AC Hotel by Marriott Frisco Colorado
Frisco, 1202 Summit Boulevard 🧭 Map
Great beds, everything was super clean, and the front desk was very kind and helpful. We had an appt at The Stedman, so it was a very convenient place to stay. No pool or tub, but they said it is coming. Spendy.
I’ve been living/working here for nearly a year during the massive renovation this place has went through but I don’t want to brag on myself or my fellow contractors because the hotel will speak for itself when it is fully operational!
I just want to brag on the amazing staff that they have carefully selected to make this place its very own family! The General Manager is the cherry on top of the cake...
The hotel was well-kept, excellent cleanliness and wonderful comfortable beds, the views were amazing. We stayed here 5 days and it was a pleasure stay for us. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. It was perfect for our ski vacation.
Service could have been better - it took a while for someone to check us in. The interior has dated carpets/decorations but overall it was clean and comfortable. Those are the most important aspects for me, so I was happy. They offer a standard continental breakfast which was good and had good selections. Room was quite, bed was comfortable. It's a two star hotel but it's nice for that level....
The rooms were clean and my kids loved the bunk beds, we were only visiting for one night, we had got there early and our room was not available yet. One of the ladies at the front desk eventually upgraded our room so we could get settled (traveling with three little kids)... so that was much appreciated. We will definitely stay there again in the future. Conveniently located off the highway and right...
We’ve been staying at this hotel every year for the BBQ festival, for the past 4 yrs, this year I decided to write a review because our stay this time was above all other stays, the rooms are always clean and the staff super nice and helpful.

The Grand Hotel, Ascend Hotel Collection
Frisco, 1129 N Summit Boulevard 🧭 Map
Not at all as described. A little tired looking and lacking in modern fixtures. USB charge ports would be nice. The swimming pool looked quite inviting. As a diamond member I would have thought a room with a good view might have been more appropriate. There was nothing "boutique" about the place. There is no breakfast available.
We had a nice stay here. The rooms are dated and worn, but it was clean. For example, there is pretty old wallpaper in the bedroom and bathroom, and there was a cracked mirror frame. Also to note, the windows let a lot of light in (the thick curtain doesn't shut all the way). However, we had a pleasant stay and the hotel was overall clean. The pool area was nice enough, and had 2 hot tubs and a sauna...
This hotel is beautiful covered in snow during winter and the lady at the check-in provided the best service ever to us. I loved the breakfast, views, room, price, and every single thing about it. Better than Ramada next door whose check-in guy was super rude and didn't give us a room after we hit a snowstorm and a car crash.
Front desk staff were quite obliging when checking me in early once my plans for the day changed. Unfortunately my room had an unpleasant odor, but not terribly so. I believe they were aware of it as the window was left open a crack. I got used to it, but didn't want to. The room was clean. Their work out room has three treadmills and other machines that I did not notice. Their gym equipment with cables...
Hotel and service was great. Room had some dated appliances such as the alarm clock and no USB ports anywhere but was clean and presented well. The restaurant bar downstairs also makes great gin martinis!
We have stayed at this hotel twice now and had a great experience both times. We received a warm welcome at the front desk, the room was in great shape, and the location and price are both great options for people looking to simply spend the night in the Frisco area without having to pay the typically much higher prices of the local ski resorts. We were in the area to do some skiing and were able to...

Frisco Inn on Galena
Frisco, 106 Galena Street 🧭 Map
You felt yourself relax when you walked into the Inn. Staff were helpful and it is in a great location
We enjoyed the stay! Breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. Better than ordering at a restaurant. Room was comfortable and housekeeping accommodating. Staff is very friendly. Lovely courtyard to relax at after a day of hiking and recreation.
An incredibly comfortable, cosy, and relaxing hotel. Warm rooms with great mattress and quality bedding. Some of the best service I've ever had across the board, friendly and helpful. Considering the pricing of many locations nearby the cost was excellent. The included breakfast was fantastic, the coffee was great, the happy hour wonderful. Stayed with a group of four and we couldn't stop commenting...
We love this place! It is as affordable as any other place in town, but everything about it was superior.
When we checked in we learned there were two hot tubs, a sauna, and a wonderful meditation room. Everything was modern and there was excellent attention to detail.
The staff was always available and I felt like if we needed anything they were approachable.
The location is only one block from...
This was the absolute most perfect place we could have chosen for our wedding weekend in Frisco. We cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and kindness of staff, the gorgeous balconies and decks, the delicious food and numerous breakfast options, and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Amazing stay!
It was just a great place. It MADE our Frisco vacation. When you visit any business and staff are genuinely happy to be working there good things happen. I pulled one young man aside and asked how he like his job he said it was his “unicorn job”.
The food was good, the room was good. The experience was AWESOME.

Hotel Frisco
Frisco, 308 Main Street 🧭 Map
This Hotel is in a perfect location. It has the charm that many old hotels imbue. The staff was great in accommodating us. There isn't much for amenities, however and parking is blocks away unless you pay for a pass. The ambiance in the lobby is nice. I stayed here twice for business trips. Once my room was very cold, the next time it was too warm. There was also very noisy construction going on nearby...
In the center of Frisco, this place is within easy walking distance of everything the center of town has to offer. It's a lovely little hotel with a nice lounge both on the ground floor and the second floor. The rooms are tiny, with no place for some of the usual amenities, but there was a new drink fridge, an enormous TV, and a tiny microwave in the room. There isn't room for a desk or a place to...
Stayed for one night in early March. Location is exceptional for access to downtown. Wasn't skiing, but skiing was in driving distance. Parking was great. The staff was incredibly friendly and the common areas were very well maintained and comfortable.
Our room was great. It was a two bedroom apartment. It had a few rough edges, but we didn't mind it at all. In fact I felt it added to the charm....
Nice and clean room, ok for the price paid. Kind and attentive front desk girl.
We had the room right behind the front desk, and it was good until around 6:00am when everyone started to wake up and gather in the lobby, so we couldn't sleep anymore; in conclusion, it was quiet all night (as promised) but excessively noisy in the morning, so don't stay in this room if you want to sleep a while longer...
Stayed one night in the two bedroom and wish I could've stayed longer. This room has its own balcony that gives a fantastic view. The service was fantastic and everything was very clean. They gave great advice on restaurants and things to do, even though you are surrounded by shops because it's on Main St. Ican't wait for the chance to come back!
Good service, got a discount on a late reservation, great location and clean but the walls are paper thin. You can hear every time someone opens or closes a door. If any of the rooms around you have their tv on you'll know it. Works fine for a lot of people but I'm a light sleeper. Still look forward to coming back.

Snowshoe Motel
Frisco, 521 Main Street 🧭 Map
We stayed for one week in the one bedroom suite (2 adults and 2 kids) above the registration area. It was a great room; it was so nice to be able to walk down to breakfast in our socks! It was a super cold week in Frisco and the room was nice and warm. It's a basic but pleasant motel in a fantastic location in downtown Frisco. We truly enjoyed our stay and would return.
I stayed in a single bed bedroom, upstairs, in the backside of building, at the very end. Room was average sized and sufficient. Includes a kitchenette, which is sufficient as well, although it could use some updating. I stayed during Winter and the room maintained a comfortable temperature. The free continental breakfast was subpar; there were eggs and bread and milk and syrup, (to make your own French...
Stayed in late October 2022. Great location right on Main St. and the free Summit State bus stop within walking distance of the property is a plus. The check-in and check out process was smooth and easy. The staff is super nice and friendly. Although the property is dated, the room was IMMACULATE. Continental breakfast was decent. Overall, a great stay at a great price.
Ok, I'm giving this a 5 star rating for what it is. This is a motel. It's not a 5 star luxury hotel. So don't expect that. The bathrooms are dated and could use some upgrades but fit the need. The room we had was huge. More like a mini apartment. The staff was absolutely fantastic. If in the area I would absolutely stay here again..
Out of all the motels I’ve stayed in, this was by far the nicest. The rooms felt like it was a normal mid class hotel and were very clean. The breakfast in the morning was very basic but better than a lot of the normal continental offerings. They had hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and a number of extra things! If I was coming back to the area, I would look here first!
Great location and value. Close to a lot of attractions and good little non-chain restaurants. We had a very nice stay during peak summer vacation season. Rooms are charming and bathroom/shower had been updated. Very comfortable. Would stay here again, no question.

Room smelled like smoke and the Wi-Fi was completely unusable. The front desk clerk could not have cared less. I don’t expect hotel employees to know how to fix infrastructure problems, but I do expect them to at least pretend like my concern matters. The walls were so paper thin that we heard people talking / talking on the phone / watching TV all night. Water pressure was good and the beds were...
This is the cutest, cozy, Place to stay! The rooms were very clean
The staff was Helpful and friendly. Also all the amenities actual
worked. Relaxing
Friendly ski lodge with old world charm. Excellent staff, great location for public transportation close to Copper Mountain, Keystone and Breckenridge and shopping in Frisco.
My husband was on a road trip with his brother and he started feeling bad so he decided he needed a place to stay and he came across this place. The owner, Johnny, I believe, was super friendly and nice. He was very accommodating to my husband. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel wasn't full of fancy things but it us a nice place to stay. Would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area
Great value for a weekend on the slopes as The Summit Inn is in close proximity to most of the major mountains. Put your carving skis on and set your dial to Bless.
Nice place to stay if you are looking for a place not too expensive with a great location the is pretty close to downtown.

We had a great stay. Everyone was very nice & helpful, but Alex went out of his way to help us & make sure we had a great stay.
Awesome little hotel with decent rates, nice placement in town, and clean rooms. The guy that runs the place is old school, and he has always been efficient in his check in and check out processes. You can tell he has probably seen it all in regards to hotel clowns and the insane families they tend to show up with. He is appreciated, and I have seen him go above and beyond a few times to help other...
Stayed 2 nights here, great location for Breckenridge, it’s a short 15 min drive to the super connect gondola. Other than that it is a typical generic hotel for this price tier. Breakfast was hot, but definitely lacking, also it’s kinda a cramped set up, the food is right next to the front desk and then the dining is in a small room next to the lobby. With only one waffle cooker there was a decent...
Perfect place for 1 night to do 2 days on the slopes. Way overpriced compared to a normal Ramada by Wyndham, but you won’t find a cheaper option in Summit County that’s still nice like this one. Hot tub is a huge plus
Pros: hot breakfast, free parking, there are two EV chargers, rooms are clean, mattresses were comfortable, front desk was friendly.
Cons: the EV stations in the parking lot require you to download the Blink app, which is literally the worst thing in the world and you're completely unable to charge your car with these charging stations. The pillows in your room are thick and hard and we ended up not...
Rooms were slightly small but well equipped with fridge, micro, coffee maker and horizontal spaces. Minor annoyances were a toilet that didn't flush properly, faucets that dripped, and key cards stopped working a day before we checked out. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Alpine Inn
Frisco, 105 Lusher Court 🧭 Map
We stayed in room 220 last week. Our kids slept well but my wife and I did not. The mattresses were not comfy to us which made the few days rough. My other frustration was the overgrown tree branches by the front sidewalk were so low they are eye level so watch out. I enjoyed the fireplace in the lobby and coffee in the morning. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
I had read alot of negative reviews while reviewing Alpine Inn but decided to give it a shot anyways. We found it more than acceptable for the price. Rooms were clean, interstate noise was barely noticeable (even with a room facing interstate), and shower was hot. Pool was open but we did not go in. No continental breakfast due to covid, but they said there would be muffins and juice which we could...
Pricey but "affordable" compared to other hotel options in area. Friendly staff, room was fairly clean but bathroom could use more work. Fridge and microwave in room but fridge has very weak cold setting. Lighting was too dim for my taste. Breakfast very limited due to covid.
We didn't stay (but we would have) because we discovered we had a free night elsewhere, but it looked like a nice enough place. Definitely more character than the chain hotel we ended up at. Front desk guy was helpful and we appreciate that they offered a military discount.
Stayed at Alpine Inn over Easter weekend. It was a great stay. The lady at the front desk was super nice on all 3 interactions I had with her. The room was nicely renovated and seemed to be clean. You can be in Breck on Maint St. within 15 mins. The view of the mountians was beautiful. Overall a great place to stay. Wifi wasn't great but no reason to deduct a star and I didn't eat breakfast as I slept...
My sons and I were going up to Copper Mountain for a quick getaway. This place was perfect for us. It is located right next to I-70 and the Frisco exit. The room and hotel were clean and well maintained. The boys loved the pool, although the water was a tad cold. However the hot tub warmed us up nicely. Will stay here next time we hit the slopes, can't beat the price.

Frisco Lodge

Had a fantastic stay!! Would highly recommend to everyone. Charming bedrooms with lots of character. Lovely outdoor courtyard, free to use bikes and hot tub. Complimentary wine & cheese every afternoon. Plenty of parking and in a prime location on main street. Staff very friendly and helpful.
My girlfriend and I booked a last minute one-night stay and we were pleasantly surprised for the entire stay! We showed up during happy hour and were greeted with snacks and wine. We stayed in the main house, which was cozy and clean, and took advantage of the outdoor hot tub and the provided DVDs. The staff was very kind and accommodating! We will be recommending the Frisco Lodge to all our friends
Historic lodging from 1885 in a great location. We chose one of the rooms with the shared bathroom which was perfect since we were the only gusts upstairs. There’s also the newer units outback. They have a happy hour and a good breakfast.
Room and the place was great! Very cute and warm! Highly recommended place for that!
However the breakfast was very disappointing… I only got a tiny piece of omelette and I had to request twice to get some bread. Nothing was really available (except coffee and cereals - but no bowl)…
Totally lovely place to stay - here is our review:
POSITIVES
- So very accommodating, a lot of thoughtful touches! Ex: champagne for anniversary, tea & cookies available 24/7, shelf of DVDs to choose from, extra towels kept by the hot tub.
- Wonderful wine & hors d'oeuvres every evening! Super fun, very unusual for a B&B to provide
- Very much worth its value! A lot of 'extras' included in the price...
love this place, everything is elegant from wallpaper to furniture. Rate is fair.service is outstanding. You can feel they pay lots attn on little things to make guests feel lk home

Directly off of I-70 Lodge At Riverbend is a 17 unit complex. With a Hot Tub and small clubhouse, this complex is average in my opinion. It does have an elevator, open air garage parking under building, and 10 Mile Creek directly behind it. There is also new paint and new carpet as of 2016.

The weather was perfect. The museum is amazing. The bread and salt makes eggs Bennett that are second to none. And the service there was 5 stars. The town hall employees were friendly and very knowledgeable. I think it's a great place for honeymooners and fist timers
Location, location, location! 1/2 block from Frisco Main St with all shops and restaurants scoring high on the walkability scale! Solid building, nice and quiet.
The best location for affordable price. Booked them through Orbitz. Liked the unit, everything worked fine, big room. Had shampoo, hair conditioner and hair dryer provided.Stocked with sugar, salt and has a spice rack which was an awesome touch! Now, cons. The fridge is not full size and freezer is a tiny shelf in a bad need of defrosting. No dishwasher. Shower curtain is dark, and there is no light...
Cedar Lodge Unit 309 is Charming! It has a balcony with a view of Mount Royal, a fireplace and is beautifully decorated. It is located in the central area of Frisco Colorado and is the ideal location, for skiing and summer relaxation. Plus the price is right!
Cedar Lodge offers a glass elevator, on site laundry, seasonal hot tub, small club house, and some enclosed parking. With easy access off I-70 Cedar Lodge is a decent building in a good location.

Very Mixed Experience
We rented two condos (1 BDR and 2 BDR) over Easter weekend 2022. This was mid-April and near the end of the ski season.
The best thing about Copper One is the location. It is steps away from the lift. Ski lockers are on the ground floor and easily accessible using the room key -- not requiring a different key like so many other condos do. This means every member of the party...
Drive your car into the heated garage and never use it again. Walk to all restaurants, Starbucks and 100 yards from the lift!
The most beautiful place I've seen and the condos at Copper One are so comfortable and the shower with steam room was OMG!! Heavenly! There is so much to see and do and eat....right outside the door. So many shops and different places to eat it would be great for group...everyone would be able to choose their place to eat.

Overall the unit we stayed in was nice. Well furnished and good layout. The problem however, is the road noise due to the proximity to the highway & the bright lights shining in the windows all night long.
Nice buildings, 2 hot tubs, and right at the bike trail. However there is no clubhouse for guests or owners. Easy access to all places in Summit County. Frisco, Colorado is directly off of I-70. Keep in mind winters here make traveling I-70 a nightmare in winter expecially.
