Really enjoyed the hotel and my stay overnight. Complimentary breakfast was good, and was not your typical continental breakfast and included wait service. The hotel is older and the building is dated but it had all the needed amenities including fast free Internet. I booked this hotel knowing the building is older, but it was just as I expected and I will be returning.

Hotel has a very interesting background history. The staff was very professional and quick about checking in, plenty of parking but we did get lost down there but we found our way inside without issues. Love the cleanliness of the Hotel, the atmosphere is positive and inviting. Breakfast was fantastic!! One of the best places I've stayed in a long time.

Such a beautiful hotel. The experience there was very lovely. The view at night was spectacular and the staff was extremely friendly. We had guests over and it was such a beautiful experience. I highly recommend this location if you are ever in Laredo. It is definitely worth the drive to come and stay

Good location, great service, extremely clean rooms, beautiful courtyards. The distance from room to lobby can be a good walk because the hotel is spread over 3 buildings.

In general, the place is beautiful and comfortable, however this time I was hosted on the third floor and because of the rain, there was a leak from the roof to the bathroom...mmhh

The location is great because you can see the other side of the Mexican border and the river that decides it. The food is great just wouldn't know what the prices are because it was all paired for and parking is good if you don't have anything bigger than a small SUV. Service is great, everyone has a smile and help when asked or even offer assistance.

Rooms were clean and it's affordable. No mini fridge or microwave though. Also there was no hot water. The water pressure is pretty low also.

I am writing this review to compliment and commend the excellent service provided by Tiffany at the Front Desk! Tiffany is always professional, efficient and reliable every time I check in. I stay there about every two weeks for several days at a time. The entire check in process is always fast and smooth. I highly recommend and definitely plan to visit again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Red Roof in Laredo! Due to unforeseen circumstances I stayed there for over a month. The staff were very friendly and did everything possible to make my stay comfortable! Tiffany was very accommodating and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. Very good place to rest, easy reservation and great staff, they make all easy for you, also the wait for me until 8p.m. and the reservation just can hold me to 6 p.m. so that was very helpful for me ... I wish they will have better beds, the ones that they have are fine but they could be a little more comfortables...

I spent 3 days there to begin this year and the room was very nice and clean and it was also quite. The staff was warm and responsive if help was needed and the breakfasts were very good. The most helpful service was the shuttle van provided to guests for around town trips. Thank You : Lisa, "Jefa" Elizabeth, "Slick" Rick and everyone whose name I didn't mention.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff at the reception. Always fresh coffee. Cozy rooms. In the summer the pool is open, it is always monitored and cleaned every morning. Hot breakfast every day. Good price and excellent service. It's always a pleasure to return to this hotel.

Juan Cruz, the gentleman who works at the restaurant was excellent. I stayed at the hotel for a few weeks and he took care of my daily salads. Great cook. Great customer service. Good price for what you are getting. I always rest here before entering Mexico or when arriving from Mexico. The place has been modernized and the rooms are very comfortable.

Accomodating and attentive staff, good location (15 mins walk to downtown Laredo), lots of parking, secure parking lot, fire pit, and a pool. The bartender Mike is awesome, ask him about the local favorites for food. Also, Taco Ravi is just up the street - see my other review)

You're probably better off at other Marriott properties, the neighborhood doesn't look to safe at night. I love this hotel for its great rooms and pricing, but I must say it is in a bad location.

The hotel charges for parking. So when asked if you have a vehicle, the correct response is “no”. Moving forward, I now know better. It was a great location close to shopping mall, lots of different food places and was really quiet even though close to freeway. Pool and the patio area was nice. Hot tub was out of service but oh well. I had issues while here but overall it was a good hotel. The rooms were comfortable , it was clean, there were no bugs noticed, nice bath towels and they had breakfast but I think it was below par....

Overall stay was okay with the small challenges at this sit. It is near the highway but the noise is not evident until your outside. The elevator is currently out for maintenance and the hot-tub is also broken. Room didn't have a mini-fridge so that was a bummer for drinks. Having known this ahead of time I would of booked elsewhere but I like my rooms to be accessed through the inside and not outside

Extremely friendly staff. Rooms were nice and clean. Not alot of TV channels compared to some other hotels I have stayed in bit over all it is in a good location with plenty to eat and do nearby and it was reasonably priced.

Relax Inn was one for the book quite, peaceful ,clean specially the swimming pool we we're pleased with the place.

I could be biased in my review. I'm a truck driver and this hotel sure as heck beats sleeping in a truck weeks on end. I stay at least two times a week here. There's no truck parking, however I was able to park the truck elsewhere and take a short taxi ride here. Short walking distance to Denny's. No airport shuttle. Never had a bad experience at this place. Beds are decent, much softer than a truck...

Room was clean and just right, staff super helpful and friendly. Only negative thing was pool needs a lot of attention. Pool deck has broken concrete which you could cut your feet. Rooms are very big, clean, high ceilings, and have a full kitchen. The pool is nice as well as the gym. Breakfast every morning, and dinner Monday through Wednesday. The staff is friendly and they offer room service. This is the only hotel I prefer to stay at in Laredo, Texas.

This Homewood Suites was a wonderful hotel! We first checked into the Residence Inn by Marriott on Lost Oaks Blvd for the first of a ten day trip. This is our hotel we stay when we come to visit the family. The location of this hotel is safest and cleanest of Laredo. The rooms have always been clean, beds comfortable and breakfast is great too.

Vanessa and Joseph were top notch getting me checked in. They were kind and courteous. Joseph even called up to my room to make sure everything was to my standards and even asked if there was anything I needed. I highly recommend this location.

Clean rooms - ventilation and vents were in decent shape, bedding and sheets were great, bathroom was nice and the iron board didn't spit hard water on my clothes.

The rooms are nice and clean with a full size refrigerator microwave stove little kitchen sink and cabinets for storage. Quiet and peaceful good air conditioning. The staff is helpful and friendly. I know this is a older hotel, but it's very clean and up-to-date. The employees here are always friendly. They have truck parking which for us is a must and pets stay for free. Love staying here when we get down to the area & have the time.

I stayed here for a couple months. It's not luxury, but I did not have any issues while I was there.

Standard hotel rooms, friendly staff. Used the workout room, pool, and laundry. Everything was comfortable, walls are a little thin for noise but as long as your neighbor isn't a loud talker it's manageable.
