Grand Junction, 755 Horizon Drive 🧭 Map
As part of my work as a travel agent documenting motorcycle-friendly travel options, I stayed at the Clarion in Grand Junction. This hotel offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay after a long day of riding and exploring. The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I used this as my base to scope out more scenic routes, and it provided the perfect...
Great place, reminded me of the mini local vacations we used to take as kids. Always loved places like this with rooms that open up to a pool are. Breakfast was great! Two pools and two hot tubs.
Only thing I’d say is that the rooms need updating. The price here was on par with other local 3 stars charging about the same amount.
Got a pet friendly room. Wanted to stay another night and they told us we would have to change rooms. Wasted the morning waiting for someone to let us know our room was ready. My husband asked to speak to a manager and she let us stay in our current room. It wasn’t busy.
The hotel was nice with and indoor and outdoor pool. Nice areas for the dog.
Included breakfast was pretty good.
This is our go-to hotel now whenever we visit family in Grand Junction. The staff is wonderful and always willing to help any way they can. Rooms and common areas are clean and well stocked. We love that there is an indoor and outdoor pool, so no matter what, the kids will get to swim. Kids love the breakfast provided each morning. Wish I could give more than 5 🌟 because this place definitely deserves...
This was by far the nicest budget hotel (sub $100/night) I have ever stayed at.
The interior is very well maintained. The hotel is quite large with indoor AND outdoor pools and a dog run. And of course it is pet friendly with no additional fees for your furry friend.
Breakfast was a delicious buffet with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, pancakes and fruit and bakery items.
Will definitely...
Not a bad stay. There was no visible hotel sign from the road and at first we were unsure if we were at the right place. But our gps reassured us we were. The lobby and room were better than expected when viewing the hotel from the exterior. They definitely need to update some things around the building. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy.

La Quinta by Wyndham Grand Junction Airport
Grand Junction, 2761 Crossroads Boulevard 🧭 Map
Accommodations were perfect for an overnight stay before a medical procedure. We chose a pet-friendly room as it was too cold in December to leave our dog at home or in the truck! Room was very clean and well cared-for, wifi worked well on phones and tablets and it was exactly what we expected.
Excellent place to stay if you're in the area. The front desk staff were really great and took care of me. The rooms were clean and they had most of all the amenities I need.
As a single woman traveler safety is very important to me and i felt very cared for and protected while I was here.
The breakfast was very good and they had a nice selection, which was great because I'm on a diet! (Lol)
Very clean and quiet. Friendly staff.
I can't speak for all rooms but ours had a ton of outlets in the main room and bathroom, soft toilet paper, variety of softness for pillows, and was very spacious. Breakfast was a pretty decent spread of options and the coffee was fresh.
Also there was a well lit/clean smoking area for the smokers, and plenty of well kept space in the vicinity to walk/exercise...
stayed in June 2022 with king bed. One of the better La Quinta we have stayed in. Has 5 floors, a large lobby/breakfast area with good food selection with plenty of seating. Work out room, and its it pet friendly. Our room was nice and well furnished. Parking was limited somewhat. Bathroom had 2 saloon type doors that was different, show head &/or pressure was low and the commode must have been industrial...
Extremely courteous staff and beautiful accommodations. The amenities are wonderful. 24 hour coffee & tea bar and the breakfast is quite good. I highly recommend staying here.
3/6/2018 stay, check in 7pm for one night. Greeted by 2 friendly front desk staff, who provided hotel details and a goody bag for our pooch (2 pooper bags & a biscuit). Hotel grounds were clean from dog piles. Only disappointment was that the toilet was not properly secured to the floor, had to be very careful when using. Felt safe at this hotel and surrounding area.

Hampton Inn Grand Junction
Grand Junction, 205 Main Street 🧭 Map
Very comfortable and quiet. Has breakfast which saves time.
Only drawback is parking is not free and unaware of that at time of booking or after. Only found out after I was sent the bill.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay during the Christmas season. This hotel was reasonably priced compared to other options in Grand Junction, and it was much more affordable than the other hotels right next-door. The fact that facilities are shared between this hotel and the others neighboring it means there are lots of things to do on site. Our bed was a little firm for our taste, but the room was really...
Very clean and well equipped rooms. Cozy beds. Nice breakfast spread. Very caring staff, especially Anne, who prepared special breakfast items for us.
Stayed here three nights for a work conference. Closest hotel to the convention center. My room was clean, and in good order. The hotel staff were all very polite and helpful. The breakfast had a nice variety! Thanks Annie!
I'm not a big fan of their $11/night parking fee.
Top notch service from Leslie!!! Temperature is currently=burning with fire and brimstone. Heat advisory’s and triple digits for days is what prompted us to stay here. They have a pool and I figured that I could tolerate the pee from 3 potential children vs all of district 51 kids that would be swimming at Lincoln Park or Fruita. So… I made a reservation at the Home2suites which is much closer to my...
Parking took a moment to figure out but otherwise the same good Hampton Inn experience. Had a King Studio. Only gripe was the brightness of the microwave LED was intense. Covered with a towel and good.

Motel 6-Grand Junction, CO
Grand Junction, 776 Horizon Dr 🧭 Map
We really appreciated the service at the Grand Junction, CO Motel 6. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful to us during our stay. The rooms are basic, but clean and the pet policy is very reasonable. Air conditioning could have been better. Overall, definitely a solid value for a budget hotel.
the sink and shower were scratched (although the hotel is new).
I found unbelievable to have to pay an internet fee, told motel6 in Ely and they were also shocked
Very clean! The outside if the property was emaculate, no trash anywhere. Room was clean and relatively modern. Check-in was made easy by a friendly representative. I even left a tip for Tina!
I stay at a lot of Motel 6 properties in my travels, mostly because they are inexpensive and pretty nice now since the remodels. The
gentleman at the front desk, I can't recall his name was courteous and explained everything thoroughly.
I have stayed at motel 6 from Vermont to Colorado. It would be nice to have microwave in rooms. I understand cost savings but some things are a necessity. Maybe also instead of soap a body wash would complete more than one task. I do appreciate your pet friendly policy. Thank you.
Basic room at a good price. Staff was helpful. Room was clean and presentable. Would stay again without question.

Junction West RV Park
Grand Junction, 793 22 Road 🧭 Map
Was looking for an intermediate place to temporarily lodge my 35' Fifth Wheel during our Colorado to Utah move. Landed on Junction West and could not be more satisfied. Janet, the manager of the park, was super friendly and helpful right from the drop. She understood my plight (hauling a 5er over the Rockies in February) and gave me boots on the ground feedback of the Grand Valley. And once I arrived...
Commenting on the RV storage:
They don't staff the front desk full time so be prepared to call a few time througout the day to confirm a pickup time... staff is really nice
We have stayed in a lot of parks in numerous states over the years and this is a top five for us! Very spacious sites!!! Very clean park!!! Very friendly staff!!! Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone needing a spot for a night or longer!
This place is wonderful. I stayed here for about a week and the staff is so friendly and helpful. There was a hose attached to the spigot on my site because they were using it to water their grass and I didn't think anything of it but the gentleman running the place felt bad and corrected the "problem". They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable. There is a great dog park on...
Laundry is overpriced, my dog pooed and as I was getting a bag an older lady was already talking to me like a child "Pick up the poop, I don't want anyone to step in it." First off no one should be walking through my site. Second I'm an adult with three children and packing up to leave, give me five minutes lady. Nice on the phone, rude in person. If you absolutely have to stop then it's not terrible...
$40 full hook up pull through. Bathrooms and showers are clean and nice. Staff and golf cart dude were really helpful and nice.
