Would happily rate this place a five out of five! Outstanding staff. Place is clean and enjoyable. Weekends can get busy sometimes. But weekdays are very quiet. Super pet friendly. My pet friends love it and wouldn’t want to leave :-) love the grass in the back of the hotel. Perfect playground for my cats. Plenty of parking spaces around. Restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Highly recommended if you’re in town!

If I could give this place 0 stars or negative stars I would 100% do it. Don't let the pictures or the paid reviewers trick you , this hotel should be called a motel is dirty dirty dirty!! Live roaches in my room and one ran on the elevator while going up. The staff is the most insensitive rude customer service I have ever witnessed. Neighbors woke me up out of a dead sleep from being loud at 3AM . I did not complete my stay in fact I left in the middle of the night and they told me no money was going to be returned . I am furious with this experience . They should be inspected immediately and retrain their staff to at least pretend like they like their job a little bit. WARNING: STAY AWAY!!!

Very affordable and pet friendly. Millet is very friendly yet professional goes above for customer service. There are two other front desk staff I highly commend as well. Have had multiple stays and every time have enjoyed my visit. Highly recommend.

My family and I stayed for 2 weeks and the service is top notched. Front desk ladies are very friendly and maintenance is very attentive. Got some minor issues that were resolved in no time. Ms Tina (front desk) and Mr German (maintenance) were the ones mostly attending to our requests. Not to mention since it is a pet-friendly hotel, there are days you get to meet fur babies in the lobby. It was a great Summer vacation coming from Alabama.

My family and I stay here periodically, the staff are very nice! We use the pool often and it's nice and refreshing on a hot day, the updated pool patio sets are nice! They've did alot of updates lately to the exterior of the building including surveillance which makes for a safer feeling for my family!

Worst place I've been. Maria, the inspector of the rooms should be fired . She is extremely rude and unprofessional. She argued with me and felt the need to give me a life lesson when I called in to ask for my belongings that had been left by accident. She was screaming and arguing with me over the phone and wasn't helpful at all . With people like her working there I would never recommend staying here . Rooms are dirty . A tick was in my sink bath tubs are stained. But house keeping does the best they can and makes a trashy hotel seem tolerable. The guy from Fiji is nice and so is the lady from Dallas . But Maria should not be in hospitality. Period! She definitely should be written up for the way she spoke to me honestly I feel she keeps anything she finds. Most of them are very disgusting people. I really hope corporate shuts this place down. There have been multiple reviews and complaints about the bug problem. It's really bad . Do not stay here!

Red roof is our preferred hotel when traveling with our pet. Even if a hotel claims to be pet friendly, they usually charge an extra fee (sometimes up to twice as much as the room rate!) Red roof is free for pets. We visited this location but ended up staying at the Atlantic Beach location because we arrived too early and couldn't check in until a couple hours later. Probably should've stayed here anyway since it was much cheaper than the Atlantic Beach spot (which was kind of gross).

Room was nice and clean. They were nice in making an exception to their pet policy and allowed our 3 small dogs for one night. Mattress did provide enough support and woke up with a back ache. Also, no one was at the front desk when we checked in. Overall, nice stay.

Exceptional service, immaculate room and clean facility and grounds! I was made to feel as if I was VIP from the door. The smile at the desk came with conversation, not cold and stoic responses. I loved my stay and will return again.

Absolutely deceptive. Garbage hotel... no fridge... no stove... outdated thick televisions...no microwave....no smoking... straight trash... don't know why it's a red roof plus! There's nothing plus about the place period.... not worth the time considering they have several hotels next door that offer everything I just said this place doesn't.. .. I'll never book Herr again....
