Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was spotless. Appliances gently used, but EVERYTHING worked well. Very comfortable bed. Endless hot water. Loved the convenience of a kitchenette.

The best place you could choose for a stay.. Front desk customer service is awesome. The best place to stay rooms are cleaned to perfection.

Good place to stay near market area of St John town center. If you have a car, you can choose perimeter parkway branch of Extended stay otherwise Skinner lake is convenient.

The staff at this location are amazing. The rooms are very large as expected. Unfortunately, the breakfast area is small and gets crowded quickly in the morning but I will say the breakfast is pretty good. The salt pool is really nice at this location as well. Ms Tish (the manager) does an amazing job at keeping this location clean and safe for everyone. She is very aware of everything that goes on from the staff to the guest and goes above and beyond to make sure all guest are satisfied. Nice place for a quick and inexpensive getaway. The kids spent 3 days in and out of the pool. Front desk staff were nice. Clean sheets and towels, rooms were clean as well. Pet friendly, so the entire family came along. 2 Bbq grills with coal for your convenience. Stove top, microwave, refrigerator in rooms.

The room we had this stay needed airing out. Had a stell smell. Very unpleasant, the AC unit did not clean the air. However us the first time we've had this issue, other stays here were 5 star.

I checked in late but the lady who checked me in was So wonderful. Ms Kay made everything easy and smooth. I got a queen size bedroom suite which was perfect. The bed was just firm enough for me. The room itself was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was also friendly. Only reason I gave the room 3 stars and overall 4 stars, is because the bathroom smelt like marijuana. I left the staff know this the next morning. It wasn't a big deal for me as it was only a one night stay. But didn't want to get charged for a pot head stinking up the bathroom.

The service here was so good. Sheldon, who works at the front desk, deserves a raise. I was definitely impressed by the kindness and customer service of the staff. I haven't experienced that level of customer service at very many places, and I travel a lot. There is a leak in the roof and ceiling needs to be patched. Popcorn ceiling has been removed and there may be a chance it had asbestos. Harry the guy at the front desk always charged me different prices for a room and I was treated unfairly after addressing about my receipt he gave old receipts instead of the ones from my last transaction to cover all the money they was stealing from me

Location is good for airport traveling and I think they let you keep your car there for a daily fee but other than that it's a below average hotel

Very clean property, room clean, spacious comfortable. Only issue was water from the sink only trickled out, but shower had good flow. Easy parking, in hotel bistro open til 10, plenty food in the area, and the nicest staff.

My room was great, clean floors, clean towels, clean sheet, great AC, great desk service & I was allowed to have my service animals. Location seems a little off but it’s right off the main roads of Jacksonville. No complaints!

It's really a nice place to stay for the economical price. The front desk people are always nice and accommodating. The continental breakfast is appropriate with coffee available 24/7. I especially like the new beds and the new pillows that they've just remodeled the whole place with. As I've stayed there off and on for the last 6 months I am delighted to report that I've never seen any bugs.

Very nice place. However, I called from the Florida welcome center and asked the employee if I could have two nights for that price and was told yes. Then I arrived, told them I called and wanted two night for that price and the response was we can't do that unless you have two coupons. I felt lied to and won't be back.
