This is the nicest Hampton Inn I have ever been in. The people were most helpful and just plain nice. I highly recommend this Inn,

It was weird they changed our room after booking and checking in. We had 520 a mini suite and switched to 515 a regular double queen. Outside of that it was a great stay and location.

We had a wonderful stay from March 14 to 18. Martin and Rodney at the front desk were super helpful and gave us what we needed when asked for more shower gel and extra bedding. The room had a enough, we just needed a little extra for a friend who struggles to sleep and they were more than accommodating. The breakfast was good and Rose is a very kind person. Ok for a quick stay. Definitely not one of the nicer locations. Very bare bones. Took a look at the breakfast and totally skipped it. Scrambled eggs were dry and looked like small pebbles, pork sausage was equally unappealing. Windows were dirty. Limited parking.

Rodriqueze and I had a great time in Lakeland this weekend. Hotel staff is wonderful. Room was clean and in good repair. We have stayed here several times. Always an enjoyable time.

The manager, Mr. Jackson was very nice and helpful. This place was very clean and in good condition. I will definitely stay at this location again.

My husband wasn't tickled over the boxed breakfast, after all it is during a pandemic. We were very happy with the hotel and loved that we could walk to the Town and eat at the City Fish Café!

Best sleep of my life! I need the brand of mattress you use because omgggg!!! Perfect balance of soft but firm. Rooms where really cute and so clean. Breakfast was great 😊 And obviously location is great.

Very clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast bar. Good location for food and shopping. I had a king-suite and it was very spacious. I would prefer a walk-in shower but the water pressure was good. Usually there's odors in rooms but I didn't smell anything. The pillows were fresh as well. I'm always looking for the newer more updated hotels but most won't allow pets. I would stay here again

This was your average hotel with average breakfast provided. There are no mini fridges unless you ask, however they are very prompt in delivering one. The hotel staff is very accommodating & friendly and helped me sort out any issues I had. Everyone was very friendly so I would definitely stay here again if I had to! They also have cookies, and everyone loves cookies

Decently priced room if you don’t mind sharing it with bugs. Also, the WiFi doesn’t reach the upper floors (5&6).

Hotel was definitely in need of upgrades across the board. Everything was dated. If u r searching for a hotel to host an event this 1 seems to have plenty of space and venues for any occasion.mybpersonal experience was not one of my favorites but it was adequate and we'll priced.

Front desk staff was courteous. Old needs upgrades. My first room smelled musty and moldy and the mattress was super old. I requested a room with king size bed and a better view. Room smelled much better, sheets smelled clean, bed and pillows were good.

The staff was super friendly upon arrival the room was perfectly clean everything was organized, the breakfast was amazing the ladies really worked hard on. I was going to RP funding and the hotel is connected so it’s perfect had a nice front row spot for my Cadillac. Definitely will stay there again.

Showing age, rooms are nice size and kept decent. Elevators make all sorts of noises. Areas of the place have wall paper peeling showing wear on the furniture. The People are friendly and breakfast is better than I thought.

We took the double room for 3 nights on the higher floors. Spacious clean room with two double beds, sofa bed, dining table and study / work desk. The beds were comfortable and towels fresh. The buffet breakfast was filling, however, items run out on busy days. The gallery hosts were warm and courteous. Overall a good place to stay.

I have never been treated so great!!. I called and checked in around 1:30am-ish Saturday morning and we were greeted by a gentleman who was so welcoming, informative, and helpful. Came to downtown Lakeland from the West Coast of Florida for business and stumbled upon The Terrace Hotel. Absolutely fantastic dinner! We don’t go out for steak often but when we do in Lakeland it’s the Terrace. We had steak and swordfish which both were done perfectly. Our server Katelyn made the evening even better! The drinks from Chris at the bar were created like artwork ice cold martinis 🍸. Thanks for a memorable dinning experience!

Hubby and I had our 39th Anniversary Dinner here. To say that the food was delicious is an understatement. Our server Rena was great helping us choose a complimenting wine with our meal. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and helped make our evening memorable!

Pleasant staff. Throw pillow in room had gross stains. Towels are thin and scratchy as well as toilet paper and tissues. Breakfast was good but only till 9am on weekdays. Economical choice for full kitchen. No musty smells. Updated decor. Heated pool was packed no room for another chaise lounge so couldn't enjoy it.

Stayed here in May when a nearby hotel had cockroaches and we needed a new one stat. Front desk was great and they gave us a discount on the rate. There was a mistake where we were accidentally double charged but it was easily sorted out with a phone call a few days later once we realized the issue. And refunded promptly. Would definitely stay here again if passing through.

My family, and I really enjoyed our stay here after getting back from visiting family for the holidays. It was extremely relaxing to be poolside, with a nice ice cold beverage on the hot days.

Rooms are clean and well kept. Gym area is small but has good equipment. Good pricing for the Christmas holiday. My only complaint is how hard it is to find the hotel due to a lack of signs.

Kenyatta Gray-Robinson and her entire team were exceptional! We evacuated from Punta Gorda, Fl, from hurricane Ian and stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. Kenyatta's team helped us get comfortable after a long tiring ride. The bartender and chef worked their tails off into the night to feed us all, then were there the very next morning (they never left!). I found out the entire team had stayed overnight...

The Pool needs a little work. For instance, The blocks around the Trees in the pool area need to be pressure washed, The towels provided by the hotel need to be dry and the chain to operate the shower in the pool area is broken off and needs to be fixed. We were able to rest easy at this Holiday Inn, it is *sparkling* clean. The room had the most wonderful handicap accessible, spacious and squeaky clean shower with a beautiful heavy glass door. After some harrowing experiences with hotels lately we felt like we died and went to heaven when we got in last night. Check-in guy (pretty sure his name was Jordan) was so helpful and friendly. This is a nice hotel and I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is kept very clean and neat. My room was comfortable and had a small fridge, microwave, iron, and coffee maker. Breakfast is provided and they have a good selection of breakfast foods. The only thing missing (for me) was peanut butter, but I realize I am an outlier for wanting peanut butter at breakfast....

Was put in room with a shower head that wouldn't adjust and was stuck downward position for handicap (no offense) which made it extremely difficult to shower. And honestly the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. We asked for a different room but they said they were over booked and it was first come first serve. This is the express deal hotel on priceline. It is what it is. Rooms are very large - bed is pretty comfy, excellent water pressure in our room.

We stayed at Rodeway Inn over the last couple of days. Because we have three kids, we elected to stay in a suite versus renting two rooms. The room is clean and the beds are decent. I felt it was over priced. Quite dated and run down. Although staff was very cordial and helpful to all my traveling needs. Personnel was very pleasant. The room was clean but smelled moldy. they beds had slats sticking out of bottom to keep them steady but scratched myself with it. The breakfast was good. only one ice machine for entire hotel. It was very noisy. It was ok for only one night to sleep and leave would not stay more than that.

Ive enjoyed the quiet place to rest as well as the nice view of the huge swimming pool right outside our door. It's nice having coffee & breakfast on those mornings when you are racing out into your day too busy to consider what or how to prepare for your first meal of the day. Room was just right for the 3 of us. Elevator was available which was great. Beds were extremely comfortable. Parking wasn't the best since we got back late each night & a huge U-haul was taking up 4 spaces but overall experience was good & location was convenient for what we needed.

Freshly painted and clean. Nice pool. Surprisingly quiet even though the motel appeared full and was off the highway. Convenient location with nearby restaurants and shopping. The furniture was in very poor condition. No water pressure in the sink. The door seemed a bit unsecure because we could see light through the jamb. A fair price for what is was.

I really hate the Courtyard food except the avocado toast. Everything is cooked in butter so you have to ask them not to cook anything in butter. It's an OK hotel, kind of old and the elevators are slow. All the staff is very friendly and accommodating

We paid $20 extra for a room by the pool only to have the room switched and then switched again all the way to the back. Waste of $20. The room was renovated. Small but nice bathroom area. I’ve been at many motels in my life but from the owners down thur the workers there at the motel in Lakeland, Florida they are the best because they all seem they care and made me and my family good. I got one of the renovated rooms which was great. Brand New tub/shower. Everything was brand new and the towels and linen were good. The room was really clean. There's also a bar which was good if you want to get a drink. They have happy hour from 5 to 7 pm. I'd recommend this place if you want to get a brand new renovated room.

Was not worth the price we paid... complimentary breakfast was not much other than bread and juice/coffee... pictures make you think they had a waffle station but it doesn't... rooms were small and bathroom was tiny that manuevering the door while standing in it was horrible. Glad we only stayed one night
