Marriott's Grande Ocean

This review is only about the Namaste Spa. My experience was not at all good. I reserved a Massage treatment, and when I got there, I asked for a small, add-on, (a dry brush, exfoliation) but they couldn’t figure out how to had a service so they talked me into changing my massage to a body wrap service that included the dry brush. However, they failed to tell the massage person about the change; she tried to make the adjustment, but it was a mess. I laid mostly on plastic and half the sheet off the bed. She slathered on the Shea butter after a quick dry brush, and said while I was wrapped, she would massage my feet and scalp if I wanted. I said yes, however, it was the worst so-called massage I have ever had. She only touched one spot in each area and didn’t move , clearly she did not know how to message. Furthermore, I’m certain she fell asleep at least three times during each “massage“ points. It was more frustrating than anything. It was wasted money for sure.
