Travis and Fabienne were phenomenal! By far the best customer service I could ever ask for, we just rented 3 rooms from them and now I cannot WAIT to come back and rent from them again! More people should aspire to handle people the way they do. I highly recommend a raise in the near future!

Pleasant staff. Throw pillow in room had gross stains. Towels are thin and scratchy as well as toilet paper and tissues. Breakfast was good but only till 9am on weekdays. Economical choice for full kitchen. No musty smells. Updated decor. Heated pool was packed no room for another chaise lounge so couldn't enjoy it.

Visited here, but didn't stay at the hotel. From the downstairs lobby, everything looks very nice. There's guest services, a small storefront, an open area with plenty of tables and seating for eating. To the left are restrooms and a nice small sports bar that finishes off this part of the wing. Kenyatta Gray-Robinson and her entire team were exceptional! We evacuated from Punta Gorda, Fl, from hurricane Ian and stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. Kenyatta's team helped us get comfortable after a long tiring ride. The bartender and chef worked their tails off into the night to feed us all, then were there the very next morning (they never left!). I found out the entire team had stayed overnight...

One of the better hotels for business travel. The staff was incredible! It's SUPER clean! The Pool needs a little work. For instance, The blocks around the Trees in the pool area need to be pressure washed, The towels provided by the hotel need to be dry and the chain to operate the shower in the pool area is broken off and needs to be fixed. We were able to rest easy at this Holiday Inn, it is *sparkling* clean. The room had the most wonderful handicap accessible, spacious and squeaky clean shower with a beautiful heavy glass door. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets fresh. We arrived well after 1 am to check in, and found Jordan the night desk attendant to be very personable and accommodating. After some harrowing experiences with hotels lately we felt like we died and went to heaven when we got in last night. Check-in guy (pretty sure his name was Jordan) was so helpful and friendly. I needed temporary shelter for a few days. The front desk person Gillian was not only extremely friendly and helpful, she also listened as I unloaded my problems to her. She was able to get me a room very quickly. The room was clean and I was very impressed with the furniture. The room was a great value. I believe the staff there are all doing a great job to provide a great place to stay!!

From the moment I walked in and greeted by Gee-Gee it was great. Smile and professionalism was on point. Got me taken care of all while taking calls. Room was nice and clean and comfortable. If my truck is in the shop again and I need to stay overnight. I'll definitely be back.

Overall not a bad place to stay overnight. The room was clean and well kept, staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint would be the bed sheets were paper thin and felt like the same material they use to make cheap toilet paper.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of space in the dining area. Staff was kind and helpful. Walls in hallways could use some art to make it feel friendlier.

Clean nice rooms with balcony. Pool area is very nice and well kept. The staff is helpful and kind. There's even a little workout room, and laundry. Can't forget there all day free coffee bar!! Nice touch.

I believe this hotel excels in receiving guests and making sure they have rooms and then checking them out quickly. I interpreted this hotel as a blend of the past that still relevant today while not the greatest Hotel on the face of the planet it's certainly isn't the worst, in fact I think it does its job rather nicely and providing the services that you need without all the extra hoops and commotion...

Having poor experiences in other area hotels I went in with low expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly and approachable staff. Newly painted and carpeted room. Biggest drawback was lack of an elevator, my knee angrily protested that. It's a motel people don't expect a lot and you will be fine. It was clean and comfortable. Nice tv service too.

What a terrible mistake, when I got there & saw the room, I immediately called this location! What a pleasant experience, rooms where clean, & most of all smelled clean! Good for privacy and all that but they can do better on the customer service because some of the people are very rude at the front desk they can work on a customer service a little better

I can't say enough great things about this place. Historically? It was a leading hotel and night spot in the 70s and 80s. Even though its a dated motel it still has its zing. The people that run it is the wow factor! Felicia and her staff are very special and worth there weight in gold. I work overnight 4 times a week and sleep during the day. I stayed at this motel a long time ago and hated it! decided to give it one more try, because the price advertised was so low. I am so glad i did! The lady at the desk, Carla, was so funny and helpful! She called the room a few minutes after I got in to make sure i didn't need anything and when the a/c didn't seem to be blowing very cold, she came to my room herself and fixed the issue. The rooms were fairly clean but could use improvement. A fire alarm was pulled earlier in the day so a little debauchery was going on, plus the guys in the room next to us were being loud and disrespectful at 3 AM. The walls are paper thin. Other than that, it was a fine stay. The area isn't too bad. There's a good bowling alley and tiki bar across the street.

I stayed one night on the second story in a king sized bed. When I first arrived I began to get slightly nervous as some questionable people where standing in front of the lobby at 9pm. It is a filty, drug infested flop house that is very poorly managed. What a horrifying experience.. There was no bedspread, just a worn-out blanket. The floor are so disgusting you have to wear shoe always so the bottoms of your feet won,t turn black. The mold smell is overwhelming. There was no power, no generator, and the manager simply locked the office door and left. No housekeepers to clean dirty...

Well let me say that the new manigment has really done alot with this place. It's a lot better than it was a few years back. The rooms are cleaner, and the ac works better than it ever did before. There's no drugies running around here and there and the people are real nice and friendly. Some of the quilts should be changed for new ones but over all it's so much better than the wire. The faculty was really cool the people in the place were really cool I wouldn't say the places very clean but I would say it safe safe if you're on the dark side of the Moon and that's not a bad thing. I would say that hotel should be considered a 21 and over hotel only had it had everything you needed it was it wasn't it was it was different but I liked it

The rooms are nicer than I expected. The only downsides are there is no wifi and no ice machine but the rates are lower than other rooms in the area and those others aren't that much better.
