Rooms were clean although you'll get your steps in to get to it! But the hotel is interesting to walk around, it's definitely dated of course. The higher the room, the quieter it will be, unless you get dumb neighbors. But we didn't have a problem getting to sleep.
The bartender in the lobby bar will serve you if you look like money, otherwise you'll be ignored. But the restaurant on the premises is very good and servers are very attentive.
The pool and hot tub outside are heated and are a nice place to escape the crowd.

Generally an okay hotel, but don’t expect anything above and beyond. It’s a wannabe Embassy Suites without the happy hour, breakfast, or personal staff. And if you want anything that’s not exactly standard, dream on. I had planned to use the pool after check out, as one does, but was flatly denied by staff, including the grounds manager because after checkout, I was technically no longer a guest. Use of the pool was the main reason I chose this hotel, and after the non-personal and borderline rude interaction I just had with management, I won’t be staying here again. Way to waste a good opportunity to garner a future guest, Hilton.

Overall a great stay here. Rooms were solid, new huge TV’s, decent beds, nice lobby bar, coffee bar, full restaurant (though I never went), seems pretty full service with a solid amount of amenities. The front desk was nice during check/in and out. As even noted by a couple Fresno locals I interacted with “this is the most decent hotel in the area” and it seems to be very true. Free parking right outside the hotel was an unexpected treat. There seems to be pretty good security presence to prevent car break-ins, etc. Downtown Fresno seems to be pretty rundown in general and unfortunately there are people strung out on drugs here and there but over my three night stay I never saw any of that right by the hotel which was nice. Another note about downtown, I walked around to get lunch a few times during the day and it felt totally safe, I think the night is probably a little more sketchy.

Amazing hotel! It had a nice lobby with a gift shop, waterfall, and restaurant. The rooms were nice! They even gave us a free cookie. While not warm, it was free, so I can't complain. Just remember, the TV's only have cable, so I would bring a streaming box (especially if you are staying multiple nights). Overall I would come back. This is by far the best location I have ever been to!

Stayed here for close proximity to Fresno airport for a flight the next day. I appreciated the free parking & the staff was very nice. The main lobby is very cool with the restaurant seating & fountain with the hallways overlooking it, but my second story room was so loud because of it. I can hear glasses clinking & people talking from my room. The gym was also very small with limited equipment (dumbbells, 1 bench & a couple pieces of cardio equipment). I got dinner at the restaurant & my medium rare steak was much closer to well done. The $4 soda (before tax & 18% service charge) was a 12oz can.
Overall a fine hotel, but I’ll stay elsewhere next time I’m in town

Stayed recently for a nearby conference. Solid hotel. Rooms recently remodeled and pretty well done. Location is great if you have something going on downtown or at the nearby convention center. Not much else going on though. I'd expect most guests will be business travelers so the hotel shouldn't be too beat up and will remain nice for awhile.

My wife and I liked everything about this hotel -- spacious room, friendly staff, excellent restaurant, beautiful atrium with amazing lartge waterfall, not too expensive.

We attended a seminar at the hotel in one of the convention rooms. The feel of the hotel was Mid-Century Modern. The atrium was an unexpected surprise. It was a nice surprise in downtown Fresno. The hotel felt a bit lonely. Not a lot of staff, not a lot of people in the hotel. I guess I am just used to going or vacationing at busy, more lively vacation hot spots that is why I felt the atmosphere was more quiet in that area. I could not give a full on review because we did not check in the hotel but just attended an event for 2 days.

There is absolutely nothing around in walking distance and unfortunately the neighborhood is unsafe with little to no security.
The hotel itself has wonderful rooms and comfy beds. The fitness area is tiny, lacking most average expectations and HOT! No fan in the tiny workout room. I did not utilize the pool.
Food/menu is boring and basic. Staff is ok. Cleaning staff was more polite than the front desk.
In my opinion, very overpriced for what you get.
