Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa, Hot Springs1 / 43
Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa
Hot Springs, 239 Central Ave 🧭 Map
It’s old, but it’s neat the bad part is the key to the rooms is an actual key like your house key so gotta be careful not to lose it. And the mountain side pool on the 7th floor is pretty cool.
Awesome ambiance. Cool historical value. Staff was caring and loved to give history about the hotel and area. I will be staying again. That being said, it would have been WONDERFUL to adjust the AC. Apparent boiler issues? Room was excessively out dated and a bit dumpy. We had a hot spring room, and the tub was BLISS.
Beautiful hotel and an awesome spectacle of history! It's hard to describe the atmosphere in this place. It's very eluding and you can easily get lost in the "old timey" dynamic when they do the dance hall night. Many people from around town join the band and dance in the performance hall dressed from the early ages when the hotel was in full swing some time ago. Probably the most popular hotel in...
This is a beautiful, historic hotel in the heart of downtown Hot Springs and close to bathhouse row. It is important to remember this is not a new, luxury hotel so expectations should be adjusted. The room was clean and just the perfect size for what we needed. Absolutely no complaints. There are a number of negative reviews saying this hotel is run down. Those reviews are very misleading. Yes, there...
So yeah, I wrote a review earlier in 2017 about how things were falling apart at the Arlington. They were. It was a case of creepy bad management and a series of punk decisions by individuals who did not know what to do, or did not have the Arlington's best interest in mind. Then, the hotel sold, and most of us shouted for joy and hope for the future. It is our grand old dame hotel and her true...
Just got back from a weeks vacation in Hot Springs at this beautiful hotel. Anytime we are in Hot Springs, this is our go to hotel. It's rich in history, the spa is outstanding and it all together makes for a wonderful experience. It is truly a gem and I hope the new owner does do a little bit of renovating without it losing it's charm. To be able to feel what Al Capone and many of the other historical...

We like staying here when we come to Oaklawn a couple times a year. Nothing fancy, but very clean rooms! Staff is very busy at the desk but very polite, cheerful and professional. We appreciate them letting us stay, Husband is a Diamond Member, and they definitely honor that for being local. We appreciate that.
Great rooms! Every staff member that even walked by made sure to ask if all was well. There were 6-8 ladies that have all been super nice and made our stay extremely pleasant! I will never stay anywhere else in Hot Springs! The property is nice and the hot breakfast is nice but the staff make all the difference here! GREAT JOB LADIES, pat yourselves on the back and ask for a raise, whatever they pay...
Loved our stay. Reasonably priced, clean and quiet. Clerks are amazing here. Helpful and enthusiastic. Going so far to recommend restaurants for us. They were spot on!! We will be back and tell our friends this is the place to stay in hot springs
Great hotel, great location, walking distance to Oaklawn. Pool was open and other patrons were enjoying. Room was clean, safe in room available for valuables, overall great experience. Didn't try gym or do continental breakfast. Just a bit pricey. But it was a holiday weekend...Labor Day...
Location is perfect near everything in Hot Springs. It is not an old bath house but those aren't all they are cracked up to be. This place has a nice pool for kids. Amazingly it is the only place I've seen in a year that is fully staffed. And all the staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was killer! Donna and Julie were wonderful. Really love Arkansas and I am glad we stayed here! Just read review...
This hotel is amazing! The rooms are newly remodeled and the beds are comfortable! The staff were all nice and went way out their way to be helpful, I haven't seen people so willing to help in a really long time. I thought customer service like this was a thing of the past. The breakfast was amazing! The ladies running the breakfast were so nice and helpful, they felt like part of the family....

Stayed 3 nights here and it was wonderful! It is a well kept hotel that is a short and easy walk from downtown Hot Springs. The room was clean with modern furnishings, and had a very spacious and updated bathroom. Free parking is a plus, and only a short walk to their on site garage. Highly recommend!
The location is amazing. The room was great and the beds were comfy. We stayed a weekend for my Birthday and my only complaint is they seriously need to use washable plates and silverware. With 13 floors of rooms I'm sure you can imagine how much they are adding to landfills with just the breakfast service.
For the price, I expected a better experience. One of the main things that troubled me is the steam from the shower sent our fire alarm into a frenzy 3 times (even with the bathroom door shut all the way); it still set it off. And it sounded more like a house alarm than a smoke detector. The hotel did call up to check on us, but it definitely put a damper on the room experience. We ended up having...
Location is great. The rooms are nice looking. Big tv, fridge and microwave in room. Beds were decent. Breakfast hot, pretty good, included in stay. Staff in hotel and bar/restaurant were friendly and helpful. The staff were apologetic for the downfalls. There was only 1 of 3 elevators working. Common areas were hot. Room a/c leaked onto floor but worked well. Floors in the room looked clean, but...

What a fabulous place! The hosts were so accommodating and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable! The attention to detail is on point! The food… seriously was worth staying here alone! The entire experience was so amazing, we will absolutely stay here anytime we are in Hot Springs!
The B&B is just incredible stay was even better. The rooms were so private I would highly recommend for a anniversary or just a weekend getaway. Have to eat the breakfast
My husband and I just spent our 12th anniversary here and WOW! We loved the hosts, very polite and conversational. Their home is beautiful, amazing and original and we loved hearing the history of it. The bed was SO comfortable!! The jetted tub, amazing! Quiet place yet right on Central so not far from all the great downtown activities and bath house row. We already told David we will be back, and...
This B&B is an amazing gem, with incredible woodwork and other details original back to 1884. The owners are a delight—very knowledgeable about the property and the history of its original owners. They even have the genealogy dating back to the 800’s (not a typo). The breakfast is a 3 course feast, so don’t make lunch plans! When they learned that my husband doesn’t eat pork, they bought turkey sausage...
Our first time to stay at Wildwood B&B. I was lucky they had the last room available over the weekend. What a beautiful place to stay. Nicely decorated and in a great location.Breakfast was the best, everything from scratch. We enjoyed the yummy brownies and cookies. That was very generous of the owners' David and his wife, to leave the goodies in our room with water, milk, and orange juice. Thank...
We came here originally for our honeymoon, and this weekend we came to celebrate our 8 year anniversary. This place is the real deal!! David and his wife are the most hospitable people I've met. David will give you a tour of the house which is rich in history. He is so friendly! Every room is unique and we have never had a bad experience sleeping. Our favorite has been the King David room. The beds...

We found this Gem driving from Tampa, FL home to OKC. It seems a little pricey, but man was it worth every stinking penny and some. So Clean, and the Staff was so caring and courteous. The amazing VIEW! Holy cow, we have a waterfront lake house, but it can't even compare to the spectacular landscaping and waterfront view. I am not a fan of the "Hot Springs" scene, but this may have changed...
Wonderful!! I surprised my husband with a weekend trip to Hot Springs for his birthday last weekend. We stayed at Lookout Point and it was such a wonderful and romantic experience. The room was gorgeous with a beautiful lake view. The linens, bed sheets, tissues, toilet paper wet so soft! The breakfast was fantastic! Everything is made to be as unobtrusive as possible. There’s no phone in the room...
We are definitely making Lookout Point a regular getaway spot! The room was immaculate, the food was exceptional, and the hospitality and accommodations were outstanding. So so sweet of them to bring a fresh pot of coffee to our room midday per my request. And the yummy cookies…! Breakfast was mouth watering! My favorite was drinking coffee on the porch every morning.
What a beautiful and amazing place! Staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. My wife and I were on our honeymoon. I was able to add on champagne and chocolate covered strawberries that were waiting fresh for us in the room when we arrived! Highly recommend the mimosas with breakfast as well! Amazing views of Lake Hamilton. Scenic garden. Everything was just perfect! Hope to be back for...
Everything about our stay was incredible. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and I loved that they delivered it straight to our door. They are also very accommodating to any dietary restrictions, which is nice. The room was clean and inviting, and the gardens were so peaceful with an amazing lake view. Extremely well kept grounds, we loved seeing all the birds, squirrels...
My husband and I stayed three nights here, in the Calico Rock room. This is such a beautiful, relaxing spot! I love that each room looks over the lake. We spent a lot of time sitting on our balcony, watching the water, listening to the trees and enjoying the beautiful weather. The bed, pillows, linens, towels and robes were all so comfortable and soft. They think of all the little things: a dark...

Great location, it's easy to find and not too far from all the fun of downtown. The rooms can use a little work and TLC. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the water is hot. A cold breakfast is served every morning. Cereal, muffins, granola bars, juice, milk, and coffee. House keeping is amazing. We've gotten new towels every day of our stay, and our trash has been taken out before we could fill...

One my all time return to places. The owners stride to keep the traffic to a minimum of room renters only, there is zero tolerance for anything less than respectful tenants. Clean, AMAZING BEDS
This little out of the way motel, which you cud tell has ben there very long time, was very clean and the beds and pillows were super comfy,, good price manager very helpful, ,3 because its further away from all the action and attractions, but ok for overnight stays along the way
Awesome owners, good eviroment around, all mind their own bussiness, no noise no cars with loud music, it is awesome to relax and rest. Forgot to mention, big rooms, huge gas stove and full size fridge and around the corner a Mexican Taqueria....Tacos, gorditas and tortillas. Walmart, Kroger, family dollar, Dollar General, about 6 blocks from the airport. All that and the price, ahhhh the price is...
Comfortable, updated and safer than years before. Sure there might be a shady character or two LIVING at the motel but it is hot springs. If you're that worried about it take valuable stuff with you when you go out.(not sure why you'd have stuff like that with you anyway) but there's Mcclards BBQ right across the road, a shopping center, a liquor store plus other restaurants and stores all within walking...

Honestly, I didn't know what to expect. We went to holiday in, there were no vacancies. Decided to try here, and I was pleasantly surprised. 80 something for the night, they offered smoking or non-smoking, which is a rarity these days, and it was easy to get into a room for the night. It was clean, and direct. If it had been warmer, there would have been putt putt golf and a pool but still mid...
Very clean and nice owners. The location was great. This morning when we left they had all the doors open making sure the rooms were ready for the weekend. Cutting the hedges.
The owners/ staff are very kind. My rooms were clean and smelled great. I stayed on more than one occasion. I felt safe and had plenty of peace and quiet to sleep well. It is very close to the Casino. I'll be staying there again soon. I already knew it didn't have breakfast or a workout room. That is why it is less expensive.
This motel is affordably priced, clean, and feels safe. On the other hand to the amenities are limited, some of the non smoking rooms have adjoining doors with smoking rooms, and the beds are not particularly comfortable. If you are traveling for business and need a clean bed, I can confidently recommend it. If you are traveling for pleasure and hoping for a little more, I would suggest looking elsewhere
Great hotel. Clean rooms and huge pool. Rooms are very spacious with a recliner and a table and chairs. Couldn't of enjoyed my stay more.
Location is good. Motel is fairly clean. Foreigner owned..difficult to communicate and mistakes were made with booking. Had me locked out the second night when it was paid.

They have made tremendous effort towards bettering the property. It is begining to pay off. The rooms are clean. The pool was sparkling. Man was it amazing on a hot day. Its location is above average. I like it because choice plus always has a promo. Hot Springs is wonderful.. you can save money staying here and use your savings to see the Spa City. I did not try the restaurant but I hear it...
