Rooms are a bit small and somewhat outdated but clean and decently maintained. Vanity sink was slow and I had to pull out the plunger manually. Walls are NOT well sound proof as my normal volume at 857pm apparent caused disturbance to room next door and led to a call from front desk. Although I couldn't hear anyone else myself. I have traveled far and close and been to many Marriott properties...

I stay here every time I drive home for the holidays! Nice location right off the highway which is perfect for the long road trip, but it's also quiet enough to sleep well. Pet friendly for dogs up to 50 lb.

Adored my stay here and wish it could've been for longer! Incredible service, wonderful staff, and absolutely LOVE the shuttle service they offer. The shuttle is a standout that puts them a cut above any other chain hotel I've ever stayed at. Keep up the amazing work and world class customer service. The main areas are clean, Behind the main areas needs some work. Broken bathroom fixtures in the common area, Elevators had only one operational with service elevator as the backup. From the time of check in to check out, the Staff was very professional and attentive to my needs. I used room service for the first time at the hotel. The time from order to delivery was exceptional and so was the quality and taste of the food.

Rooms were big and I was able to work from my room before my flight. My issue was with cleanliness. They only clean rooms every other day (a growing trend in the industry), but even after my room was serviced, it was still dirty. The floors and countertops were not clean.

The Regency very nice, clean, and safe. My husband and I enjoyed our alone time together. The breakfast was awesome and Valet service was very nice. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff here is amazing, there is nothing I have asked for that i haven't got. From valet to manager you are treated with great respect. The Hyatt Regency Greenville was renovated within the past year. It is really nice. There are 60 inch TVs in every room. The Furnishings are modern and updated. The food in general is very good as well. I was attending a conference and it was a great overall experience.

Upscale Hampton Inn in a great location along the Reedy River which flows through the middle of downtown Greenville. Many nice restaurants and places to shop nearby. It was a cold night and heating system had trouble keeping room at a steady temperature, otherwise, room and hotel were great.

This is an upscale Hampton Inn and is very expensive. However, it is on the riverwalk of downtown Greenville. It is within walking distance of down town and many shops and resturants. It is normally worth the extra money for this hotel because of the location. The rooms could use some maintenance, but it was very clean. My company puts it's employees in this hotel every time we come here for business and I love the place. If I could give this place more than five stars I would! We were in town for a wedding over the weekend and they were able to check us in early after a 14+ hour drive! It's a bit noisy some people do not know how to aft when they come to hotels via it vacation or business. This place was great! Nice area in the west end of town. Across the street for Fluor field if you are attending the game. Less than a mile walk to everything on main street if you don't mind the walk, most of it is closer. Clean spacious rooms and great customer service. Breakfast was also served every morning, which was great if you are looking to have a quick bite before your day.

My room had just had the carpets cleaned and eventually the room became musty as not enough time had passed to let the carpet dry. Pool was not open, HH and Cafe not open regular hours. Overall a decent place to sleep but lacking in experience. And the musty smell from the room was just gross my entire suit case now has that smell. Yuck.

Great service, quiet room. We are here for an extended stay for the second time. Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. We like having the option to eat at the cafe here all day long. There aren't safes in the rooms, but we have always been able to use the safe deposit boxes are the front desk. The location has been perfect for us to travel to Spartanburg, Clemson and Woodruff.

The room was nice, but there was no microwave. When using the towel to dry off it left a lot of lint on you, so you had to use the towel that should be use for the floor to try and get the lint off your body. This is a good hotel if you need to stay in the downtown area. It is clean and very nice inside. The location is convenient to the Hyatt conference center and several restaurants in just a few blocks walking distance. The real negative is the Valet only parking, but they are fast and the rate is reasonable. Minor note... the TV channels are very limited.

Spacious and very comfy beds, this location was perfect in the downtown Greenville area. Only drawback was very little street parking, and it has time limits, so you had to use the valet which was $15. Valet parking being the only option is not a good way to start your stay. The room was nice and clean. I had to go behind the counter to get the attention of a staff member to check out. I paid in advance and yet they still held the same amount I had already paid for 4 full days after my stay. And I am not referring to the 50 dollar hold that was also applied to a separate card.

Upscale hotel with friendly staff. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. One point to consider. The room that I had there was a slight problem. The bathroom tub was the only issue of not being too clean. There was a little trash left in shower tub. Otherwise, the room looked good and I enjoyed my stay.

Nice motel. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Breakfast was hot and fresh and although packed, I think they had adequate seating available for the size of the hotel. My only complaint was the water pressure for the sink in the room was ridiculously low. Shower was ok, but that sink was something to behold.

The room was renovated recently so the room and the bathroom we're both really nice. However the hall was being painted so paint smell was a little strong. The safety lock also fell off the wall when I walked in. Superficial things really. I slept very well, but it was a bit noisy outside the hotel. Bad things that lead to my review: 1)The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan. 2) Service quality needs improvement. The assistants working in daytime were well-trained and fine but when we arrived at 12 am the service was terrible...

Our room was spacious. The staff were so helpful, especially the shuttle driver who took 10 of us to dinner and back! Everyone was professional and warm. We're about to eat breakfast, and I'm very excited. Even the front desk staff was excited to recommend their own restaurant. Very good signs!

Jill who works at the restaurant / bar at night is very friendly with great recommendations on food. Very nice and hospitable. Looking forward to coming back.

I had a great stay here last night. The room was clean and comfortable. Katie at the front desk was super helpful and assisted me in the best way possible! Her customer service skills definitely exceeded all of my expectations! The nightly rate is a fair price and the location is convenient. I will absolutely stay here again in the future. Thank y'all so much!!

Nice updated rooms. Rooms still have a kitchen area from where Savannah suites had one before which is great. Rooms are kinda pricey at $100 a night, you can get the same deal at the same kind of hotel for $56.

The room was nice. However, if you're going to have a kitchen, at least have the pots and pans etc to use it. Not all of us are locals staying there. Some of us are there for work. I don't take my kitchen stuff when I travel. Shouldn't have to!

I had a longer stay than I had originally anticipated at Motel 6. The staff was always nice and accommodating, especially Roberta. The rooms are clean and have been recently renovated. Sometimes other guests can be loud, but that's no fault of the staff. A good stay overall if you're looking for inexpensive and a good location closer to downtown Greenville.

We are currently staying here and I wanted to tell you an incident with one of their employees. My grandchildren are with me and it's been a little tough on us but a sweet beautiful young lady stopped to talk to them and saw they were a little bored. She told them if they were good she would bring them a treat. They were so excited. A little while later she came back and brought Halloween brownies...
