Me and my wife love it especially the patio to the room an the location of the room... the service the guy put us in.. When we arrive at the hotel. To Check in. The staff was so friendly and plight and helpful We was just excited from the help and service we got upon our arrival. . And the location wonderful.. Me and my wife will be back..

Decent room for the price. The breakfast wasn't the greatest but the gentleman I dealt with both checking in and checking out was very polite. The bathroom could've been a little bit cleaner and the people before us left socks in the room and those were still there but other than that it was a good night stay

It wasn't a bad looking room. No remote, but I wasn't there to watch TV. The shower water smelled like rotten eggs. The breakfast was ok. Definitely room for improvement. But overall not a terrible stay

Our stay was great. Room was clean, had nice hardwood floors. Front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was no good. They have toast, but for any other food, you need to pay.

It was fairly clean, most stalls in the Men's Room were not working. Drinking water was very bad for taste. I was only a guess of someone staying their. First impressions are lasting impressions.

This hotel is under new ownership and is being remodeled. It will be great when its finished. Meanwhile it is in a great location on the lake, has a really nice pool area. The bed was clean and comfy

Clean, comfortable, and quite. My husband and I come down to Gainesville for a lot of his V.A appointments and this is the best place that we have started at. The staff were awesome. We had a problem with the Jacuzzi tub in our room not holding water in it. As soon as my husband said something just so the knew they had if fixed in about 5 minutes. We had a suite with a king size bed and a sofa bed for the kids. Very comfortable. Breakfast was great and staff was very friendly

Alice Harvey, asst mgr, was very helpful in getting us to our room even though the computers were not working well. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds.

Stay was a surprising delight (the Veteran's Administration had put me up at a different location twice before). Nice, clean rooms, spacious countertops in the bathrooms, and kind staff. I'm not the pickiest sleeper in the world, but the mattresses were the right mix of firm and soft to get me to sleep away from home a lot easier than I expected, given the stress of my (medical) visit to the town....

Th room were decent, if a little sparse. They served cookies, popcorn, and snacks in the lobby at night, which was nice, and the continental breakfast was complete with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and a waffle machine. Overall it was a pretty good overnight stay.

Went there for mo.my and son weekend for the orange & blue game. When we checked in they had a candy & popcorn bar and were making fresh cookies. The breakfast was great as well as the room.

Great location, fantastic front desk staff. Hotel is in need of updating/refresh otherwise would be 5 stars. Love the Garden Inn product.

Good location. It's close to many restaurants so you have lots of options for meals. The hotel is located close to the University of Florida and the drive is only a few minutes away. Staff was friendly

Room was very clean... (I brought Lysol wipes to wipe counters and tables)... the staff was very nice and very accommodating. The house keepers even seemed to just work, not socialize in the hallway or to one another while they were working and typically i always see that in hotels... good training basically. The water pressure was good and the ac unit was fast and functional... I was freezing then...

Great location surrounded by major stores and restaurants. Our room was very comfortable and clean and the bathroom was spotless. We've stayed in other hotels in Gainesville and the experience was not good even when we payed higher rates. I plan to go back for our next stay.

While I was not a guest at the Hilton, I was a patron of the bar and breakfast area during a family get-together. Breakfast selection was standard for most hotels but they did have an a la carte menu as well. The prices were very reasonable for such accommodations unless you were ordering an adult berverage. My only complaint is the lack of staffing. There was ONE person. Working room service orders...

The room was very comfortable and the service was excellent. The nicest people work here. It's a very relaxing place.
