La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Fresno Yosemite, Fresno1 / 50

Fresno, 2926 Tulare 🧭 Map
Absolutely amazing service extremely clean rooms no animals no funky. Smells nothing out of the ordinary. Everything works perfectly. I’m very impressed. I didn’t see any bugs. I didn’t see any cockroaches. I didn’t see any cold water. The only cold water I did see was the pool which is the time of year.
So let me start by saying I am so impressed on how well this hotel has done since the new management has taken over. I have stayed in the past and the negative reviews reflect what is said. However, I just stayed recently on a business trip and it has completely made a 360 degree turn around. When I called to make a reservation I opted to speak to the front desk at hotel because, in my opinion it is...
The rooms were not very clean. No bed bugs, but there were dead roaches in the corners when we got there and we saw a few live ones over our stay but I think that's expected for Fresno. Walking on the carpet barefoot turned the bottoms of our feet brown so that was kind of gross. And I think there was some mold in the shower. Overall I don't think it's worth how expensive it was.
Bathroom has mould-like spots. Breakfast was good but did not meet expectations: eggs were boiled instead of scrambled, no breakfast potatoes. Buildings are older look. Location is okay, rather in not so great neighborhood. However, buildings have lights all over.
The front this is great! Mr. Paul and Mr. Alexis are very professional and courteous. The second time around staying at this place was a little noisy due to a charter bus.
It's n great place to the and stay for the time your there and also there front desk always have great respect for anybody. I have never rented an room there but numerous of times they have let me eat breakfast with them. So I would recommend this place too other friends.

Cheryl at check in was nice, helpful, all with a smile and a laugh. Room was nice as always. Certainly not my first time to stay at the Best Western Village Inn.
Rooms weren't cleaned. Food crumbs on the floor and 2 baby cockroachs under the TV stand. Sink doesn't drain. The Heating/ AC has a mind of its own making a good night's rest nearly impossible. Wouldn't recommend the place to anyone. Unless you don't care about cleanliness.
Great rooms! My room was clean and fresh the bathroom was very clean and fully stocked with coffee and shampoo conditioner even a face wash and lots of clean towels. This motel is great for a very good price! The bed was comfortable the sheets and blankets smelled like they had just been washed! Also they had a complimentary breakfast with lots of food. They had waffles, bacon, eggs, sausages, oatmeal...
Our room had strong musty smell. We opened the window, but it didn't help. The hotel is older, and while the bedding and decor have been updated, the room just felt tired.
Friendly staff. The best morning breakfast. Easy parking around the building. Clean, comfortable bed, and fast wifi!! 5+ star ?
FANTASTIC BREAKFAST. OUR FIRST ROOM HAD A BROKEN SHOWER BUT WE WERE MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM, ALTHOUGH WE HAD SETTLED IN AND HAD TO MOVE AT MIDNIGHT. BUT, THE STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND THE MOVE WASN'T ALL THAT BAD. THE BEDS WERE QUITE COMFORTABLE AND THE BREAKFAST STAFF MET EVERYONE WITH A SMILE.

Staff is very helpful, friendly, and very accommodating. Rooms are clean, maids are very helpful. I definitely recommend if you're on a budget and need somewhere safe and comfortable to stay.
Not all rooms are bad. The room I stayed in was clean except for a few spots on the floor. Bed was what you'd expect from a Motel6. Shower was hot and good pressure. It is in a bad part of town so the homeless tend to get rooms there. The lady at checking did an amazing job even though there was someone causing issues. The man was being quite racist and she was very professional and ignored him as...
Harry, the office employee was very understanding and helpful. I appreciated the service here. Great rooms very clean a nice will definitely come back.
This is a nice hotel in a convenient location to food and shopping. The rooms are nice and comfortable. My family and I have been here for about a week and as of yet we have no complaints. The only thing I have to say which is why they don’t have five stars from me is they don’t have microwaves. Beyond that the staff is nice and courteous and room service is excellent. Not to forget their manager...
This is one of the better Motel 6s we've been to. Nice friendly staff (Stephen & Abel at front desk were great) clean room, comfy bed. They have a nice pool area. I love there's no carpet in rooms! Would def stay here again.

The hotel itself is pretty nice. The staff is very polite. The rooms have been remodeled and the beds are comfortable... the problem is that the hotel area seems to be surrounded by a large group of homeless and street people. There are a lot of shirtless guys riding around on bikes at all hours of the night. Just not very inviting. It’s a shame because the hotel itself is quite nice.
Wonderful staff and location. Check-in/out easy, clean remodeled room. Comfortable bed, appliances/ electric outlets, ice machine functional. Housekeeping was prompt with towels requested. There was minimal noise with the remodeling in progress. Quiet during PM. Wish they provided toiletries other than soap but no big deal. Restaurants are feet away. I felt safe at this location vs other hotels on...
Enjoyed our stay at Motel 6, we had one of the renovated rooms, it was nice, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Only thing missing was towels. It was enough for 1 person versus 2. Otherwise, for the price it was a great deal and I’d definitely stay again.
The front desk persons was very nice and very helpful, she was given bad information and gave us a room that was not ready and that had been smoked in-- the sign on the outside of the door was non- smoking. She moved us to a new room and it happened to be a refurbished room. It was very nice and clean. I thought I read on your website that you where an non-smoking facility -- all rooms-- I felt miss...

It was a pleasant room and a good size. Everything worked as it should.
No protein breakfast. Only hot item was waffles. Room was clean and in good repair but not updated. Staff very friendly and helpful. Used free shuttle service but could have easily wanted to the terminal.
The staff I interacted with were great, very nice. The hotel seems older but has been renovated and is pretty clean inside and out. There aren't elevators so if you need a 1st floor you may want to request one specifically. The area is decent, overall I would definitely stay here again.
Nice hotel and has a shuttle to airport. The lady at front desk gave us a downstairs room because my mom was elderly and we didn't have to ask. Breakfast was good.
Rooms were clean and neat. No issues. Beds comfy, quiet rooms and safe parking. Breakfast was good including coffee! Staff was very friendly and helpful!
On the whole I give this place a five star rating. The staff was very helpful and kind. The pool was so refreshing, it was over 110 degrees when I stayed for 4 nights. Any issues I had experienced were taken care of in a professional manner. I'd be happy to stay there again.

Rooms always clean. Front office / continental breakfast area was being remodeled while I was there but owners and staff were still very accommodating with coffee and goodies to go with my cup of coffee. It is clean. Check in clerk competent and very helpful. Room decor very old. Refrigerator in room. A good place just for a room and a bed. Small pool, looked nice. Did not use it. Walk to ball park and breweries nearby.
Was a nice room but when but in the mornings did not have much as far as breakfast. There was toast and cereal but no waffles after the previous guest took ghrm all. There was no front desk staff to tell there were no waffles.

Definitely recommend if your going to be looking for a more affordable hotel close to downtown Fresno.
I love this motel I love the subway being here and the desk clerks treat you like family CD
Clean, safe, clean rooms. Very inexpensive. I've been here 4 times. Due to COVID-19 the pool is closed, breakfast is not served, and room cleaning is limited (according to email msg sent to me). I don't mind, I normally put up the 'do not disturb' sign up, until I leave. There is a Subway sandwich business located on site.
Went to visit a friend and his hotel room was decent wasn't too bad but until I noticed the cleanliness. It was used tampon stashed right at the bottom behind the toilet seat on the floor. Other than that everything else was great
It's clean and affordable. It's not a high end hotel, but if you need a place to sleep it's fine. Also the subway is never opened so you'll have to drive to get food.
Very nice especially compared to America's Best Value on Inyo

I stayed here for one night while visiting a friend in Fresno. The room looked recently renovated and has the basic essentials; however, the chanmels on the TV we're not of good quality. The toilet was kind of small for my statue, but overall it was an inexpensive stay.
Hotel was conveniently located off 99. Lots of halfnaked women walking around at all times of the day and night. Desk staff were nice. Room had cockroaches but luckily no bed bugs. Floor had lots of stains on it. I wouldn't advise staying here unless you are out of options.
Decent rooms for the price, a little out dated and a few appliances we're broken but when your in a bind the place was decent.
Service was good and the pricing was cheap. Of course you can't expect 5 star quality because you get what you pay for, but it was good enough. We booked a 1-bed room, found out it had roaches (yuck), alerted management and subsequently got moved to a better quality room hassle-free. Be smart, do your research, inspect the room before moving your things in, and you'll be fine. Advantages: AC and free...

The room itself was cleanly looking. We had a nice, quiet night's sleep when we spent the night. The hotel is not in the best part of town but, it's next to a Denny's, which is a great stop for the next morning.

Decent stay. Breakfast was sufficient, and quality was as expected. The restaraunt at the hotel was a Tapas and it was good and a bit pricey if you are looking to get full on an empty stomache here. Great room for a great price. Great breakfast. Great pool. Front desk people are very nice. Love staying there.
I love Hotel Piccadilly, have stayed here twice. Old school charming place with lots of room, bungalow style rooms spread over many acres. Nice pool and hot tubs. Beautiful landscaping, feels like a park. Friendly professional staff. Good breakfast. A hidden gem! Try the Limelight restaurant nearby, a super cool retro spot.
Large rooms. Quiet air-conditioning. Lovely setting...on 8 acres of land. Plentiful parking. Has a beautiful looking restaurant that was unfortunately closed (open Tuesday -Saturday) but certainly had an intriguing menu. Great value.
We were very happy with our king bed room. The customer service from check-in to check-out we outstanding. Really appreciated the phone call to our room after we checked in to see how our room was and if we needed anything.. We had been driving for over 8 hrs so we really appreciated the pool. Nice hotel! Large clean rooms, probably the room design is a bit out of fashion but that I just love about this hotel . They take very good care of the interior. My king size bed was super cosy. Recently stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding in town. I was very satisfied with our experience at the hotel. We stayed 2 nights here July 4th weekend. The service staff were friendly. Room was a little older and not as large for a double, but otherwise clean and worked for us. A well located hotel, good for road trip overnight stops, clean, convenient & comfortable. Breakfast was simple & very good 👍
Overall an excellent hotel! Very spacious and clean rooms and courteous staff. Great breakfast as well. Everything is 5 stars. The only lacking part is that there is too much road noise from the highway in the rooms facing the highway 99. Hence, giving a star less due to its location. I do not understand how people could complain about this hotel. The rooms are huge and freshly remodeled. The front desk staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We had a room with a king bed and pullout couch. There was a hot breakfast with eggs, bacon and sausage. Gym, pool, hot tub. It was a great Holiday Inn Express.
Hotel has the amenities you would expect: pool, small gym, cable, Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast, etc. Rooms were clean but there were no water bottles (a coffee machine with no water to make coffee).

Really a mixed experience here. The front desk staff were very friendly and doing their best - however, we had too many issues to be happy with our visit. Although there is some construction starting in the hotel, great measures were taken to ensure no disruption. The location was quiet yet close to everything we needed. Syd at the front desk is an absolute treasure. She noticed me leaving for my pre-dawn run and suggested an excellent running route. The next day, she fixed me up for an emergency clothing repair. I always enjoy my stay here. The person at the front desk are always so nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The only thing that bothered me was during the winter the heater is always on and its not adjustable! So I was so hot my entire stay wich was about a week. Other then that I love staying here and I always feel safe here.
The room was very nice for the amount we paid ($60), although the shower didn't work and I found a dead cockroach in one of the drawers. But hey, I live a very nice house that is cleaned regularly but we occasionally get cockroaches too because we're located near a canal. I believe the roach wasn't there because the room was "dirty", because the room was surprisingly clean, but because of the location...
Not quite the best neighborhood but it is within good distance of pretty much everything. Theyre in the process of renovating but it still needs a lot more TLC. Minor problems with most of the rooms. Fairly quiet at night. Pillows could be better. Cleaning crew needs to be a little more thorough. Id stay again however it may not be my first choice.
This is a very clean hotel, inside the rooms and the landscape. It is a huge facility I am guessing around 300+ rooms. It would be great to book for a large event, family or business. Overall a great hotel. The only reason it isn't a 5 is that the hot tub was out of order and we had specifically chosen a hotel with a hot tub. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and quick to remedy any concerns.
We honestly had no issues with our room... The staff that we did come in contact with were very friendly and welcoming... Pros: Decent hotel overall. Nice complimentary breakfast. I had to stay one day extra which was easily accommodated without changing my room. Friendly and inclusive staff. Free spa water 24/7 in the lobby. Cons: The phone in the room would never connect to front desk. I had to use my cell to dial their number. This is the best place that I have stayed in Fresno. It is vet clean, very well managed and friendly. The only negative is it's location, not that it's a bad neighborhood, but its a bit out of the way. However, this gem makes the location a non-issue. It is definitely 4.8 stars.
