Clean and comfortable despite the small size of the room. Just make note there is no heat if you're traveling at the end of the season. Would definitely stay again in warmer weather.

Perfect location if you are running Smuttynose half marathon. I literally walked to start line. Staff was great about a late check out due to race. My room had all the necessities - fridge/microwave and coffee pot.

One of the better motels to stay in the Hampton Beach area. Location is great, pool is nice, staff seem helpful and friendly, and the motel seems to attract families and a bit more mature crowd. This review is for the Poolside Kitchenette. I checked in on Tuesday July 5 and was greeted by the very friendly staff. No complaints here, the room was clean, the beds comfy and the kitchen stocked with the bare essentials for cooking (pots, pans) , dining (plates, cups, silverware) and cleaning (dish soap and sponge). My husband and I had stayed here a few years ago and were happy to return. It was better than we remembered. Beautiful setting, lovely accommodations and a friendly, helpful staff. We were especially impressed with Kamron in the dining room - he is terrific! We look forward to returning.

Excellent staff, amazing service, and wonderful room with a lovely view. The location right by the sea was breathtaking and the ambiance throughout was enchanting. Loved the live piano music in an inclusive lounge space that had us meeting new people and having the best time. I plan on trying to get back annually now.

VERY impressed with Eagle House! I rented the Studio King for a week in October. This was a comfortable space, complete with a little kitchen, perfect for our stay. The room was pristine and very comfortable. Location is an easy stroll into the main pedestrian area of Gloucester. I highly recommend staying here!

This place was wonderful! The room was simple but cozy - very very comfortable bed nicely appointed and all the amenities. I didn't get into my car once - concert I was attending was around the corner and walk to town, harbor, beach so easy. Grateful to be allowed to park my car til 1pm which made the visit perfect!! Excellent 2 night stay in May! Great location to the shops in Rockport, friendly owner, comfortable bedding, good size towels, wood floors (a cleaner feel, avoids the musty smell found in some motels near the ocean) and a quiet air conditioner. Nice wooden cubes under the counter for storage.

Very nice motel - We are usually Marriott customer's but this motel was clean, friendly and close to everything. We also felt the price was fine considering the location. Would not hesitate a return visit.

Lovely hosts, comfortable room, perfect location! The house is within walking distance of everything in town. Our room was immaculately clean, very cozy, and comfortable. Great location, quiet during the night, good breakfast. The last morning we ran into someone who goes back to the same b&b every year and we can see why. If you want a good central base in walking distance to the rockport pier, driving distance to a bunch of towns nearby, and the owners are nice and give you space. My wife and I would go back again.

My husband and I just got home from a nice little getaway in Rockport. Our stay was amazing! The hotel was nice and cozy. The staff was very welcoming! My first visit to the inn was three years ago and so wonderful that I had to stop back for another stay. I had the same room which I loved! My husband and I stayed at the Inn in August for 2 nights. Such a magical and lovely place. I did not realize that the Inn was built in the 1760s!
