Historic but beautiful property not far from campus of NMSU. Gorgeous outdoor pool and massive patio and deck area surrounding it. Bar and two restaurants, inside and outdoors, as well as conference facilities. Rooms are nice and comfortable with views of fountain and pool. Close to many restaurants and shops and plentiful, secure parking available.

This is a great Hotel compared to the big corporate ones and I stay around the country all the time. Extra touches, free water, toiletries in the bathroom in case you forget. A lot of southwest character! Pool SPA (open) and great patios. Don't stay at a corp chain when you can stay here.

We love this hotel. The staff always goes above and beyond. The food and the margaritas are wonderful. The new restaurant is a great addition and the outdoor patios are so unique! The pool is gorgeous in it’s surroundings. The rooms are very nice. Our shower floor on the 7th floor was scary slippery!? Next year will bring a bath mat for safety. This is one of the older hotels in this small resort chain, so it shows in much of the building. It does have a very friendly and accommodating staff. Room are nice, not five stars or even four. Atmosphere is definitely premium for Las Cruces. There is nothing that compares to the pool area in Las Cruces. It is a beautiful oasis for both day and night fun!

This hotel was just okay. Has everything we needed for the a night at a very affordable rate. We unfortunately were never brought extra towels that we asked for. The hotel is obviously old, which is fine, but hasn’t been updated is some time. The tub had rust around the edges and the carpet looked like it had seen better days. The bed was comfortable, though, and breakfast was good.

Their customer service is truly above and beyond! I had a phone charging issue (not a cord issue) and he was able to find a solution for me. My room was clean and comfortable. Everyone was friendly as well. I'll go back to this location in a heartbeat! 🙂

Spacious accommodation for a travelling family. Good breakfast provided, and near other dining options. Plenty of parking. Quiet location and easy access to main roads. Friendly staff.

Magnificent hotel. It might not be the best hotel on earth but the staff was really wonderful and the rooms were really clean, I have never seen a hotel room with such tall ceilings. We had a great experience after traveling all night across 3 states. We dealt with Victoria and she was outstanding. This hotel is pretty dated. It was clean, but just did not look clean. I slept well as the bed and pillows were comfortable. The room I stayed in was sorta small, but I had enough room for all my gear. My room was only 2 doors from the parking lot and 1st floor, that was convenient. The lady at the front desk was nice.

We have stayed here several times but probably our last. Facility is looking dated, called pet friendly but there really is not any place to let your dog walk. There is a little patch of grass where the smokers and one of the grills are as well. There is no place else to walk the dogs.

This was the first time we got the single queen bed, not going to lie, they spoiled us with the two room suite. The single queen was still good. Breakfast was great and the location want difficult to find. The family and I enjoyed the heated pool. The only thing that concerned me was the smell of gas near the meters outside. We always stay at Fairfield Inns when traveling and are usually very happy. This Fairfield Inn in Las Cruces is very old & out dated. That being said it was clean.

We stay in Fairfield Inns frequently and they are updated and in tip top shape. The one in Las Cruces was clean and the linens were nice. The facility is past it's prime and the bathroom was small. This old of a facility should have had lower rates in comparison to updated facilities.

Staff is friendly, helpful and the room was CLEAN no funny smells, weird stains on carpet or bedding it was just perfect. The pool ,hot tub and gym are open late which was awesome it worked with my schedule. It's a great place to stay love the continental breakfast in the morning I'll be coming back again when I visit.

This place is less than hour away from White Sand. We loved stay here. Everything in the room were clean and fresh sheets and towels. Breakfast is good. Staff are nice. The front desk lady is helpful. Reasonable price. Nice location too.

When traveling from Texas to go see family in California we always stop here as our half way point to sleep. Rooms are always nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. They always have an awesome breakfast bar. Staff is always friendly and nice. It’s a safe place to also bring your moving truck over night like I did. Until next time!

The cleanliness of the room was wonderful, and the host and his staff were accommodating and kind. The grounds were well kept and felt pretty safe. This motel is charming! It’s older but very clean and comfortable! The beds are so comfortable! The best sleep I’ve had in a motel! There is a grassy area to sit near the pool. The staff is friendly And welcoming. There is a hot breakfast with plenty of seating unlike other motels that are very small. Affordable price as will! We will be back!

Hotel is old but fairly decent. Mostly clean but could use some dusting and vacuuming under the side tables / furniture as there is a noticeable layer of dust. Beds are firm and I thought pillows were ok which made for a decent sleep. The staff were also very nice and cheerful. Overall, it’s a good place to sleep but don’t expect a swanky hotel. I’d stay here again.

Still a great place! Had been here a few years earlier and loved the hitel, staff and area so much we planned this trip around a stop here. It's a very nice Sleep Inn - a perfect get away for travelers or students.

Excellent stay! Quiet rooms, clean rooms and just what you need for a few nights. Great price. Only down fall, if you are looking for a hotel with a hot tub, they do not have it :( They do have an indoor pool, but no hot tub.

Place was clean, and amenities were decent. Not worth the steep price we paid. (Which was far more than usual due to a concert.) Breakfast nook was small and we were unable to eat die to crowding, and had to go elsewhere.
