1. I waited on line to check-in for about 20-25 mins because there was some kind of technical issues happening with the front desk computer. The man behind the counter did not acknowledge the line or explain what was happening or how long it would be before we can check in.
2. The bottles in the shower for body wash, shampoo and conditioner were completely missing (just the wall attachment was there). I called the front desk to ask for them to replace it and no one came. Later that night, I asked the front desk to have someone come in the morning (she also gave me bar soap in the mean time) and when housekeeping came in the morning, they gave me shampoo instead of bodywash. I ended up using shampoo as body wash the entire stay because bar soap dries out my skin.
I could hear all kinds of random noises such as upstairs flushing their toilet, next door banging on their wall, and downstairs clicking noise.
The worst of all is the vibration. I could constantly feel a vibration under the bed shaking my head when I was trying to fall asleep.
Also, the alarm went off at 6 am on its own!!
Due to the lack of sleep, I’m having a headache and feeling very dizzy today. I’m at work right now and literally want to throw up when I think of the experience last night.
This is my first time staying at a Wyndham Garden hotel and also the last time. I’d rather sleep in a tent on the street.
