Came to Texas on our family vacation and were very pleased with this hotel. Rooms are very spacious,clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Loved the location because it's close to everything. I will definitely be coming back to stay here....

I thought this hotel was extremely nice and well taken care of. The if we keep it was a little bit uncomfortable but the rest of the room was absolutely perfect. Everyone I encountered from the hotel was really nice and I loved having the digital key from the Hilton app.

Location is perfect close the mall and shopping. The room was very nice and I had a great nights sleep!

Good size room. Clean and tidy with a fresh smell. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff friendly. AC very noisy but I do like a very cold room!

Armando was the concierge. He was very helpful. We had an easy registration at the front desk. He offered us airport shuttle service and provided direction on which shuttle was best for me to take. When my friend went to the lobby to ask for a razor he also offered a courtesy bottle of water. When I called for extra towels he politely stated he would deliver once he finishes registering a guest who had just arrived. And he came within 15m. When I woke up to take the 5a airport shuttle he again politely informed that there was complimentary coffee for all guests. He also offered me complimentary snack. I was then driven by a lovely lady to the airport. She assisted me in putting my luggage in the van. She carefully drove me to terminal A. She was an absolute delight to converse with. And always had a smile on her face. Thank you for wonderful experience.

Great location if you want to be near shops etc .
Night Front Desk is amazing.
She is upbeat, funny, friendly and very accommodating and professional.

Wry nice hotel. And friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Little owlet was great. Very nice stay. Will stay there again when in Houston. We live in New Mexico and arriving fr desk very friendly.!!!

Has all the amenities of a typical Hampton but the room had a little musty smell. They can certainly use a replacement remote for room 401. Also they could’ve found a better place to put the sockets. Was a task to plug in hair dryer.

August 5th and 6th I stayed at this hotel and thought it would be safe. Boy was I wrong. I was awakened at 2am on the 6th and told I was a victim of theft. All of my specialty tools and electrical test equipment that I need to run my business was stolen. My vehicle was parked in front of the hotel. The camera caught everything on tape but the police couldn’t, wouldn’t and didn’t do anything to recover my property. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY IF YOUR TRAVELING WITH VALUABLES. The security is not what it should be. MY BUSINESS IS DEAD BECAUSE OF THIS.
