Location is good, within 10mins to 24hrs FastFood restaurant . Wifi on the weak side.

Coffee was limited. One small foam cup per guest. Couldn't fill my own coffee mug.

Great place to stay! Tiffany at front desk made our stay 100x better. I had just walked in inquiring about rates since I was looking for something short term and affordable. I ended up booking with ease. I recommend for any family looking for a short term home away from home! Tiffany thanks again for making us feel so comfortable and safe. There needs to be more people like you. :)

Rooms were clean and it's affordable. No mini fridge or microwave though. Also there was no hot water. The water pressure is pretty low also.

Tiffany is always professional, efficient and reliable every time I check in. I stay there about every two weeks for several days at a time. The entire check in process is always fast and smooth.
I highly recommend and definitely plan to visit again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Red Roof in Laredo! Due to unforeseen circumstances I stayed there for over a month. The staff were very friendly and did everything possible to make my stay comfortable! Tiffany was very accommodating and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. I was always greeted with a welcoming smile that was very nice to see! Cecy was also very friendly and and it was nice seeing her each morning when I had my complimentary coffee! I even became familiar with the manager, who always asked about my stay and accommodations! The grounds were neat & clean, the pool was well taken care of, the room was clean and in good repair! All in all this is the NICEST Red Roof Inn I have visited! I highly recommend this place !

I booked a room here with my wife and son for 5 nights. We were in the room for less than 10 minutes before my wife and I decided that we were going to check out the next morning. First, the lobby was not impressive. Secondly, there isn't a refrigerator in the room. We have never seen a hotel room without a fridge and if you are staying 5 nights you at least want a fridge to keep drinks cold. Lastly, the towels in the bathroom were like sand paper. If you are looking for a cheap room with a bed and a shower, the rooms here would be fine. But if you want amenities for a more pleasing stay, you will want to stay somewhere else. Within half an hour of our stay here, we booked a room for the remaining four nights at the Springfield Inn up the road. It cost about double to stay there but you get what you pay for and I would prefer to pay more to be comfortable and enjoy my stay.

Very good place to rest, easy reservation and great staff, they make all easy for you, also the wait for me until 8p.m. and the reservation just can hold me to 6 p.m. so that was very helpful for me ... I wish they will have better beds, the ones that they have are fine but they could be a little more comfortables...
