There is ongoing construction for some better amenities which gives some viewers not as pretty views but is great for the future of this place. We came here for a visit for our sons 3rd birthday! Everything exceeded our expectations. The check in staff heard it was his birthday, and they gave him a special treat! This is our second time here, and it is hands down one of the top three Holiday In Club Vacation resorts. Beautiful amenities and rooms, lots of swimming or soaking options. The rooms are very nice. You need to book early, as it fills up very quickly. We have a gigantic jacuzzi tub in our bedroom, and the view from our balcony is absolutely beautiful.

Truly fantastic experience from start to finish. We stayed in a one bedroom villa from Monday to Friday over Labor day week. The villa was very spacious and comfortable. Amazing rooms we got a 2 bed pullout couch came with body wash conditioner and shampoo and some soap as well. The mirrors are also not connecting to the wall for the people who get scared!. Stayed here for a week with my boyfriend and his three kids. Stayed here for the IGES and Smoky Mountain Gift Show. I enjoyed my view of my room and room. Disliked no elevator and not very handicap accessible. Breakfast was good just make sure you make it there early. Enjoyed the location because alot of attractions were in walking distance but disliked the noise of the busy streets

Wonderful location, friendly staff and great parking. You can definitely tell they’re trying to update the rooms, but they definitely meet your need. Would definitely stay here again for the price and location.

It kinda smelled like I stuck my nose in a bottle of toilet bowl cleaner and there were cigarette burn holes in our blanket. The walls were super thin and your could hear everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful and facilities were clean and up to date. Location was great, minutes from The Great Smokey National Park, which was the primary reason for our visit. Hampton Inn 967 Parkway, Gatlinburg, TN has been the best place that we have ever stayed. The employees are absolutely wonderful. We have stayed there multiple times and we always get the same great service. The hotel is also nice and clean. They will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great - walking distance to everything and the room was very clean and comfortable. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly, efficient, and helpful. Our room had a creek side balcony that was a wonderful place to read and relax after our daily adventures. Lovely place, we booked a standard room but we were upgraded to a larger suite with a gas fireplace and it was absolutely fantastic. I cannot overstate how nice it is to have a fireplace in your hotel room! Other than that the room was generally comfy, clean, and spacious. This place is amazing! I've stayed there a few times now! The view is great from the top (7th) floor. Delicious hot breakfast daily, laundry facilities, balconies, very clean, some with fireplaces, and you can't beat the price! The employees are friendly and helpful! You can't beat the location! We stayed at this location for a week in November 2022 and had a great time. The room was clean (sure, maybe not as updated as some others in the area but we didn't mind). Breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, baked goods, fresh fruit, cereal, and yogurt. We always grabbed an extra bagel to take with us when heading out on hikes. Earl is amazing!!! what a wonderful asset to this hotel. however- is there a manager overseeing this hotel?? Everyday I went to the front desk asking for him/her and was told they were not in. The issue at hand is The heater in our room did not/does not work. thank goodness for the fireplace- but its on a hour timer. At least we were offered a floor heater. it is on a timer for an hour at a time

One of the cheapest and cleanest, last minute hotels I found in the area. Pet friendly and the rooms are so clean you wouldn't know it. Parking is a little tight, but was ample enough space for our trip and they were pretty pack. Great location right on the trolley line, with a stop in front. Don't pay for parking take the trolley and its conveniently located for that!

This Quality Inn is A Cut Above any other Quality Inn I've ever stayed at. As you well know equality in is not at the top of the list or a five star hotel.
