As always, very pleasant stay. The staff is always pleasant and gives you a warm welcome. We had some electrical issues in the first room issued, but we were assisted and quickly switched to another room.
Update on 12-29-2024, we stayed here once again. Happy as always with our stay. Pet friendly, we love it.

Great stay. The only thing that i missed was that the hotel didn’t have breakfast nor vending machines for a snack or drink.

I rent one room for one night and my check out was at 12:00 pm and this ladys from housekeeping they came around 11:30 pm and they said are you already checking out and I said the check is not into 12:00 pm and she said yes I said ok will and then into 12:00 pm is my check out and she left and then around 11:54 she came again and said are you already checking out again and she was waiting seeing me from the other room across waiting for me to check out she was very disrespectful and very unprofessional on her service for been Housekeeping I work for housekeeping in San Antonio tx motel 6 in lackland area and we never rush or customer out of the rooms like she did I been renting this motel before and I never had this problem before in this motel 6 Laredo tx airport into now

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here and today the service sucked the elevators are not working I asked for a 1st floor room and the girl in the front said NO! She threw my id and cc on the counter! Customer service sucks!

For the several times that we have stayed here; the staff has been very helpful. I always see them greeting everyone with a smile. The front desk staff were really helpful when we were asking for directions to the stadium our team was playing in. Walking distance to a lot of places like the movie theater and also many restaurants. Good value for the price; will definitely be staying here again.

Good location, and fairly new property. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. But if the maintenance guy Jose is off work for a few days, someone else needs to tend to the pool. When I arrived last weekend, it was dark green!
It seems like the owners of this property need to be spending a little more money on upkeep...cleaning carpet, the pool, sweeping the parking lot, etc. If not, it will become just another run-down sleep cheap.

For an economy hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and modern, the bathroom nice (no shampoo or conditioner though), and the front desk was very pleasant even with a near midnight check-in. Coffee was available in the lobby in the AM, and check out was fast and efficient. It's not a luxury hotel, but at half the cost of nearby hotels, I would definitely recommend it.

I love this motel it was an amazing mini vacation for me and kids being that my son is Autistic the customer care service was outstanding and they even let use swim to 11pm because of my son's condition. I love and can't wait to go back again. the rooms are beautiful and bathrooms are amazing love them so much space love it. and the price is cheap for an expensive stay. I want to say thank you for your understand and for making use feel at home God bless you and the motel and I do most recommend this hotel they treat you like family.
