They offer something that is not, the room I paid for was for four people and it is illogical that you pay for the room for friends with breakfast included but their policies are only for two people. In addition, the person at the front desk was rude in letting me speak alone to attend to another person without offering me a solution. We preferred not to eat here and go somewhere else. In addition, I requested two more towels the night before because there were only 2 and we were 4 and even so they did not deliver them. The room did not have enough light, the beds were bad. On my account I do not recommend it.

Demornay was incredibly helpful, respectful, and patient. She efficiently assisted us with canceling a reservation and relocating us to her Gate City location. While we waited for the other hotel to process the cancellation, she made sure we had water and cookies. Her personable nature made us feel warmly welcomed. I truly appreciate her efforts and would highly recommend her.

The cleaning and maintenance staff were an absolute joy, however the front desk and restaurant staff definitely did not provide a Hilton experience. No coffee available without having to inconvenience someone.Bringing the bill before you even eat is not very welcoming.

Feels a little older, beds are firm. The cookie and water is nice but the location and entrance of the hotel are a little tough to navigate during high traffic times. It does have a sports bar attached that you can charge food and drinks to your room

The room was very nice. We really enjoyed being able to check in online and having a digital key and not having a key card to keep track of.
The only thing to be cautious of is the restaurant attached. They were out of a lot of food and non-alcoholic drink options. Especially at breakfast. It may have been the timing. However, we went to breakfast on Thursday, which was the day a LOT of people were checking in at 4. We were part of an extremely large group that was in Town for an event. We arrived Wednesday a day before the majority arrived on Thursday and Friday. Service was good

The pool water was very cold. We thought it would have had a warmer but it did not. The elevators and hallways we're muggy and hot. The rooms were nice and clean but there was no fan and not even a fan option on the air units since the air units were modern. There were a lot of people staying when we did, but peoples children would be laid up and just sitting in the small elevators just riding up and down with people and asking them questions. This made the ride difficult for guests because there was so many of then in there playing only 2 people could get in at the time. Then the whole stay we also heard kids running down the hallways banging on doors and shutting doors. I can understand that it's the parents problem and fault for disorderally children but no parents were anywhere around with these children EVER. I think the staff should have put a stop to it but at the same time if it was put in then they would never get any work done because they would be chasing kids all day.

The room was very nice, view was great from the 11th floor. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were too soft for my liking, but still nice. The only thing I was not pleased about was there was no outdoor pool and the drains in our hotel were very slow to drain. I thought I was going to overflow the sink while washing my face and brushing my teeth. Overall nice place.

Good location that has easy access and navigation. Awesome and friendly staff tgat was always willing to help. The building and room was well kept and clean.

Not a bad hotel, but the breakfast buffet was expensive and not worth it. Powdered eggs and greasy bacon for $13.
