Friendly staff; modern design in rooms and bathrooms; exceptionally clean. Lovely swimming pools and easy beach access.
I wish I could give this place 3.5 stars as a solid four is not warranted. Nonetheless, I will give them the benefit of the doubt... As far as the facility itself goes? A very solid vacation destination, and resort. It's got all the bells and whistles - the pool, beach access, bar, located far enough from the hustle and bustle but not so far as to take too much time to get there. And the rooms...
The general manager Caleb went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The pool, music, bar, grilling, etc are right off the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you need for a home away from home. Highly recommend.
The rooms were very clean and well equipped with everything you need. The check in process quick and easy. Great service and all the hotel personnel always friendly and eager to make customers happy. Very quiet atmosphere, ideal for a few days of relax. Pools were great, kids love them. Even the beach was amazing but there were jelly fish present and me and my husband got sting. 2 inconveniences: there...
The experience was great! Food was good and the staff was friendly. The room was generally clean, however, I always reclean my rooms because I dont completely trust the services. But in general, in was clean. Being at a beach it would be nice to have a swifter or vacuum in the room to pick up any residue left behind. The kitchen is a nice benefit especially for large families. The washer and dryer...
Stayed here for one night. Was a great spot.. right on the water, good amenities, friendly staff, clean, modern. The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars and why I brought it down to a 3 is because of the housekeeping harassing us. Our checkout was 11am and from 8:30 on they knocked 4 times. The first time (which woke me up!!)she came right into the room before I had a chance to come to the door. So unprofessional...

We came the first week of April 2024. Rooms were lovely and all of the staff we interacted with were wonderful. Our experience at the Vista Bar and grill was so bad, however, I wish I could review it separately, because otherwise the resort is great and always has been. We waited, and waited, and waited for food. In all, we were there over 3 hours. 2 of them spent waiting for overpriced food that...
The hotel is generally nice and clean. The building is older. The location and setting is very nice with pool area being the nicest part of the property. The rooms were fairly modern. The service in all areas was average to slightly better than average. The concierge was very nice and very helpful and the highlight service. The room cleaning was missed one of the days we stayed.
This is out first time to visit Hilton Head Island. Staying in Westin gave us a beautiful memory over here. The room with an ocean view allowed us to see the sunrise and sunset. It felt so pleasant and relaxing while sitting in the balcony along with the breeze from ocean. We simply love this place and will come back again.
This would be a fine Marriott brand if located elsewhere, but it’s a little lackluster considering the location. Granted it’s the off season, but most amenities were closed when we arrived and the pool area is pretty small compared to other properties. They have a late night bar that opens at 7PM, but your options are slim during the day. The rooms are spacious and nice and the check in process was...
The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because they have the cheapest toilet paper I’ve ever used in my life, little on in a swanky resort. The bed is very comfortable and the food was good. We had an ocean view room but not worth the extra money in my opinion. Bring your own toilet paper unless you have figured out how to use there two ply that you can see through. The best thing for me was...
So relaxing, beautiful location, friendly staff, easy to get to
Great location with lots of fun for the family. Lighthouse was great, beach was amazing, lots of shopping and food.

The amenities on the property are great. The one thing we were highly disappointed in was our "oceanfront room." I am not accustomed to barely seen the ocean when you book an ocean front room. I believe if we had a partial view room it would have been better then the one we had. We did get to observe a mother nature with seeing a family of birds feeding their babies. What we are accustomed to and what...
I love that you don’t have to leave the property if you don’t won’t to because there is so much to offer. Multiple pools and hot tubs . Kiddy splash areas. Outside & inside bars. A grocery store that sells wine & beer. Ice cream parlor, pizza. Kids activity rooms for different ages, arcade, computer rooms, outside & inside restaurants & grills. Several sport activities. A quiet pool and activity pool...
Room was big and nice but this has to be the worst “Ocean Front” room there is. Yes, it faces in the direction of the ocean, but it’s basically not visible. We requested a high floor but got floor 2. There’s no way this place is so full mid-week in January. I would’ve saved the points and taken ocean side had I known. I would be VERY upset if I had used in-season level points for this terrible view...
We loved it here. We took amazing pictures. We sat on the swings and relaxed as we listened to the music. Our room was big and amazing. We played pool, and my daughter enjoyed the indoor pool. It was a great time. They have corn hole, fire pits, foosball, paddle ball, pool, and many pool, even a lazy river thats heated to 85°F. The staff was amazing and so kind.
The easy comfort and care we felt staying at the property.
Loyal Marriott person but first time staying at a vacation club. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and went out of their way to greet us. Bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The room was perfect for our stay and would definitely stay again. Location to the beach was wonderful and really enjoyed the swings with a view of the water!

We stayed in the cutest condo and had a great time. The pizza shop and other restaurants on-site are affordable and very tasty! The pools are maintained and you’re close to everything. We stayed in the tennis villas at 23-A and couldn’t have had a better time.
My family and I have vacationed here my whole life. I'm 31 now and have the best childhood memories of this place and has a soft place in my heart ❤️. And now coming here while I'm older it's still the best resort on the island IMO. The resort is safe and family friendly and affordable. The rooms and are always very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly too. The amenities are awesome and great...
We hosted our Family reunion after a 30 years break. Everyone loves the venue for the nightly events and family activities on the Beach. The food was to dream for. BIG thanks to all the staff from the event planner Ashley and the Chief and crew. Thank you so much you made it better than I could have dreamed.
We have been to HHI several times. But this was our first stay at the Beach & Tennis Resort. We absolutely loved it! The location is great. Away from the hustle & bustle; but still close. There are so many amenities, you don't even need to leave! Everything is clean and well maintained. The beach front is very big, they have chair rentals too. We will definitely be back!!
Although it is only the two of us (me and my boyfriend) staying here, it's been absolutely wonderful. Family friendly but no issues with screaming or running children. The security and staff are the friendliest. Our room was far from dated and so very clean. One of the best places we have ever stayed! When we return to hilton head, we will definitely be staying at this resort again! I cannot say enough...
Awesome resort on the beach. Huge beachside pool, & great poolside bar/cafe. Restaurant/bar on-site as well as bike rentals and nice tennis courts. Love this place! All units are independently owned so some have been updated and some have not. Be sure to rent one that's been updated and renovated. There are many really great units.

Location, pool, proximity to the beach. They laundry facilities were also really helpful.
Our weekend stay was amazing. Our suite was perfect, very clean! The shower water smelled a little funny, but the beds were really comfortable. I wish I could have taken the pillows home with me! The parking lot has cramped spaces and they're angled different ways everwhere, as well as small spaces so it'd be easy to get hit. Our friends car was hit while she was in a spot with only one parking space...
This was our first wedding anniversary, we arrived in Hilton Head on Friday and stayed at a competitor's location which was an absolute nightmare! A comparable property from a competitor and due to our horrendous experience on Friday night with them, we decided to book with the Omni for our duration of our stay instead. To start off they let us check in early, and then sent us Champagne and strawberries...
This is our 2nd time coming to the resort. The location is great. The hotel grounds and access to the beach is great. The bar food is decent. Our room air conditioner made loud noises the first night. The carpet inside and outside of the rooms really needs to be cleaned. Also there was a roach inside our room next to the bed. They put us in another room and gave us a $100 credit.
Funny story, my wife actually booked this place by mistake. It was a good mistake. We had a very relaxing couple of days. Great access to the beach. Multiple pools and pool bars, plenty to do or just relax. The rooms and grounds were clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
Loved our experience! The adult pool was an amazing perk. Mat, Molly, and Garfield were amazing bartenders by the pool. Loved talking to them and getting to know them! Already planning our next trip back. I do wish some rooms had a full kitchen because we do get tired of eating out for every meal but other than that, we loved our stay and will definitely be back.

We loved staying here with our kids. Lots of things to do (walking on the beach, trying out all of the swimming pools and hot tubs, shuffle board, fooseball, large jenga, and scheduled resort activities such as s’mores bonfire and games).
Barony is well maintained. If there are any concerns, a call to the front desk will have the issue resolved quickly. The property is ocean side with walk on access to miles of gorgeous beach. Pools are heated. Hot tubs are surrounded by flowering shrubs and palms. The bar & grill is back open serving quenching refreshments and delicious food. No money needed - charged to your unit. Entire resort is...
Fantastic stay at the barony. Didn't love the layout of the hotel (kids pool is separate from almost everything else)....but that really didn't even matter for us. The food at the pool bar was quick and fantastic. The rooms were comforting, kid-friendly, and clean. Not much else I could ask for here. Very nice job, Barony. Thank you for a lovely vacation!
Very close to the beach. Has multiple pools. But the pool water quality was very bad and salty. I didn't see anyone checking the water or maintaining its quality. This resort has many activities throughout the day but not really for adults. Parking was easy and spacious. The only reason i give 4 stars for the service was because we tried to check in little early but we had to wait very long. It was...
Nice resort with plenty to do and a Great kids pool. Activity schedule is robust and diverse! Beach access is great and amenities both on the beach and property are of good quality. Great location, outstanding staff, fantastic rooms.
Staff focused on guest needs. A quiet environment. Extraordinarily clean/well maintained.
I wish I could give this 6 stars. The service is impecable. The rooms are pristine with stunning views of the golf course. Amazing resort with so much to offer. The hotel provided snacks throughout the day, bikes & transportation to their restaurants.
Goodness, where do I start? The staff is so friendly and so helpful, and beyond just the normal stuff. They find little ways to serve their guests: a glasses cloth under my glasses case I didn’t ask for, mosquito stuff because my wife happened to mention in passing conversation that she doesn’t like mosquitos… The rooms were lovely. Robes, bed, and slippers comfortable. Bathroom and balcony both nice...
The hotel offers so many amenities and transportation to get them, it makes for a lovely getaway. There is no transportation from the airports, but after you get there, someone can drive you in the vehicle or golf cart to the Beach Club, shopping, or Light House (you can walk to that one). When you arrive at the Sea Pines gate and let the guard know you will be staying at the inn, you will need to...
Service is a highlight of the experience. Every employee was very helpful and warm. The overall facilities are first class and gorgeous. Rooms are generous in size and nicely laid out but badly in need of an update. We understand this will happen starting in January, 2022. Coffee machine in room never worked and we were told they had alot of problems with them. They are going to be replaced too

I have a Marriott timeshare and to get the biggest bang for my buck, I stay off season. I often get 4 weeks off season. The weather isn’t terrible, sometimes high 60s/low 70s. I love the off-season because it’s much more quiet, slow paced, and the beach is pretty empty. This is the first time staying at this resort in many many years. I didn’t book an ocean room because I knew it was a bit of a walk...
This is a fantastic resort in Hilton Head! They feature a gate for security, helpful staff and daily events such as a low country boils and stargazing events! The rooms are gorgeous and well appointed! The location is fantastic as well! It is convenient to restaurants and shopping! Definitely worth a visit!
We've been coming here the last 2 years. This place is awesome. The 3 bedrooms makes it great for our family. The pool at the beach is great and the Sea Salt Beverage bar is to die for. Highly recommend a cabana rental for a day. Too many good things to say about this place. Golf cart driver Mike is great. Talk to him...he's a wealth of knowledge.
Love Marriott Vacation Club. 1st time at this location. Beach Side Building, great views of the ocean, even from 1st floor. Beach Side Pool was awesome. The Bar/Restaurant was perfect. Great location for getting around the Island. Beach was a mile away but easy walk and shuttle bus available. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Condo very comfortable and spacious. Good pricing for attractions. Two pools with one being heated.
It is not on the beach, but they have a regular shuttle to take you to the beach. The one bedroom unit we had on the first floor was very spacious and clean. The decor and fixtures were a bit dated. We had a view of the golf course. There are handy grills available to use. The pool can get crowded making it harder to get a lounger in the shade. Very quiet. We would stay here again.
Condo is very spacious. It felt like home away from home. Kids had a great time. Stephen in the concierge services was very helpful with buying VIP rate vouchers for water activities. Highly recommend this place and we will be here again.
My family had a great time and really enjoyed our stay at island links. It was a great location and we really loved that they offered the shuttle to the beach. The pools were clean and we really liked the warmer small pool. The kids activities could use some improvement as their was basically no kids entertainment at all.
Love the seclusion. Great pool and activities planned for families. Rooms need some small repairs or upkeep. Parking could definitely be improved though with at least one assigned space per unit as they only have 5 spaces for a 4-unit building (first come, first served). Owners are told they can have 2 parking spots for themselves and guests for a 6-person occupancy, so I feel parking should be...

Very pretty resort. However, I was disappointed that they don’t serve alcohol and they don’t have any food for sale except for snacks to get a meal or a drink. You have to go next-door to the sea Pines resort.
Lol. Where to start..... first, good luck finding it! Second, don't be shocked if they kick you out of your room after day 1 to move you and blame it on anyone else they can.
It is a nice apartment away from home with all the amenities. Well furnished and very clean but a bit older.
We come to Hilton head often. We almost exclusively stay at Marriott. This is our first day at the Marriott Monarch. We are not disappointed. There's so many activities to do. No matter what age kid you have. I have two teens right now and they loved all the activities. Giant, chess games, billiards, foosball, air hockey. And let's not forget the pool. Cornhole shuffleboard, fire pits and of course...
The beautiful grounds and proximity to the ocean, great place to walk on beach and in the community. Very friendly staff and quite helpful.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn as a group for my daughter's wedding. They were very accommodating, the rooms were perfect and they were very easy to deal with about details. I think in all we had 14 rooms and I believe everyone was happy. We also made welcome bags for our guests and the front desk staff was so kind to pass them out as the guest arrived. Will stay again and recommend to anyone...
We were greeted warmly by the hungry alligator in the parking lot pond 😂 (harmless as there’s a gate around the whole pond) We stayed for 9 nights with a very well behaved English Mastiff and two kids. We chose the first floor, it was great because we were next to the gym (very basic but it works) and the laundry room (the machines are small for a family but cleaned well and dried well). The location...
The hotel is absolutely the cleanest we have stayed in for years. When we checked in we were exhausted so we decided to eat in the garden grille. Lesa was our waitress/bartender and she took GREAT care of us. Helping with food and beverage selections. After her great care, it was no surprise to hear she is also the executive housekeeper of your very clean facility. Lesa is a jewel and a valuable member...
The room is fine, but not accessible at all. When you try to walk into the hotel, you immediately have to carry your luggage upstairs and the elevator is blocked off by plants. Maybe there's a back entrance that isn't immediately visible but anyone with a wheelchair is going to have a tough time even getting checked into the hotel.
the guy signing us in was on the phone via earpiece and kept laughing. Very weird not what you want when checking someone in!!
If you're staying off the island this is the spot to stay. Easy to get to the island and easy to get to the shopping centers. The hotel was very clean and the staff was great. We did not like that they charged for a continental style breakfast, however there are lots of fantastic cafes for breakfast around so honestly not a huge turn off! I really enjoyed my weekend here. I looked up this resort on TripAdvisor and the suites looked so dated and old. Well to my surprise our suites were in the new building. Nice facility, very spacious, good location, good parking. Our only bad experience was with resort concierge service. Two bad (Dot and Roth Ann) however Brenda Stone went above and beyond a true professional.
Clean, nice condos. Great pool areas. Be mindful if you do the sales pitch for extra discounts. Check BBB and TripAdvisor for pitfalls. Also beach is a short drive or bike ride but parking pass provided
Picture is outside our patio; I've seen a ton of pictures on the net so no wasting space on that. We had a 3 bedroom and it was nicely kept and clean. I enjoy my stay at the resorts. I stayed in the Cottages in the Southwind neighborhood. I had a two bedroom two baths room. It was very nice and up the day appliances. Also the rooms calls with a bicycle to ride.
Spinnaker Resorts has several resort properties on Hilton Head Island. Some are older cottages and townhouses along the golf courses with lots of shade trees around. Some are glass and steel high-rises at the beach. We definitely love the townhouses for their coziness. They are very spacious, with plenty of room for the whole family.
Service is great and prompt. The resort is clean and it has quick access to many points of interest.
It's a nice descent room. Staff are very helpful. But the WiFi is terrible. Can't even check my email.
The staff are great but not placing us in a room then one on selling us was a mistake. We need a stove top in here. The room keeper never came to replace towels or clean. The pool was nice. They also have a free shuttle which operates off of the tips.

Nice Hotel not far from Coligny Plaza. Met some great people there, Arthur was an awesome guy who works there, along with Angela who works the desk at night. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. I even met people who lived in the building next door! Only a five minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay there again!
Super clean, updated and very nice rooms, great shower, fridge and microwave in room. Laundry rooms and ice machine on site. Free breakfast. Close to the beach! The breakfast is outstanding and it is a super clean hotel.
Rooms were comfy, pool was clean, staff friendly but the coffee awful and the food mediocre. 2 days out of 4 hot food was available (mini omelettes, patties, biscuits and gravy), remaining 2 days no hot food was put out, no explanation (same number of staff on duty). The location was perfect. It was our first visit to HHI and certainly won't be the last! The complex is very large, however you would never know there were so many people there. The unit was very clean and updated, the property is quite organized and well kept.
Family loves the direct oceanfront location. Enjoy grilling beside the fire pit, the beautiful landscape, and playing pickleball with friends.
On the beach and mid island, perfect! The property is 40 years old, so some aspects of the rooms are dated, such as the 2nd bathroom in the spacious condos, though clean and well kept. Keyless entries are a plus. Staff is courteous and efficient.
A family friendly place. Great location with plenty of amenities. Highly recommended.

Nice quiet, clean, relaxing. Free Wifi. Very nice showers! The pictures on the website are exactly how it looks in real life. Perfect weekend getaway from Savannah!
Our stay at Palmera has been enjoyable. For the price per night it’s been a good stay with friendly staff. The free breakfast is ok, mainly for those looking for something on the run. Really enjoyed the fact that they had free coffee in the lobby 24/7. Apparently this place is know for having pet-friendly rooms, so if you’re looking to vacation with your furry friend this might be a good spot for you
Absolutely loved our stay. We got the king size loft and it's very spacious! Upstairs isn't bad you can sleep pretty well however if you're downstairs you can literally hear every door close. Rooms very clean. Location is perfect.. close to everything!

The hotel is very modern and stylish, with a sleek beige/cream and white color scheme. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds, and plenty of storage space. The bathrooms are also spacious and have marble countertops...
Always love staying at the harbor club. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms have been updated. The rooms are a great size plenty of room for a larger group. They are doing some construction on the hot tub area but it should be greatwhen complete. It's a very quiet relaxing area right in Harbour town. Plenty of activities/things to do there and in sea pines. If beach is your thing you'll...
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Harbour Club. The villa was clean and spacious as well as very comfortable. One person in particular stood out above the rest and deserves recognition. Bruce with Safety & Security. Our first morning, we found ourselves unable to retrieve any mode of transportation to the marina our boat was located. At the peak of frustration, Bruce enters the scene. He...
Easy walkable area in sea pines. Parking on site. Dining options. Very clean well decorated rooms. Water view. Some construction currently.
I've been to many a vacation on Hilton Head Island, and this is where my family and I typically stay, and we enjoy it each and every time! This place has a pool overlooking the water, a hot tub, a fireplace, a giant chess set, some grills, and more! You can also do various activities here in the lobby, rent bicycles, and heck there's even a little spice garden by the pool in case you want to jazz...
My family and I had an overall pleasant experience here! The rooms were clean and had been recently renovated. The staff was very friendly. However; there were two things I think the resorts should address immediately: 1. The resort’s website states there is a hot tub/whirlpool on site but there is not. There were temporary fences around where the whirlpool had been removed from the ground. I felt...

Dynamic facility with awesome ocean views. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is wonderful and attentive to any needs. Restaurants have a tasteful menu and also a wonderful staff. Sad that at the end of this week it will no longer be a Marriott facility but will host the name of the Hilton brand!
We stayed here during our trip to the island and I’m glad we did. Parking wasn’t a problem since they have a garage. The room was nice and clean. We had an excellent view of the ocean from our balcony. The pools were very nice. The beach area was also just as nice. It was a very peaceful stay. I would not hesitate staying here again.
We stayed here recently for our daughter's gymnastics meet. Customer Service: The front desk lady was very friendly. Even offered us water bottles at check in. She was super helpful when we were trying to find where the meet was being held. Our Room: The room they gave us was a little janky. We were supposed to have a resort view and we got the view of tall pallets. There was a dead roach in plain...
The front desk staff were helpful, they upgraded us because of a disability. The valet and bellman were fantastic. The room service left something to be desired. They got the order wrong and took forever to correct it but charged us full price. Be aware that everything is pay for on resort. If you want a pool chair you gotta rent it. Also, it's a big place so a lot of walking. Overall it was nice...
We enjoyed our stay here. The gentleman at the front desk made sure we had a really nice room where our grandchildren could see the ocean and pool area. His name was TK or some Initials that I don’t remember. Anyway. He was very accommodating. The indoor pool was great since it was a cool gloomy day. Our room was very clean, the beds and linens were comfortable and i especially liked the shower products...
The whole exchange was great loved the location, our room and the beach
