The room did not smell good old and musky smelling so I purchased a can of disinfectant spray from a local store an went to blasting also only ice machine was downstairs. The location of the hotel was great and the staff was friendly but it's time to update this hotel.

Room was clean and towels were refreshed daily. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful but they are very serious about the ending times on breakfast. Don't get me wrong we got there with 15 min left to get food but we seemed to be bothering him. Otherwise the front desk staff was awesome.

Upon checking in Paul was great, a friendly man. Going to the room was all together different, the elevator did not level on the floor. Off to the room, there was a strong meldew black mold on the bathroom door and walls. A big orange spot on the comforter. The TV didnt work, but they fixed it. It was very humid in the room. Shall we talk about the cold eggs and sausage? No orange juice. Hand...

Don't ever stay here, joining door doesn't lock, doesn't stand behind what u purchased on Priceline, tried to give room away

Overall, condo 903 was okay. There were several items that needed to be tended to as far as paint and rust in the bathroom. With it being winter and the main door not sealing well, it got kinda drafty. The bedroom could DEFINITELY use a fan of sorts for white noise and air circulation. We are loving our stay! Unit 503 is a cute 1 bed room, decorated perfect for the beach. All of the furniture is up to date and comfortable! We love the balcony's hightop table. The beach isn't to crowed, the chair service is a little expensive but there is plenty of room for your own beach stuff. The pool is nice and well kept and we are a short drive to the best resturants!! Highly recommend this...

Just got back from our summer vacation at Seacrest 802, stayed there last year also 702. Very comfortable with an awesome view for a very affordable price. Easy parking extremely fast elavator, pool is clean and up to date. Convenient short drive to dining, shopping and activities. Washer and dryer in room so both times we've been able to come home not having to worry about a weeks worth of dirty cloths...

Loved this location. 😍 Husband and I relocated from our roach infested room at Tidewater to Phoenix All Suites. What a difference! The room was clean, the view was beautiful, the desk service was effecient despite our service being during the off season. Laundry rooms on-site, available parking, lovely balcony. There were so many businesses to visit within walking distance. I would stay here again...

We will definitely be back here! Everyone working there was super friendly especially Sonya at the front desk! The rooms were beautiful with an amazing view and its all right on the beach. We stayed here for our honeymoon after staying in a condo from hell the first night we were in Alabama and Phoenix made it all so much better!!

This is great . The rooms are nice, affordable, beachfront and the staff is wonderful. Located right in the middle of gulf shores Alabama. You can not find a better beach for the price.

Visited family there that came into town..they stay there every summer because of the price,staff,and the comfortable accommodations..great access to beach and local sites

We were at the beach and decided to pop in and just take a look around. Thought it would be a good place for our next vacation stay. Excellent accommodations, the staff was very responsive to our questions and showing us around, all the amenities we could wish for or need to keep ourselves entertained, the kids entertained, and for a restful few days at the beach.

Beautiful area on bon secour river. Good fishing. Don't know about the lodging or condos because we are here in a boat, fishing.

On day 2 of our 4 night stay. Could not be happier! Condo is clean, has everything we could possibly need! The pool is clean and very close. We have 2 adults and 6 kids and we are all very comfortable and have plenty of beds and bedding to accommodate. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

The view of the Bay is very pretty. The condo is amazing! The kitchen has all kinds of utensils, plates, cups, crock pot, blender, fridge/freezer combo ETC. The only thing you have to bring is the food. It's so spacious and plenty of privacy for everyone. Very relaxing and has an outside patio that is screened in to keep bugs out. The ONLY thing I MILDLY dont care for is being able to hear other people...

Such a beautiful condo!!! Easy check in and out. Only problem was the dining room. Apparently the chairs had been broken and glued back together which caused the chair to break and injure a family member. They were very fast to replace the broken chairs with a bench which was fine because the condo is very spacious. Even with that being an issue I plan to return to this same condo in the future. We look forward to spending a few days at Bay John every summer. Very calming atmosphere with breathtaking views of sunsets on Oyster bay (photos are by my wife). There were a few issues but the staff at Young’s Suncoast (Candace and Pam) were very attentive and addressed them promptly. The beach front location was perfect; near just about everything including Sea-n-Suds (which was right down stairs) and The Hangout!!! Check in and check out was a smooth process using my phone. We would definitely stay again.

The place is nice and clean, however only half the window blinds actually adjust and the door to the patio is very hard to open. Not the most well maintained place I've stayed but worth the price, if you don't wany the privacy of choosing the blinds to the master bedroom in room 343

Stayed in 1084, smaller condo because it was just my wife and 2 small daughters with me. But it was perfect. Bed in the room was so comfy I didn't want to get up in the morning haha......and our girls loved the pull out bed in the couch. They snoozed too! Was kinda jealous of them because their pull out bed was right next to the windows and door to back patio. Such a beautiful view too. We loved it...
