I loved everything about the property. My only complaint is that the one bedroom suite didn’t have a pullout sofa. I used to work for Marriott and that is very unusual for a Residence Inn. I guess it’s all about making extra money with the roll away beds.

Highlight the fact that there’s a property was in the area where I could easily walk to some things pertaining to food. Nice space. My family and I did not feel like we were on top of one another while staying in live resident Inn. I would definitely come back and stay at this Resident Inn if ever need be.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The area around the hotel has a forest and lakes. Staying here feels amazing!

Good service from staff, modern design, good breakfast selection, comfortable bed. Carpet seemed dirty, not much light in the rooms, not much noise protection between rooms, no weight bench in fitness room to be able to use weight set.

EVERY staff member was so kind and ALL of them helped my elderly handicapped parents get comfortable! I cannot Thank them enough nor can I begin to express my gratitude for them! They went above and beyond for them and I appreciate it so much!

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was spotless. Appliances gently used, but EVERYTHING worked well. Very comfortable bed. Endless hot water. Loved the convenience of a kitchenette.

The best place you could choose for a stay.. Front desk customer service is awesome. The best place to stay rooms are cleaned to perfection.

Good place to stay near market area of St John town center. If you have a car, you can choose perimeter parkway branch of Extended stay otherwise Skinner lake is convenient.

Quite. Quaint. Clean. Stayed 3 nights with 4 kids. Internet NEEDS to be faster, but won't complain about it. I would stay again.

Great concept yet not the cleanest. I never received room service and was on a road trip for work. This would have been so helpful to have even if was only twice a week because I was on the go. Not sure if they all are like this. Hopefully not.

Ms Tish (the manager) does an amazing job at keeping this location clean and safe for everyone. She is very aware of everything that goes on from the staff to the guest and goes above and beyond to make sure all guest are satisfied. Front desk staff Meghan, Alexia, and Jenn are the sweetest and so helpful! Customer service from all 4 is nothing short of amazing!

I would like to acknowledge Megan who has been extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. She is always busy but takes time to assist you whenever needed. A very important asset to this extended stay. Also, I would like to praise Jason for all his hard work and kindness. He constantly asks me if I need anything. Fantastic gentleman.

I love it here. It's one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in and the staff is amazing. Couldn't ask for better customer service than you get from Velvet or Jon.

Nice place for a quick and inexpensive getaway. The kids spent 3 days in and out of the pool. Front desk staff were nice. Clean sheets and towels, rooms were clean as well. Pet friendly, so the entire family came along. 2 Bbq grills with coal for your convenience. Stove top, microwave, refrigerator in rooms.

This is my goto place to stay when I'm on the road. Red Roof Inn is just right for our family. The fact they are pet friendly goes a long way, he family not pet.

The room we had this stay needed airing out. Had a stell smell. Very unpleasant, the AC unit did not clean the air. However us the first time we've had this issue, other stays here were 5 star.

Red Roofs are reliable and consistent for cleanliness and welcoming staff. A great value for an affordable price.

The room was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was safe, and parking was convenient and free. The front desk was friendly, and the free breakfast had a decent variety. It's a great budget choice for traveling in Jacksonville.

Based on the reviews, I thought it would be okay for 1 night, but as you can see in my photos, the room was dirty, and the covers/comforter was stained with multiple stains, including blood. The front desk was absolutely more than accommodating and switched our room, so SHOUTOUT to them!!! Thank you so much. Also, breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Staff was great and really friendly so friendly that second shift walked in my room while I was sleeping. The next morning I was out front and another guest was taking on the phone telling someone that Staff walked in his around 2 am and the guest Almont shot them. I checked in late but the lady who checked me in was So wonderful. Ms Kay made everything easy and smooth. I got a queen size bedroom suite which was perfect. The bed was just firm enough for me. And it was clean. When I checked out and Ms Kay was still up front she put a smile on my face. Thank you for everything.

Could have been better. Disappointed because no concierge on site, we had 2 lights in the bathroom that were out and promised maintenance would be there but no show in 3 days. tv in living room needs to be replaced cause it is blurry. Otherwise we had a good time.

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet and relaxing. We had the most friendly check in staff. She was so kind and helpful. The grounds are nice and well kept. The rooms are a bit older but clean and comfortable. We enjoyed riding our bikes to the local shopping and restaurants. We also really enjoyed the Cabana beach club. No complaints from us.

Parking expensive, restaurants expensive. Had to leave early due to hurricane and was refunded with no issues for nights not used.

Great hotel ! It was a little dated but such an awesome place . The kids had a great time , the beach club is amazing ! Only complaints would be we ordered room service and we got a cheese burger and it was so burned it was not edible. Also the elevators are really really slow so take the stairs if you can .

Had a wonderful weekend here. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and i especially like the window seat. The bathrooms are large and luxurious and stocked with amenities. Wonderful waterfront balcony where we enjoyed room service. Room service food was excellent as well as the staff providing it. Nice pool and hot tub.

I ate here with friends recently. The kitchen was out of several menu items. I got the chicken wings and French dip sliders. Both were underwhelming. Wings were small and over-fried. The French dip was lacking flavor, and the meat was dry. Additionally, the bread tasted old.

Seaview Grille.......Eric is just outstanding. We always enjoy seeing him and having him at dinner. Polite, friendly, kind.......asked about our celebrations.......and treated us so well. Hands down an amazing asset to The Lodge. He never disappoints. Wonderful service.

Bathroom cleanliness needs improvement. Clorox bleach would go a long way in the tub and sink and toilet areas. Otherwise great stay and helpful and very friendly staff.

Walking distance to beach, and nice pool area. Good range of food at breakfast. The only negative was the bed linen could have fitted better. The sheets and mattress protector kept slipping off the mattress and bunching up.

There are simple things that could use an update. I would say it is slightly older and thus “lived in” feeling. Staff was super nice and accommodating.
