The hotel is old and run down, but the biggest disappointment was no hot water!

this place needs to be remodeled and furniture needs to be upgraded. the bathroom is disgusting. I saw a lot of reviews about roaches. I did not see any roaches at all.. bed was comfortable. and front desk needs to start answering the phone and more polite to customers. also the 100 dollar deposit is an insult due to the the outdated furniture and very disgusting bathroom.

Avoid this place at all costs! 🤬😡 The receptionist, Yeshi, was incredibly rude and made my wife cry 🚩 She attempted to defraud us by falsely claiming we could check in before 4 AM. Upon arrival, she denied us access until 3 PM and refused a refund. While waiting, I witnessed her pull the same scam on multiple other guests. Despite having vacant rooms, she wouldn't accommodate us, knowing we had an early flight she decided to take advantage . I seriously considered calling the police for fraud but I didn’t have time and we only had 5 hours to sleep before my flight left, we decided to go to a different hotel.

bad service, no breakfast, old hotel

I should start off with you get what you pay for so I'm not complaining but just advising. The only very convenient this is the closeness to the airport.

However, their description (I reserved online via Hotels.com) is not accurate about breakfast and shuttle. There was no food and even their juice dispenser wasn't working - I was surprised that there was coffee).

If you arrive at night and want a shuttle from the airport to the hotel it probably won't happen (from my own experience and reading other reviews as well). It's sad that the number on here takes you to Super 8's main toll line and even they called this actual hotel 3 times and no one answered (at 8:30 at night so not super late/early). They gave me the number to the hotel and they didn't answer me either (not a surprise).

They do have a laundry room with just one washer and dryer but I was thankful for that option. It was $3.50 for washer and $2.50 for dryer.

I ended up paying $100 including the Uber so I think I would have preferred getting another hotel for $150 with an actual reliable service and breakfast.
I'm glad it seemed a safe space to get 8 hours but that's about it. 😁😅

Terrible hotel, the person at the front desk was nice but that’s the only good thing I can say about this place. Room was dirty and had a trrrible cigarette smell. The bathroom looked like it had mold on the bottom corner. The two lamps were janky and took multiple presses for only one of them to turn on. The outlets hardly worked usually not catching anything being plugged in. Tv and entertainment center were essentially two feet away from the foot of the bed making it annoying to walk in that area. Moths were in the room as well. It’s a cheap hotel but not worth it.
