We went here for a wedding and it was an awesome venue. They had a beachfront wedding with Lake Havasu City in the background. It was very nice and picturesque. The hall where the reception was held was perfect for the large guest list of around 75-100 people. The decor was nice and the setup with a dance floor was a good size. The grounds themselves were great. A+. However… charging $250 per night for the room is a joke! We paid for an”upgraded” room. The upgrade must have been for the cove view. Great place. Good service, docking your boat right on resorts beach is a Big plus. Great outside Bar. Inside dinning was nice... Always love seeing Eggs Benedict on the menu.

I love being right on the water. The pool is nice. Gave it 3 stars because the rooms are dated. My door didn't shut right and I feel the food and beverages are expensive for what you get. Also the gift shop. They definitely price gouge you because of the convenience. The Starbucks is horrible ! My coffee was pretty much just water and milk. So for the view it's a beautiful place, but that's all.

My wife and I visited a friend in Lake Havasu for a long weekend and saw several high rated/high priced roomsand I happened to see Havasu Dunes. Been staying here every year for 4 years now for our trip to Havasu with our boat. The resort is well maintained. The rooms are clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. No issues at all. If you have a boat you do have to park your trailer off site but the staff will help you get all set up with that, it's easy. We spend there 3 nights and we were really satisfied. Spacious flat and comfortable bed. Everything is very clean especially the pool&spa area. There is also if you want a big space in the shadow. The gas grill worked fine. There is even a activity room containing shuffleboard or table tennis.

Nice place to stay and great view. We stayed in a 2 bedroom. The only drawback is the road noise which comes with the view. It is very loud. The pool area is clean and accomadating with a hot tub in the ready. I would highly suggest this place as the staff is friendly and helpful. I did not give it a 5 star rating because of the road noise and WiFi is not complimentary.

This place was alright a few years ago but has seriously gone downhill in the last two years. Management is lacking and the groundskeeper have let this place go. Head somewhere else.

After selling our second home in Lake Havasu City we stayed at the Fairview two months while waiting for our third home to go threw escrow. I enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect for what we needed and I liked that it wasn't near the center of town. I would definitely stay here again.
