The bunk beds for the kids was a great touch. We loved breakfast at the Southern Grind Coffee Shop located on the hotel property. The pool was a great time for the kids.

Spur of the moment trip to Florida on the 1st of January led us to this hotel. I have to say, I definitely 10/10 recommend. Clean, spacious and the staff is excellent 👌. The Indigo Hotel has exceeded my expectations on almost everything. The rooms are huge, the bathroom is so large and spacious, I love the shower and the jets. The indoor pool is awesome and most of all. They even provide transportation to and from the beach. I absolutely LOVE this hotel!! Have stayed here 3 consecutive yrs in a row & will continue to come back! The staff is always super friendly- especially Marcus at guest services desk & Cynthia who was our shuttle driver. The rooms are nice & big and always super clean. It is also out away from the crowds but not far enough away from everything. Keep up the good work!!

We are staying here currently. I work for an IHG Hotel. Marcus and Julie at the reservation desk are absolutely awesome!!! They helped me take care of a mishap i made with the reservation. They are very personable! I cant say enough good about them!!! The room is very nice i asked for extra pillows they were brought to us within 10 minutes! Definitely a great place to stay!!!

The property itself is nice, but with 4 floors and only one elevator it was torturous being on the 3rd floor. They were dog friendly with a nice dog run. They have kitchen stove on the rooms, the room was clean, the pool is warm, the service crew was great. I’d definitely stay again.

Very clean and organized. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffle, bagel, toast, fruit, cereal etc. The front desk staff was comforting and accommodating. The renovations are nice and aesthetically pleasing. The location is 10 minutes from the beach area. It’s a great location.

The rooms were okay but had a heavy air freshener smell that we didn’t appreciate. The beds were comfortable but the bathroom needs a remodel - very low water pressure and the tub was stained/damaged and not up to standard. The room was big and spacious for us and very comfortable. The area is a good location and not to far from the beach if driving about 10m... Really enjoyed my stay.

Outside when you pull in your like this place looks a little old. But when you get in there the employees were happy to see you and excited for you to stay with them. The lobby looked fairly new considering the hotel was older. Rooms were in a lot better shape than expected. Would stay here again.

Is exceptional cleaning staff and amazing location. My only complaint is that there is no breakfast and the restaurant "Island pancakes' in its place is really expensive. The two pools where cool and the beach was GREAT - West yes 3 days during Shrimp Fest and paid $300 a night.

Last minute decision to grab a room in Gulf Shores. I called and booked after seeing it as a suggestion on priceline app. I had some questions and the front desk was very helpful during a busy check in time. Great value. Rooms are nice and large. Recommend the two king suite. Hotel isn’t luxury, but is a great budget option. Clean rooms and very polite staff. You cannot beat the location on the beach with plenty of restaurants and shops near by.

The staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean. We got a suite for 6 with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch, and we were all very comfortable with the space and the price. There were good movie options on the TV and the breakfast options were very good as well. We were all very satisfied with our stay and would come here again.

We stayed at unit B 42, this cozy unit is beautifully decorated and a perfect spot for a romantic getaway. The unit overlooks the pool with an ocean view and has easy beach access. Rented through Joy Sullivan Vacation Rentals, easy to book and they include little touches that make your stay special.

I've been staying here for a few days now and I'm really enjoying it. So far there has been no inconveniences and it's been worth the room rate for 4-5 people. Also the place is clean, not too noisy, and has a great view of the beach.

We are loving our stay! Unit 503 is a cute 1 bed room, decorated perfect for the beach. All of the furniture is up to date and comfortable! We love the balcony's hightop table. The beach isn't to crowed, the chair service is a little expensive but there is plenty of room for your own beach stuff. Just got back from our summer vacation at Seacrest 802, stayed there last year also 702. Very comfortable with an awesome view for a very affordable price. Easy parking extremely fast elavator, pool is clean and up to date. Convenient short drive to dining, shopping and activities. Washer and dryer in room so both times we've been able to come home not having to worry about a weeks worth of dirty cloths...

The room did not smell good old and musky smelling so I purchased a can of disinfectant spray from a local store an went to blasting also only ice machine was downstairs. The location of the hotel was great and the staff was friendly but it's time to update this hotel.

Room was clean and towels were refreshed daily. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful but they are very serious about the ending times on breakfast. Don't get me wrong we got there with 15 min left to get food but we seemed to be bothering him. Otherwise the front desk staff was awesome.

My family and I stayed here while on vacation in Gulf Shores. I decided to give three stars because of a semi rude encounter we had on Saturday Morning with a man ( who seemed to be in charge....might have been a manager). In a hateful manner he reminded us that we needed a plate for the pancake machine. That would have not been a big deal had he no been so ugly about it. We clearly had our hands full...

Friendly staff, rooms are alot smaller than advertisements, kind of a small town feel but looks like maybe some fun by the water? My room was clean, not a huge fan of shower heads but had hot water and decent pressure.

Rooms aren't completely bad. Was supposed to have a Queen suite room but was told none were available so was given a 2 Queen bed room. It's was ok. Fridge didn't keep our water cold and carpet seemed dirty. We were on 1st floor and the noise from above was terrible all night. Sounded as if kids were jumping from beds. The water dripped from tub faucet 100% of the time.

For the price per night it was good. The walls are thin so you can hear the next rooms TV. The bed was comfortable and took up most of the room even though it was a queen size. Over all a decent place to stay if you are just going to sleep there.

I love this hotel. The bed is probably the most comfortable bed I've ever had on a vacation. The room was really clean. I love that it had a full fridge, not a mini. We rented unit 1101 and it was by far one, if not THE best experience we have had. The condo is incredibly spacious and clean. Views of either the bay or the beach are present in each room. We have been coming to this area for 25 years and this is the best condo with the most amazing views we have ever had. Condo was a little dated and the stove didn't work properly. All in all a pleasant stay.

There were a few issues but the staff at Young’s Suncoast (Candace and Pam) were very attentive and addressed them promptly. The beach front location was perfect; near just about everything including Sea-n-Suds (which was right down stairs) and The Hangout!!! Check in and check out was a smooth process using my phone. We would definitely stay again.
