I have been in and around this Sheraton Greensboro Hotel for many years as they are the host hotel for my Alma mater, NC A&T, so I almost regret saying this was my first time staying there. The Sheraton hosted the ADIDAS Clash Soccer Tournament and our stay there was great. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are many amenities in the hotel and it was nice to see all the family and teams...

Staff was superb and always there to help! Some problems in the room but it was always fixed as soon as the front desk was notified. Safe in room didn't work even after it was Fixed, not due to staff or management just a low tech device. Overall stay was fabulous and I will definitely return when I am back in that area!

This hotel has a great pool. They provide tea options in the room which is a plus. I’ve had nachos from the bar and they’re okay. My son and I couldn’t eat from their dinner buffet bc 95% of the things had dairy in them, and only bacon and fruit for breakfast buffet. I have to say that we just recently stayed here because we searched out a hotel that had a restaurant. Well, it did have a couple as well as a bar and breakfast/coffee bar. I loved staying here while on business! It is one of the few places that still have robes. The hotel staff were super helpful and my room was quite clean! I only subtracted a star because this place charges to have packages delivered to you there. It was pretty pricey too. Had a training class for two days here. We got the one conference room with no heat. We told staff about it multiple times first day and second day. They didn’t offer to move us to heated room, even though multiple were available. Heat didn’t rise this day. I brought beanie, gloves and had two blankets the second day. Otherwise food was decent and everything looked clean.

The hotel was really nice and the people at the front desk were extremely helpful and professional. I had a problem with my door lock and they had it fixed within 2 minutes. However having dinner with a large group of people in the restaurant proved entirely overwhelming for the server... Demornay was incredibly helpful, respectful, and patient. She efficiently assisted us with canceling a reservation and relocating us to her Gate City location. While we waited for the other hotel to process the cancellation, she made sure we had water and cookies. Her personable nature made us feel warmly welcomed. I truly appreciate her efforts and would highly recommend her.

Feels a little older, beds are firm. The cookie and water is nice but the location and entrance of the hotel are a little tough to navigate during high traffic times. It does have a sports bar attached that you can charge food and drinks to your room

This is not the newest hotel in Greensboro, but it is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated all the way down to the individual room level, and the staff--from the General Manager to the Service--is polite, attentive, friendly and cheerful. The stay was very welcoming! Everything was clean and in place, as someone expects. Unfortunately the 2 issues I has was that the shower washes, lotions and hand soaps, all were scented with Lavender. Beautiful resort on a fantastic golf course. The room was great, clean, comfortable. Food was very good. Service was a little off, they couldn’t find my reservation, then couldn’t run credit cards. I asked 4 times before I received basic items to my room and was told I couldn’t get other items. The staff here was super sweet and had great mannerism, they all were very efficient and kind. We enjoyed our stay and even though nothing is right next to the hotel except the airport which I did appreciate being close to the airport that was super convenient, to go out wasn't a far drive to get to other places, which I liked as well! Nice hotel, had a good stay and then walked across the street to the airport in the morning, which is extremely convenient. My only complaint is that the towels in our room were new and had never been washed - I ended up with white fibers and towel debris stuck all over my body, all through my hair, and it was quite hard to remove. We recently stayed at the Marriott Airport for our wedding festivities. We had 30 rooms blocked with friends and family flying in from different locations. The Marriott shuttle from the airport was absolutely perfect. Rooms are tiny compared to a normal hotel room, especially the bathrooms. Decor is modern. Front desk staff is not very helpful and pretty rude. Hotel is only convenient if u are flying out of gso. It is not near downtown activities and destinations. Also, GPS doesn't work to the hotels address took forever to find location. Must use google maps only. Hotels website doesn't tell you that.

Nicely maintained even though they are due for a remodel. Nicest hotel stay I've had in awhile and I travel every week. Thanks for friendly, great service. I requested a feather free room and this was done. It is a simple request but follow through is key and it means alot. It was quiet and that is my other favorite thing about my stay.

I had the great opportunity to attend THE CarTESOL Conference earlier this month. My room was very spacious, well lighted. Internet access was a plus to continue working well into the night. I thank the hotel and organizers for the complementary light meals and cocktails. I really enjoyed the breakfast and light lunch. A memorable stay, indeed.

The hotel decor is dated but our room was clean. We had one minor hiccup that was taken care of immediately. The manager's reception was nice but crowded which is a good sign. Breakfast was good as usual. The staff was more than helpful. The hotel is located in an area that seems pretty central to shops etc. The rooms are spacious and clean, though the building does seem to be a bit on the older side. However, they're currently renovating the rooms which is great. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here.

Was pretty good for the price. Looked well-maintained and clean. I didn't have breakfast, but my husband said it was good. We're doing a cross-country move with 2 cats, so our hotel options are pretty limited, but this one was definitely better and cheaper than others we've been to on this trip.

Room was fine... it was clean, bathroom had some water damage that was painted over on the inside bottom of the door, loved the pillows and the amount of them, and loved all the towels. The price here is a little higher than nearby hotels. However, the lobby is well designed, the rooms are in excellent condition, and the staff are friendly. Stayed in a King corner room. From check-in to the room itself, everything was excellent. The bed was super comfortable, room was very spacious and the shower wonderful. Loved staying at Proximity! So many thoughtful details in this hotel. The 'living room' on our floor where we could get ice and fill the glass pitcher provided in our room with filtered water. We came here for our wedding night! Everything was set up perfectly and the beds were comfortable! We loved that the bath had a little area to put your phone or tablet on there or your food if you want to eat too. Everything was super cute and relaxing! Perfect!

Came here for Tea !! It was a beautiful time! The hotel is grand and the lobby you are in is very peaceful, relaxing and laid back. You have to make a reservation which for us was about two weeks out. It was a treat and something different to do for lunch! Service was amazing nothing bad to say! We were amazed that the price not only included breakfast but it also included an evening meal and glass of wine! We drive 10 hours a day so we always look for a hotel that has a restaurant but to have it included in the price was amazing! Also the staff were extremely friendly 😀. Our family stayed here over the weekend and it lived up to all the great reviews! The staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was delicious, plenty of hot water with good pressure, and the kids enjoyed the free popcorn. We had a family gathering Labor Day weekend. There was about 20 of us meeting in the lobby sitting in the area with a big couch and several chairs. A perfect place to meet. Great place to stay. Ample work space in lobby to group and work and maintain being on top of your schedule. Like the rest it is a Marriott so you know to expect a certain quality.

The bathrooms were nice. The fireplace down stairs with the bar was a really nice addition. It was amazing to come to the room with the bed made up as well as a towel left under my tooth brush and tooth paste

The place looked like at 1 time it had a lot going on. Pool. Large area for dinning and bar but no longer open. Reasonable rate. Room was good enough to sleep in for the night. Quiet. No one was there. Easy to get to from intestate 73. A place to stop on my travels to get some rest.

Loved how spacious everything was. We had such restful enjoyable sleep. Air-conditioning was perfect for relaxation. Our room stayed safe the entire time. I even had 2 rounds of hot breakfast, fresh waffles and hot egg, cheese & turkey sausage burrito. Wish we could stay longer next time. Thank you.

Check in was smooth and easy. Now a days most hotels are nonsmoking but can’t ever remove all evidence of that odor that permeates all things, but at least they try. Staff seemed very friendly. Was there for continuing education. Hotel appeared clean but there were issues with all the restrooms while we were attending classes. These things do tend to happen at some point. Over all a good experience. Also hotel is located very close to the highway, food and entertainment.

Nothing too fancy, but it was clean, the staff was polite and friendly, and I really like the kitchenette in the room. They serve a very limited hot breakfast and it wasn't especially tasty, but it's better than the gluten-only offerings at many hotels which I can't eat. Stayed 4 nights and 3rd night our room was not completely cleaned (trash not picked up and bed not made). Did not get replaced coffee cups for 2 days in a row had to go down to the front desk. No mention of no continental breakfast with stay, charged a fee. Liked the digital key entry and check in and check out phone application.

If you are driving back to Michigan from any of the Southern vacation spots for spring break or winter break. This is a great rest stop. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. The pool was awesome. heated and clean and a great place for kids to expel some energy on a long trip. The Bistro did a really good job on breakfast also.

Stayed here booking a room the same day. Rooms were very clean and very spacious. We had 3 people (my husband and mom) and had more than enough room in a double queen. The fire pit was a nice touch!! Very nice hotel!
