Comfort Inn Green Bay

i been coming here for a while and my bf always came and seen me and they never had a problem with my boyfriend coming and all of a sudden he pays for the room for me and tells my boyfriend hes going to call the cops if he goes to my room ,, werid activity too me. Makes me feel very uncomfortable and i got two queen beds for 2 people,, it was only me and my new born so i definitely felt unsafe.

They told us it would be $80, when I got my bill a couple days later it was $90. This hotel is not worth $90, not even $80. Our toilet seat was missing a screw to hold the seat on, so when you went to the bathroom the seat slid all over. Their were ants all over in the bathroom, the room was DIRTY, the bed was way to hard.

I traveled since 5 am to come into town for a family emergency. I'm tired, need a shower etc, It's noon on a Wed parking lot is empty. I went in and asked if I could please check in a couple hours early. She informed that yes my room is ready but she cannot release it to me unless I pay her additional money. $25 I paid 50 for the whole night and now they want $25 for 2 and a half hours. Very disappointed. Never staying here again

We booked for 2 nights for a Thursday night Packers game. When we walked in, the room looked decent. We went to take a shower and the shower had a very slow drain- as we showered the water had risen up to our ankles. We found a note from the previous room occupants complaining of the same happening. We asked for more towels; we were told that they bring them right up but had to go get ourselves because the man working desk was eating. We went to pull down comforter for bed and there was a fresh blood spot on the comforter- neither my husband nor I had bled. The blood side looked like it was deliberately hidden on that side instead of replacing for a clean one. We were told that we may get a small refund for this but nothing as of yet. On a positive note, the woman that worked the front desk during the morning shift was very nice, apologetic and sweet- we have no ill will against her. Will not stay there again.

Bed very comfortable, hotel itself old needs some work. Breakfast needs to be retrained on all aspects of customer service. The lady would not get my daughter a bagel because it was 5 minutes before breakfast ends but when someone she knows wanted one she went and got a bagel for her. This hotel not for kids. Would not stay again.
