Right next door to Rupp Arena. Has airport shuttle. Rooms are big and comfortable. Rom safe, great shower head and you won't have to bend down, it's made for us talk people. Breakfast buffet was $20 but came with custom made omelet, big and fluffy and full as I've ever had. Room had all amenities and we had a great view of downtown

3/5. The hotel itself is great. Good location and rooms are nice. But the staff was half great half terrible. First arriving the ladies who checked me in were awesome and very helpful! But the staff around 11pm need help, Every question I had I’d get 2 different answers too and the answers were like they were unsure what to even say. Asked where the microwave was and a guy said since the restaurant is closed the microwave is closed, yet that was wrong I texted the help number and they told me the microwave is open 24/7, also asked about laundry service and got told there was none yet went to ask a different worker and was told me it was on the second floor. It’s just super annoying and inconvenient especially since these were very simple questions id think someone who works there would know…

location close to night life, water was HOT just they way I like it, many pillows on each bed with multiple firmness selections, indoor pool was great to use,

Excellent! Clean and bug free room, indoor swimming pool, workout room, and restaurant. Room service if needed. Always Fast and Friendly service. Next door to Rupp Arena and rain free skywalk. Parking is across street and easy to get to. Another restaurant with theater is across street so there is plenty to do when staying there. It is a perfect vacation or business hotel!!! Yes, I would stay there again!

We stayed here during the Christmas Expo. We didn't mind that the hotel was dated but the few times we called the front desk the service was awful. Our bed was missing one of the large pillows and we called down to see if we could get one. The first time we called we got quick answer and they said it would be right up. Sadly it never came. Later that evening called again no answer. When we headed to dinner we stopped by the desk and asked again still didn't receive the pillow. The air conditioning didn't get below 75 during our whole stay after being put on 60 as soon as we checked in. This was our first Hyatt experience hoping our next one is better.

Location is the best part of this hotel. Despite asking for our room to be cleaned, it was ignored until we called at 3pm. They cleaned the room, made the beds and did not leave us towels or wash cloths. Our windows were clouded with condensation from a broken seal.. There was a shirtless, homeless person hanging out in the lobby, asking for money, who apparently had not showered for quite some time. It is conveniently connected to Rupp Arena. Close to lots of restaurant choices.

I'm going to give it a 5-star rating because I know what a 5-star rating hotel looks like. I know because I have never seen staff handle so many people in such a calm cool collected manner That starts at the top with policies that caters to the perspectives of our organic selves. They were extremely kind to me. The atmosphere was more vacation like

The entire location is very nice looking. Clean, and well maintained. Easily able to accommodate the 400 people attending our conference. Not sure if it was an off day but the meal we had at the location was not good. The potatoes were undercooked and the chicken was dry. The servers also didnt seem like they wanted to be there. I would say that is the only bad experience I had my whole time there.

I stayed here for a 4 day conference. It was convenient that the hotel was directly attached to CBC. The food at the restaurant was pretty good, but priced like a downtown hotel, so a bit expensive. The breakfast buffet had the best amount of food for the money compared to the lunch and dinner options.
My room was an interior room with a window overlooking the restaurant and lobby. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings have been updated in the last several years. However, the walls, paint, ceiling, and mechanical/electrical items are outdated. If you’re a light sleeper make sure to request an exterior facing room. The noise from the bar and restaurant is pretty loud at night.
The room was pretty dark. There were lamps but the light was fairly isolated. The windows overlooking the restaurant allow light in but can also be looked into by the people below. I think it would be more comfortable if the windows had a privacy filter, to allow light in but not peering eyes.

Everything went well from when we arrived, until we checked out. In fact, when we first arrived, a very nice guy came to the car and offered to carry our bags up to our room for us. At first, I turned him down, but when I was told I had to park across the street (see comments below), I did take him up on his offer.
