Made reservations here for the 2nd year in a row for our wedding anniversary. Booked a normal King room for 2 nights and when we arrived we were greatly surprised to get to our room and find we had been upgraded to a beautiful sweet! The Hyatt Regency Green Bay is a wonderful hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The amenities are great and the location is convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Green Bay.

Staff was very professional and polite. The hotel was absolutely clean, including rooms and common areas. Some of the fixtures and cabinetry in the room were showing their age, as is the design of the facility itself. It's very clearly a remodeled older suites hotel, and the remodel in the rooms wasn't that great. I would not call this hotel modern by any definition of the word.

Just OK, the breakfast was so delayed that took almost 1.5 hrs, short staffed on the front , but the lady on the job was amazing and courteous. . Rooms are just Ok, the sound from Highway creeps in, which is not great if you are preferring a quite nights sleep. Some food joints are in the vicinity and the pool was well maintained.

Nice place to stay. Clean and quiet. Two blocks from Lambeau and one block from the practice field. Plenty of parking and the staff is friendly and helpful. The bar across the street had live music that was pretty loud, but I couldn’t hear it in my room. The building seems to be well maintained and the pool/ hot tub are a nice plus. Well worth the price. This was the first and last time my husband and I will ever stay here. We had to scan our tv before we could use it. The bathroom was super small. The beds were nice. We didn't stay for the breakfast. I rather pay more and get a better room.

Wow!! Great place to stay and super close to all of the Packerland action. Standard rooms are oversized with a separate bed and "living area" that includes a nice desk/workspace area. 2 TV's and a well appointed bathroom. This place is definitely worth the stay!!

This is a beautiful hotel! The continental breakfast offered scrambled eggs and sausage patties on both mornings of my stay. There was also a wide selection of bakery, cereals, fresh fruit and breakfast sandwich fixings. The pool was well maintained and quite relaxing. Amazing hotel! We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was only supposed to be for 2 nights but we just kept extending it. We had a king size bed, fireplace and a jacuzzi in our room. It was a beautiful 2 room suite, between that and the staff our hotel stay could not have been any better.

Man, downtown GB has become a cesspool in the past 10 years. Through no fault of its own this Quality Inn has become rather undesirable by location alone. Disappointing. It's a great hotel with a lovely staff. Mildly upsetting to get an accusation of smoking in our room slipped under the door even though my wife and I don't even smoke, but it was an overall pleasant experience inside the hotel.

Staffing is tolerable. A Mr K Smith was VERY helpful and informative about the surrounding areas near the hotel. Housekeeping needs a attitude adjustment, however K Smith is awesome 😊.

The room itself was very nice. But the pool area had a serious ant problem. They weren't in the water but you had to step over them to go into the pool or hot tub. The only reason we stayed was so my daughter could use the pool and the ants freaked her out too much to swim.

Wedding- We had a good experience with our hotel accommodations. The pricing was reasonable and all of our guests were able to get a room. We called often and were able to get numbers of how many rooms were left which was nice for our peace of mind.

Check in clerk was inexperienced and could not solve a room confirmation issue with out guest help. Seemed without support from an immediate supervisor or any help to resolve the issue. Customer got on the company website and resolved the issue. The clerk definitely needed lessons in personal hygiene as well, smell, cleanliness, customer service and a immediate responsible outlet to resolved customers...

Fantastic place to stay for a game! Rooms are clean, staff is extremely courteous, check out at noon is a plus and the pool is open until midnight. Also a free bus ride to the game is next to the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Green Bay for a game.

This hotel is really nice and close to a medical clinic that I used. I went back to it several times. They included a nice breakfast and it was close to a gas station and several restaurants and the freeway.

The bartender Angel was super friendly and fun to talk to. Jay at the front desk is also very friendly and helpful. The construction right now kind of sucks but the all of the staff are very nice. Would stay here again for the 24 hour pool.

Want to start out by saying the staff was fantastic! Very friendly and welcoming. First room had a large brown stain down the side of the mattress, I went back up to the desk and they did accommodate moving me to another room. Second room was okay, bed was comfortable and seemed clean. Shower door seal had a long chunk missing from the bottom so there was a big puddle of water on the floor after showering...

I haven’t personally stayed at this hotel, but I stopped in to check out some live music in the lobby and had a nice time! It’s a really cool hotel from what I could tell and it’s in a nice location. They recently have a new general manager who is super nice and helpful; and the other staff I met was very kind and accommodating as well! Great location, 5 minutes from the Green Bay Airport, friendly staff, very clean, well maintained. No frills, just the basics.

Awesome stay.. real close to the airport, employees were real friendly (Alma) for sure was real nice and quick with getting me checked in. This is now my go to hotel for any business trip :)

I had a great stay. Staff was very sweet and kind. One staff member particular made everything better after I had a hard time checking in. I believe her name was Alma, she was very straight forward and did everything she could so I could have a comfortable stay. Will definitely be staying here again!

One of the cleanest and updated Extended Stays we have stayed at. Staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledge about the area. Allowing pets lots this hotel on the top! Also, priced prefect!

Had a little mishap earlier because I booked the wrong month (go me!) and we were able to fix it with little issue. Lady running the desk was very helpful and patient while I figured that out. No beasties or anything out of the ordinary. Just a decent place to sleep.

Very nice place to billet up on a snowy return trip to drop my second mom off to return to Texas after a wonderful, but all too short visit...however watch out for the bedside manner of the cleaning staff...curb it... Snow removal in the parking lot made for a most challenging parking corral experience however...
