I would just like to say this was our most fabulous stay in a hotel in quite a while… And we do stay in a lot of Marriott, but this one was just a step above all else! From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Robert, Courtney and the staff we were very welcomed! from the beautiful pool/giant jetted hot tub facility to the pool and 5 star restraunt! Will 100% be staying here every time we...
The hotel & its staff is phenomenal. But the bar/ restaurant needs more workers. The restaurant menu is really limited & the food is just ok. More bourbon choices would be good too. My business associates & me absolutely enjoy the outside patio area with the fire pits.
My room here was very nice and I loved that there was no carpet on the floors. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that they had bottled water at the front desk. I was here for a conference and the food served during our meetings was very good. I had the opportunity to use the spa and they were fantastic! One of the best massages I've ever had...
Very convenient right of the highway. My friend had a wedding here and this place was very nice. Also we went on a short road trip to a wedding with a couple friends. We were meeting up in Lexington, and took one car from here. The hotel was nice enough to let us park for a couple of days. Very nice place, very nice management!
This is one of my favorite Marriott properties. Great location, amazing staff, excellent food, and the concierge longer staff is top notch. They seem to be one of the few properties that honor mobile requests. The only "complaint" I have is that the property is showing its' age. They are definitely due for a refresh.
I was only there for a symposium and being within a driving distance, there was no lodging, i.e., I am just discussing the infrastructure needed for large meetings/gatherings. The luncheon was chicken breast with some kind of champagne sauce; it tasted good but nothing superb. At the same time, to be fair, they were serving a larger-than-100 crowd. The morning pastries were danishes of low quality...

3/5. The hotel itself is great. Good location and rooms are nice. But the staff was half great half terrible. First arriving the ladies who checked me in were awesome and very helpful! But the staff around 11pm need help, Every question I had I’d get 2 different answers too and the answers were like they were unsure what to even say. Asked where the microwave was and a guy said since the restaurant...
Right next door to Rupp Arena. Has airport shuttle. Rooms are big and comfortable. Rom safe, great shower head and you won't have to bend down, it's made for us talk people. Breakfast buffet was $20 but came with custom made omelet, big and fluffy and full as I've ever had. Room had all amenities and we had a great view of downtown
location close to night life, water was HOT just they way I like it, many pillows on each bed with multiple firmness selections, indoor pool was great to use,
Excellent! Clean and bug free room, indoor swimming pool, workout room, and restaurant. Room service if needed. Always Fast and Friendly service. Next door to Rupp Arena and rain free skywalk. Parking is across street and easy to get to. Another restaurant with theater is across street so there is plenty to do when staying there. It is a perfect vacation or business hotel!!! Yes, I would stay there...
We stayed here during the Christmas Expo. We didn't mind that the hotel was dated but the few times we called the front desk the service was awful. Our bed was missing one of the large pillows and we called down to see if we could get one. The first time we called we got quick answer and they said it would be right up. Sadly it never came. Later that evening called again no answer. When we headed to...
Location is the best part of this hotel. Despite asking for our room to be cleaned, it was ignored until we called at 3pm. They cleaned the room, made the beds and did not leave us towels or wash cloths. Our windows were clouded with condensation from a broken seal.. There was a shirtless, homeless person hanging out in the lobby, asking for money, who apparently had not showered for quite some time...

The staff was great. We had been at other hotels during our spring break and it had complementary breakfast included. For a family of 5 that can be expensive.
The Downtown Hilton was wonderful accommodation centrally located to all of the local eateries and shops. Clean rooms, exercise and pool facilities. And the Breakfast buffet and omelet bar were a great start to my work day!
Overall, we were very pleased with our experience at the Downtown Lexington Hilton. Both Summer and Alex did an incredible job helping us to set up our room block for our wedding guests this past December 30, 2017 and all of our guest gift bags were delivered on our wedding day without issue or hesitation. The communication between myself, Summer, Alex, and Hannah (when Alex was on leave) was prompt...
This place was amazing!! The staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and has nice views of downtown Lexington. The pool and gym area were very nice and kid friendly. Definitely would stay here again.
Accommodations were professional and classy. we felt Comfort without being overdone. No gaudiness. I highly recommend the Hilton. Everything seemed to be in its place and everything was clean and neat. The price was fair. The help was definitely tuned to the needs of the guests. If you were in Lexington I would recommend the Hilton
Nice hotel in a good location. The room was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable but both beds in my room creaked very loudly anytime someone got up or rolled over, which made it difficult to sleep.

For the price this hotel did not make the mark. The common area was the best part of the hotel. -The renovation was literally putting paint over something the room itself was not improved ie lighting, carpets, ceiling and bathroom. The regular rooms are small, dirty and not worth the price. The location was fine and the staff throughout the property were nice. If you just need a quick night sleep...
We had a large group stay in this lovely hotel for Breeders' Cup. It was probably the busiest weekend of the year, and the entire experience was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bar, cafe, and restaurant were well run by friendly and accommodating staff. Everyone in our group had a great visit and disagreed completely with the negative reviews we've seen.
I originally wasn’t sure what to expect. The reviews were so mixed that I was a little afraid. I’m glad we did take a chance because it has been overall a positive experience. This hotel is beautiful and has so much personality. The staff was extremely attentive and kind. My only complaint is that the room did have a bit of a musty smell…(and some of the knobs go the drawers were missing??) The room...
What a lovely hotel! I could feel remodeling plans for The Campbell, but I am so happy I stayed there in 2016 and 2017 to have that experience of the very fine wood in the stair railing, the sweet, and reliable elevator, that wonderful pool, and the rooms and food were ideal for us. Precious to me.
Great location, only a $7 uber from the downtown area. Beautiful building reminiscent of a plantation that fits perfect in the Lexington area with all the farms! Nice clean quaint rooms. Price was very reasonable compared to the downtown area. Had a young man, "Mike" help us with our luggage and orientation of the hotel, he was very helpful even for only being employed there for a mere four days...
Very clean and comfortable. Great staff. No room fridge and sundry shop didn't have alcoholic beverages. All together, great place. Recommend.

Just found a bed bug in our bed. Not pleased. Update: Went from 1 to 4 stars. They had us a new room rather quickly and the next morning the GM called us, apologized, and comped us that one night. That was far more than we were expecting. Very professional and courteous.
The hotel was easy to find and get to, we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We had dinner and drinks at one of the two restaurant/bars. Our room was very clean, only small issue was there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom or ours didn't work, other than that great time.
Loved it, temperpedic beds were great, breakfast was awesome, fun dome gave the the grandkids a amazingly fun time with all the video games, huge pool and hot tub. The food and service in the Pub there was fantastic!!! Chicken wings and chef salad was so great, onion rings were also good, the service staff i think her name was Becky was so attentive and johnny on the spot with refills and anything...
Hotel room was decent except hairdryer didn't work. The door to the room kept sticking and was hard to open. We chose the hotel for the fundome. The pool was pretty big and nice hot tub but the arcade section was so disappointing. Most of the games didn't work and did not refund tokens (only one game marked out of order). There was an indoor basketball hoop which was cool. Pizza was pricey for the...
I Go Every Yr to the NAMI Conference. It's a Wonderful Place to Have a Conference. The Meeting Rooms Are Large Enough to Accommodate Several People. We Also Have Our Awards Banquet The Night Before the Conference. Plus As A Peer Support Specialist, I can get All of My Continuing Ed. Hrs. During the Conference. There's A Wide Range of Activities to Keep you Entertained During Your Down Time.
Rooms are very clean an updated. Beds were so comfy. There was a lot of kids in the pool and game area but our 7 year old twins loved making new friends and we loved seeing all the kids having such a great time. We think it's the best hotel in Lexington and have stayed there many times and we will be back.

Breakfast was superb. Very informative staff. Lobby area was very relaxing. Longe drink were a bit expensive but very good staff. Outside grounds is amazing.
Walk inside and it is beautiful. A sense of esteemed business and relaxation. The room is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Some fixtures don’t work but it’s not a huge deal. My biggest complaint that should be a no brained for the hotel is.. A. Why was a hot tub/ sauna not included in the building plans?? Major fail there. B. If a pool is all you have, why in the world is it not even...
Customer service by the hotel staff is wonderful here! The hotel offers a fantastic breakfast buffet with cooked to order omelets and pancakes as well a large variety to suite large groups of guests. The people that work at this hotel are doing the best they can with the location and product they have. I interacted with most every department. A couple things stuck out to me. The guys cooking the made to order omelets was doing a fantastic...
Always love going to Embassy suites, great omelette for breakfast made just for me, best Reuben sandwich for dinner. Enjoyed the Manager's evening special. Great night's sleep. People very personable and helpful.
There was a jazz festival in town at the hotel. Instead of driving back to Louisville Hubby and I got a room so we could enjoy the music and enjoy time with our friends. The rooms had some aging issues like a loose handle on the shower door, floor boards not adhered to the wall, and the toilet tank kept running until we jiggled the handle. The jazz festival was nice so we overlooked the room problems

For the price I expected more updates rooms but it was very clean. They don’t have fridges In the rooms but when I asked about this they brought one up to me. For some reason they were not serving breakfast while we were there. The indoor/outdoor pool was very nice. For a one night stay it served its purpose, probably would not stay again though
Great staff. Food & drinks are reasonably priced and very good. Hotel & guest rooms are clean, updated & will definitely stay here again
Not many amenities but the beds were comfy and that's all we needed. Friendly and helpful staff. Oh also the indoor pool is indoor/outdoor and was pretty cold!
The stay was nice. It was easy to check in and the gentleman at the front desk even showed me how to get to my room. The room was beautiful. The shower was nice and it had tv with shows my son would like. The only complaint would be the bed. The sheets were sort of rough and the bed was more firm than I'd like. Besides those two complaints the stay was wonderful.
Nice hotel and friendly staff but... in my opinion the pillows were to soft there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room. Not a big deal if you aren't staying long but would have been nice. The price is definitely not worth the room I've stayed in cheaper hotels with more room amenities
Good location reasonably close to the Kentucky Horse Park, the hotel itself though is not up to the standard of most Starwood properties though. The ac didn't work when we first got to the room and we had to get maintenance to reset the unit. The second night we stayed there was a bus load of teenagers that checked in and the walls did not do a very good job of attenuating the noise. We were next...

The breakfast and location of this hotel were the best two aspects of the stay. The staff was also very pleasant and friendly.
My husband and I stayed for a weekend get away at Embassy Suites by Hilton for our first anniversary and we loved it. The room had a little wear and tear in it but all together it was nice. Room service was quick and easy. I do think they should mention if it's an adjoining room though. I definitely wouldn't have booked that particular room had I known. We were able to create memories so the stay was...
Great hotel. Clean, rooms were very spacious and beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice and welcoming (except one rude front desk girl) but it doesn't affect my review. I would definitely stay here again for sure.
Was OK. Bit under the standard of the price per night. Stay was comfortable, but not what I expected. Beds were full size instead of queen size (I didn't even know hotels did that anymore.) There was paint spray on the wallpaper where they'd painted the door hinges. The bathroom was POSITIVELY TINY. Loved that it was a suite (which was the whole purpose of the hotel) but was still way smaller than...
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Arrived at about 1:00 pm, no problem with early check-in, which is unusual these days. Front desk staff Very helpful. Room was very clean and updated. Great hotel staff, Manager Taylor was very friendly also Bartender Brooke was very awesome. The two lovely females gave great hospitality and will stay again at this hotel in the future. Fabulous location, very nice, clean room. Comfy bed with nice sheets. 3 things could improve - 1. The pet fee is $75- seems a bit high when most hotels that boast pet friendliness are $25 or less. 2. Lovely whirlpool tub would be much better with some bath salts or bubble soap. Having nothing available is typical for hotels, so this hotel isn't an outlier, but I will leave a 5 star review when...
It was a little bit old but very very clean. The cleaning of the sheets and carpet was perfect, and even the duct holes were cleaned perfectly. I stayed only one day. I was able to meet two female receptionists. they were so kind thank you. So I highly recommend this place. All staff were friendly thank you.
It's one of our favorite hotels when we stay in town. The huge bath tub is awesome. It easily fits 2 people. Always clean, and the staff are super helpful. If you get a balcony room, expect some noise if they are having an event. Great for people watching, though. I would definitely recommend it.
Came for a quick overnight getaway with my husband from Indiana. We loved the look and feel of the hotel. It was pretty busy and I was worried about the noise but honestly we heard very little noise and it didn't bother us a bit. Room was large especially since we got one of the cheapest rooms available. Tub was a welcome Surprise that fit us both with plenty of room. Breakfast was decent but only...
The staff is great here. The front desk was always friendly and helpful. My room was clean, but did have slight wear. Bed was very comfortable. Maintenance was also awesome. I have to come to Lexington once a week to help my grandmother. Since I can't keep my dog at her house I have to stay at a hotel. The doubletree is amazing!! Not only can I go and relax there in the comfy beds and huge tub, but they treat my pup amazingly. Nice place. The restaurant and bar were closed at 8 when we got here. They said there was some problem earlier and had to close them both. Had problems with the room key working every time but other than that all went well.
I’m an early riser. I wanted to make coffee in my room. There was no coffee pot so I walked down to the lobby for some. Tyler was behind the front desk & I told him my room did not have a coffee pot. Clean rooms that are somewhat updated. Comfortable beds. Overall a nice place to stay with a good price to go with it. Also in a good area.
A bit dated. But wonderful staff, very accommodating. Quiet location, minutes from UK health. Love staying on ground/ courtyard floor, overlooking outdoor pool. Love the outdoors patios and opportunity for fresh air.
Enjoyed our stay. Tyler and Angie were both wonderful and very helpful. The manager there took the time to make us feel appreciated. The restaurant in the hotel had the best burger i think I've ever tasted. I would absolutely stay there again and hopefully next time I'll have a chance to go swimming in that beautiful pool as well.

The breakfast was good, not great. It wasn't a buffet but an order from a pretty limited choice of options. Being able to order a beer from the bar there was a positive.
The room is nice and clean. However I like taken a hot shower not barely warm. And no free breakfast for what they charged is overpriced.
This is a beautiful place to stay. It has a beautiful garden and lobby to sit and enjoy the calm. The staff is great and welcoming. The location is convenient to the greyhound bus stop, just a mile away. I arrived at 3:00 am and the staff was nice to me. The only thing I did like about the room was that the lamps near my bed didn't work, and the shower won't turn on although I tried after asking....
I had 2 different room on consecutive nights. First room was awesome second room the dirty towels were still under the sink and the used soap was still laying there. A decent contental breakfast would have pushed it to 5 stars but a 12 dollar 2 egg breakfast is kind of steep.
The location is very close to the highway and just north of Lexington. The room was very nice, very clean, I enjoyed my time there. I would have liked a breakfast option but the Starbucks place in the hotel was still nice.
Pool was warm, room was clean, food was good. It's really a pretty hotel and grounds too. no complaints!

Decent place to stay, but they obviously cut corners. Breakfast was one of the better ones compared to most other hotels. Pool was unappealing. It looks like they also allow pets as several people had dogs with them. Rooms have a full size refrigerator and dishwasher.
Amazing stay!!! The nicest staff ever!!! Very attentive and accommodating managers and attendants. I'm pretty sure Chad and Sierra would have given us the shirts off their backs! The hot tub was down, the hotel was typical as was the rooms. Why 5 stars, the service. The service was AMAZING. The transport gave me 3 rides returning me after check out due to airline issues. They waited in the lot for me and really could have told me no. As a result I got the best sleep. Thanks to the team there for flexibility and especially to the driver.
Very clean and king bed, refrigerator and microwave and free breakfast!! And we never had them call us and say thanks for staying and if the room is acceptable. Awesome!!
When a hotel description says "straight forward" to describe it, it's not a great sign. This is the very definition of straight forward. Extremely dated basic property with staff that are wonderful.
For the price paid, this was more than very good. I was expecting basic - and this was basic plus the following: Smiling service across the board - front desk to breakfast buffet Room was fine - everything worked. Small TV, but not complaining much. Counter would have better in bathroom, but since it was just me, the sink was manageable. The only complaint I have is about the cleaning staff being...

Stay every Monday -Thursday for work. Right off I64/I75 and straight to downtown. Front desk and housekeeping always take care of us. We get a double king room with 2 king beds. Restaurant has great food. Steaks, burgers, country cooking.
Bed is comfy and clean, linens are clean, trash is empty... Everything else can be forgiven for the most part, what more do you want for the value? Bathrooms were a bit sketch, a bit of hair, a bit of mold. The rooms smelled fine for being pretty dated. Everything you really need for a night or two. Room was immaculate and very nice. The only reason I took off a star was because the woman at the front desk wasn't friendly. I've stayed at many Residence Inns(I am a reward member) and have never had this happen.
Great place to go to Keeneland for the race. They have a free shuttle that runs from the hotel to the racetrack and also will drop you off at the airport to check your bags. That way we Road Direct from Keeneland to the airport without having to check in. The shuttle gave us that ride also. Clean rooms fairly new place and great breakfast in the morning
The 2 bedroom suite is nice. They have finished renovations, all the amenities made us feel more at home, and all the staff very pleasant. I will stay again when in Lexington, KY.
We had a very enjoyable stay. Room was up to date (great). Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.
We didn't stay overnight, but our other family members did. My review is about the conference room we used, as well as the lobby. They were both very clean and comfy, and the workers were all very friendly and helpful, even late into the night. We didn't end up leaving the lobby until about 1am, and they didn't hassle us at all. Next time we're in Lexington again, we'll definitely have to stay here

This is your standard Townplace Suites. Pet friendly, free breakfast, decent rooms, nice staff. Laundry could have been cleaner...we had one cloth with old lipstick still on it and another with black hairs on it. Obviously those went unused! But between the laundry staff and the house keeper, someone should have caught both. Anyway, the beds were extra comfy and breakfast was pretty good.
Nice rooms but cabinet door was broken and eventually fell off and had to call maintenance for dishwasher not working. The staff were very friendly and were very quick to fix any problems or to get us anything we asked for. Breakfast was interesting, we stay at marriott 98% of the time and breakfast is pretty standard. Thisbkne serves rice with Asian seasonings but no eggs or meat but yhey has waffles...

Not the experience we were hoping for. I purposely booked this hotel because of the location and because I could get 2 queen beds. Not doubles, not a queen and a pull out. We can have a room with one queen and a pull out for the same price. So I proceed to explain...
The rooms are great and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The only improvement I would like to see is the breakfast menu and quality to improve. Fairly new facility with excellent rooms, comfortable beds and very reasonable rates. The area is definitely busy on the weekends, being in the center of Lexington. Nice hotel, great location. The restaurant has wonderful food. Downfalls: no rewards program at any 21C hotel and the elevators at this hotel are very slow in the mornings. Used by both guests and staff.
My daughter and I attended an "art yoga" class held in the main gallery. The class was provided by The Massage Center at Did let Square, but holding it in the main gallery was a genius idea. The expansive space, surrounded by thought-provoking art, was a great venue for the class.
Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Everyone is very helpful and legitimately wants to make every stay your best ever. The rooms are spacious, room service is excellent, and valets are great.
Nice hotel in great location. Rooms were nice sized and very good overall. Room was a bit dusty though in places. Liked the art and the onsite bar. Art museum is much smaller than other Museum 21s where we have stayed but still nice. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Generally a great quirky place. And Lockbox (the restaurant downstairs) was amazing. My only complaints were water related. The shower was warm at best, but it was right before checkout time to be fair. Also the water that came out of the sink was cloudy and had mystery particulate swirling around it it. So definitely use bottled water. Water issues aside, I would definitely recommend staying here
The art gallery is wonderful. Open 24 hours a day, you can stop by any time and take in art from all over the world. Really nice that unique venues like this exist in Lexington.

Excellent restaurants located nearby. Easy access to the lobby. Underground parking is available. Located about 20 minutes from the city center.
Everything was great. Room was clean, smelled ok, and comfortable. Only problem was someone plumbed the shower wrong so hot is cold and cold is hot and barely hot...lukewarm or no water. But otherwise everything was great.
This appears to be one of the older Hampton Inns, and it is showing its age. The heater in my room would not regulate, and kept running all night. The seal for the toilet is leaking. I mentioned all of this to the staff. The staff could not have been nicer. Very good service, especially from Ginger.
We decided at the last minute to stay in KY while traveling to West Virginia. Absolutely locked up with this hotel. They had a couple of rooms left and the comfort was top notch. Enjoyed our stay.
My husband and I made reservations to stay at this location on our travels to upstate NY. We checked in right at 3pm and requested 1st floor. Mike was awesome and able to accommodate which is never guaranteed. The room was extremely clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was what we expected and nice to have something before our long drive. We were so happy with this hotel I made reservations...
Very clean with good sized rooms. The complimentary full breakfast was great. Much better than the continental breakfast you receive at most hotels. I would definitely stay here again.
