Rooms were clean although you'll get your steps in to get to it! But the hotel is interesting to walk around, it's definitely dated of course. The higher the room, the quieter it will be, unless you get dumb neighbors. But we didn't have a problem getting to sleep. The bartender in the lobby bar will serve you if you look like money, otherwise you'll be ignored. But the restaurant on the premises is...
Overall a great stay here. Rooms were solid, new huge TV’s, decent beds, nice lobby bar, coffee bar, full restaurant (though I never went), seems pretty full service with a solid amount of amenities. The front desk was nice during check/in and out. As even noted by a couple Fresno locals I interacted with “this is the most decent hotel in the area” and it seems to be very true. Free parking right outside...
Amazing hotel! It had a nice lobby with a gift shop, waterfall, and restaurant. The rooms were nice! They even gave us a free cookie. While not warm, it was free, so I can't complain. Just remember, the TV's only have cable, so I would bring a streaming box (especially if you are staying multiple nights). Overall I would come back. This is by far the best location I have ever been to!
My wife and I liked everything about this hotel -- spacious room, friendly staff, excellent restaurant, beautiful atrium with amazing lartge waterfall, not too expensive.
Front desk staff was very pleasant. And the rooms were comfortable and quiet. Few complaints, other than the fact that maid services shut down. Down. I believe too many hotels have taken advantage of covid in this area.
Was in town for a competition at Tower Theatre so it was convenient in location being close to highways 99 / 41 / 180 and to the venue itself. Clean and quiet hotel. Reserved a 1 King bedroom which included; King size bed, couch, desk, TV, refrigerator, safe, etc. My ONLY reason for not providing a 5 star review, was that there are not any microwaves available to the room which resulted in me having...

This place is really close to the airport. The staff were great and welcoming. It was easy to check-in and out. They were always happy to help us. I really appreciate that. On the down side. The hotel looks like it could use some renovating. They advertised a pool, but it was too cold to swim in it. Two of my brothers were freezing coming out of the pool. They had to stay under their blankets...
Staff were kind & accommodating, and the rooms were cozy with working heat. Hotel definitely shows its age. I was staying here on business so it didn't matter that the pool was down the whole week for maintenance. Overall I would book this location again.
It was a good stay at Wyndham hotel. The bed was very comfortable and pillows were amazing, very clean, and staff helped with my requests. It is close to the airport and shuttle driver was friendly. I will stay on my return.
I checked in for my 45th birthday. They did not have the correct room. It was a smaller room. We paid the same amount. The next night we got the correct room. But the first night I saw an employee from my second floor window walking around the pool looking at adult pictures. Then, the pool was never stocked with towels. The pool is the main reason for going to the hotel. My son loves to swim. The...
The hotel vstaff was the best I have experienced in the past year and a half. The bed was very comfortable after the cross country trip I had that day. Bar and dinner looked enticing, and I was to tired to experience them. There's a sweet looking pool and indoor area. I mean, there was a champagne glass looking waterfall! 5/7, will bring swim trunks next time.
Staff was great. Food was just okay. Very mediocre but nice there are options without going all the way to McKinley to find food. Indoor swimming pool is a huge plus and they have a bar for drinks.

I really liked this place. Interesting people everywheren The owner is nice as long as you don't f#€k around. The elevator is haunted though. The staff here are fantastic. Cleaning staff were totally cool, but you won't be getting that towel deposit back. Like, at all.
First room we were given hadn't been clean. The gentleman at the front desk quickly apologized and gave us a new room, and without mentioning it, gave us a room with bigger beds which was awesome. The cleaning staff was nice and helpful, I had a lot of stuff to move and she let me use their linen cart to make the process easy on me. They said I would be able to pay for a second night in the AM without...
I always enjoy my stay here. The person at the front desk are always so nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The only thing that bothered me was during the winter the heater is always on and its not adjustable! So I was so hot my entire stay wich was about a week. Other then that I love staying here and I always feel safe here.
The room was very nice for the amount we paid ($60), although the shower didn't work and I found a dead cockroach in one of the drawers. But hey, I live a very nice house that is cleaned regularly but we occasionally get cockroaches too because we're located near a canal. I believe the roach wasn't there because the room was "dirty", because the room was surprisingly clean, but because of the location...
Not quite the best neighborhood but it is within good distance of pretty much everything. Theyre in the process of renovating but it still needs a lot more TLC. Minor problems with most of the rooms. Fairly quiet at night. Pillows could be better. Cleaning crew needs to be a little more thorough. Id stay again however it may not be my first choice.
This is a very clean hotel, inside the rooms and the landscape. It is a huge facility I am guessing around 300+ rooms. It would be great to book for a large event, family or business. The rates are in the middle range not to high or to low. But booking with the Priceline app. as a member their price cut deals are great. It's very close to half the original price. Also the staff is young, trendy and...

Decent stay. Breakfast was sufficient, and quality was as expected. The restaraunt at the hotel was a Tapas and it was good and a bit pricey if you are looking to get full on an empty stomache here. The bread that was given with the fondue was pretty stale, but the pork belly, patatas were good. Free laundry is nice. The pool was clean, and the towels were provided at the pool. The room was fine except...
Great room for a great price. Great breakfast. Great pool. Front desk people are very nice. Love staying there.
I love Hotel Piccadilly, have stayed here twice. Old school charming place with lots of room, bungalow style rooms spread over many acres. Nice pool and hot tubs. Beautiful landscaping, feels like a park. Friendly professional staff. Good breakfast. A hidden gem! Try the Limelight restaurant nearby, a super cool retro spot.
Large rooms. Quiet air-conditioning. Lovely setting...on 8 acres of land. Plentiful parking. Has a beautiful looking restaurant that was unfortunately closed (open Tuesday -Saturday) but certainly had an intriguing menu. Great value.
We were very happy with our king bed room. The customer service from check-in to check-out we outstanding. Really appreciated the phone call to our room after we checked in to see how our room was and if we needed anything.. We had been driving for over 8 hrs so we really appreciated the pool. The restaurant and especially the food were again, outstanding. My only suggestion would be to make the breakfast...
Nice hotel! Large clean rooms, probably the room design is a bit out of fashion but that I just love about this hotel . They take very good care of the interior. My king size bed was super cosy. The other thing I loved is the garden of the hotel. They take very good care of it as well. It is beautiful. You may have breakfast in the morning in the garden area. The staff is very friendly and helpful...

I absolutely love Motel 6 North. This motel has been my Home away from home for the last year. The staff is incredible everyone is so friendly and always helpful. I have been staying at motel 6 for 15 or more years and they have gotten steadily better over the years. The one I stayed at in Fresno was clean, modernized, and updated in appearance and comfortability. The staff was great also. Best deal in a budget motel especially if you reserve online at their website.
Overall hospitality was second to none. Room cleaning service was spectacular. Service members at the front desk were amazing. Morning coffee was greatly appreciated. Security guard was courteous Room was quite presentable No problems at all to speak of. Pricing was appropriate for the room. Room smelled nice and stayed nice throughout my stay. Pretty solid 3 star place. Buildings are slightly old, which can make things seem less "nice." But everything seems clean and workable. Air condition in my room worked well. The beds were a bit stiff, but it was fine for a few nights. The elevator was super old and made me nervous, so I took the stairs most of the time. The free breakfast was really sad. It was one or two kinds of cold cereal with...
Nice room set up with lots of space. The beds are big, the bathroom is decent with ample space and there's a small closet area when you walk in. There's also a door mirror on the outside of the bathroom door. The front entrance requires your room card in order to enter the building to the hall with the rooms so you get some security with that.
Worth the price of admission. Pretty cheap price, and hotel was just fine. Pool was closed, which wasn't great, but that is a temporary issue. They have a hot tub, which I love in a hotel. All in all, a good place to stay the night
The building is old and outdated, but it is CLEAN. There is plenty of room. Its all hardwood floors which causes noise to carry and the gates are broken. For the price, it deserves 5 stars. For the cleanliness 5 Stars. But there is mold and rust in the bathrooms and some tiles are about to fall out. I would have given 3 stars, but it is CLEAN! The ice machines don't work either. I would certainly...
I stayed at this hotel for four nights last month and have no complaints! The hotel room was clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff helped me with extra shampoo and the front desk staff helped me to print and fax a form I needed sent out asap. It was a great experience!
Good value. The price is right. Location is Central Fresno. Convenient. Building has been around a long time. If you don’t want to spend a lot of money but find a place to stay that’s decent, University Square hotel is the place.

Staffs were really nice to me. We stayed from January 4 through January 8, 2022. The front desk staff was awesome. They were attentive and helped with any requests we had. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Absolutely no problems. Would stay there again. The only thing was the neighborhood at night is not safe. It is a business district. During the day there are no problems. We walked to Dennys and Starbucks.
WiFi is broken if you use a Chromebook. No amenity for concierge members. Bus noises start at 5am that you can hear from the 9th floor. And plenty of shady people in the lobby.

I would never come back to this place again, they have bed bugs. I had and awful experience, and the management did nothing. They don't care about their costumer. Definitely never coming back!
Bring your own air conditioner. All of our rooms are 76 degrees. Might be cooler sleeping in the park across from here
The fire alarm isn't intrusive at all luckily, nearly didn't wake me up! Free complimentary ham mask from staff, ask the front desk.

We had a quick overnight at this location and it was great! The staff was extremely helpful during check in, the room was very comfortable and clean and the amenities are perfect! They have a nice bar/lounge in the lobby, a convenient concession bar at the front desk (try the peanut butter cookies) and to top it off they serve a tasty buffet breakfast in the mornings. 10/10 would recommend!
I got to my room. I put down my bag and grab the remote. Wanted to just relax since I'm on a business trip. I could not turn on the TV. I went to the thermostat to turn on the A/C. We stayed at this Hyatt for two nights in July 2022 this hotel is modern with clean rooms, which is very important to us. We were satisfied as well the complimentary breakfast buffet we would definitely stay again. It is a plus that the hotel is located within a few minutes to many restaurants and department stores.
Pricey hotel to stay at....fairly new but the automatic shades in my first room didn't work and the ice machine was out of ice. Nice modern rooms but noticed wear and tear in my 2nd room (scuffs and scrapes on the walls and floorboards). Hotel bar and breakfast area. Breakfast selections were not any better than cheaper hotels. Overall disappointed in value for the money.

Recently stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding in town. I was very satisfied with our experience at the hotel. We stayed 2 nights here July 4th weekend. The service staff were friendly. Room was a little older and not as large for a double, but otherwise clean and worked for us. Hotel is nice and clean. They’re back to normal breakfast service as of our stay on June 19, 2021. Only knock is the nearby railroad - audible but not building-shaking.

This is an older hotel but it is very well kept and clean. The rooms are large and if you're on the ground floor you have a full sized sliding door that goes out to a nicely landscaped area and an outdoor pool. The price is great and includes a breakfast of eggs, toast, hash browns and choice of bacon or sausage.
Event coordinator it's rude as hell. Reception seems lost doesn't even know what rooms they have and the rooms 🙄 not a fan they look clean... but when you really pay attention you can see the dust, spider webs, wall paper falling on the corners and it just seems so out dated. But yeah they need better staff and a friendlier coordinator manager. Don't host your events here that's for sure. Food was...
Located directly across the street from the airport it’s very convenient for those flying out of the area. The back part of their parking lot does back up to a gas station and looks slightly sketchy at night. The place is well maintained and clean. Our room was clean and I had no complaints other than the pillows are pretty flat, which is a big deal to me but may not be to others. There is a fridge...
I have always liked this place because of the value it offers. However, when I visited recently, the room had an empty soda bottle under one piece of furniture and a horse pill that was at least an inch long was on the carpet in the middle of the room. I never liked the fact that the large, two story property has only 2 ice machines. The hotel is very convenient for those using the Fresno Yosemite...
We booked this hotel last minute and didn't know what to expect. The 70's design was kind of fun. But it definitely needs some work. The mattress wasn't comfortable and I was afraid I would fall off if I got too close to the side. We were on the 2nd floor. I'm guessing there was an elevator somewhere, but nowhere near our side of the building. In an old hotel there weren't many plugs. It would be nice...
The location is unbearable if you need to use the Fresno airport. It is literally across the street. The rooms are a bit dated, but they were alright. We did have an issue where we were accidentally assigned a room that had not been prepped already. I will probably give them another chance. The hotel is also very affordable I'd you need to stay close to the airport.

Room is clean. Location near a mall with lots of food choices. The pool and jacuzzi were closed. I had been lookin forward to them after a long day of driving. Just one night and on the road again, so no big deal, but...
Large mini suite style rooms with fridges and microwaves. Breakfast is free and okay, but as always with this hotel level, high in sugar / fat / salt. Wifi was strong although best to use a vpn as it is not too secure. Location in North Fresno business area is best feature, as hotel is very close to lots of dining, retail, and business (mostly medical offices, hospitals, banks).
Modestly priced for a very clean and modern hotel. We slept like babies after a long drive. Although our stay was brief, we were both definitely appreciative of the nice accommodations.
My daughter and I stayed 3 nights over the Christmas weekend at the Fresno site on Herndon. We received excellent service all around, and want to particularly single out Esterlin at the front desk. We had several encounters with her over that time. Each one was very pleasant and professional but even more was her friendliness making us feel right at home. So let me start by saying I am so impressed on how well this hotel has done since the new management has taken over. I have stayed in the past and the negative reviews reflect what is said. However, I just stayed recently on a business trip and it has completely made a 360 degree turn around. The rooms were not very clean. No bed bugs, but there were dead roaches in the corners when we got there and we saw a few live ones over our stay but I think that's expected for Fresno. Walking on the carpet barefoot turned the bottoms of our feet brown so that was kind of gross. And I think there was some mold in the shower. Overall I don't think it's worth how expensive it was.
Bathroom has mould-like spots. Breakfast was good but did not meet expectations: eggs were boiled instead of scrambled, no breakfast potatoes. Buildings are older look. Location is okay, rather in not so great neighborhood. However, buildings have lights all over.
The front this is great! Mr. Paul and Mr. Alexis are very professional and courteous. The second time around staying at this place was a little noisy due to a charter bus.

I stayed here for one night while visiting a friend in Fresno. The room looked recently renovated and has the basic essentials; however, the chanmels on the TV we're not of good quality. The toilet was kind of small for my statue, but overall it was an inexpensive stay.
Hotel was conveniently located off 99. Lots of halfnaked women walking around at all times of the day and night. Desk staff were nice. Room had cockroaches but luckily no bed bugs. Floor had lots of stains on it. I wouldn't advise staying here unless you are out of options.
Decent rooms for the price, a little out dated and a few appliances we're broken but when your in a bind the place was decent.

Stay here often for work, and its a great deal for the price. I'm not even paying for it, but like the value my company gets. Clean comfortable room, breakfast is basic but does the trick. It think it was about $75 a night in the off season, a bit more in the season. Pool and jacuzzi are good. The only thing I noticed was the litter around the grounds, a wrapper or an empty water bottle here or there...
The upgrades are amazing! Can't wait for them to open their restaurant. Beautiful foyer. They've come a long way and the Ramada Shaw will be a great happy hour spot.

My complaints are about how the rooms are not at all sound proof if someone is walking quickly down the hall you can hear the stomping of their feet in your room. I took another star away because of the house keeping staff because I get it I used to be a janitor and a housekeeper I understand that you're...
It was further away from the airport than I wanted it to be, but the price was right. I was able to get a room for $59.00 with the help of expedia. The regular price was $109.00. Located right off Highway 41 with a Starbucks and a spa nail salon and the Hustler Hollywood newest location across the street. Clean, quiet and free parking. Large outdoor pool and hot tub on premises. Only draw back is no elevators so if you need a first floor accommodation make sure you ask for one early.
It was a good location right next to a freeway. However, it was very quiet. The staffs are friendly. The process was easy. I was able to book it online.
