Days Inn by Wyndham Irving Grapevine DFW Airport North

This is a horrible hotel and I will be contacting Corporate today. I have stayed here a few weeks and not once have I seen housekeeping vacuum the floor. The floors are badly stained and saw a few holes in the wall. Other visitors complained there rooms were not being cleaned as well when I would go to the front desk. They offer cleaning service once every 3 days and visitors would state they either didn't come by or only made their bed. The lights flickered and bulbs where out in the bathroom, the sink area, and the desk area. I asked the lady at the front desk for a bulb and she said she can't give me one and that she would send maintenance to my room. Maintenance never came the 3 weeks I stayed in the room. The only thing nice about my experience was that housekeeping was very polite when I asked for towels. They ran out of tissue and it took over a week to get more. The hotel list that they offer breakfast but when you get there they say they don't due to covid. They offer a pop tart and a granola bar. We have been in a covid pandemic for 3 years and other hotels serve breakfast. They offer no fruit or anything nutritional, but they allow parties and catering in the room were they should be serving breakfast. Its a rip off and contradictory because they host parties in that area. They offer orange and apple juice all day, but often the cups are out of stock. The printer in the business center doesn't work and has been that way my entire stay. All they need to do is replace the toner and won't do that. I caught one of the front desk reps walking by and staring into my room multiple times which made me extremely uncomfortable. When I opened the door and asked could I assist, she stated "Oh I'm sorry, I was just checking to see if the room was available because your curtains were open." She looked several times and I had plants in the window, so it is obvious the room was occupied. Speaking of occupied, the front desk doesn't even know when they have rooms available.

I understand that u get what u paid for, but this place isn't even worth the thought. No clean sheets for the the days we were their. Had to ask for them to get some. Then they expected to do it. Needed light bulbs, needed a new shower head. Loved the bag and go, NOT which it was not the contental breakfast. His makes the Wyndham look bad.. Maybe they should hire people that actually know how to run the place. Never again.

This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Canceled flight was the only reason we had to stay overnight. The room was very dirty, carpet was wet and smelled like pet urine. We would have been better off sleeping in then airport!!! The breakfast they listed as a continental breakfast was a pop-tart.

This is the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I wouldn't even stay here if they offered it for free. There isn't enough space on here to list all the problems with this property. First of all, we did not feel safe. The security is a chain lock on the door. The motel was filthy inside and out. The toilet was not working, there was mold everywhere, there were unidentified drips running down the walls and doors, gouges in the walls and woodwork, rusty faucets, not able to regulate the temperature in the shower, mirror held to the wall with masking tape, large brown spots on the ceiling above the bed. The walls were greasy and grimy. There were smears on the walls of the elevator and the floor was filthy. I wouldn't even take a drink of water there. Breakfast was a poptart in a paper bag. No thanks. The telephones were not plugged into anything. The television was non-working. There was hair and black specks on the bedding. The smell. It was enough to turn your stomach. It smelled of dirty laundry and dirty people. ick. We used sky miles through Alaska Air to pay for the room. We trusted that they would only allow reputable hotels. Not the case. DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!
