For a “Plus” location, this property lacks… I had reported our coffee machine being visibly broken on day 2 of our stay and had no follow up whatsoever by day 4. The room had no clock, a ripped shower curtain and no towel hooks, no soap dish. The room was serviced only once and only after I made sure to ask during a 4 night stay and very sparsely… sheets never changed, nothing cleaned, garbage bags...

My family of four had a great visit on a Saturday evening booked only a few hours before our stay. The suite (king with sofa bed) was clean and spacious. Front desk was courteous, helpful and prompt. We were there for a soccer tournament in Epping and Manchester. Therefore, the location to travel to both worked. The hotel is has a wonderful restaurant across the street, Logans. Very convenient. Such a nice hotel. Exceeded our expectations in every way. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, very clean and the breakfast was awesome. Loved that the air conditioner had a fan mode that runs all night. Shower was wicked hot and had great pressure. Loved our 1 night stay here and highly recommend.

I enjoyed my stay here. While the motel was dated, it had a pleasant feel to it along with the area. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The location is great with being close to Hampton Beach and Portsmouth. I didn't get a chance to get in the pool but it looked nice. Looking to get away, hampton house rooms are bright, clean with plenty of space to spread out. My room had a fantastic view of the beach and ocean with a private porch where i sat watching the tide roll in while eating my dinner. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

It's a nice 2 star hotel. We only stayed one night. Had a quiet night during the off-season. Have coffee available in the lobby 24 hours. Free ice for coolers.

This is the second time I have eaten at the Old Salt. The first time was about 10 years ago for dinner and it was very nice. A bit expensive, but I think that comes with the territory. This meal was their infamous brunch and it was really amazing. I wouldn't say it's the best brunch buffet I have ever had, but it was very good and very tasty.

The fire alarm went off, this is the second time we stayed there and the other time the fire alarm went off. They have soap dispensers in the shower and I think that’s very tacky. Especially for the price you pay.

Spent a wonderful weekend at McGuirk's. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. The hotel is located within walking distance of everything. We had dinner and breakfast there each day during our stay. We dined outside. Breakfast was peaceful and dinner was lively. If you are looking to enjoy everything Hampton Beach has to offer, I would recommend McGuirk's.

We stopped in and sat outside in the bar area because I wanted an afternoon coffee and my husband wanted a cold beer. My boyfriend and I enjoyed every minute of our stay at Jonathan's it's become a tradition to come here now ,so close to the beach, parking in the back and not have to worry about it. The owner is the sweetest and made our stay fantastic.

The price is descent and the amenities are passable. 2 bedroom with a space that looks like a kitchen but not even close to enough space to actually use it. It's all about location, though, and this place has it! Also fantastic staff members.

The prices at local hotels were too steep. I ended up at Hampton Village Resort and ran into Dan G at the front desk. From there, the experience was amazing. The pool water felt good perfect. They supplied Keurig coffee at my request. They also told me that they would be providing continental breakfast in some time within the near future.

It's quiet. The bed is comfortable. The room is a bit small, but has all the necessities. Everything is clean and the building smells clean too. Staff is helpful and pleasant. This is truly a diamond in the rough.

We arrived early and our room was not yet ready, but the friendly staff showed us where to park our car and gave us chairs and umbrellas and a wagon to enjoy the beach until our room was ready! We had a wonderful month-long stay! Room and accommodations were very comfortable, modern, and well maintained. Most importantly, people were great--welcoming and helpful. My husband and I stayed here during off season in Feb. We had a room over looking the beach. GREAT view. Very charming. The room was warm, clean and very quiet. The rates were reasonable and check in was super easy.

I loved this place! The room was perfect, spotless, modern and exactly what you would expect, and amazing ocean views from my balcony. The rest of the building was very clean and modern. For a beach motel it was pretty good. We were on the side with the courtyard there were plenty of grills and picnic tables. We met some really nice people. Any problems were quickly addressed. You get what you paid for. I had asked for a nonsmoking room, when we got there it smell like smoke. We sprayed it down with some air freshener and it helped. We had just spent the whole week at a rental and decided to stay one extra night. This was the first to pop up with an available room. We had a room on the top floor, right in front of the pool.
