Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa
Hot Springs, 239 Central Ave 🧭 Map
It’s old, but it’s neat the bad part is the key to the rooms is an actual key like your house key so gotta be careful not to lose it. And the mountain side pool on the 7th floor is pretty cool.
Awesome ambiance. Cool historical value. Staff was caring and loved to give history about the hotel and area. I will be staying again. That being said, it would have been WONDERFUL to adjust the AC. Apparent boiler issues? Room was excessively out dated and a bit dumpy. We had a hot spring room, and the tub was BLISS.
Beautiful hotel and an awesome spectacle of history! It's hard to describe the atmosphere in this place. It's very eluding and you can easily get lost in the "old timey" dynamic when they do the dance hall night. Many people from around town join the band and dance in the performance hall dressed from the early ages when the hotel was in full swing some time ago. Probably the most popular hotel in...
This is a beautiful, historic hotel in the heart of downtown Hot Springs and close to bathhouse row. It is important to remember this is not a new, luxury hotel so expectations should be adjusted. The room was clean and just the perfect size for what we needed. Absolutely no complaints. There are a number of negative reviews saying this hotel is run down. Those reviews are very misleading. Yes, there...
So yeah, I wrote a review earlier in 2017 about how things were falling apart at the Arlington. They were. It was a case of creepy bad management and a series of punk decisions by individuals who did not know what to do, or did not have the Arlington's best interest in mind. Then, the hotel sold, and most of us shouted for joy and hope for the future. It is our grand old dame hotel and her true...
Just got back from a weeks vacation in Hot Springs at this beautiful hotel. Anytime we are in Hot Springs, this is our go to hotel. It's rich in history, the spa is outstanding and it all together makes for a wonderful experience. It is truly a gem and I hope the new owner does do a little bit of renovating without it losing it's charm. To be able to feel what Al Capone and many of the other historical...

The staff were excellent. Our omlete chef every morning had a great attitude and made awesome omelets. The room was big and roomy . Food was excellent off the menu. Beds were comfortable . Easy access to downtown.
Lovely hotel within walking distance of Hot Springs Village. We were given room 913, which was an excellent corner room. Spacious and quiet with beautiful views! We took part in the evening reception the first night. Light snacks and limited beer choices, but adequate. Breakfast was great, as one can expect from Embassy Suites. I had an omelet the 1st morning and pancakes the last. The gentleman working...
I had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door and housekeeping still came inside on top of them replacing our personal towels with the hard and rough hotel towels. I let the front desk know and they didn't do anything. At the time they entered when our dog was inside and who knows what could have happened if he ran out the room or whatever. The omelettes were good but the potatoes were still frozen and...
Hot Springs Embassy Suites is my favorite. The complimentary breakfast to order and managers happy hour are reason enough. However, the staff is wonderful. They are friendly and are happy people. The suites are so comfortable and have easy to adjust thermostats. Easy parking and great prices since the breakfast is included. Hope to come back soon and visit the spa.
We are in town for the Baseball Weekend. My husband and son spent their time getting autographs and listening to baseball players speak. The girls and I went shopping and sight seeing. We only stayed one night but it was fabulous.  The pool and fitness center were great to chill out and work off some energy.   The breakfast was amazing! Yes, there was a line for omelets and we had to wait on plates...
Just arrived at the Embassy suites. Lobby area was impressive. Appear to be clean and welcoming. Entered our room and was a little disappointed. The room appears clean but the carpet need to be steam cleaned. The sitting area (couch and chair) are dated. The dinning area appears to be on point. Stay tuned... Last night 8/21/22 we discovered bed bugs in our room. We were moved to another room which...

We like staying here when we come to Oaklawn a couple times a year. Nothing fancy, but very clean rooms! Staff is very busy at the desk but very polite, cheerful and professional. We appreciate them letting us stay, Husband is a Diamond Member, and they definitely honor that for being local. We appreciate that.
Great rooms! Every staff member that even walked by made sure to ask if all was well. There were 6-8 ladies that have all been super nice and made our stay extremely pleasant! I will never stay anywhere else in Hot Springs! The property is nice and the hot breakfast is nice but the staff make all the difference here! GREAT JOB LADIES, pat yourselves on the back and ask for a raise, whatever they pay...
Loved our stay. Reasonably priced, clean and quiet. Clerks are amazing here. Helpful and enthusiastic. Going so far to recommend restaurants for us. They were spot on!! We will be back and tell our friends this is the place to stay in hot springs
Great hotel, great location, walking distance to Oaklawn. Pool was open and other patrons were enjoying. Room was clean, safe in room available for valuables, overall great experience. Didn't try gym or do continental breakfast. Just a bit pricey. But it was a holiday weekend...Labor Day...
Location is perfect near everything in Hot Springs. It is not an old bath house but those aren't all they are cracked up to be. This place has a nice pool for kids. Amazingly it is the only place I've seen in a year that is fully staffed. And all the staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was killer! Donna and Julie were wonderful. Really love Arkansas and I am glad we stayed here! Just read review...
This hotel is amazing! The rooms are newly remodeled and the beds are comfortable! The staff were all nice and went way out their way to be helpful, I haven't seen people so willing to help in a really long time. I thought customer service like this was a thing of the past. The breakfast was amazing! The ladies running the breakfast were so nice and helpful, they felt like part of the family....

Stayed 3 nights here and it was wonderful! It is a well kept hotel that is a short and easy walk from downtown Hot Springs. The room was clean with modern furnishings, and had a very spacious and updated bathroom. Free parking is a plus, and only a short walk to their on site garage. Highly recommend!
The location is amazing. The room was great and the beds were comfy. We stayed a weekend for my Birthday and my only complaint is they seriously need to use washable plates and silverware. With 13 floors of rooms I'm sure you can imagine how much they are adding to landfills with just the breakfast service.
For the price, I expected a better experience. One of the main things that troubled me is the steam from the shower sent our fire alarm into a frenzy 3 times (even with the bathroom door shut all the way); it still set it off. And it sounded more like a house alarm than a smoke detector. The hotel did call up to check on us, but it definitely put a damper on the room experience. We ended up having...
Location is great. The rooms are nice looking. Big tv, fridge and microwave in room. Beds were decent. Breakfast hot, pretty good, included in stay. Staff in hotel and bar/restaurant were friendly and helpful. The staff were apologetic for the downfalls. There was only 1 of 3 elevators working. Common areas were hot. Room a/c leaked onto floor but worked well. Floors in the room looked clean, but...

Paid extra for the city view. Unfortunately the pool was drained and gross and the patio area has not been kept up. So although I guess technically it was a city view, and not a view of the delapitated parking lot, it was very shabby. Has a large lobby and very good potential if it was just fixed up a bit. That being said, it would also be more expensive. And for being right downtown it was s great...
This is a really cool place. It has an old school vibe and its really pretty inside. The chick at the front desk was really friendly and the place was really clean! Did not get to eat at the restaurant they had inside but I will next time! :)
I booked my stay at The Springs Hotel and Spa based on it being one of the least expensive offerings for a one night stay. I basically just wanted a clean bed and a shower since I've been traveling (driving) a lot, and that was my only expectation going in. The absolute best attribute is the location, which is in the historical district. Check-in staff was very friendly and accommodating. The building...
I liked this hotel quite a bit. The staff were friendly. The Location was awesome. It had the appearance of a hotel that was let go, but in the process of a revamp. When I asked about it, I was told new owners had come in and started restoring the place. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. The prices were even better. I would come back. My only complaint was a faint smell but I...
The hotel is old and we loved it. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were awesome. We stayed on the front side so we could see the town and love it. The pool was beautiful and very clean. The staff were all very friendly. We had an issue with our door I called the front desk and within 10 minutes the maintenance man was there and fixed it. Needed new batteries. We did take the spa bath and...
We stayed here only one night, and I had read some reviews here and off of a map icon and was thinking it wasn't going to be a very good experience. My wife made reservations through one of the discount online places. It was a lot better than expected! It is an old hotel. We didn't interact or see many of the staff, (because of our schedule) but the ones we did see were all nice. Bathroom was small...

We stayed here to be close to work due to an ice storm that was coming through. Calling customer service is NOT what you need to do. Hotel was right off the highway, but still in a quiet part of town. When we arrived the receptionist gave us a list of recommended restaurants in the area which was very helpful! It was about a 15- 20 minute drive to downtown, which also abutted Hot Springs National Park. The room had two queen beds and a little sitting area, and was very clean and orderly. Hotel also featured an indoor pool and hot...
I called this hotel late September 13th needing a room for my husband as I stayed at the hospital next door with my mother. Eunice was so helpful and very respectful of our situation. She was the epitome of excellent customer service in my bleak moment. Thank you Eunice, you made a terrible situation a little easier.
The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was pretty good with a variety of choices. The coffee and decaf wasn’t very good though.
The room was amazing clean, comfortable, and spacious. The things that got me was the pool was dirty. There was tons of hair in the pool and the hot tub. The water was cloudy. Also as a veteran I noticed the flag was all torn and tethered. Took it down and asked the service desk lady if they had another. She didn't even know they had a pole. But other than that a decent experience
Great hotel for the price. Front desk staff was very polite and accommodating, except for the late night woman. She was extremely rude to us when we came to check in after driving from California and just seemed put out that she had to do her job... but, like I said, the rest of the staff was lovely. Rooms are large with big kitchens and bathrooms. Bed and pillows were both incredibly comfortable...

The breakfast was good. I love the location of this hotel. The room was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Our room was very clean and check in was quick and easy. The location was quiet and other guests weren't disturbing. The breakfast selection could use a little freshening up. Perhaps some health conscious options.
I had an absolutely wonderful 2-day stay. Very clean rooms wonderful amenities, and the indoor heated pool and workout room were wonderful. The staff was very helpful, and the continental breakfast was delicious. I couldn't have asked for a better stay for the price.
No complaints about this place. It was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was plentiful and well-stocked and the staff were attentive to it as well. I think the only think I would change would be to have some form of towels in the pool area (or at least state somewhere to bring room towels).
The rooms were clean and didn't smell like cigarettes or anything. The shower head in the shower was awesome, they had Dove soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. I have very sensitive skin and have to watch what I use and dove is one of them I can use. Breakfast was good and the cinnamon rolls were fantastic. Definitely needs some updating but the rooms were clean. The breakfast was really great. Better than I was expecting. Coffee was delish! Pool was under renovations which was disappointing so call and make sure if this is something you are looking forward to!
The exterior of the building had trash around it, and the lawn needed mowing. Both of the side entrances key pads didn’t work. Laundry that was set out for pick up, never was picked up. The pool area was dirty, and needed more chairs and towels. The rooms AC unit rattled when running, and the room was musty smelling. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was friendly.
Rooms need updated and carpet needs cleaned, fridge was tiny but worked well. Staff was friendly, Kerry was helpful and left a welcome gift. Crys was prompted to get TV working. Pool was nice but needed filters cleaned. Bed was comfortable. It was a decent stay. We will return. Breakfast was awesome with variety. Ty
I usually stay at La Quinta and they usually don't disappoint. This one is older. The outer back door wasn't working properly, so they propped it open with a rock which seemed a little unsafe. The room we stayed in was outdated. Was going to soak in the hot tub but there was a family of 6 in there all night with their kids, the youngest in diapers. (gross) I know that's not the hotel's fault. I may...
The rooms were well stocked with towels, hand towels and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't the best. Sausage links looked dry and whither. As if they may have been cooked too long. The breakfast burrito contents were dry and hard even though breakfast had just started. Possibly cooked too long as well. Juice bar was great. Parking was sufficient for car, trucks and vans...
My fiancee and I stayed here on our little vacation in hot springs. They're dog friendly, so we could bring our little separation anxiety mutt. Spacious, clean room. Amazing Deep Tub with jets. Great price. Only thing was the bed was extra firm. No give, cushion, or bounce. Maybe some prefer that but I don't. Thank goodness for the soaking tub!
Very nice hotel, renovated and well maintained. Shower and bath rooms were done nicely. Massive amount of wasted parking to install EV charging stations. Not one EV ever in these spots. Regular vehicles should be allowed to utilize this parking that is closest to the hotel if no one is using these chargers. Dumb idea to try to make a small amount of people happy.
So I stay at a lot of comfort inns in my travel, but I will say this one has been the best. I could not find one thing to complain about. From check in on 8/18 last minute to changing the room the next morning for my original check in date without any hesitation or problems. Form delicious breakfast, and a very clean area to eat. This place is great. The price is right and you get good breakfast and a decent pool to enjoy. You can't go wrong with a night or two is this place.
My stay was wonderful. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, staff was friendly. Location was perfect; right next to the highway, just 5-10 minutes from the casino, downtown, and all the restaurants and mall/stores. Just wish there was a little more variety on the breakfast menu, but I would definitely come here again.
Anytime we take a trip on the motorcycle we try to stay at a comfort inn. They are always hospitable to bikes. This location really went above and beyond. When we got up to leave in the morning we found that they put cleaning supplies by the door for us to get the bugs off our windshields. Great customer experience.

Great location with easy access to the main drag in Hot Springs. Very helpful staff members. The facility is clean, very well maintained and they have done, and are doing a great job in keeping and maintaing health concerns due to COVID!
Great price for a comfortable clean room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The food at the Bistro was very good and priced well for a hotel. The fire pit was nice. My only recommendation when booking ask for room at back away from the road. The road noise in front was very loud at that location. Over all very good and priced well.
Great location; Several places to eat within walking distance. Clean! Check in was fast, even with 3 people in front of us. Bar and grill, service was solid, especially with a group of 9 plus all the other guests. Outside area (large) with fire pit was a nice surprise and the perfect way to end the evening.
Great, clean, modern hotel. Good amenities and great customer service. Plenty of parking around the building. Great value if you book ahead, we got under $90/night with the Marriott member rate booking in the app several months in advance. Only criticism I can give is 1) shower pressure is a little low and 2) install electric car chargers (Hilton hotels are doing it so Marriott is behind the curve...
The staff is AMAZING. We stay about 30-40 nights a year in a hotel. This is the first time in a while we have encountered a hotel full of friendly, courteous staff. From the cleaning crew to the restaurant staff to the front desk, everyone was friendly. Each time we walked by the front desk, we were greeted. The hotel is centrally located and has a nice outdoor patio area.
The lobby is very nice and the staff is very professional. The hotel room looks nicely decorated. I like the modern look and a charger built into the nightstand is something I haven't seen in other hotel yet and I like that. However, the hotel rooms and hallways need some touching up. It seems as if the hotel was built with cheaper materials to save money. You can see in places the wall paper coming...

I have never rated any hotel 5 out of five only because I'm still looking...
Parts are still under renovation, but hopefully it will be nice soon. We clearly had overflow furniture in our room. (2 refrigerators?) Lobby was closed as new tile floor just installed and we were told to diver over to the other owner's hotel for breakfast. Hmmm...
The rooms are brand new and the staff truly cares about your stay. We took our team (teenagers) and the lady who was working breakfast was so kind and said how polite and clean they were. Before choosing to stay here for our 4th of July holiday, I read the reviews. Great reviews on customer service and cleanliness & they were right. Breakfast was wonderful & the ladies working each morning worked so hard. Also, Jose was so kind. As I was leaving he made sure to go out of his way to ask how everything was. Clean room, comfortable bed. They have done some upgrades to the room. Friendly staff. Good room for the price. We would stay here again if in the area
Rooms are a in need of an overhaul but seemed clean. The rooms had newer tile floors which were nice but there are many poor sheetrock patches. The first room we entered had a horrible smell of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room. When we brought that to the front desk attendant she apologized and upgraded our room. The B&B is just incredible stay was even better. The rooms were so private I would highly recommend for a anniversary or just a weekend getaway. Have to eat the breakfast
My husband and I just spent our 12th anniversary here and WOW! We loved the hosts, very polite and conversational. This B&B is an amazing gem, with incredible woodwork and other details original back to 1884. The owners are a delight—very knowledgeable about the property and the history of its original owners. This is an absolutely lovely little hotel right on Lake Hamilton. It feels new, freshly painted somehow. I paid a little extra for a room with a view on the lake and really liked it. I've read a great many reviews for them, the good...
Park Hotel went above and beyond for me! I stayed here for one night during a cross-country move. It was easy to find, and there was free parking, which was great. The rooms were a bit outdated, but clean and spacious. No frills, but a good deal for the price. When I checked out, I accidentally left behind a valuable item. The lovely folks at Park Hotel mailed it to me quickly, with no problems. I...
What a beautiful vacation experience. I stayed here with my fiance to celebrate our engagement and couldn't be more pleased. The building is beautiful and made me feel like I had stepped back in time. The staff is incredibly helpful and personable. I got so much enjoyment sitting at my window gazing over the lush green park. What a lovely view, and the Windows actually open so you can enjoy the fresh...
It's nice enough if you like old hotels... pretty authentic, but not worth the money... I was pretty disappointed in our little closets room with a tiny tv hanging out of the wall... no "it" factor.

My first time to stay in a rental vs a hotel. Reading the previous reviews proved to be generally accurate. The room was very clean, and the kitchenette was well supplied. The room and views of the water were exactly as pictured. The outside patio was dirty though, with cigarette ashes and dead bugs. The bed was hard but not necessarily uncomfortable. The bathroom is small but functional and appropriate...
Lakeview room was great. The place was quiet and clean. The staff (we only saw one guy, but he was very courteous and helpful). Really, the only complaint we had was the periodic difficulty with getting the car into and out of the property. The driveways are pretty narrow (they are one-way, but still I could have wished for a somewhat larger target to hit in the dark), have a substantial "bump" at...
Property is undergoing extensive renovations, but it was being handled very well so that it wasn't intrusive for guests. Property was clean, comfortable, nicely stocked and centrally located. We had a lovely view of the lake from a private balcony. We enjoyed our two nights so much that we called and added another night. The property manager was very helpful.
I booked a weekend here to spend time with my mom and sister. The view was great. Plus it was quiet and relaxing. However the room was not a 'suite' and was much smaller than I expected. With 3 adults the room felt cramped. Not practical for staying in and preparing meals like we had planned.
Beautiful spot on the lake. Me and my fiancee stayed a second night. We are from Jonesboro. We are thinking of moving to Hot Springs in a couple of years. Until then we will continue to visit Country Inn Lake Resort.
Bed is horrible. Place is well kept, and clean. Room was VERY small (approx 12x14) if you're planning on staying with a toddler, it's pretty cramped. nice views. Well kept. Also ran out of hot water on 2 occasions.

I ordered this room for a few family members to stay overnight while they visited Hot Springs. They got a room with two full sized beds. They were comfy, nice center TV, buti don't recall a mini fridge, microwave, or coffee maker. For a one night stay, it's not bad at all for the price. The only real issue I ever saw was a dent on the inside bathroom door that looked like someone punched in. But it...
Got to my room, it's okay for the price. No microwave or fridge in the room, do have a coffee maker. The rooms are not lit very well either. The bath towels are small and thin. You only get two wash cloths and two towels for a double bed room. Usually you atleast get 4. I tried calling three times prior to my arrival, no answer. It reeks of cigarette smoke. Rooms are out dated ass well. Next time...
The room was clean and comfortable but the neighborhood was a little less than desirable. The price was good. The WiFi is free. They have a pretty good breakfast with biscuits and gravy, juice and coffee in the morning that is free to guests. The owner was very hospitable and helpful. He even recommended a few places for us to go check out in town and had a pamphlet for all the attractions in the area
It was sufficient and certainly not bad for the price. Not a luxury! Layout was strange. It had everything like fridge & micro even nice TV, but table was across room from fridge across the bed. A little cramped. Micro & phone didn't work. Bed was good. Clean.

The room was very nice and had some amenities I didn't notice in the description. There was a small kitchenette with stove top, microwave and decent counter space. The full size fridge was nice too. The bed was comfortable and the walk-in shower was great. The grounds were well kept and they have a nice outside patio area.
Had a wonderful two day stay. Breakfast was great and plenty, the room was cozy and clean. Great place for pets and is very clean even though there were multiple pets when we stayed. Everyone was respectful with their dogs. This is my favorite place to stay in hot springs and it is peaceful away from the downtown hustle and bustle. Beautiful lake views.
Very nice and clean. Bed was soo comfortable. Elevator is SLOW, be patient. Food was great. BEWARE, our room door was extremely heavy and hard to open, and then when you let it go, there was NO STOPPING it, don't be in way. I don't know if any of the other room doors are like that, I hope not. One other thing to consider, if you are coming from town &/or heading out of town going south, there is a...
We have stayed at this hotel many times and it is always wonderful. The staff is always friendly and professional. Kari went above and beyond this past trip. The food and amenities are amazing. This hotel is always clean and well kept. The location can't be beat and the views are incredible!
Oh my I give it a 5 star all the way around. Food is great! They even have night time snacks or meals depending on how much food you like! Beer, wine, soda! Rooms are wonderful all except need to change the mattresses out more often! Still does not take away from the 5 star review! We will be back! Breakfast was a hit as well!
We had a really good time staying here for a couple of nights. The pool was big and nice. Although, there was no AC in the pool area which made it hard if you weren't in the cool pool. The service was good and the people were nice. The rooms were very nice and clean. The elevator was a little frustrating but not too slow. Worth the money but it would have been nicer if they would have had AC in the...
