Room was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Request was delivered beyond expectations. It was a great stay
Great location and hotel accomodations. However, the rooms and hotel could use a good cleaning, beds were very comfortable and room was quiet. The coffee wasn't replaced so I couldn't make coffee ( need my coffee). Breakfast buffet food was pretty much gone by 9 am so we had to go out and eat. However, it is worth staying but I expected more for the price of the room.
Great quality hotel that absolutely felt like a relaxing destination. Felt safe and welcome in a pleasent modern hotel. Highly recommend staying here my only issue was the lack of a free continental breakfast.
We had a great stay! I’m not sure about some of the bad reviews but everything was nice and clean, beds comfortable and the team of staff were very nice. They even text me after we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. So, I would definitely stay here again! Oh!! Yes the cookies are always a nice treat!
I really enjoyed my stay here with my family. The customer service was exceptional and everyone was very helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant had some delicious food choices and the wait staff was also very friendly and accommodating. The pool was a little on the small side, and was out-of-order when we stayed here. (They got the pool working on the afternoon...
This hotel had a pretty well stocked gym which is nice. My room was clean and overall pretty quiet and my supper at their restaurant was pretty good. So I was happy with my stay. *Be aware though, Grand Junction doesn’t allow dispensaries, so you gotta go a few towns over. Nothing to do with the hotel, but still something to keep in mind.

As part of my work as a travel agent documenting motorcycle-friendly travel options, I stayed at the Clarion in Grand Junction. This hotel offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay after a long day of riding and exploring. The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I used this as my base to scope out more scenic routes, and it provided the perfect...
Great place, reminded me of the mini local vacations we used to take as kids. Always loved places like this with rooms that open up to a pool are. Breakfast was great! Two pools and two hot tubs. Only thing I’d say is that the rooms need updating. The price here was on par with other local 3 stars charging about the same amount.
Got a pet friendly room. Wanted to stay another night and they told us we would have to change rooms. Wasted the morning waiting for someone to let us know our room was ready. My husband asked to speak to a manager and she let us stay in our current room. It wasn’t busy. The hotel was nice with and indoor and outdoor pool. Nice areas for the dog. Included breakfast was pretty good.
This is our go-to hotel now whenever we visit family in Grand Junction. The staff is wonderful and always willing to help any way they can. Rooms and common areas are clean and well stocked. We love that there is an indoor and outdoor pool, so no matter what, the kids will get to swim. Kids love the breakfast provided each morning. Wish I could give more than 5 🌟 because this place definitely deserves...
This was by far the nicest budget hotel (sub $100/night) I have ever stayed at. The interior is very well maintained. The hotel is quite large with indoor AND outdoor pools and a dog run. And of course it is pet friendly with no additional fees for your furry friend. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, pancakes and fruit and bakery items. Will definitely...
Not a bad stay. There was no visible hotel sign from the road and at first we were unsure if we were at the right place. But our gps reassured us we were. The lobby and room were better than expected when viewing the hotel from the exterior. They definitely need to update some things around the building. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy.

Rooms are a little outdated the one I had didn't have a microwave or a fridge it's still pretty nice. The young lady that worked the desk helped me get my stuff to my room, have never had that happen before that was very sweet of her. Amenities were nice. Very clean room. Will stay there again when I need to.
Very nice motel. Young lady working the front desk helped me with my belongings to my room...never have had that happen before. I am a senior and disabled...and I was very tired , and she seen that and just was kind and helpful. Will stay there again if I come through there again. Cheaper than Motel 6 even with senior discount.
Front desk not super friendly, when we checked in, but someone was harassing her about amenities in his room. Elevator was convenient. Clean rooms, smelled good. Breakfast only served till 9😢 bed was comfortable.
Looks great, nice breakfast, hot coffee!! Rug in room needs to be cleaned, shampooed!!! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Your so close to lots of restaurants, gas stations. Needs to be a little quieter during day for us who have to sleep.
We stayed at the Super 8 in grand junction on 6/1/18 Debbie checked us in around 3:30 she was very polite and filled us in on what was going on around town this weekend and gave us some dinner suggestions. She is very friendly and helpful Kathy
The room was clean and comfortable.the shower left a little tp be fesired as it took a while to get hot water. The breakfast was said to have seven items but only one hot item. Was not the greatest breakfast

Both visits have been excellent very convenient to airport and car hire and free taxi service has been invaluable. Happily visit again and recommend to anyone who asked. Supper and breakfasts have been good
Prices are great and the rooms were nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the airport and near a lot of restaurants and shops. Great experience overall.
Outstanding price, nice room: frig mic, CLEAN, pool (not heated) hot tub, pet friendly. Just no free breakfast but discount to ok morning buffet. Amazing staff. Worth it. Live music and karaoke if that's you.
This hotel is an excellent place to stay. The employees were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The prices were very good. The decor is dated, and I don't care. I only want a good bed, clean sheets, and strong shower.
Great stay! Staff was courteous. Room was clean. Pool was comfy. For the least expensive hotel in Grand Junction, it was very impressive. Only issue was being able to hear conversations outside our door as if they were standing in the room.
What a nice place. I'm a Marriott frequent traveler and there's one next door, but Grand Vista was less expensive and had everything I wanted. Rooms were very clean and nice, well equipped; staff was polite and helpful; bar and restaurant very nice. If you are on a short stop through the airport coming or going it's walking distance or they will pick you up and drop you off. A good deal!

The staff and the cleaning teams were honest and very helpful. The gentleman manager or supervisor was out of this world and very welcoming, the lady supervisor who picked me up from the Airport was a great person and the best reason why I have accepted to come back in 2023. The driver who assisted us with directions and general information was a Gem. Our stay was of the best value 100%. Excellent...
If you get a chance to stay at this holiday inn, you must have a meal at the in-house restaurant. I had to meet the chef because I have never had real sausage and gravy at a restaurant before. Not only was the food delicious, but the plate setup and arrangement made it feel like a 5-star dining experience. So, if you happen to be near the Holiday inn grand junction. My husband is a terrible snorer. When I made reservations I thought that I was going to be getting 2 attached rooms. This was not available at this particular Holiday Inn. He was very patient, he was very kind, very understanding...
Rooms are always clean. Pool and hot tub area is nice. I have to say though that the restaurant and bar are excellent. Relaxing environment, Mariah who served me was the nicest, most professional bartender that I've encountered in awhile. I'd stay there again just to have a good meal and a drink there. Richard, always does an excellent job as well. Overall, great place to stay.
The rooms were nice and well-kept, the food was good, the staff was very respectful and kept us all satisfied, and the pool and hot tub were both well kept
Great hotel with friendly staff and very closeto the airport. Comfortable bed and the rooms come with a fridge and microwave. Decent internet. Complimentary breakfast would be nice.

I got stranded in Grand Junction do to 3 places on I-70 being closed.] The front desk agent was nice enough to allow me to use their WIFI, table and chair for work. Thank you!
It is the personable, professional, efficient, and kind staff like Rocky and Heather that keep us coming back to this hotel. All staff here are absolutely wonderful. They go out of their way to make sure we are well cared for while staying here. The rooms are always clean, the view is great, and the facility is very close to all city amenities. Thanks Courtyard Marriott! We will be back!
Beds were decently comfy and staff was very nice. Clean and conveniently located. Only gripe I have is that they don’t offer anything for elite reward members in the way of breakfast vouchers or discounts. I think this is a “courtyard Marriott” thing and not necessarily this location specifically. EDIT: In response to the hotels comments, a $10 FB credit or bonus credits were not offered to me and...
We had a great experience. The room was very nice and clean. I normally have a hard time sleeping well at hotels, but the bed was perfect and I slept like a baby. I will definitely go back next time we are in Grand Junction.
After navigating from horizon drive, we pulled into the East parking lot and went to the front of the south building and Droped my cousin off and finished a cigarette. Then left the building. The landscape was great parking lot clean And the trees are shaped in an appealing way

Pet friendly, & staff was super nice. Rooms & hallways were vwry clean. Only complaint is that there was a side door that was used to go out to the pet area. The handle on the door was broken and 2 separate staff members told me to "just jiggle the handle until it opens" (which could take 5-10 mins). My card was working on the door, but the handle wasnt opening. It got kind of frustrating after a while
Decent hotel, decent location, not much close. Service was great from all but one older front desk lady, and my card on file being randomly charged for random amounts and 0 explanation from said front desk lady... she also likes to throw the key cards onto the little dirty key bin, if you hate your job or working in customer service get a new job not in customer service. You're not good at it.
Rooms are dated but acceptable. We stayed in a kitchenette that had a couple inducer burner tops. I found the accommodations adequate for a month stay, and the staff there a really nice. Indoor hot tub and heated pool. Basketball court and a nice patio area with a propane BBQ grille if you wanted to cook out. Highly recommend.
What a wonderful Marriott property. This was the first time in a very long time that a Marriott staff member recognized my gold level status. While I am not elite or platinum, I feel like most Marriotts forget that you are still a valid member. Here was an exception. The front desk agent acknowledged my membership, offered me snacks, water and upgraded my room.
Nice location and area. Rooms are very quiet. Entire hotel is clean, fresh, and has excellent lighting. Room was spacious, neat, and smelled fresh & clean. Staff was friendly and well informed. Free breakfast buffet was just average.
Great hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast available every morning with slight variety each day. Close to I70 and easy to get to several National Parks from here. Free shuttle service on demand.

Accommodations were perfect for an overnight stay before a medical procedure. We chose a pet-friendly room as it was too cold in December to leave our dog at home or in the truck! Room was very clean and well cared-for, wifi worked well on phones and tablets and it was exactly what we expected.
Excellent place to stay if you're in the area. The front desk staff were really great and took care of me. The rooms were clean and they had most of all the amenities I need. As a single woman traveler safety is very important to me and i felt very cared for and protected while I was here. The breakfast was very good and they had a nice selection, which was great because I'm on a diet! (Lol)
Very clean and quiet. Friendly staff. I can't speak for all rooms but ours had a ton of outlets in the main room and bathroom, soft toilet paper, variety of softness for pillows, and was very spacious. Breakfast was a pretty decent spread of options and the coffee was fresh. Also there was a well lit/clean smoking area for the smokers, and plenty of well kept space in the vicinity to walk/exercise...
stayed in June 2022 with king bed. One of the better La Quinta we have stayed in. Has 5 floors, a large lobby/breakfast area with good food selection with plenty of seating. Work out room, and its it pet friendly. Our room was nice and well furnished. Parking was limited somewhat. Extremely courteous staff and beautiful accommodations. The amenities are wonderful. 24 hour coffee & tea bar and the breakfast is quite good. I highly recommend staying here.
3/6/2018 stay, check in 7pm for one night. Greeted by 2 friendly front desk staff, who provided hotel details and a goody bag for our pooch (2 pooper bags & a biscuit). Hotel grounds were clean from dog piles. Only disappointment was that the toilet was not properly secured to the floor, had to be very careful when using. Felt safe at this hotel and surrounding area.

Rooms are spacious but a tad Barron. The people who worked there were pleasant but we were bummed the hours of breakfast were odd. They only did breakfast till 9:30, which is very odd! Great location, close to everything.
After a mixup on my part Xena took the time to help me and was so understanding and provided just amazing service. She followed up with me and gave me updates as she had them! The room was clean and we will keep going back especially if Xena is running the front desk!
This is one of the best place I have ever stayed! Clean, great front desk service! The ladies are super awesome! They will greet you with smiles! They will extend their help to make you feel comfortable! The elevator, room, bed, bathroom super clean! I come every year for work and I will never stay anywhere than here! Pillows are comfortable and clean! Third time staying here! Highly recommend
We had family stay here for a funeral. The Ladies at the desk were so kind & let all of us eat pizza in their lobby & sit & visit together. Very clean lobby, all new furniture. Thank you!!
Nice rooms and they had a pancake printer at breakfast. Only downside was the view from the second floor overlooking the neighboring junk yard

Needs to open up a continental breakfast for its guess but other than that overall great service very clean rooms housekeepers do a wonderful job it's under New Management so we'll see what they're going to do with the pool this year and see what new accommodations they're going to add.
Went for a reception &stayed 2 days. It's an affordable, clean, friendly, casual motel. Very kid & pet friendly. Nice clean courtyard area that feels more like a yard. Has a gazebo with multiple bar b ques & a pool. With multiple kids playing and people walking dogs, I saw no trash. Easy to access smoking areas. Helpful, friendly staff. Attatched reception hall makes it convenient for families or parties...
Upon arrival we noticed a "fugitive recovery" cop in the lobby picking up criminals staying there, and were informed by the clerk that this is junction, they are always at the hotel.. not great news. Other than that, the room was nice, shower hot...great deal for price.
We drove all the way from Texas, on our way to Las Vegas. Friendly staff, easy check in, clean, comfortable room. Clean sheets, clean towels. Soft bed. Good price. Great place to get some sleep after a long trip. Everything is in walking distance. My stay was great! Don't know what the complaints are all about, its a great small town stay, not a palace for royalty.
It was a nice place to stay while out on the road. The guy at reception was great. Much nicer than your usual Super 8 or similar.
Our second time here and the owners are very sweet and accommodating. Very clean and quiet. Highly recommend!

Great stay and an impressive facility. Was pleasantly surprised by the active lobby with a bar and live music on certain evenings!
Gorgeous hotel with great rooms and service. Adequate parking (but an extra charge) with EV charging stations. Breakfast was average, but skip the hard boiled eggs.
My second visit to this location. The staff is very friendly and the location is great on Main St. Paying to park at the hotel is a bit overkill on my opinion. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I've had a very nice experience here. I can't help but to recommend it. I think you'll enjoy your stay!

I stayed a night here for hockey. The room was really nice and cozy and really well taken care of. Really close to a lot of food options and also the airport. The wifi is free and FAST; I uploaded some of my hockey footage to my Google drive in the room and it uploaded faster than it does back home. Overall a nice place to stay in GJ; I almost feel like I underpaid for this hotel.
Great Service! Quick check in. Room was clean. Had a balcony which was nice. Many channels on tv. I didn't get up early enough to see their breakfast, but they have one. Clean indoors and out. Only downside, pillows weren't comfortable. But honestly everything else was great. Would stay again next time going through.
Overall, a great stay. The rooms and facilities were clean and maintained. We felt safe during our stay. The best for the price point. Some of the decor was dated. ...more importantly it was clean. The breakfast was included and standard. Plenty of coffee at all times. The only negative was our room key kept having issues. During a 4 day stay we had to address our room key issue at least 12 times...
The rooms were very clean, staff was incredibly friendly. Only negatives (NOT anything major, out of our 5 days there 3 of the days our room keys reset and would not work and from where our pet friendly room was it was quite a walk. 2 of the days the pool was closed due to PH or chemical levels not being where they should. Totally understandable as they don't want their guests getting sick). Overall...
Dated rooms, but they were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was bright and clean. Enjoyed the balcony as the night cooled off and we were able to sit and chat in the cool breeze. Pool area and pool are very nice and good size space. Full breakfast of eggs and breakfast meats, as well as waffles, cereal, and bagels. They do not want breakfast going up to the rooms, so I sat outside...
Clean conference room, but they only available restroom was a unisex restroom thanks didn't make it immediately obvious you needed to lock the door. Awkward. And only one person at a time in the only reason available. Not the best place for a training seminar.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay during the Christmas season. This hotel was reasonably priced compared to other options in Grand Junction, and it was much more affordable than the other hotels right next-door. Very clean and well equipped rooms. Cozy beds. Nice breakfast spread. Very caring staff, especially Anne, who prepared special breakfast items for us.
Stayed here three nights for a work conference. Closest hotel to the convention center. My room was clean, and in good order. The hotel staff were all very polite and helpful. The breakfast had a nice variety! Thanks Annie! I'm not a big fan of their $11/night parking fee.
Top notch service from Leslie!!! Temperature is currently=burning with fire and brimstone. Heat advisory’s and triple digits for days is what prompted us to stay here. After reading the many negative reviews about this place, I was leery about staying here. But, I did not find the room dirty, I did not find sketchy people loitering about, I did not spell any marijuana smoke, I did not smell cigarette smoke in our room. I stayed here for a couple of days and for the most part.. i did really enjoy my stay. The main thing i did find annoying was that it seemed like there was never anyone asst the front desk.. But other then that it really was decent.
This hotel is new a clean and the staff is very nice. There willing to work with people who are extended members on your rent prices if your needing assistance. They have a save way in and out of the place, you must have a key to enter so unwanted people aren't allowed in. They don't have breakfast that's why I'd only given them four out of five stars. Most of all it was a great experience.
Hope at the front desk was a great help. Nice place. Guests are friendly and helpful as well. Clean and we'll maintained.
I have stayed in hotels that cost $2k a night that were not as clean as this hotel (flooring instead of carpet in rooms! Very nice). The staff are incredibly friendly and bend over backwards to make you happy. Don't come here expecting room service and lounges. That is not their niche. They focus on good clean rooms at an affordable price combined with excellent customer service. Can't praise them...

Okay, Just so you know, I compare apples to apples, so don’t think this hotel is on par with, say, The Four Seasons; however, compared to other places in its class, it’s great. By far our favorite of the hotels we stayed at on our trip around Colorado. Our room had a bummer of an inner facing view of a wall in the pool area but more importantly was quiet and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The breakfast at this hotel was a full breakfast served buffet style and very tasty.
This hotel, while dated, is clean, quiet, and helpful, and the breakfast was above what is usually offered at this price range. It was a little difficult to work around each other in the room, the sink is outside the bathroom, and while that's usually a plus, having to squeeze past the bed was a little complicated. The internet was good enough, although the number of separate connections caused a bit...
Outstanding staff, outstanding breakfast and very clean room. Nothing fancy regarding the room, but I think this 2-Star hotel is underrated for sure. My only complaint would be that, at least in my room, the TV was not HD and did not have much to offer. The whole staff is to be complimented.
This location had clean rooms, and a good location for our needs as we were simply passing through. We stayed in a room with a king sized bed, the bed and bathroom were just fine, not fancy but clean. The breakfast was great! Better than most with a variety of freshly cooked choices. Convenient location to downtown. We had a couple small room issues (AC had been set to 59 when we arrived so it was freezing). The room had a roll-in shower, which made a huge mess everywhere. Otherwise, this place was fine.

We were visiting for a conference so all the hotels around were busy. My room was clean and comfortable, and so was the bed in particular. Customer service was great, people were nice and didn't seem to hate their job, so that's something! Breakfast is alright, I would like to see a couple more vegetarian options in the sandwich section as I could only eat muffins, scones and granola. I love oatmeal...
Very nice rooms and breakfast setup. Nice little pool too. Elevator speed has increased since my last visit - now just slowest in galaxy. Inner walls bulging due to added stress. Previous tip stands.

Went on a 5 day road trip and this was the nicest hotel we stayed in. Only time the a/c was turned on before our arrival. Free laundry room was amazing too! There were items to purchase (based on honesty policy). Love that!
It was a very nice room. Kitchen was loaded for an extended stay. Very roomy. Would have liked a small nightstand on the other side of the bed. It was a new room. There could have been a brochure/binder explaining was available in the building and area.
The best staff I’ve ever met! They went out of there way to help from when my room key needed changed to holding my water when I forgot my cash upstairs. I would definitely stay here again just to see this wonderful staff! :) will be staying here next time I am in the area
Haven't stayed at a candlewood that I didn't like. The rooms are always nice and clean. They are furnished for extended stays, but I will stay there even for one night, if there is one available. They are well equipped for business travelers, and they have a lot of extra amenities you won't find at other hotels. You can borrow a blender or a board game or many other things.
The room was cozy, but the bed would not be great for long term stays. The staff is nice, and facilities clean.
very nice place new building we stayed there in October 2017 for the first time and been back twice after.
