Quick and smooth check in. Rooms are very spacious. Bed was comfy. Can’t hear outside noise or hallway noise. Would stay here again. Not too much interaction with staff other than check in and there it was minimal talk. Hotel is pretty quiet.

I had the greatest experience staying at this location. I want to give a shout out to the front desk rep & the housekeeper team for how grateful we are with them. We need more staff like them! I left my medical pillow & my granddaughter's tablet behind in the room after checking out. About 3 hours later we noticed that we left them, my husband called the front desk to them know about the items left...

Everything was good just the clerk at the desk needs to learn how to tell you every detail on everything I had to ask questions pretty much like they took the money told me what room I was in ask me what floor I wanted to be on that was good but that's pretty much it I had to find out that no Continental breakfast. And that was one other thing that happened etc that I won't say. But great stay I did...

This seems like a newer facility. If not they are doing great upkeep. The entry way is welcoming and so were the staff. My coworker and I were able to meet up and work with no distractions or intrusions. Only downside is my ac did not work properly. My room was freezing and it keep blowing for a while even after I cut it off.

Great venue, awesome staff would recommend to any one. Very spacious and accommodating. I always enjoy coming here.

This was a really nice hotel with a contemporary look. The employees at the front desk were really nice and we got a great rate thru a booking website. Its located next to the mall and there are good places not too far as well. The beds were so comfortable! I really liked this place.

I like the fact I could check in when I arrived. The hospitality was wonderful and I loved the layout of the room.

For a Marriott it does well, the room had mild issues, the couch was either returned to a couch wrong or it was very worn in. The wall in the bathroom had fresh plastering but looks like it was slapped on there haphazardly and they didn't bother putting paint on it. Main rooms and gym look good. Kinda a pain to get to driving wise. Breakfast was great! Good selection and reasonable hours for access

This is the first time I have returned to Residence Inn since the pandemic. Service is excellent from the breakfast staff, housekeeping, and front desk. My only problem is the drape (left side) in my room. I noticed it looked like it was about to fall off. I was afraid to toggle to check it. And l forgot to inform the front desk about it as I left. I'm not sure why I always get a lousy room whenever...

Pretty good residence inn. Honestly wished they had a hot tub/jacuzzi next to the pool. It's fall ss of this review so you can't escape a few leaves in the pool but it did look not the best. Not horrible though. Yet still great comfort, never heard neighbor ls so rooms built great. Worth the stay.

I was decided by this hotel , I was told that I had a king suite room . This wasn't what I was given , and when I brought it to the attention of the front desk , they informed me that I was wrong , I told them that I have king size bed all through my home , they still wanted to argue the point, they went as far to call the property management and they also stated that these beds were king size. Transfer from another non Hilton property, sad it wasn't my first choice. It was a friendly, clean, pleasant, good room size, great staff and breakfast was served until 11am. It was well worth the move.

Facility is under construction for a remodel. The check in agent was friendly and helpful. Its unfortunate that all the facilities especially the restuarant are closed during this remodel. Otherwise the rooms are clean and updated aside from the small older TV. I would stay here again. Look forward to seeing the place when its finished!

Easy access to the highway. Staff were amazing. Great amenities nearby and the hotel has a wonderful breakfast.

Good experience, has all the trappings you would expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. Overall condition of the hotel was good, didn't show as much age as some other Hilton properties. We stayed here while a restoration company was working on our home. It was quiet, cozy, and clean. Breakfast was included. It caters to the business crowd.

Had a great 3 night stay. A little older building, but clean rooms. First hotel we have been to in years with daily housekeeping available. Carmen was an excellent attendant that came by our room every morning to ensure we had all we needed. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. I recommend.

This place is very clean, unlike several others nearby. I was able to jump in the tub immediately without fear, the bed is amazing and the pull out couch was too! I would definitely stay here again!

Clean rooms, good fitness center, good business center with a printer and a copier. Breakfast was the same menu rotated every other day. Not the Residence Inn, but a less expensive alternative. Nothing special, but not bad. Staff was very nice.

The hotel is fairly nice, right off the expressway which is convenient. Breakfast is an amenity but you MUST bring your ticket, otherwise the food service staff will question you like you don't "belong". The management and front desk staff is extremely helpful and welcoming to guests.

Beds are great, clean and modernized. Always call ahead if you want to use the hot tub or the pool before you reserve if that is one of the added amenities you're seeking. Sometimes it's down for cleaning or out of service.

I normally stay at another hotel in the area. I decided on this trip to visit friends that I would try the Holiday Inn. I am glad I did. The staff is friendly and makes me feel at home. The rooms are spacious,clean and comfortable. In my future trips I will now be stay here.

Gotta be honest. Regret this. I should have just stayed at the Motel 6 down the street for half the price. I got the executive suit. Room stinks like old smoke. Some lights don't work. I am skeptical of the cleanliness. Bed feels old even with a mattress topper on. Not impressed.

I got in late. I had purchased the room online. That made checking easy and smooth. The room was clean, but the bed was not what I was expecting. Felt like a fold out. I guess that's good for travelers. Not a lot of folks walking around or hanging out. It is right off the access road which is convenient. I was able to sleep comfortably when all was said and done.

The new manager is amazing! He was very patient with me as my arrival time changed twice and he even took the time to get me the best rate for my room. Overall the room and hotel are a good value for the money but the new general manager is the reason I gave this place 5 stars. I will absolutely come back if he is still here. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This extended stay hotel is fantastic. The staff is extremely nice and professional. The rooms are moderate sized but are comfortable and well kept. Overall a great place to stay for a day or a month or two.

After the reviews I was a little worried and the hotel has smoking rooms. Never smelled cigarettes or any other type is smoking in the building. Had signs about minimal upgrades in process. Booked a non-smoking king room. Upon entering the hotel the lobby was clean and updated. Elevator is a little older and slow. The workout has a treadmill and bike. Very clean. The bed was very comfortable and hubby and I rested well. I appreciated the plentiful lighting and plugs for charging. There was some significant wear on the room, but otherwise a great value. Breakfast was average in selection. Real scrambled eggs and pork sausage. Cereals, pre-purchased cinnamon rolls. Not much else.

Very old and outdated hotel and rooms. Bathrooms were outdated with some moldy areas. Beds were clean, but nothing special. Breakfast was not very good. Surprised that they are able to maintain the brand affiliation. 3-stars is being VERY generous.

We love Hampton Inns but this one needs work. Most of the times the ice machines didn’t work, on any floor and you had to go to the kitchen to get ice. That machine doesn’t serve the ice through a slot, but is a real ice machine. Most of the time there was nothing to dip out the ice with. My family and I have been coming for almost a year and I have nothing really to complain about, the housekeepers are all amazing as well as the Staff Nanesh Patel and Tisha. The rooms are nice and cozy. Definitely would recommend to give this hotel a chance if you're looking for a temporary stay.

The hotel definitely isn’t bad. The rooms are decent and everything but it’s the other people around you that stay here. You got people that bring animals in here and literally just let them bark FOREVER nonstop and you got other people flooring their cars around the complex. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Like the new updated rooms. Looks lovely. Wish had more towels. I need 2 just for myself. Ac is leaky in some rooms. But that could be faulty install. They have no control over the lot lizards. I just focus on me and no one bothers me, but again the hotel can't control other guests. The price is good for the stay. Very reasonable. I absolutely love the new showers! Great investment. My room smelled like someone had been smoking cigarettes in it, but it looked nice. It was very affordable so I didn't complain about the smoke. If you get there late they close the lobby and you get to talk to the attendant through the glass. He was nice.

ObviouslyKilleen has grown a lot since 71 when I was in the army. Little harder to get around then I thought. But I must say that the young man who checked me in was real friendly and very personable.

The front desk staff was nice and polite. They allowed me to have my puppy in my room with NO EXTRA CHARGE! Our room was roomy and extra clean! The rooms where very nice and bigger then other motel 6 I have stayed at. House keeping did great job cleaning. But their first laundry was not a very good experience the dryer would randomly shut off so while I was in the room thinking my clothes are drying I had to go back way to many time to put the start button it took about 3 hours to wash and dryer one load of laundry. We were treated very kindly by the staff and felt welcome. I reserved an accessible room, but discovered upon entering the room that is was a standard room; however, I decided to keep the room without mentioning it to the desk clerk. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. The bathroom showed some age, but everything worked properly. I will stay here again.

This hotel had better reviews than some others in that neighborhood. I am still uncomfortable with being charged a deposit for so called "accidentals". This is an illegal procedure and yet it's offensive to the customer. Just looking at you, they assume you will damage their property. That sucks.

Believe it or not i have been to alot of hotels and this one amazed me. Newly remodeled and better service than some of the very expensive hotels i have stayed at. Fresh towels every day and beds made all the way. This is also a very inexpensive place to stay. Well worth the money .

My husband and I just wanted to get away from home. I really enjoyed ourselves. The owners we're wonderful, nice and very respectful. Service was one bathroom could've been cleaned around the shower. Location was great. Only problem was the bottom backroom was to much traffic. Other that it was great.

They are pretty clean looking rooms & they smell good. I just need to find out if they have hand towels. Day two of not having any. If that is my biggest complaint well then I should tell you I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

My family and I travel for work and we have been in Killeen for about 4 months. We stayed one week at Spring Wood and left quick. We have been here at Studio 6 since and the staff has been amazing. The price is great as well. Thank you Studio 6 for being our home away from home.

We stayed here for a week while moving from Killeen. The room was large and the hotel is pet friendly, which is great! The building is old and outdated and didn't feel clean even though it probably was. Bed was comfortable and the shower was nice.

Under a few renovations. If you need a room with two beds, it is best to book as soon as possible. These two bed rooms are limited. Kitchenettes have a medium sized refrigerator & two burner cooktop.

This place really isn't half bad. The rooms are 7/10, the staff were friendly, house keeping everyday & complimentary b/fast every morning. Not to mention the malls near by, walking distance!!
