We paid top dollar for this room plus one night up front for a three night stay. No breakfast or food served at all because blah blah blah COVID. This was not mentioned on their website. No food nearby after 3:00 PM so after hours of driving we had to drive again just to eat. I just finished a 3 month trip across the U.S. and Canada. Stayed mostly in Best Western hotels. This was the nicest of all. Room was beautiful, clean and well appointed. Fabulous large bathroom and modern shower. Great location. No breakfast like many of the others but still a great stay!

Website and phone service did not make it easy to book 2 rooms for 2 different couples. Ended up with 2 rooms in my name and on my card. Trying to keep them separate seemed to be very difficult for them. Very friendly people. Wonderful hostess at breakfast. Could not have enjoyed her wonderful attitude towards her work. I was in room 118. Went to open closet only to have the handle fall off. Shower valve took all my muscle to turn on and off. Never heard of paying a penalty for an early check in when the rooms were already, ready. Other than that nice place. Convenient location.

This has to be the nicest Best Western I've ever stayed at. Rooms are updated with modern decor and comfortable beds. The fake fireplace is a little cheesy,but it didn't stop us from turning it on. This place was really neat! Felt like being in an Italian villa. Everything was really neat. My only comment would be that the water for the shower was not really hot. Otherwise... great place. Breakfast was good as well!

Hip and classy hotel. Modern but comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a day of biking and wine tasting. Great location, friendly staff, room was done except the bathroom ceiling exhaust fan was inoperable. I reported it several times during our 2 night stay, but it was not repaired. The hotel is on the main road through town, and there was a lot of street noise -- traffic and pedestrian voices -- on Saturday night. So, the location is close to great restaurants, but noisy on weekend evenings.

Location is perfect and the rooms are nicely decorated. Bed and pillows were comfortable. We had the cheaper rate that put our room facing the street which can be noisy and a bother for some. My wife and I had a wonderful one-night stay in the Pool Suite and would highly recommend Honor Mansion. The experience was first class, from start to finish. Best chocolate covered macaroons I've ever had, too!

We stayed two nights at the Honor Mansion. The breakfasts were delicious with many things to choose from. The attention to detail was beyond belief from the activities on the grounds to providing complimentary sodas, cookies, and water. If you want to be pampered we highly recommend the Honor Mansion.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was fine, no complaints really. There was self-service breakfast available downstairs which was okay: some yogurts, bananas, bars, mix to make waffles and coffee. It's located quite close to the vineyards which is great.

My husband and I were only in town for one day but I wish we had stayed longer because the Grape Leaf Inn was wonderful! From the location to the room and staff it was such a great experience. Our room was so cozy and quiet. Breakfast was amazing! We will definitely be coming back.

This was the perfect inn experience. Bella Luna is a just short walk to downtown. The inn is nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. Daniel is very welcoming and has lots of helpful tips about local wineries. I will certainly stay here if I return to Healdsburg.
