Very friendly and flexible staff, comfortable rooms and very clean. The beds were utterly comfortable, breakfast was better than what we expected with several options included. Staff allowed us to call from reception to order food in the evening, since they have no restaurant on their premises.

The first room we were in was fine but the elevator noise kept up from getting a good sleep Moved to another room the next day and the room smelled of urine and had tiny flying bugs I would assume we were put in this room because of requesting to be moved. Honestly some of the best customer service I have ever received from a Marriott hotel, the Rooms Operations Voyager Kai Willis did an amazing job getting me a decently priced room when my flight was cancelled, and helped me pay with a credit card that I had forgotten at home. This place is no-frills and basic, but exactly what I needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower was acceptable, the air conditioning worked. Location was prime for my trip. Near the airport and close to the manufacturing facility I was touring. WiFi was a but spotty. Room was clean. Front service was friendly and quick. Nice, clean room. Good conference hotel. The neighborhood when I stayed was not very safe and we were advised not to go out after dark on foot. But the hotel does work around that by providing complimentary shuttle to the neighboring area.

The room is very neat, all amenities working perfectly well, the staff very friendly and often ready to assist where required.The internet speed was very good so I could do most of my paper works without issues. I will definitely stay at this property when next I am in Houston.
