Front Desk is great very accommodating. Room is a bit outdated but clean. Comes with Microwave and small refrigerator. Breakfast serves until 10am which was impressive. We will consider staying here again next time we’re back in town.

Clean rooms and pleasant staff. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views if on Highway 95 side of hotel, but highway noise was loud. It's been a lot of years since the last time I was in lake havasu and had a great coming back here. The bar tender was great and she was also our waitress for dinner and you couldn't ask for a better person to make you feel right at home. If you ever get a chance to visit this hotel and you get Tracy to serve you your in for a good treat 😉

We went here for a wedding and it was an awesome venue. They had a beachfront wedding with Lake Havasu City in the background. It was very nice and picturesque. I love being right on the water. The pool is nice. Gave it 3 stars because the rooms are dated. My door didn't shut right and I feel the food and beverages are expensive for what you get. Also the gift shop. They definitely price gouge you because of the convenience. The Starbucks is horrible ! My coffee was pretty much just water and milk. So for the view it's a beautiful place, but that's all.

Visited LBR several times and it has always been delightful. Excellent customer service, clean well-appointed rooms, Wonderful, happy environment. Waterfront facility that offers boat slips for its customers as well as a choice of dining options and an amazing view of the world famous London Bridge. Best resort hotel in the area.

We came out to visit friends. London Bridge resort was great except for telling us that the pool was open with a slide. 1 hour after we checked in they were in the pool with a jackhammer ripping everything out. We did enjoy the lights on the bridge and walking in all the christmas lights.

The hotel itself is beautiful if not a bit gaudy with all the gold. The parking lot is very old and broken up. We had a 3 week old baby in a stroller and she was bouncing around while we walked. My friend got married here and the staff were thoughtful and extremely personable.

Balcony 2 bedroom suites overlooking the London Bridge are wonderful! Not a bad, but a total experience. Very worth it.

It's an old hotel that's been remodeled that attracts many boaters and staying at the Days Inn is always a pleasant stay because people who go there want to have a good time and it's also close to Denny's and a Walgreens and many of the fast food restaurants like Taco Bell and Burger King... you are around a lot of things within walking distance. There's also a Safeway right next door to Days Inn....

We had a last minute trip for work out to Lake Havasu and landed at this hotel due to the price vs commodities. Overall the place is very clean and inviting. Again just looking at value for dollar you really cannot best this Days Inn. Everyone that worked here was very nice and knowledgable. We will be making several trips in the near future and we can count on staying here again.

I didn’t stay but they let me use their charger for my Tesla. I was stuck in Havasu with my 3 week old newborn and wife. The charging station in needles CA was under maintenance so we thought we’d stop in Havasu. Heat hotel tried to strong arm us into renting a room for $400 in order to use their charger. Days Inn let us use their charger for free. If we ever end up in Havasu again and need a room...

If you have a boat you do have to park your trailer off site but the staff will help you get all set up with that, it's easy. We spend there 3 nights and we were really satisfied. Spacious flat and comfortable bed. Everything is very clean especially the pool&spa area. There is also if you want a big space in the shadow. The gas grill worked fine. There is even a activity room containing shuffleboard or table tennis.

Nice place to stay and great view. We stayed in a 2 bedroom. The only drawback is the road noise which comes with the view. It is very loud. The pool area is clean and accomadating with a hot tub in the ready. I would highly suggest this place as the staff is friendly and helpful. The room was quite nice and the pool was nice, the only down was the beds were quite hard so we didn't sleep very well. Please note the bed is a personal preference, but it is worth mentioning. We stayed for 2 months and this is what our experience was... If, like us, you’re going to Lake Havasu to see London Bridge you couldn’t ask for a better spot. Our balcony over looked the bridge which was only yards away. The room was clean and airy and we had the luxury of two beds and a balcony and all the staff we encountered were super helpful and friendly.

Excellent dog friendly off-season stay. It was very quiet in Lake Havasu when we stayed at Heat on December 19. We enjoyed that. This is a dog friendly motel. There is an awesome dog park a five minute walk down the channel.

Excellent view of the London Bridge. River walk was beautiful. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Since it was December, the night club wasn't going. Great restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms are nice and clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The shower water could be slightly hotter than the maximum temp. Some parts of the building are somewhat run down and there is no pool or hot tub. Great location with restaurants and activities next door.

Travelling a long way from home and saw some reviews about the accommodating way management handled things so we gave them a try. We were very pleased with our room and the staff! The breakfast was good with the neatest automatic pancake machine that turned out two perfect pancakes at a time! Price was reasonable so if you add it all up it's a no brainer to stay here!

So this hotel is a bit different than the chain hotels. First I was impressed by how clean and how functional everything is. It’s clear that they care about the property. Although there are no large marble counters and the bathroom is very simple and lighting adequate, the room is functional and clean and quiet. I also appreciated the fan over the bed too. This place is very clean and the building is older but that doesn't really matter because it's been well maintained over the years the staff is on point with helping you with what ever you need and in a timely manner as well. Had an event on Saturday, so an overnight stay was the best bet. I really enjoyed the place. It was just off Main street, well within walking distance to many food? and drink? establishments?. The room was clean and well equipped other than a coffee maker. Free coffee in the lobby/mornings. And above all, the price was great??. I'd definitely stay there again.

Visited a Friend, they have nice size rooms, but dirty, stinky carpet. And people smoke right outside their rooms ...ugh I thought the law states stay back 20 feet from doors. Go figure..

Place was ok, but tv wasn't that great. Couldn't get the World Series on the sports channels. Had to have staff come in and set up the tv so it would work. Room was clean, but small. No table or chairs. Came with ironing board and steam iron, which i used.

Well, it's definitely not the Hyatt or Hilton. For the price it's good. I've stayed there a couple times now and they are slowly updating. New flat screen TV's and new furniture around the pool. The staff is very friendly and very helpful and the rooms are clean. The motel is conveniently located. I would recommend this motel for families on a budget.

Nice for the price. In my room there was no clock, had to ask for a hairdryer. It did have a microwave and refrigerator. Electrical outlets were hidden behind TV (1980s) and headboard, so I charged my phone by plugging it in behind the TV. Shampoo was measly. Cigarette burn/ holes in lampshade and curtains. Pool looked nice. Breakfast ok. Coffee good! No coffee makers in room, which I like in the morning...

This place was alright a few years ago but has seriously gone downhill in the last two years. Management is lacking and the groundskeeper have let this place go. Head somewhere else.
