Beautiful resort! Staff is friendly, Randi in activities was great, my kids loved her! Bike rentals were very reasonably priced! We will definitely be back. The only issue we had was our dryer took 3x before any clothes were dry and there was also mold in the bathroom corner.

One of our very favorite places to stay! Kids love it and there’s plenty for them to do so everyone enjoys. Only complaint is the quality of the mattresses in the rooms seems to have really gone down. Marriott needs to bring the good beds back!

I liked I really liked the accommodations, everything was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the receptionist was attentive. Two things that were not as advertised are that there is no hot tub/jacuzzi as mentioned and posted in the photos and the other is that you have to pay for parking or a fee to enter the complex that the hotel said would be refunded at checkout but this did not happen

We were told at check in that all rooms had views. Our view was treetops. The pool only has sun in the morning. The remainder of the day is all shade. If you are staying here to be close to Harbor Town and ride bikes, this location is perfect for you. If you are staying here to be near the beach or relax on you balcony and enjoy the view, this place is not for you. I got to stare a movement ceiling...

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond for us during our stay. Free room upgrade to riverview room. And everyone was professional and pleasant with each interaction. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. Only issue was we had a hard time opening and closing the sliding door. Loved the location...as just about everything was in walking distance.

The hotel was in a very convenient location and within walking distance to the downtown area. It is only getting 3 stars because when I booked the room it said my total would be $242, but when I looked at the charges it said $282 plus another $12 charge. When checking in the concierge told me to rip up my parking ticket and use my room key for the parking. He never once mentioned that it was $40 to...

My balcony room overlooking the river was wonderful. I particularly enjoyed seeing the cargo ships coming and going from the port. Housekeeping employees were very nice and attentive. Big shout out to James, who helped me w/my luggage and getting checked into my room.. he even was kind enough to fill up my ice bucket!

Our stay was amazing. The staff was great, engaging, friendly and genuinely felt like they cared. The fairy meant that we never had to use a car. One of the best resort experiences that I have had.

We recently stayed at Olde Harbour I'm for our honeymoon. It was by far the best trip we have made to Savannah yet. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I loved this hotel! It is adorable, the staff is incredibly friendly, and it's in a great location!! But, be aware that this inn is an old building so the floor boards creek. Great location with stunning Savannah River views. Spacious room provided comfortable accommodation. However, the elevators were noticeably unclean, and there was no drinking water fountain available. The beverage vending machine was out of order or empty throughout my stay. Despite these inconveniences, the prime position and generous room size balanced the experience.

The bar and restaurant are absolutely gorgeous. When we arrived, every restaurant in town was booked. We popped into the bar and had the most delicious food with great service. Our bartender Demi was just the perfect combination of helpful, informative and a total pro. We make many trips to this coast several times a year. We will definitely be back. ❤️

Great location in the heart of the historic district, literally a block from the waterfront. Room had nice touches, like a full kitchen and complimentary non-alcoholic drinks. Be careful when the front desk tells you that your room includes 'free drinks'. They don't mean from the full bar 5 ft. away but they mean a local beer or cup of wine from the stock behind the front desk.

Don't look at the price! Once you arrive, you will notice that you didn't pay enough. Every day we discovered something new. They have so many live performances (music, pianists, singing, etc.). The hotel is a museum with a rich history. The view is unmatched. Moreover, they maintained social distancing/face mask guidelines. You will not be disappointed.

INCREDIBLE Hotel. We enjoyed the beautiful décor and tremendous service. From the Minute we Walked in, we felt right at home. It is conveniently located at the River Walk. Has an amazing view of the city. It's the perfect location for anyone visiting Savannah. You are walking distance from many shops, restaurants, and other fun stops. The staff is very nice and professional. The breakfast in the morning is very good. I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I stayed the night here last night. What a beautiful place! Our room was very sleek and modern and contemporary decor, freshly updated. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Great heated pool outside in a private courtyard and the hot tub was terrific. We walked to a great jazz place with live music and had the best “date night” that we’ve had in awhile.

This was my first time staying at the Perry Lane Hotel in my hometown of Savannah, Georgia. I was in town for a home stay for my good friend's mom. The location was great, the staff were especially helpful. The room was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Loved the daily champagne. The concierge Chiquita was exceptional. She made our holiday wonderful with the tours she helped us with and all the help she gave. We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Savana.

Nice. Place. Staff was not very accommodating. St. Patrick's day hotel rules were great for keeping hotel safe but need to be balanced better for guests that are paying to stay. The rules were a little too restrictive and staff did not provide the great service I have come to expect as a Gold Honors member.

I’m shocked to see this is only a 3 star hotel! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Friendly and professional desk and concierge. Impeccable rooms that are clean, updated, and include little extras like a “white noise sleep machine” and an iHome dock station. Great hotel with a wonderful staff. We went for our 17th anniversary and we're upgraded to a suite l. We were also given a drink voucher for the Proof and Provision hotel bar. The bartender was fantastic and made some great drinks! Being right in the middle of downtown Savannah made our informal restaurant tour very easy and fun. We will definitely be back.

You have a wonderful property here, but there are a few areas that could significantly enhance the overall experience. The hotel could benefit from renovations, as the wear and tear are noticeable. Good morning g to the manager. We have never stayed as of sleeping at the hotel. Each time we visited, it was for business or training. We have enjoyed the atmosphere and food on those times. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious. But this time, it was for the Candlelight Hip Hop event. Best place in Savannah to stay! Quiet, charming, historic, and a great location. The people who own and run it are amazing. It's a short walk to bay street and everything you want to see in Savannah. They have enormous bedrooms and common areas, and stock the kitchen with a few breakfast goodies for the guests. Stay once and you will fall in love.

This is a great option for large groups. 16 of us stayed and it worked out really well. The seven 20-somethings all stayed in the basement area and they didn't seem to mind too much the only-one-bathroom situation. 8 of us paired up into rooms and one slept on the couch in the front room.
