Historic but beautiful property not far from campus of NMSU. Gorgeous outdoor pool and massive patio and deck area surrounding it. Bar and two restaurants, inside and outdoors, as well as conference facilities. Rooms are nice and comfortable with views of fountain and pool. Close to many restaurants and shops and plentiful, secure parking available.

This is a great Hotel compared to the big corporate ones and I stay around the country all the time. Extra touches, free water, toiletries in the bathroom in case you forget. A lot of southwest character! Pool SPA (open) and great patios. Don't stay at a corp chain when you can stay here.

We love this hotel. The staff always goes above and beyond. The food and the margaritas are wonderful. The new restaurant is a great addition and the outdoor patios are so unique! The pool is gorgeous in it’s surroundings. The rooms are very nice. Our shower floor on the 7th floor was scary slippery!? Next year will bring a bath mat for safety. We had our air conditioner leak. We called in the morning hoping by the time we got back for the day it would be fixed, but it wasn't. They had us move rooms so it was a little annoying but that's about it. Everything else was great. Magnificent hotel. It might not be the best hotel on earth but the staff was really wonderful and the rooms were really clean, I have never seen a hotel room with such tall ceilings. They had their parking lot redone during my stay but were very respectful to the vehicles in the parking lot. The banquets crew was very helpful and such wonderful people. Hope to be back soon!

The hotel has a fun vacation vibe with the indoor trees and atrium/pool open in the center. The room was oversized with a dinette and felt upscale with saltillo tiles. My girlfriend and I chose the Ramada for our six month anniversary. We couldn't have made a better choice! The stay was magnificent. The staff on hand was extremely personable. We had a great experience after traveling all night across 3 states. We dealt with Victoria and she was outstanding. She accommodated our needs for an early check in and helped make our stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. We will definitely always stay at the Ramada Inn located in Las Cruces based off the amazing customer service we received from Victoria.

My husband and I totally had a great night's sleep from a long drive. The bed was perfect. Room super clean. Linen clean. Water pressure was superb. No pests whatsoever. The overnight staff Mr. Matt was super kind and accommodating. As well as patient. We will always recommend this location.

This hotel is pretty dated. It was clean, but just did not look clean. I slept well as the bed and pillows were comfortable. I wish the review could be broken up into personnel and facilities. Tiffany from the front desk gets all the stars. SpringHill Suites is lucky to have her. She provides the kind of customer service I’ve experienced at upscale hotels. We had issues with the plumbing in our room and had to move. The hot tub has not been maintained and was unusable.

I enjoyed my time there but mostly because of the staff. Tiffany the reception lady was very friendly, helpful, and understanding. I would like to put 5 stars but because of the wonderful staff. We stayed for one night to have a good rest before continuing our car trip. The pictures posted are true to the hotel. Great amenities. I got to experience the staff at night and in the morning and they were both fantastic, very amicable. Decent breakfast. For a good night of sleep and with family members it is a great option. We always stay at Fairfield Inns when traveling and are usually very happy. This Fairfield Inn in Las Cruces is very old & out dated. That being said it was clean.

We stay in Fairfield Inns frequently and they are updated and in tip top shape. The one in Las Cruces was clean and the linens were nice. The facility is past it's prime and the bathroom was small. This old of a facility should have had lower rates in comparison to updated facilities.

Nice hotel. We stayed for a weekend, 2 adults and 3 kids. We had 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. The kids said the sleeper was comfortable, and the queens were comfortable too. Only issue we had was the bathroom sink was clogging, so we informed front desk when we checked out. I would recommend this hotel. 👍

I stayed here for a month from July to August of 2017. The staff were all very friendly and the rooms were well-kept. I never had any plumbing problems and my neighbors were quiet at night. I got into town super late 3ish AM and they were one of the only ones that would let me stay the night. The owner was really nice and their prices were pretty cheap. The room was clean, well upkept, the bed was comfy. They also have free breakfast which I didn’t utilize as I was tired, but it’s there if you want it.

The most amazing hotel I have been to in a long while. I travel often for work, so I am very picky. The staff was pleasant and it really felt like a home away from home. Not to mention the view.
