Nice, clean. Spacious king rooms. Loved the view of the lagoon outside my window! Super allergic to the brand of shampoo they provide though, so heads up if you're sensitive to heavy perfumes. The "Aromatherapy" Thann shampoo had me stuffy and sneezing for hours. Allergies aside, I would definitely stay here again for visits to North Dallas - I'll just be bringing my own shampoo.

The hotel was good because it had a free shuttle from the airport and was within walking distance to a great restaurant called Aspen Creek Grill that has awesome shrimp and grits. The coffee in the room was horrible. The required $100 room deposit SUCKS. That being s aid, any issues I had, the staff was very helpful and quick to solve. Had a 10 hour layover with an 8 month old. Booked this hotel so we could sleep a few hours before a 14 hour international flight. The stay was great! Hotel was very clean. Rooms were large. Like most folks, I ended up here when my connecting flight got messed up and I ended up spending the night at the airport. The staff are so lovely and helped me get some toiletries since my bag was checked. The room itself was spacious and very clean. Place was decent and affordable and not far from a lot of food and Lounges. I am not use to such an early check out time, but this was also a last minute hotel I didn’t get to do my research on. They let me easily extend my stay by one night, rates increased but that was expected. My room was clean, organized and cool and I would definitely stay here again.

This is an affordable but nice hotel in a central area. Lots of restaurants nearby. Rooms were well kept and staff was very nice. Also, I had left some makeup in my room and they recovered it and sent it back to me very quickly. If you need to be around the Irving area, this hotel is a great choice!

My stay here was amazing! The rooms are clean, the area is quiet, and the view wasn’t bad at all! The hallways are kinda humid, and only one elevator operates. The breakfast was okay, and it was nice because it was a free all you can eat buffet in the lobby from 5am to 10am. In conclusion, I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Dallas!!

There was no use of the exercise room or pool. The halls were hot and stuffy. The carpets in our rooms definitely needed a deep cleaning. The visit just wasn't up to the standard we are used to having at a Hampton Inn. The people at the desk were wonderful!

The room was really nice, on the 2nd night had people stomping above us till late, but that's not the hotels fault. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked nice and had a hoyer transfer chair which I was happy to see! The kitchen was well stocked as well. The rooms where very nice. They have a single bath, 2 bed rooms, a living room, office area with a desk and a kitchen. The kitchen provided everything you needed to cook with besides condiments and food.

The comfort of the bed. The bathroom was fully stocked with towels needed for 2 days instead of me hunting down a property worker. Peaceful, able to focus on work. I arrived at the location early and was able to check in earlier as requested for $25 fee. However, was not informed of the fee until I arrived.

I love having Aussie as a worker here. My husband and myself live here until we move to Atlanta in January. He makes sure we have everything we need. He is very hospitable, and he just seems to be happy with to work here.

Generally friendly staff and very clean...but not quiet and certain things make the place feel as if the renovation is not finished. The full 1 inch gap under the door allows in a lot of light as do the curtains. The noise level was consistently louder than it should have been. I would recommend it over Motel 6, but next time I will rebook at the Marriott TownePlace Suites for about 10 dollars a night...

Everything was super clean, maintenance had just got there before us and fixed up something in the room so it's well maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's worth staying at for a good price.

Service was good... Not much for outdoor socializing areas. Found a pair of dirty underwear in elevator. Kind of a weird place. Price was decent.

The service is fantastic. The rooms are clean and very Homey. The all the amenities come such as microwave and refrigerator. Television with good cable TV. And nice clean large restrooms. I have been very happy with my stay at the crossroads and wish them the best of luck for they have treated me but nothing other than great

Staying for an extended stay for work. Checked in really late, around midnight. They didn't have my reservation. But, the lady on duty was very nice & made sure we got in. Room was clean. Love the hard floors & that there is no nasty carpet! Everyone, all the staff & other guests, have continued to be very nice & accommodating. No problems so far. Love that it's pet friendly! Convenient location...

My kids and I lost everything due to the slum lords I gave my money to and I came here to have a place for us to lay our heads and give me time to figure out my next move. Room is nice the staff friendly and helpful. I just want to thank them for being there for us providing a room and warm place to stay.

This as been our home since March 2016 due to my husband and I losing our home. At first, we hated it. But after being here so long, and REALLY getting to know all the employees here, they have become like family. I know some of them, this one person, still don't really project very nice intentions when ever they see me, but I have nothing mean to say to them at all. I think we're all handed different...

Looks nice on the outside and is cheap but you get what you pay for. I didn't touch anything in mine!
