Hampton Inn Laredo

Dont stay here if you work nightshift! The cleaning lady’s don’t know how to be quiet when cleaning the rooms they have no RESPECT. The Cleaning lady’s also don’t do a very good job and cleaning the restrooms. They don’t pay attention to detail at all.

Had a review posted a few years ago, which strangely was deleted. Gave them the oportunity again and no, its still the same bad service bad experience kind of hotel. I will say jt again: the worst Hampton Inn ive ever stayed at. If you want a good experience and service, avoid this hotel

The hotel was under renovation and I was informed the elevator was not working. I was traveling for work in the Texas heat and discovered the room did not have a refrigerator. The staff was nice, and they offered to help me carry my bags up the stairs. The main reason for my review is because of a billing issue. I checked in on Saturday for a 2 night stay, but work kept me there longer and I had to extend 3 more nights. I was not informed of a rate change, so I was shocked when I received the bill by email after checking out with a 70% price increase. I travel extensively for work and almost exclusively stay at Hilton hotels, and have never had this happen before. I contacted Hilton member support who told me they would contact the hotel, but as of now, I have not been contacted.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in! We are Hilton Diamond members & are very disappointed on the money spent on this hotel. The manager was rude & stated there was no one to talk to above her. I had booked 2 rooms for family & there was no fridge & no working phone… room is so outdated with “Oyo” brand of body wash, which is not associated with Hilton. Not even a pen in the room. No elevator!!! & states it’s been that way for 7months! Just horrible & robbery! & manager stated could not even give a discount. Something needs to be done asap! Manager needs to be fired!

No hot water! Very Dirty! Have to beg for towels, and they only give u like 3 or 4 at a time. Elevator broke. They have had time to fix it since aug of 2022 and this Dec of 2022! Lights flicker off and on! Phone lines don’t work only half the time. Never no refrigerator or microwave!
