We came here for a visit for our sons 3rd birthday! Everything exceeded our expectations. The check in staff heard it was his birthday, and they gave him a special treat! This is our second time here, and it is hands down one of the top three Holiday In Club Vacation resorts. Beautiful amenities and rooms, lots of swimming or soaking options. The rooms are very nice. You need to book early, as it fills up very quickly. We have a gigantic jacuzzi tub in our bedroom, and the view from our balcony is absolutely beautiful.

Truly fantastic experience from start to finish. We stayed in a one bedroom villa from Monday to Friday over Labor day week. The villa was very spacious and comfortable. There are few pictures online, so this place was a pleasant surprise. 1 bedroom cabin has 2 back decks with hot tub and views to die for. Very spacious and clean. Amazingly clean. The staff was fantastic. We did not encounter even one problem during our 3 day stay. It is a slight incline coming back from the main strip so if you (like us) max out you credit on moonshine and wine.

Stayed here for a week with my boyfriend and his three kids. Very clean rooms and hotel, very nice staff, great location, great pool setup ( wish the outside one was bigger), fresh cookies in the afternoon, great deals for members, and the beds were better than most hotels. I'd recommend staying here when in the area. It was close to everything we wanted to do in the area.

Great hotel super close to it all. The rooms are super clean and the staff is so sweet! You are right on the edge of Gatlinburg, so a short drive to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Our biggest tip is if you are going to the National Park, turn right out from the hotel and take your first left for the bypass to the park... Saves you a TON of traffic!

Amazing rooms we got a 2 bed pullout couch came with body wash conditioner and shampoo and some soap as well. The mirrors are also not connecting to the wall for the people who get scared!. We enjoyed our stay at Laurel Point Resort. There were some amenities that did not work in the rooms such as the hair dryer or the vent in the bathroom. We really enjoyed using the fireplace and it was overall very spacious and functional at the same time.

If you ever have an opportunity to stay at this resort, don’t miss out. The units are spacious, clean, and well-decorated. The kitchens are large with wonderful utensils, appliances, dishware, and cookware. There is ample storage space for your own items. I spent two nights here May 12 and 13th. Both days were upper 80s. While I did spend the evenings sightseeing I stayed in room 115 during the hottest part of the day. The room was cool and comfortable and even the balcony overlooking the river was cool being shaded by dogwood trees. This hotel is right on the river and offers a nice mountain view. The beds are comfy and the whole place is very neat and clean. Has a pool and a gym. Great hotel and location within walking distance of many attractions. We arrived late and tired on the first night of our reservation. Our family stayed here this past weekend and really enjoyed it. Our three boys loved the pool. The 1 ft pool was great for the baby. The location of our 2 bed 2 bath condo was great. We visited last autumn and the colors were beautiful. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from our patio.

Drive up to the resort can be a little nerve-wracking the first time, but the drive is totally worth it! The view from our room was breathtaking and the room was super clean. Beautiful views, nice pool/hot tub/steam room/ sauna. The rooms need to be updated/ taken care of. Everything is old. Paint, trim, paneling in bathroom, cabinets, furniture... Breathtaking views! We stayed in E203 which is a 2 bedroom. The furnishings were so homey and charming. It was stocked with everything you need! The drive up(and down) is an adventure all its own...but definitely worth it! The only thing I would suggest is mattress replacements, and more comfy furniture.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and facilities were clean and up to date. Location was great, minutes from The Great Smokey National Park, which was the primary reason for our visit. Plenty of good restaurants to eat at within walking distance. We would definitely stay here if we travel to Gatlinburg again.

The room was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was cleaned daily and restocked. My balcony door faced the road which made traffic noise noticeable. Accommodations were great. The hotel fulfilled the requests I submitted when I made the reservation which I truly appreciated. I reserved a room by the creek and you can hear the water flowing. Hampton Inn 967 Parkway, Gatlinburg, TN has been the best place that we have ever stayed. The employees are absolutely wonderful. We have stayed there multiple times and we always get the same great service. The hotel is also nice and clean. They will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is wonderful! BTW if you go be sure to meet Anita at the front counter, She is a true GEM!!

We loved our stay here! The front desk workers were just the sweetest. We had a room right on the stream, and it was just lovely having coffee outside there in the mornings. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great - walking distance to everything and the room was very clean and comfortable. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly, efficient, and helpful. Our room had a creek side balcony that was a wonderful place to read and relax after our daily adventures. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
