly. The room was amazing it was so massive. The view was beautiful. It's a great place to stay Highly recommend.

The hotel itself is okay if not the best Best Western I have been in and definitely not the worst. They have kept the rooms up to date and very clean. Breakfast could use a lot of work. They are using an old slushy machine for their juices. I guess too cheap to buy a proper juice dispenser.

I recently stayed for two nights at the Best Western Luxbury Inn and had a very positive experience. The rooms were clean, the pool was well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent. The service was also top-notch. I stayed in Room 208 on the 2nd floor, which was decent overall. While I could hear the highway, that was expected. However, there was some noise from the neighboring room at 1-2 a.m...

Fabulous find! We struck gold. For this price point everyone should be giving this hotel 5 Plus stars not to mention their kindness in accommodating your pet with certain first floor rooms. Clean room, nice comfortable bed, and good water pressure. However the wifi was down and the office person didn't seem to care. When you are traveling for work internet is vital. There breakfast was good, nothing to write home about, but good. Overall it was ok. Just fix the wifi!

Reserved a room with a king bed. Got two double beds instead. Having a medical problem with my shoulder and the small bed was a problem. It was so small my feet hung over the end. Staff was unwilling to help and not empathetic.

A new property for then was a LA Quinta before. Doing a good job renovating. Coffee is great and staff attentive.

Cheap, comfortable, quiet, and clean. Booked for a week and every day I have been coming home to a very clean room. Staff is also very friendly. The only problem I have is that the hot water isn't very hot and it doesn't stay on for longer than 5 minutes. Since that has been the only problem so far, I don't feel like it warrants a star.

Couldn't get there from here because you can NOT turn left onto Ellison Road from the main off of I-69. You have to drove past it, and figure out where you can make a U-turn to come back and then turn right onto Ellison Road to get to the hotel. Hotel website and GPS did not explain this. Hotel was ok. The room is ok and pretty clean. A LOT of highway NOISE! ...Wow. Probably the loudest hotel room...

Great stay! Huge room and comfy beds. Breakfast in the morning was getting low and Sandy was there and offered us some fresh cheese omelettes and fresh bacon. It was delivered to us too! They still had a ton of other options that were good too. What amazing service! If you are in the area and need to decide, service sets this hotel apart.

Only problem I had was the hot tub was really noisy as it was sucking the extra water back in.. I couldn't stay in there very long.. so I went back in my room and took a bath instead. The check in girl was amazing ! Room was perfect for my family Breakfast was perfect selection of food.

Employees from the front desk to the cooks are wonderful. Only problem was a big one. Sheets and baby mattress we stained especially the baby mattress. Surprisingly good and competitive, good cutomer appreciation on Weds. TownePlace Suites is overall just great. Every one of the staff members that I met were very, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious with plenty of surfaces to work, eat, or use for whatever is needed. There is a kitchen area with a fridge, sink, plenty of cabinet space, and everything you'd need. Our room was great, it was even equipped for hearing impaired with door bell light and smoke detector light. Had we brought my nephew and niece who is hearing impaired these features would be perfect. More places should have them! We dropped to 3 stars because the pool was dirty. My 9yr old refused to swim in it due to the dirt on the bottom. You know it's bad when a child refuses to go in it

10-15min away from downtown, close to highway, good eating options close by, kitchen to fix you something if needed. American type breakfast (changed every day but eggs, fruits, meat, coffee, cereals, oat, ... ) Relatively quiet room, constant faded noise from highway. Clean, AC working well but noisy so turned off during sleep.

We had a very nice stay at Staybridge Suites in Fort Wayne. The front desk staff, cleaning staff, and staff at the breakfast bar we're all very friendly and accommodating. The place is clean and updated. Breakfast has a lot of great choices including healthy ones. It would be nice to have some hooks in the bathroom for your towels. Also in our suite there were handles on the inside of the bedroom...

I will never stay at another hotel in Fort Wayne! Simply the best service you can imagine, they are kind, the breakfast is 5☆ and they were so patient with my nephew and his friends (teen boys) who were having a party there. Amazing!

Good all around experience. Not fancy but nice, and a great choice especially for travelers that desire kitchen access in the room. Great for an extended stay, and some suites have 2 sepeate bedrooms and 2 separate baths. Breakfast is nice and similar to other chains like Hilton and Marriott. Overall good value.

Unfortunately, I've got to lower my rating this time. The housekeeping staff woke me up shortly before 7 am. The desk attendant blamed it on customers who don't notify the front desk upon checking out, and there would be a large number of check outs that day. I can certainly sympathize with the workload involved, especially with staffing issues. But waking me up that early is not acceptable. ...

Ok hotel. Nice room, although feels a little dated. Breakfast left a bit to be desired. It was a wide variety of options, but because of that most everything was a bit dried out, overripe, etc.

This Hampton Inn has been built for quite a while. Well clean, you can tell it was not built recently. Easy check-in and front desk was friendly. The rooms where pretty much what I would expect for a mid priced hotel. A good stay, but nothing extraordinary.

I had 3 rooms here for my family last weekend. The rooms were clean and modern the staff was amazingly friendly even the cook! The pool was over-run by 15+ preteens throwing beach balls, running, and jumping everywhere with only 2 adults "watching" them. The breakfast bar was nice. It would be better with more hot item choices. The pool was clean but there was so much chlorine in the air your eyes would burn just for sitting in the area. Overall a good hotel.

This was an overall great experience. The service was great, location was good, and amenities were nice. I love these are true suites with full kitchen. The only thing was the room had two AC units one for the common area and the other for the bedroom. They both would not work at the same time and did not keep the room at a consistent temperature. Rooms were relatively clean, well kept, and had all the basic necessities. Staff was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately when we stayed there was a very loud party going on in a nearby room that lasted a few hours without anyone stopping it. Because of this we had some trouble sleeping.

Extremely impressed with the free breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, hard boiled eggs, waffles,with all the toppings, even sprinkles and whipped cream. Cereal and danishes too. So much to choose from, and of vourse, fresh fruit.

The rooms are extremely clean and spacious. The entrance is warm and inviting. I love the added fun of the cups and pops of creativity. Staff was courteous and fun.

The concierge was really nice during check in, she understood my needing a quiet place to sleep and she was able to accommodate us. The room (320) is very nice, so was the bathroom. Speaking of bathroom, the tub, that tub was pure trickery... it's much deeper than it looks. Clearly I'm very happy with my stay and I look forward to another stay, very soon.

Aging facilities with signs of wear as soon as you walk up to the building. The lobby and common areas are clean and well kept. And the Fron desk staff are helpful and friendly. Location has a bar, restaurant and a sundries shop on site. The room was just ok, fairly clean just dirt and hair on the top blanket and no bed bug bag on the mattress like most hotel chains make standard now. And some dust...

We found the staff (Kristi and Brian-the GM) were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The AC in our room was not functioning so Brian replaced the whole unit. He was friendly and personable....deserves a shout-out. We found ALL the staff to be really helpful. We would stay here again.

It's okay. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. My room was comfortable and everything worked well except the room I had seemed to always tend toward being very cold. I was in town with a large group. Even in the current times, the room price seemed high. I stay in Fort Wayne often for business and know there are better options for the price paid. Room was clean, everyone who works there is pleasant. But, the tv stations leave a lot to be desired. 4 ESPN’s, 1 HBO, a bunch of things like Lifetime and Hallmark. Boring.

I had a single king size bed and stayed for one night. When you first walk in, the hotel looks pleasant and pretty modern. I was greated by a very polite gentleman at the front desk named Robert. I would say he was one of the highlights of my visit at this hotel and needs mentioning specifically. He helped me check out in a hurry and provided great conversation when I arrived. Everything was very clean, staff was very friendly! Has indoor pool, hot tub, and in room wifi. No free breakfast tho and the lights in the very large bathroom were very bright!

Clean, no odd smells, comfortable bed. Friendly people. Good continental breakfast with plenty to choose from.

This was a pretty nice hotel. The staff was nice. The breakfast was decent but could be better. My first room was way too hot and the air conditioner did not work which sucked! Good thing, they had another room available on the same floor that we could move to.

I've stayed several times. The team is is very accommodating, and there several options for dining around the property. The hotel has always been clean with no problems. Thanks making my stay a good one.
