Rooms were comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and good. Breakfast was good. There was only boiled egg and omelets with ham and veges inside. The personnel was able to make me some omlettes without the ham since I mentioned to her that I didn't eat pork. The pool was kind of small, but good to use. The whirlpool was great to use. Nice helpful, friendly staff. The hotel is a little confusing and a little dated but is overall clean and comfortable. The bathroom is a little small, and the signage is confusing, but I hear an update is in the near future. My room had very high ceilings, and the room is spacious. The food is ok, but it's nice to have the option onsite.

I really appreciate the serving staff and a cooking staff for making sure my food is hot ready to go service or friendly. The chef is absolutely beautiful and funny she makes me laugh and tells great jokes. Again my room was not efficient but that's ok because the food made up for it. The room was fine. My mom is handicap and it was nice being close to the elevator. The check in and check out experience was easy as well. The only issue I had was the size of the bathroom. It was very cramped and hard for her to move around in with with walking cane.

I really enjoyed my stay. I wasn't reminded of my Diamond status credit for breakfast. However, the staff in the Dining area was exceptionally pleasant. One of the employees stopped to chat, always a nice courtesy.

Very clean and nice looking. Service was not very good. There were only maybe 3 tables occupied, each had their own server, yet we still waited a while for everything including the check. Food was okay. But I'd definitely be willing to go back and try dinner since yhe menu is much larger.

My family and I have stayed here many times on the sunset deck. This floor is definitely worth the extra money as it's an adult only floor. All the staff are super friendly, nice, caring, and considerate. The entire hotel is very clean. An added benefit is seeing all the ducks walking around the entire property and swimming in the ponds. Started coming to the Fulton Steamboat Inn since I was a child. Now having a child of my own I decided to continue the tradition of staying at the Steamboat whenever we come to Lancaster. The hotel is very clean, spacious rooms, nice size pool and hot tub, also my son loves the bunk beds! Oh and don't let me forget the playground and koi/duck pond. Had a wonderful experience staying at the Fulton. Will probably do again. Really enjoyed staying there during the week when it was surprisingly quiet. The room was great, the pool was awesome, and we even enjoyed the restaurant. They were extremely understanding and accommodating for my service dog as well. Would recommend for very well behaved service animals, as this is a higher end hotel.

The doorman Tim was awesome. Quietly made things happen and followed up. Rooms varied greatly, but most that we saw were good sized. A few were darker than desired but ours was well lighted. Perfect venue for a wedding and visiting with family. The meals were great, not the usual mass produced reception food. Jay at Leola Village was incredibly helpful. He showed us our room and carried our bags there. We had a beautiful wedding and treated us with so much respect throughout out the whole trip. We need more Jay's because he always took care of us and made sure we were happy. Did his best to work with us to make sure we were happy as well as the guests around us.

Our family had very nice memories here for a getaway during pandemic. The environment is beautiful, the Parlor Suite is delicate and worthy. But beyond that the service is unexceptionable, from lobby to restaurant. We will definitely recommend this unique place.

What a fabulous place – it far exceeded my expectations! I wanted a little night away in Lancaster County that would include a spa day and a some time at a pool, and the Inn at Leola Village fit the bill. I was so pleasantly surprised at how thoughtful the grounds were – filled with beautiful summer flowers and quaint nooks. Really nice! Very interesting atmosphere. Rooms are all different and unique. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was very good. Certainly would recommend anyone to stay at the Inn.
