Staff was nice and the hotel was nice and clean. We enjoyed the amenities also during our weekend stay. I would definitely stay again.

Overall this hotel is exactly why we always try to pick Staybridge when traveling. Big rooms for us and the pets, good breakfast, nice facilities, and a staff who just lets you live without a lot of fuss. Much appreciated!

Booking, checking in, and check out went smooth. Price was fair. My husband and I were passing through for a night. The Queen Suite with the kitchenette was way nicer than expected. The room was clean, and the bed was firm, yet really comfortable. This will likely be our new spot anytime we need to stop in Lake Charles.

The staff is top notch! Friendly greetings and they were very accommodating to needs. The hotel is clean and a very nice place to stay. Will book there again!!

Hotel staff was awesome and very helpful. Interesting layout but i loved the bar/restuarant on site. Unlike Hilton properties, housekeeping was respectful and didnt walk in on me before check out. Major plus for a traveler like me.

My light was out in the entryway. The refrigerator was frozen over. I had to ask for a do not disturb sign for my door. The 4th floor didn't have a working ice machine. Hotel staff was super friend and accommodating. Rooms were clean and linen fresh. There was no Bistro due to hurricane repairs, but they provided breakfast sandwiches, bagels, and hot coffee complimentary. Any issues arise the hotel Manager is incredible, she will take care of you and make your stay great. Highly recommend.

Greeted by a very pleasant and helpful young woman whom I would give 5 stars. Didn’t realize no housekeeping when staying only two days.(front desk said you get housekeeping if staying 7 days). We could get towels at the front desk but would have liked to know this upon check in to avoid multiple trips. Breakfast and some amenities listed online are not available. This comfort Inn was clean well kept and the employees are wonderful. One employee went out of her way to bring us a new hair dryer because the one in our room was not working. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Hotel was clean. Parking lot is a little weird being that you can only enter the part of the lot around th back if you come through the entrance by the front desk. Breakfast could have been better.

Have stayed here 4 times in six months. Staff is wonderful. Rooms are a great size and very clean. Beds and pillows are fantastic. Breakfasts are outstanding. Strongly recommend.

Very nice hotel, with comfortable beds, clean rooms with plenty of space. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Great continental breakfast with fresh fruit and much more. Rooms are reasonably-priced. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was nice and clean and the bed so nice and comfortable and the compatibility breakfast was great, all kind of goodies to eat along with nice fresh coffee and juice. Ms. Karyen and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Anything we needed they were there to help. We will certainly be back. 10 Stars Plus.

The staff here is amazing!!!! We were there for a baseball tournament and our whole team stayed there. Karyn is wonderful!!! Every night she made sure we had everything we needed as a team. The breakfast could be better though, the eggs were bad but the coffee was good. The beds were comfortable.

I'm rating a five star! Front desk was very nice / the housekeepers are friendly . Now if you want hampton quality go to hampton but far as me and my small family this was a blessing... Baby I always bring my own lysol disinfectant, clorax multi surface spray ,and my throw blanket sooooo no complaints here ( warm,cozy and definitely affordable).

The rooms are nice. I love how it is an extended stay you can sleep in and dont have to worry about housekeeping coming everyday early, they only come on your scheduled days. The Wi-Fi needs to be improved, its slow, always disconnects. My only complaint.

We lost our house and vehicle in Hurricane Harvey and this place is definatly a welcoming placem We have felt welcomed by the staff and everything is really clean. The only negative thing I can possibly say is the bed is a little on the hard and uncomfy side and a bit small, but when you loose everything you own , you are greatful for that hard bed to sleep in.

Great staff. They really went above and beyond anything asked.We were flooded during Hurricane Harvey. They asked daily how everything went and extended prayers. That was enough in our time of needs. This was a home away from home for my family and our two dogs..:-)

This is a good, clean and spacious place to stay in whether it is for one, two or weekly stay. The staff were very courteous and helpful and quick to respond to any discrepancy that one might encounter. I stayed in a suite with friends and it was great. The suite had a large living room and bedroom and the bathroom was an average size but well lit with a mirrored wall and a heating lamp, which I loved because air conditioning is too cold when getting out of the shower. The kitchenette was small but had everything we needed to make our stay more affordable by eating in.

It's a very nice place. my wife and i stay on a regular basis and we really enjoy it. It was her birthday the 24th of February. And i rented for 2 nites. They have a bubbling hot tub in the bathroom which is inside the bedroom and a full size kitchen with a living room & it's separated from the bedroom. the room was very nice & the suites are very large.
