Stayed here on a busy weekend and didn't run into any major issues. Check in was quick and smooth, got a high floor room which is my preference. Free breakfast proactively offered at check in since the lounge was unfortunately closed. Rooms are good size and clean. Biggest benefit is the hotel is centrally located.

The room was fine. My mom is handicap and it was nice being close to the elevator. The check in and check out experience was easy as well. The only issue I had was the size of the bathroom. It was very cramped and hard for her to move around in with with walking cane.

We were looking for a good place to stay while we were in the area of Sights & Sounds. This was amazing for a parent hanging with a teen son. Had a wonderful experience staying at the Fulton. Will probably do again. Really enjoyed staying there during the week when it was surprisingly quiet. The room was great, the pool was awesome, and we even enjoyed the restaurant. They were extremely understanding and accommodating for my service dog as well. Located within half an hour of historic Lancaster, this hotel is just far enough away to be quiet but not so far that you can't do everything you want in Lancaster. The room was very clean, well provisioned and spacious.

The place is clean and accommodating. The staff was friendly from entrance to exit. They are currently working hard to upgrade the hotel. As a result, some construction is taking place in the entrance but they try to make it aesthetically pleasing. The price for the suite I had was reasonable and you will find their included breakfast acceptable.

Jay at Leola Village was incredibly helpful. He showed us our room and carried our bags there. We had a beautiful wedding and treated us with so much respect throughout out the whole trip. Our family had very nice memories here for a getaway during pandemic. The environment is beautiful, the Parlor Suite is delicate and worthy. But beyond that the service is unexceptionable, from lobby to restaurant. We will definitely recommend this unique place.

As I was there for a meeting, I can't review the rooms. The meeting was downstairs and very spacious. They had room for about 3 dozen people with tables. Breakfast smelled amazing as I arrived about 7:45am. Pool and hot tub area looked very inviting. Did have a small room with exercise bikes.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! The suite we stayed in was amazing. The room was very clean and the bed was so soft and comfortable. The temperature in the room was perfect after being out in the sun and heat all day. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was delicious and a nice surprise. I wish we would’ve had more time to enjoy the indoor pool, but we had to drive home after breakfast...

Very nice place - great location, good price, clean, friendly, attentive and accommodating staff. We didn't use the pool amenities so I can't comment on that. Wasn't noisy. We stayed in a queen suite. Breakfast was fine - it's continental breakfast, nothing special anywhere. We would stay here again!

Love it! But the only think that we didn't like is that when we woke up the next morning to take a shower, there was NO soap holder so while we were taking a shower we would have to set our soap in the shower floor. But I'm not talking a star off for that. Pool was Great! Nice hot tub! Great breakfast! I would definently stay here again!

Decent place to stay. Front desk staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Food was adequate.

New beds are very comfortable. Bathroom should have a second grab bar on long wall side. It's VERY important for senior citizens to have this security feature. We will be back next year.Thank you.

At check-in we asked if we could have a 1 hour late check out. They told us we would have to ask in the morning because of the cleaning staff schedule. Stayed overnight for a concert in Reading and couldn't be happier. Room was extremely clean, climate control kept me comfortable at my preferred 67 degrees. Location is perfect - there are dozens of restaurants within 5 miles, including almost every major chain. Outlet shops were accessible without having to even get on the main highway. This is a very nice motel. Our room was clean and spacious. The TV was above average size and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the location, very close to restaurants and the Sight and Sound theater.

When i arrived i was greeted like a VIP. The room i requested on the first floor close to the lobby and swimming pool was given. The Manager was so nice because it was a raining day and he loan me his umbrella that i could continue my shopping. I want to say to the entire staff during that labor day weekend. Customer service people needs more training, specially evening people at desk. The management and owners are at fault, because they create policies and rules. The room cleaning service is part of the package when you offer rate per night. I think the management is not aware about what is going on in the world relative to hotel business.

The rooms are very nice. The beds are very firm though. The front desk (at least at night) does not have staff at the counter very often. The breakfast is good, but could have a better variety of breads. Over all a good place to stay.

We clean our rooms to disinfect them before each stay and only found a few areas we need to touch that were dirty. The room was not cramped and a/c and heat controls worked well. The bath area was in good shape.

I decided to try a different hotel than my go-to & I made a great choice! The most important thing for me is cleanliness and this place is top notch. The rooms are spacious, modern and super clean! The beds are bright white and comfy- no stains/hair/etc which is a plus because I am PICKY! I will deff be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Spent the whole weekend there in Honeymoon Suite. Had a GR8 experience, Desk staff and Cleaning staff very Friendly and Courteous. Will definitely be back and will recommend to Friends and Family. Keep up the GR8 job.?
