They provided a small welcome bag with a bottle of water and a little snack which many properties have stopped doing.
Everything in the room worked but could use a refresh.
If you need to be in West Knoxville the location is great also.
In today's hotel offerings I think it's a miss to not provide free breakfast. I mean maybe it's ok at the full service hotels like Marriott or Hilton and luxury hotels, but courtyard is a mid-tier mostly business brand.
Needs updating. Was fine for 1 night but really needs some upgrades.
All was good except for the comfort of the bed and pillows. I'm not very picky, but the beds are not comfortable and pillows were minimally useful.
Room 100 - The door latch is broken and insecure. The shower water pressure is extremely low. Hot water in the shower is only Luke warm. It was quiet! Handicap amenities were great. Complimentary coffee was excellent! Front desk people were very friendly and helpful!
My wife had a virtual interview and the staff was really accommodating about her check out time- much appreciated!
