I wouldn’t recommend this Motel 6 to anyone! After driving three days straight from California, my brother and I were exhausted and just wanted a place to rest. We arrived around 2:40 p.m., hoping to check in a little early, but were met with incredibly rude and unwelcoming service. The front desk attendant, an older woman with wrinkled skin, immediately acted annoyed by our presence. Instead of helping us, she barked that rooms wouldn’t be available until 3 p.m. and told us to wait outside by the pool in the sun for 20 minutes.
We decided this place wasn’t worth it and went to cancel our reservation, only to be told, with no empathy, that she wouldn’t cancel it. We ended up losing our money because of her refusal to accommodate us. This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. If you’re looking for kindness or even basic courtesy, look elsewhere. This Motel 6 is a complete disaster – avoid it if you can!

I made the mistake of potentially staying here with my husband. When we arrived I went to check in, and upon arriving at the room the door was jammed and would not open.
I went to the front office and the maintenance man met my husband at the room and was able to get the door open but we did not feel safe there with the door being how it was.
The pictures shown on the booking website that I used did not match the room at all. We did not stay there because it did not seem worth the cheap price.
Of course we were not refunded. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had to change from original room because deadbolt wouldn't lock. Second room had insects. Morning manager, Cristy I think, something starting with a C, she believes reprimanding customers for asking questions is normal business and should be expected. That's too bad. Motel 6 used to be a dependable discount chain. No longer true. This place and it's personnel should lose their franchise tag.

The AC was not working and the room was Very Very hot all night. The doors were broken. The bed was dirty and Very uncomfortable. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and the door lock for the bathroom was broken and wouldn’t close. The lock for the main door itself was also broken.

I have been staying here for 2 months. I came in with my mother ,father, brother and two sons. My oldest son does not stay with us all the time because of school and work. The manager Teresa Enriquez is very understanding with my son staying with me only when he gets days off from work and school. The prices are very affordable that I decided to rent a room for my 5 year old son and myself. My brother and my parents stay in a two bed room. The staff is very respectful and they always ask if we need housekeeping instead of just walking in to the room when I'm at work like they do in other hotels I've stayed. The pool is always clean and the manager is very attentive to our needs. She has made our stay stress free and has also helped us in every and anyway she can. Thank you so much for helping my family and myself in these hardship times we have been going through. Another advantage is that there are a lot of places to go walking distance. I have even been able to go to a night clinic they have in the shopping center they have next to the hotel and an optimist to get my new glasses for work. This hotel is perfect for either a short stay or a long stay. If you need a place to stay for more than 30 days this is the place because after 30 days they return the taxes you paid for the 30 days and give you credit which goes towards the room if you decide to stay longer. I payed $85.00 for a week after the 30 days. After that I no longer had to pay taxes so the price went down.

The tv did not work and there was no remote in the room and my dad went to get a remote at the front desk two times and the remotes did not work. The ice Machine did not work and we asked for non smoking but the room smelled of smoke and there were ash trays in the room and the. Toilet did not flush and no little shampoo or conditioner to take a shower and people out side near our door all night and in the morning went to check out a there was coffee so my mom got some and she pushed the lever down and got coffee then I went to get some and it wouldn’t come out the lady said you have to pump it and that wasn’t helping and they didn’t even have water in the water thing to make tea I would not recommend staying there if you

room is fine not 3 star hotel as the price is fair worth the price but don't expect as human respect here .
Room # 218 Heater is broken out side 45 Degree we called to fix or give another room the front lady told if you don't want to stay come will pay back because she already had few people with out reservations waiting in lane to sell it on higher price and I booked a week in advance.
If we would go to another location the price will be Triple at same night or maybe not available we were two family in different room thanks GOD we put one years babies in other room and we adult slept in non heater working room how will be the night I don't know as I wrote this at 8:15 pm .

We stayed here 2 years ago. Was okay. But now. Dirty. No reliable internet. Did i say dirty! Nothing of usual amenities. Shampoo -0- . Coffee -0- continental breakfast -0- oh did i say dirty!

The bed was comfortable no bed bugs thank God Motel 6 remodeled their rooms years ago. Unfortunately the office was full of mosquitoes and the only room available at 12 midnight was a smokers room, the smell was like a bar so it wasn’t too bad I guess that’s how I can describe it. But the room hadn’t been thoroughly clean for months, I’m a professional cleaner so I know. The check in clerk was nice. The neighborhood was decent there were homeless people in the back, they didn’t bother nobody the Kettle restaurant next door was a plus! If you got no choice it passes but still they should really consider all the diseases going around and up the hotel hygiene by 💯 100
