Very friendly staff and clean rooms. We have stayed at other Aloft locations and this one was just as nice. If you are a light sleeper I recommend bringing a fan or using a noise machine as you may sometimes hear people in the hallway. I always travel with a fan or noice machine since I am a very light sleeper so this is usually not a problem for me.

The place was cheap. However there was no hot water. There was no refrigerator. Parking was fine, close to the room. But the room was very very run down. I think they need to finish a room before they rent it to guests. We had a socket in the room that had no cover on it that was loose which could potentially be dangerous.

Majority of the rooms have been remodeled! Me and my family enjoyed our weekend at this hotel. The staff was very nice and even though our room wasn't ready at the time of check in, they got us a room that was with no hesitation! The kids enjoyed the pool as well. Hotel and staff are wonderful. Stayed here twice while visiting Mayo for spine surgery. The Bistro is ok, but watch your bill. They upcharge for things that are included so be careful, but that's not the hotels fault.

The room just looking at it was nice but when I placed a white rag to see if there was anything on the counter I got dirt and grime, My skin is sensitive so some things and the couch was not sprayed down or something because I got a rash from it, other than that I enjoyed the poolside view, and the Bistro.

We have appointments at Mayo so being on campus and able to just walk across the street is great! Getting a room with a King size bed is difficult as it is reverse from most hotels and has mostly two beds. Most of the staff is absolutely wonderful! There's only one guy who we've encountered that is rude and abrupt, everyone else goes above and beyond to be friendly and helpful!

Nice hotel, friendly staff. They had run out of breakfast items (eggs) in the beginning of the week (3 days) from a busy weekend, so that was unfortunate. The front door was broken for most of the week as well. Rooms are nice and appear to be cleaned thoroughly. I'll stay here again, but I won't count on breakfast.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. We had a problem with the air conditioning in our room not working efficiently, and they immediately moved us. The rooms and entire hotel was clean. The breakfast was the worst I have had and I stay in a hotel 6 times a month. The eggs were like powder eggs with horrible taste and Canadian bacon was fake ham that you couldn't cut with a fork. Everything is as advertised, the hotel looks nice. Rooms are clean. Good WiFi. Plenty of parking. Very nice staff

If checking in through third-party site, be sure you have $100 for the massive security deposit they don't mention.

Ms Tish (the manager) does an amazing job at keeping this location clean and safe for everyone. She is very aware of everything that goes on from the staff to the guest and goes above and beyond to make sure all guest are satisfied. Front desk staff Meghan, Alexia, and Jenn are the sweetest and so helpful! Customer service from all 4 is nothing short of amazing!

I would like to acknowledge Megan who has been extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. She is always busy but takes time to assist you whenever needed. A very important asset to this extended stay. Also, I would like to praise Jason for all his hard work and kindness. He constantly asks me if I need anything. Fantastic gentleman.

I love it here. It's one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in and the staff is amazing. Couldn't ask for better customer service than you get from Velvet or Jon.

Nice place for a quick and inexpensive getaway. The kids spent 3 days in and out of the pool. Front desk staff were nice. Clean sheets and towels, rooms were clean as well. Pet friendly, so the entire family came along. 2 Bbq grills with coal for your convenience. Stove top, microwave, refrigerator in rooms.

Harry the guy at the front desk always charged me different prices for a room and I was treated unfairly after addressing about my receipt he gave old receipts instead of the ones from my last transaction to cover all the money they was stealing from me

Location is good for airport traveling and I think they let you keep your car there for a daily fee but other than that it's a below average hotel
