Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces

We love this hotel. The staff always goes above and beyond. The food and the margaritas are wonderful. The new restaurant is a great addition and the outdoor patios are so unique!
The pool is gorgeous in it’s surroundings.
The rooms are very nice. Our shower floor on the 7th floor was scary slippery!?
Next year will bring a bath mat for safety.
Won’t stop coming, the place is like home!❤️👍👍

Historic but beautiful property not far from campus of NMSU. Gorgeous outdoor pool and massive patio and deck area surrounding it. Bar and two restaurants, inside and outdoors, as well as conference facilities. Rooms are nice and comfortable with views of fountain and pool. Close to many restaurants and shops and plentiful, secure parking available.

This is a great Hotel compared to the big corporate ones and I stay around the country all the time. Extra touches, free water, toiletries in the bathroom in case you forget. A lot of southwest character! Pool SPA (open) and great patios. Don't stay at a corp chain when you can stay here.

Friendly desk and service staff, including a warm greeting from the bell person. Clean, comfortable room (bed was amazing). Lobby has Southwest charm and New Mexico hospitality. Beautiful view from the property

This is one of the older hotels in this small resort chain, so it shows in much of the building. It does have a very friendly and accommodating staff. I was surprised by the use of text messages by the front desk to the customers for just about everything(It worked very well). We had a small fridge moved to our room all through texting. The hot tub was awesome at night and the large gas fireplace was nice and surprising as my wife & I were the only people out there on a weekday! Usually businesses would have these items shut down. Great people working here!!😀

Room are nice, not five stars or even four. Atmosphere is definitely premium for Las Cruces. There is nothing that compares to the pool area in Las Cruces. It is a beautiful oasis for both day and night fun!

Great place to meet new people from other states. The atmosphere is pleasant and great selection of drinks. The remodel of the pool area and Club Azul is amazing. People dress to impress and it turns into a big city feel.

It was a great hotel. My mother and I stayed there one night during spring break. Unfortunately they didn't have a fridge or a microwave and it would have cost $10 per appliance per night to have. Not really 5 star hotel quality. They did have biscochitos and water up front that they brought to you in real glasses. The lady at the front desk went above and beyond for my down allergy and got me blankets without down and put pillow cases on the pillows without down. The swimming pool felt great it didn't have too much sunscreen or chlorine in it. I could open my eyes underwater without goggles. There was a lot of noise during the night my mother complained about. We were close to nearly everything and even though the trial they suggested was closed they had more suggestions. I really would love to give this place 5 stars but the no refrigerator thing was just ridiculous.
