Four elevators to drag my old man body efficiently to my room. Hotel is very accommodating and super clean. The hot tub was there to help my joint pain. Bartending can use some additional help though. So many people want to get drunk and two people is not enough to work the bar area.

Super close to the airport, the rooms are ample and clean. There is a restaurant and a 24hr pantry to buy things. the personnel was helpful.

Rooms was lovely, some of the lightning was working in the room and the fire alarm went off because of the hot water running. Great view from the room to the airport. Anytime I have to come into town for work this is where I stay. It’s super clean, the rooms and amenities are nice and the staff is always on top of everything. I'd definitely stay here again. The room was a good size, clean and quiet, the staff was so friendly, the self parking was easy and convenient, and the hotel lobby itself was really spacious and lively with the restaurant and bar. Nice, clean. Spacious king rooms. Loved the view of the lagoon outside my window! Super allergic to the brand of shampoo they provide though, so heads up if you're sensitive to heavy perfumes. The "Aromatherapy" Thann shampoo had me stuffy and sneezing for hours. Allergies aside, I would definitely stay here again for visits to North Dallas - I'll just be bringing my own shampoo.

This Omni location is fantastic. I love staying here. The front desk staff are very kind and accommodating. I called the front desk about an issue with the temperature in our room, and Eli from engineering was sent up to help. He was super friendly, and he promptly fixed the issue. I had an awesome stay this past week over Christmas! It was weird staying in a hotel instead of the house I grew up in but all of the employees there were so fabulous and made it feel homey. The hotel was good because it had a free shuttle from the airport and was within walking distance to a great restaurant called Aspen Creek Grill that has awesome shrimp and grits. The coffee in the room was horrible. The required $100 room deposit SUCKS. That being s aid, any issues I had, the staff was very helpful and quick to solve. Had a 10 hour layover with an 8 month old. Booked this hotel so we could sleep a few hours before a 14 hour international flight. The stay was great! Hotel was very clean. Rooms were large. Like most folks, I ended up here when my connecting flight got messed up and I ended up spending the night at the airport. The staff are so lovely and helped me get some toiletries since my bag was checked. The room itself was spacious and very clean. Canceled flight and the only one out was the next morning. Saw the Grand Hyatt on the board for the train and figured that was the simplest solution. It is conveniently located near the airport (DFW) and 20 min away from Love Field. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was as a good size and clean. However, there was a paucity of power outlets. They only had a few scattered throughout the room that were inconveniently located, used by an appliance, or didn't work.

Many times I have stayed in Dallas this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Staff was professional and did not make checking in difficult like most hotels. The room view was everything! I could sit there all day and watch the planes. The bar and food was good but I habt to give it 4 stars because the phone didn't work. Besides that I would still choose this place.

Mr. Phillip Carpenter, the driver of the shuttle from the airport was a gem! And may I say Henry was especially welcoming in the a.m. at breakfast. The person who really stood out and made my visit exceptional is Itiano. He has been there for 14 years. He went above and beyond and I am so grateful for his efforts. The hotel is getting a much needed make over and from the looks of the plans it will be very nice. Had dinner in the restaurant which was pizza and salad and both were very good! My husband and I have stayed here every time we are traveling. It makes traveling easy when you live in East Texas. Great huge rooms with couch and recliner. Yes its older but always clean comfy and convenient with airport shuttle, parking for up to 14 days behind gates, great bar/restraunt for those travel days that you only have time to eat before or after travel.

Front desk attendant tried to sound nice, but called off as pushy and rude. Transportation is fast and efficient, but the doors on the van has to keep getting slammed which made everyone jump everyone. Didn't help that it was 0530. Overall ok, but what can one expect from a hotel voucher after AA issues better people to mid their flights.

Just met a friend there for a few hours. The lobby area is gorgeous. Also has a bar 🍸 This hotel has an indoor swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool. The room and food were both great. The front desk staff were extremely rude! We stayed one night and parked our car there while we were traveling. Returning to pick up our car was horrible. Our flight came in Terminal D and we were told to go to Terminal A. I’m not sure why they told us to go there when there are courtesy pick up spots at every gate. The hotel has been updated, it's very clean, my room is reasonably quiet and the HVAC is effective and quiet, the beds are comfy, the staff are very available, competent, and nice, and the overall comfort level is 10/10. This property served all my needs on my trip to the DFW area. 24 hour shuttle. All suite rooms for the space. A working outdoor pool. A working fitness center. Decent hotel. Carpeting was stained, but the staff was nice. Room was very clean and I could not hear the nearby air strip which was a big plus! AC is controlled, which was a negative for me- I like to sleep cool, but could not get the temp lower than 68. Rooms were clean. There was a smell of marijuana in the hallway (which nauseates me), but that seems to be a way of life anymore.

The front desk clerk was terribly rude. The hotel is rather old and musty. The hallways don't have the A/C running, so they're terribly hot and stuffy. The room wasn't too bad. Standard Courtyard with all of the amenities one would expect from this recognized chain. Only issue was the remodel that was going on at the time. The work starts early and can be very noisy. I'd say it's probably the best hotel that I've been to so far. The room was in clean condition. Mr De la Torre was very professional during our stay. Breakfast was good, very calming atmosphere. It was near everything that we needed to get done less than 10 minutes. I'd definitely acknowledge their work. Will come again next time around.

Great location, the parking is a bit limited. The rooms are fine. The TVs are far to small, 20 inch in a king room?

Place was decent and affordable and not far from a lot of food and Lounges. I am not use to such an early check out time, but this was also a last minute hotel I didn’t get to do my research on. They let me easily extend my stay by one night, rates increased but that was expected. My room was clean, organized and cool and I would definitely stay here again.

This is an affordable but nice hotel in a central area. Lots of restaurants nearby. Rooms were well kept and staff was very nice. Also, I had left some makeup in my room and they recovered it and sent it back to me very quickly. If you need to be around the Irving area, this hotel is a great choice!

My stay here was amazing! The rooms are clean, the area is quiet, and the view wasn’t bad at all! The hallways are kinda humid, and only one elevator operates. The breakfast was okay, and it was nice because it was a free all you can eat buffet in the lobby from 5am to 10am. In conclusion, I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Dallas!!

There was no use of the exercise room or pool. The halls were hot and stuffy. The carpets in our rooms definitely needed a deep cleaning. The visit just wasn't up to the standard we are used to having at a Hampton Inn. The people at the desk were wonderful!

Great place for business meeting as it is right in the middle of a huge business district in Las Colinas Texas. Close to a number of restaurants and fast food if you need something quick, coffee shops too. Easy access from the airport as it is Maybe 7 miles or 5 miles from the airport. Taxi rides about 16 $17. Good management clean rooms. Good AC and heating. Cleaning services great.

The room was clean and had everything I needed for 5 days, but you can hear everything from the hall, other rooms, and the traffic outside. It was very, very hard to sleep each night. Either tractor trailers were idling outside, horns blowing, loud engines, or there were guests screaming in the room across the hall, or the people upstairs were stomping around all night and dragging suitcases all around...

Before arriving I read many scary reviews. I was so worried. This time I can say the reviews let me down. From the staff to my room, very pleasant and clean. The hotel provided a wide variety of breakfast meals that were not only pleasing to the eye but also to the palette. Their breakfast selections are really awesome. Spacious room with enough kitchen appliances. Convenient shuttle service. Few things that stopped me. Giving five star R, route shuttle driver. There was a glitch going on in their system, and because of that, we had to spend our entire night in their lobby. However, Blake and Judy have done their fabulous job to assistance as much as possible.

No trash bags or linen bag front desk was a little rude about the incidentals charge being on one card and the room on a business card didn't explain it very well at all. I've stayed here before its usually better and breakfast has been good everytime.

We stayed in a standard two queen bed room. Room cleaning conditions were okay but not the best. It has a very small restroom which was hard to even in and out. Liked a view from a large front window. Very kind staff members and a good location. Will visit again.

This is a great place, clean rooms and everyone was very friendly. A few down sides are they are in the direct flight path of landing planes. So planes flight right over head of the hotel, a little noisy at times. Also they do not start their breakfast till 6:30, so if you have to catch an early flight, you won't have breakfast like some other places. Overall a good place.

It was a spacious and comfortable room. Appreciated the free shuttle to and from the airport when my flight home was cancelled.

5 Star service!! I stay in a lot of hotels for work. Most with fancier soaps and elevators, but none with the customer service here. Matt, at the front desk, especially took great care of my crew and I. Made the 2 day business trip much easier. Also everything was clean, and the room was quiet. Keep up the good work.
