It's under renovations and an older property, was one of the first hotels built with a modular design where they brought in concrete sections stacking them like Legos. I believe was to be in time for the world fair years back. When they are finished, will be very nice. They put me in one of the updated rooms and very large and modern. This is a very easy walk to downtown and hotel has free parking...
I went here for a workshop. The lobby is awesome. I know they are in the middle of construction but I really hope they leave the floors raw looking like they are now. The staff at the front desk was really nice and accommodating. the rooms were well taken care of and clean. It's also very close to downtown so if you are coming in for a visit this is a nice place to go where you can be in walking distance...
it’s obvious that the hotel is improving. The rooms are a good size but as many people mentioned, everything is tired and dated. The rooms are so dark that you’ll likely have one of the best night’s sleep you’ve ever had. And in the end, it’s just a hotel. Isn’t a good night’s sleep all that really matters? Plus, the king sized bed was wonderful, sheets were fresh and clean, the towels soft and oversized...
This place is an interesting piece of architecture and the staff are good, but it needs a major overhaul. Price per nite is hardly justifiable. Water stains in the ceiling can be seen in the lobby and while riding up the elevators. In the room, wallpaper is peeling in the bathroom and the whole room simply seems dated. Fabulous views though! Most rooms are on the river side, but there are 3 floors...
Entire hotel was freezing. Employee's at front desk were friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back here if I was in the area. Rooms were clean.
I didn't stay here, but I went to a work event hosted in the ballroom, and the setting, staff and feel of the place was great. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming. I have no need to stay here, living in town, but I'm sure it's cool to stay in.

My new favorite place Worked perfectly for my business trip. Will stay here again and again if given the choice
My new favorite for Knoxville! Everything was wonderful, my new favorite place to stay for business in Knoxville. Thankful for a clean place and working Wi-fi!!!
Great place It was an excellent stay for the week I did business in Knoxville. I appreciate the kitchenette. Wi-fi worked fantastic and the room size made the longer stay more comfortable. Will return for future business trips.
It is well-located. It is good for the amount pay. It is a good, affordable, long stay place. It is not a luxurious hotel.
Great stay, house keeping came and cleaned a day before check out without notice, you usually have to request housekeeping. My key card didn't work. I work early and get off late had to keep going to get the key card reactivated even though I was on another floor, this started happening close to the end of my extended stay.
Functional not glamorous I have stayed here twice now and have been very happy with this hotel. The area seems safe with plenty of dining options close by. The actual room is clean with comfortable beds and a full kitchen, even a dish washer and full-size fridge/freezer. The shower is pretty good with decent pressure. The AC took a bit to cool the room, but it was fine when it got going. This is a...

Hotel shows age. For the price to get a night sleep…no complaints.
The toilet did not flush and there was some mold in the bathroom. It was a fine stay besides that.
Loved the room and beds were comfortable. Great location convenient to interstate, food, and entertainment! would def stay again!
The breakfast at the hotel was okay for a two-day stay over the weekend. The room was relatively small, but there was no smell, and it was relatively clean. There were many supermarkets and restaurants around, and the transportation was relatively convenient. It was close to the Scenic Area National Forest Park, which was more suitable for rest and travel.
It's okay, the room is a little smaller, but everything else is good! ! !
Just nice deal with what you pay for.

Nonsmoking room was clearly used for smoking with cigarette burns in the bedding as proof. Not well cleaned, soap left in shower. Service not very friendly, doors locked indicating not the best area. Cheap hotel with no cable
The stay was average..front desk gentleman was rude as hell!
Much better than the Lovell road location. Better price cleaner no roaches bigger beds. Quiet. Air conditioner in our room needed looked at...on as cold as it could go it was still not cool enough. And the WI-fi actually works.
No WiFi even though it said there is free WiFi. Leaking sink.
Great little place to stay. Found the accommodations to be exceptionally clean, even the coffee pot, microwave, fridge. No bed bugs and clean mattress covers and other linens. Gloria the maid was hard working and very eager to help. Limited but ample continental breakfast. Morning clerk very friendly and professional. Second shift clerk doesn't have the proper tools for his duties. No elevator, no...

First time visiting. Need a tour guide, honestly! Hopefully someone who familiar will lend a hand or two!
The room was clean and tidy.. and for the neighborhood it wasn't really noisy and busy like one would think.
Was very shocked on how much nicer the rooms turned out to be. For the price you can beat it. The only thing that we can complain on is the wifi. It only worked half of the day I don't know if they turned it off or what but it was very annoying.
No bed bugs in the few rooms I've stayed in. I always bring my own sheets and towels to any motel, but that's just me. This place leaves much to desire although It's really not bad when you just need a cheap place to crash for the night. Especially compared to the others in the area.
Look it's a cheap place to stay, don't expect much for the location. And leave a bad review!!! I'm glad it was here because of my bus delay, is not far from Greyhound station and Lyft is best for short trips over taxi's... I didn't see any bugs but place really needed a fresh coat of paint to cover what ever all the stains are??? The smell in here when I 1st arrived makes me think I can't pass a drug...

The breakfast was great and the hotel is centrally located. The view from the balcony was great as well.
Friendly staff. Clean rooms. They are doing things right! We had an impromptu stay and it was wonderful. Fast easy check in, kept up with breakfast and all the staff we interacted with were super nice.
We were pleasantly surprised at Pigeon River Inn. It was a great location and the price was right. The room was very clean, quiet and the bed/pillows were comfortable. I was disappointed that the washer wasn't working when we were there but that wasn't a deal breaker. The breakfast was just so-so for a hotel breakfast.
Very clean. They do not allow smoking or pets which was awesome. It gave me peace of mind to know that animals and smoking is not allowed. I have allergies and do not want to sleep in a bed or room where pets have been or someone has been smoking. Bonus the breakfast was good and staff was friendly and welcoming.
I was at this place back in November of 2017 and am returning again in May for a small getaway. This place popped in my head first. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds (something I look for in hotels) and very clean rooms. The breakfast isn't bad either, I actually enjoyed the breakfast! I'll definitely keep staying here for future visits! ??
Have stayed here a couple of times and would definitely stay here again. Got a room with new furniture. It was nice. Staff is very kind. Clean rooms. Breakfast was great fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy, eggs, can make fresh waffles, toast, grits, oatmeal, cold cereal, milk, juice, coffee, tea, etc.All rooms were full so this was a busy place in the morning. Our stay wss right after Christmas and before New Years. The hotel was decorated nicely for Christmas. The hotel is close to the strip but not right on the strip so you dont hear the noise from the strip. the The lobby is huge. There is a huge fireplace and seating if you need to wait to check in. The hotel and rooms were very clean. We asked for extra pillows and they were waiting by the door by the...
Very clean hotel. We had a room with a big bathtub and it was so clean I had no worries using it. The indoor pool was also clean and a great temperature. I do wish the "pool" towels were bigger. The breakfast was ok. The staff were all really friendly. We would stay there again.
I can’t say enough about this hotel and the staff! For the most part - everyone was very welcoming. We came to Pigeon Forge for the weekend and originally booked at another hotel. Let’s just say that the first hotel was truly disgusting so we found the Music Resort Inn! Located right in the middle of Pigeon Forge... HIGHLY Recommend this place... Only Conplaint I had was, wish the pool stayed open later than what it did, 10 or 11pm.... But other than that, we had a wonderful experience
Decent hotel for the price. Water pressure and temperature were awesome. Accidentally Got the smoking room, which was my fault. DO NOT let these bad reviews stop you from staying here. This is a family-owned establishment, the staff is very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Is this the Marriott? No, but that's why you're looking at other places to sleep... Because you want something affordable. You can't beat staying here for the price. You won't regret it.
Not a 5 star but you are not paying 5 star prices either. Great little place to stay, friendly and adequate. Gave me a box of Taffy when we left!

This hotel is extremely nice for a family vacation. The lobby area/common areas are well maintained and have amazing views of the river! Good value hotel that is in a very good location in Pigeon Forge. The Rooms were clean, though they could be updated with fixtures with charging docks, perhaps replace the bulky cabinetry that takes up space. The lobby is lovely. We went on a couples weekend getaway and stayed at Music Road Hotel, the rooms were clean, there were plenty of towels and even some qtips and cotton swabs amping the extras like soap and body wash hotels normally stock rooms with. My family had to take a quick trip to Sevierville county Tennessee to grab my marriage license. It was just a overnight trip and we just needed a comfortable bed and clean room to sleep in. For the price that was paid, I have no complaints of this hotel. Yea you can tell that the place has been in business for a while due to how old the halls look, but aside from that, the room was clean, the floor looked like it had been redone. I don't usually write these kinds of reviews but I felt this hotel was deserving of a good rating. We booked this room through "hotels" which showed a decent rating. Just returned from our trip to Pigeon Forge and we had a great time. The hotel was the best price when we booked. As a hotel manager at one point in my career, I can say that you get what you pay for. I think a lot of the negative reviews are from those that possibly expected more than what they got. We had no issues with the hotel. The room was what we expected in a 2 double bed room. You can...

With the price being such a value, the hotel was above what we were expecting. Clean, Courteous, easy access restaurants, activities, and shopping. The pool was great. Overall, we really enjoyed the resort! It’s great for families with an awesome indoor and outdoor water park. The rooms were nice and bed was comfy. Having a full kitchen was very convenient. The only reason for 4 stars is because of the Pack n Play that we rented. It was not cleaned prior to being given to us. This place was great. We never came across one person that wasn’t friendly. The lifeguards are right on it to. We had a little accident with one of the people with us coming down the slide. Very nice! Friendly, welcoming staff check in/out. In general the hotel and its amenities were excellent. Very family oriented and great attention to detail. The only drawback, and the reason I rated four as opposed to five stars, was our room. I stayed here for 4 nights and right when I arrived I knew this place would be great because the outside is very nice! When I got up to my room, the room was excellent!! The beds were SO comfy and amazing and the bathroom was so nice! There’s no other hotel that I recommend other than this one! I appreciate the staff...
Decent hotel. I expected more from this chain. The property and area is not well lit. Breakfast is exactly the same everyday so be prepared, and the waffle batter is not the best, stick with the other hot food items. Something I wish would have been noted on the website or at the time of reservation is to show up to check in with your vehicle information on hand. I arrived after a 12 hour drive, luggage...
Checked in Sunday for a three night stay. Front desk workers were very knowledgeable and friendly. Fifth floor balcony room with a great view. Will stay here again. Television in our room was an old 32 inch LG. Still, the cable and television worked great! Indoor pool was closed. I wish we had been informed upon check-in. Outdoor pools and hot tub were fantastic!
We ended up in the area a few days early and needed a room for a couple of days prior to going into our AirBnb and got a room here. The prices were pretty good, but the guy at the desk when I checked in was not the nicest or or most helpful, or friendly for that matter. I get it that it was last minute, but still it was a Monday afternoon and he could have been nicer. The room was nice and clean and...

Best place to stay in Pigeon Forge. Affordable and very nice.
We love Riverstone and it has become a yearly tradition to visit for our youngest sons birthday. Our sons love the lazy river and the size of the rooms. We will be back soon.
A must stay!!!!! This resort is incredibly impressive! From our upgraded room to the 24 hour indoor pool and beyond courteous staff, we felt welcomed and comfortable. I will most definitely be returning with my family and be the first to HIGHLY recommend staying here to all!!!!
Best stay at Pigeon Forge This resort is amazing!!! Especially for kids! The lazy river was heated and excellent. The indoor pool and hot tub are open 24/7. The condos are so spacious and very well decorated! 100% will return!
Great value for money. We have enjoyed the pool lazy river and jump pad a lot. The condos are so nice.
Stay was a tremendous experience, the environment and atmosphere was comforting. Definitely will come back!!

The room we stayed in was clean and nice. The staff was friendly. We have stayed here before and didn't have any issues, that's why we came back to stay. The price is reasonable. Only little small problem I had was the wifi. I couldn't seem to connect it on. I went to management and they helped me but it wouldn't go on for some reason. That needs to be checked out. We did everything we could and put...
I had the pleasure staying at the bear mount inn with my family. My room was very clean staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was out of service. The night time turn down service was just amazing. With the mint chocolate laid on my pillow at night. And housekeeper offered to babysit our children where we can go out for a nice dinner.. Ellen read the children a beautiful book before bedtime got the...
This place is cheap but the beds are clean, the a\c works and the shower has hot water. Also a pool. That's what we needed. We planned on spending time out and about. Not sitting in a motel. So we were satisfied with the place. And the employees were super nice. I would definitely stay here
Really great owner she really really helped me out and didnt have to. An took my count out change! Thier rooms were excellent clean and spacious! Walls are soundproof didnt hear a thing! They serve breakfast have a pool and my family loved it! Thank you Bear Mountain lady!
Clean, well priced, nice service, very short on parking spots but overall a nice hotel
So you get what you pay for. Checked in and had issues with the front desk my wife is a veteran who suffers from a number of health issues so she has a service dog. When we checked in the front desk day shift woman charged us extra money even though our room was booked and paid for. She told us the owner mandated it, I proceeded to explain you can not charge for a service animal she proceeded to argue...

The rooms themselves were very clean, the hotel though needs a lot of work there is a lot of visible damage. Bianca who usually works in the afternoons is incredible helpful and friendly she makes staying here awesome. The views especially from higher floors are very nice. But traffic getting into the hotel isn't great if you're crossing
We stopped by yesterday to see the layout for a future stay. The last at the front desk was very friendly and took the time to show us around. The pool, fitness area, and fire pit area were very nice. There is an outside eating area where you can relax and listen to the creek roll on by. The balconies looked very relaxing to sit at and the breakfast area looked big and accommodating
Creek in back with outdoor breakfast seating outside in covered porch overlooking the creek
It was difficult to get staff at the front desk for questions and early check out. I also reserved a room with a river view, my view was a dumpster the whole time. The hotel was clean, and quiet over all, except the first night. Liked the location!
Check in and out was very smooth. Breakfast was great and area was clean. Friendly staff will definitely recommend.
Get away Enjoyed our stay! Beds were comfortable. Very clean. We will definitely stay again. Good breakfast. Enjoyed sitting outside for breakfast.

Beautiful lodge for a fall time getaway! The lodge is quiet and quaint. The views from all the rooms are incredible. Our room was massive with a fireplace and a hot tub. The theme of the room is so perfect with everything being wood and bears. I highly recommend Buckberry for a Gatlinburg stay!
We stayed here on Veteran's Day weekend and it was a lovely experience. Brilliant views of the mountains from our room and our room had a wonderful Adirondack layout. I have read reviews of bear activities but did not encounter them on our visit (a bit disappointed to be honest 😂). It is also less than 10 minutes drive from downtown Gatlinburg. I will definitely recommend it for a nice weekend getaway
This is a beautiful place. It was quiet, with an incredible view. The suite was very roomy and clean. The host was very helpful and easy to reach. Check in and check out was very easy. Taxi sévices to town made it a snap. Be sure to pull everything out of your car, we woke up to bear paw prints on our car door. It’s was a great experience, we can’t wait to go back!!
We enjoyed every moment of our stay here! The room was clean, cozy & spacious. If we are ever in town again we will be staying here 🤗 The spectacular view from the balcony was just breathtaking.
While the wildfire in 2016 decimated all but one of the buildings, the one that remains has excellent views of the Smokies, large rooms, whirlpool tub, King bedroom and a good sized balcony. Cindy is very friendly and answered all questions we had right away. While there was no TV or landline service because of the fire, we were fine with that. The roads wind somewhat up the mountain, so if that type...

I enjoyed breakfast. Good selection to choose from.
Friendly and welcoming staff. Decent breakfast and breakfast timings. Well kept rooms and facilities.
It was our 1st time to stay at this hotel and we loved it. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean we will definitely be back to stay and I highly recommend the hotel and it's in a good location the trolley stops right at the hotel
Comfortable bed. Air-conditioner works. Clean facility. Highlights if breakfast were waffle bar and crispy bacon. Eggs where powdered and sausage patties tasted boiled. Have stated in nicer hotels for cheaper. However, it is comprable with area prices.
Stayed here for a week with my boyfriend and his three kids. Very clean rooms and hotel, very nice staff, great location, great pool setup ( wish the outside one was bigger), fresh cookies in the afternoon, great deals for members, and the beds were better than most hotels. I'd recommend staying here when in the area. It was close to everything we wanted to do in the area.
Great hotel super close to it all. The rooms are super clean and the staff is so sweet! You are right on the edge of Gatlinburg, so a short drive to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Our biggest tip is if you are going to the National Park, turn right out from the hotel and take your first left for the bypass to the park... Saves you a TON of traffic!
