Really enjoyed the hotel and my stay overnight. Complimentary breakfast was good, and was not your typical continental breakfast and included wait service. The hotel is older and the building is dated but it had all the needed amenities including fast free Internet. I booked this hotel knowing the building is older, but it was just as I expected and I will be returning.

Hotel has a very interesting background history. The staff was very professional and quick about checking in, plenty of parking but we did get lost down there but we found our way inside without issues. Love the cleanliness of the Hotel, the atmosphere is positive and inviting. Breakfast was fantastic!! One of the best places I've stayed in a long time.

Such a beautiful hotel. The experience there was very lovely. The view at night was spectacular and the staff was extremely friendly. We had guests over and it was such a beautiful experience. I highly recommend this location if you are ever in Laredo. It is definitely worth the drive to come and stay

Good location, great service, extremely clean rooms, beautiful courtyards. The distance from room to lobby can be a good walk because the hotel is spread over 3 buildings.

In general, the place is beautiful and comfortable, however this time I was hosted on the third floor and because of the rain, there was a leak from the roof to the bathroom...mmhh

The location is great because you can see the other side of the Mexican border and the river that decides it. The food is great just wouldn't know what the prices are because it was all paired for and parking is good if you don't have anything bigger than a small SUV. Service is great, everyone has a smile and help when asked or even offer assistance.

Overall this was a pleasant stay. The staff is really nice, and go out of their way to help you. They have a shuttle. The rooms are clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The reason I am giving this hotel a 3 star is because it is quite outdated. It has an old building smell, the wall paper was peeling, the elevators need remodeling. If you are on a budget, this is a great place to stay.

Nice but basic. Good coffee, no breakfast with room price, all areas could use some updating. We had a low group rate so good for the money.

The rooms were very nice. It makes no sense to have 1 elevator for parking garage and the other for rooms.

I would rate it 5 stars but the tv was fuzzy and couldn't really see what was going on. But other than that, super nice staff, the rooms were nice and clean, and the breakfast was so good.

Absolutely outstanding Hotel, we throughly our stay. From our Suite to the Comp. Breakfast to Happy hour and Dinner! Super clean, staff was great all around. Overall, we have had a good experience at the Embassy Suites. However, management is constantly changing and has recently been extremely rude. Otherwise, the rooms are clean and spacious, the maintenance and reception staff are kind, the breakfast is good, and the location is great. We hope to stay here in the future.

Hi, I am Max Pámanes. The Embassy Suites by Hilton Laredo is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Probably I will go again, but it depends on my family and the reasons that I will go. Embassy has some nice suites and also the hotel has nice food and staff which help me any time.

The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. They have a fitness, business center, restaurant, and they are all excellent. They have a wonderful breakfast in the morning

Rooms were clean and it's affordable. No mini fridge or microwave though. Also there was no hot water. The water pressure is pretty low also.

I am writing this review to compliment and commend the excellent service provided by Tiffany at the Front Desk! Tiffany is always professional, efficient and reliable every time I check in. I stay there about every two weeks for several days at a time. The entire check in process is always fast and smooth. I highly recommend and definitely plan to visit again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Red Roof in Laredo! Due to unforeseen circumstances I stayed there for over a month. Very good place to rest, easy reservation and great staff, they make all easy for you, also the wait for me until 8p.m. and the reservation just can hold me to 6 p.m. so that was very helpful for me ... I spent 3 days there to begin this year and the room was very nice and clean and it was also quite. The staff was warm and responsive if help was needed and the breakfasts were very good. Excellent hotel. Friendly staff at the reception. Always fresh coffee. Cozy rooms. In the summer the pool is open, it is always monitored and cleaned every morning. Hot breakfast every day. Good price and excellent service. It's always a pleasure to return to this hotel.

I hate to give a 4 star for the room itself but when you walk in and the door handle is on the floor you have to imagine that they saw it there when they cleaned the room and didn't report it. The Family Garden Inn & Suites are good, conveniente and confortable. For sure it is not a luxury hotel, it is a good place to stay with your family, they have a pool and a playground for children to play. In the afternoon they have a dedicated area with complementary beer and snacks.

The room could use a lot more cleaning. It just needs a remodel., Has a fridge, and a microwave, , the breakfast , could use a little bit more of variety. It only has milk , coffee, waffle and toast. Service friendly,

It was very comfortable. A little outdated but that adds to the charm. The garden walking garden with the waterfall was amazing. The social gathering was pleasant! Lots of truckers, but felt very safe. My only complaint/suggestion is to install inside bolt locks. There was none, so any staff member had access at anytime.

This place is effing awesome! I wasn't expecting this from a little family hotel but it's got so much to offer! Free dinner (hotdogs and nachos) from 6-8 pm. Free breakfast. Hot tubs. A waterfall. Airport shuttle. Honestly, a great bang for your buck.

The hotel is pretty nice and it’s a very awesome price. It’s pet friendly and has a very social setting. This hotel features a beautiful waterfall and tranquility garden in one half of the hotel and the other half has an outdoor kitchen set up and they provide food, drinks, and free beer during happy hour. Good price for what you are getting. I always rest here before entering Mexico or when arriving from Mexico. The place has been modernized and the rooms are very comfortable.

Accomodating and attentive staff, good location (15 mins walk to downtown Laredo), lots of parking, secure parking lot, fire pit, and a pool. The bartender Mike is awesome, ask him about the local favorites for food. Also, Taco Ravi is just up the street - see my other review)

You're probably better off at other Marriott properties, the neighborhood doesn't look to safe at night. I love this hotel for its great rooms and pricing, but I must say it is in a bad location.

The hotel is very clean and super nice comfy rooms. BUT!!!!! If you stay here the weekends , just know you will Not rest . At . All. They have clubs around that area. Cars driving up and down burning tires . We even had dogs barking on the other side of the room. Did not rest 😏.

It was a great location close to shopping mall, lots of different food places and was really quiet even though close to freeway. Pool and the patio area was nice. Hot tub was out of service but oh well. I had issues while here but overall it was a good hotel. Overall stay was okay with the small challenges at this sit. It is near the highway but the noise is not evident until your outside. The elevator is currently out for maintenance and the hot-tub is also broken. Room didn't have a mini-fridge so that was a bummer for drinks. I could be biased in my review. I'm a truck driver and this hotel sure as heck beats sleeping in a truck weeks on end. I stay at least two times a week here. There's no truck parking, however I was able to park the truck elsewhere and take a short taxi ride here. Short walking distance to Denny's. No airport shuttle. Room was clean and just right, staff super helpful and friendly. Only negative thing was pool needs a lot of attention. Pool deck has broken concrete which you could cut your feet. Service is good as it gets for the price. The hotel is dated, but my expectations were met. The staff is great and friendly. The security guard was helpful in finding is a place to park.

Cassandra the Sales Coordinator helped me out of a Jam. I was trying to book my room but they showed to be out. She not only found a room for me but gave it to me at a great price. Customer service like that makes traveling for a living much easier. I recommend this place not only for the location but the customer service. She deserves a raise.

We went to Laredo for our 51st Martin High school reunion! My husband was able to redeem some of his points to stay here at the Springhill Suites for 3 nights. Buffet breakfast is included. They had a great variety of delicious choices. We also visited family while we were here. We definitely would stay here again.

Every time I come to Laredo I stay here. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff here is beyond amazing. They take pride in the place and it shows. Wifi in rooms is pretty good... 3to5 Mbs.

SpringHill Suites was very clean, comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. Great location in Laredo. Good restaurants close by. However, the hotel's continental breakfast is a must. I recommend this Marriott hotel for anyone passing through or attending an event in Laredo.

We have stayed here before while visiting family in Laredo. It is a convenient location and the staff is always wonderful. The breakfast buffet in the past has rivaled any breakfast in Laredo. Now with the restrictions the staff takes your order and brings you the breakfast. The quality and quantity are still wonderful.

Standard hotel rooms, friendly staff. Used the workout room, pool, and laundry. Everything was comfortable, walls are a little thin for noise but as long as your neighbor isn't a loud talker it's manageable.

This is our hotel we stay when we come to visit the family. The location of this hotel is safest and cleanest of Laredo. The rooms have always been clean, beds comfortable and breakfast is great too.

Vanessa and Joseph were top notch getting me checked in. They were kind and courteous. Joseph even called up to my room to make sure everything was to my standards and even asked if there was anything I needed. I highly recommend this location.
