I love this place. Every time we stay here it is always a treat. Speaking of treat, you get free cookies :) and they're delicious. Just ask front counter when you get there. The executive breakfast is really good and worth it. Would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Beautiful hotel with excellent customer service and conveniently located on the river. We attended an event in the evening and enjoyed the Hotel bar until late. The place was super clean with plenty of parking. I can definitely recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton as a great Hotel that we will be coming back to.

I love the hotel Double tree. My purpose there was for the beta convention and overall my experience was good. The employees are nice and friendly even though the room service isn't all that. I ordered pillows and stayed up all night for them to come and they never came.

The rooms were nice & spacious for 2 younger kids who like to move around. The person at the front desk even let us get a room on the first floor. The beds were very comfortable & the pressure of the shower head was amazing after a long day. Great price & service overall. I do plan on staying again in the near future.

Clean, quiet place to stay. Nothing extra or special, a step below comparable places if I'm honest. Fan in the bathroom did not work, bedroom TV did not work. When I called front desk to fix she simply said "wiggle the HDMI cable" and left us with one useless tv.. Kitchenette is small but functional. I was there in 2017 and I loved this hotel!!! It had a kitchenette which I'd never heard of or seen in a hotel. The room had a bedroom and also a living room which affords a lot of privacy for anyone lodging there. The hotel grounds was very serene too. The breakfast was great too. Excellent location for the game at Cajun Fields - they accommodated an early check in, and the facilities are amazing. Very comfy bed and surroundings, plenty of free parking.

Spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Stayed for a week and had no issues. They recently renovated the hotel and I like the modern design they were going for. The hotel is close by to a lot of attractions and I definitely would recommend it to anyone staying in the area. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Nice find and the restaurant has some very good food. Red Beans and Tomato bisque soup were great. WISH we could have tried a few other of the other dishes. Stayed here for a conference at the convention center which was literally right across the street. Clean rooms, nice amenities, fast wifi. All the staff were super nice and although breakfast isn't included in the rate, portion sizes were huge so it was worth it as we didn't have a car. Thanks for a great stay. Staying here for a travel conference. It is close to the venue, affordable, and very friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable but a little rundown and had an odd smell. Not the usual quality I expect in a Hilton Garden Inn.

Staybridge is lovely, rooms are clean and maintained. Fresh cookies greeted me as I walked in and then breakfast the next morning. The staff was delightful as well. This is my new go to place in Lafayette.

Nice hotel, great location for our tennis tournament. Need to have housekeeping on the weekends. Took 45 min to get fresh towels on a Saturday evening.

Very nice hotel with extended stay features. Only thing I can knock them for is my ice machine wasn't working in my freezer, but all I had to do was go down to the front desk and they gave me some ice from the kitchen. Not a big deal. Great breakfast buffet in the morning. They have a decent fitness center as well. Would gladly stay here again.

The suits are very comfortable for anyone staying extended periods of time for work. Kitchenette, free laundry and comfortable beds make this a great option.

The suite is nice for the price but the bed is like a brick so when you have back issues it's not good. No heat in the bathroom. Sofas to low. Now the staff is friendly and hard working. We only booked one night but my room was upgraded to a suite. No extra cost. They also provided a crib for my baby to sleep. That allowed me to rest comfortablely. We have never stayed at a hotel where the staff was so pleasant. From check-in to check-out, and everything in between, every single person was extremely friendly and welcoming. This is fine if you need a place to stay overnight on a roadtrip (we did on our way from Phoenix to Miami). Room smelled a bit musty. Beds were comfortable though. Water pressure wasn’t the best. Breakfast is just muffins, waffles and coffee. You get what you pay for.

Lovely hidden away in the middle of nice professional area. The staff is wonderful. The entire place smells awesome. The lounge area is beautiful. Friendly staff. Decently comfortable bed. But like many hotels, it needs basic maintenance. The shower curtain rod is starting to pull out of the wall. As such, the curtain won't stay closed, and water sprays all over the floor. Internet is horrible. It was slow when connected, but it would disconnect a lot.

The bedrooms were okay. The master jacuzzi bathtub was nice, but the jets hardly worked. We had to from our first room because it felt really moist. Both our rooms had a strange smell in it, but the breakfast was very good. It's better than a 50$ hotel but not worth 100$.

Found a brown recluse in the pool. The pool is tiny and had a nasty film on to of the water. When we reserved the room it said it had 2 King size beds. When we checked in they said none of their rooms have 2 King. The room was decent and breakfast was fine. Good proximity to local attractions.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. It was nice that we were able to bring our dogs. However, the beds were really bouncy, so every time my husband moved, the whole bed shook, waking me up. They were also out of some of the breakfast items each morning.

the hotel is in a process of remodeling. The works do not bother the clients since apparently they do them in phases. I stayed in the new part and it is absolutely outstanding. All made with a lot of quality and thinking about the comfort of the client. The bed is incredible, higher than usual due to the great mattress. In an area of town where prostitution is rampant, the staff at the Fairfield Inn will make sure the white, middle-aged, married guests have to come downstairs to escort the prostitute into the hotel. This reduces the amount of prostitutes that come into the hotel. The breakfasts sucks, but I refuse to lower the score of this hotel for the breakfast. My stay was fantastic! Very secure hotel. My room was spotless! Front desk employees were top notch. I see bad reviews and just don't get it. I almost didn't book here because of that, but decided to take the chance due to the price and I was extremely delighted! I would definitely stay here again. And definitely recommend anyone to give woodspring suites a try!

For the price and quality it was great. They are also dog friendly! Two minor issues to me (if you're a light sleeper, they could be bigger problems) 1. A lot of families are using it as a long-term residence. 2. The train tracks run very close to the rooms, and a train would blow it's horn 2-3 times a night.
