This is my goto place to stay when I'm on the road. Red Roof Inn is just right for our family. The fact they are pet friendly goes a long way, he family not pet.

I am not happy the room because it is terrible smell as odor, and the ironing was not working well, need new one as upgrade!
I won’t come that hitel again! So you all need to get better everything. SIGH!

Granted I was in Florida, but I didn't expect to have an uninvited guest (6 legged). I flushed him. Other than that it was a good stay

The front desk attendant was efficient and professional. The property around the hotel was fairly well maintained with no persons loitering in the area. The room was fairly large, quiet, clean, fridge, a/c, lights, faucets, etc. all worked plenty of water pressure and hot water and my room was on the top floor. Elevators worked and were pretty fast. The hotel is a hotel and not a motel. The actual building in the common areas is a bit worn and could use some sprucing up.
For the price I would say this is a decent value.

The room we had this stay needed airing out. Had a stell smell. Very unpleasant, the AC unit did not clean the air. However us the first time we've had this issue, other stays here were 5 star.

Typical value hotel on the outside. When I checked into my first room it smelled of cigarette smoke and had ash and a dirty towel on the window sill. When I requested a new room they put me in the room across the hall probably “cleaned” by the same staff. The next room they gave me had used soap with hair from the last guest and hair all over the floor. After obviously leaving they refused to honor my cancellation. Do yourself a favor and skip this property.

Would happily rate this place a five out of five! Outstanding staff. Place is clean and enjoyable. Weekends can get busy sometimes. But weekdays are very quiet. Super pet friendly. My pet friends love it and wouldn’t want to leave :-) love the grass in the back of the hotel. Perfect playground for my cats. Plenty of parking spaces around. Restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Highly recommended if you’re in town!

If I could give this place 0 stars or negative stars I would 100% do it. Don't let the pictures or the paid reviewers trick you , this hotel should be called a motel is dirty dirty dirty!! Live roaches in my room and one ran on the elevator while going up. The staff is the most insensitive rude customer service I have ever witnessed. Neighbors woke me up out of a dead sleep from being loud at 3AM . I did not complete my stay in fact I left in the middle of the night and they told me no money was going to be returned . I am furious with this experience . They should be inspected immediately and retrain their staff to at least pretend like they like their job a little bit. WARNING: STAY AWAY!!!
