Right next door to Rupp Arena. Has airport shuttle. Rooms are big and comfortable. Rom safe, great shower head and you won't have to bend down, it's made for us talk people. Breakfast buffet was $20 but came with custom made omelet, big and fluffy and full as I've ever had. Room had all amenities and we had a great view of downtown

Location is the best part of this hotel. Despite asking for our room to be cleaned, it was ignored until we called at 3pm. They cleaned the room, made the beds and did not leave us towels or wash cloths. Our windows were clouded with condensation from a broken seal.. There was a shirtless, homeless person hanging out in the lobby, asking for money, who apparently had not showered for quite some time...

The staff was great. We had been at other hotels during our spring break and it had complementary breakfast included. For a family of 5 that can be expensive.

The Downtown Hilton was wonderful accommodation centrally located to all of the local eateries and shops. Clean rooms, exercise and pool facilities. And the Breakfast buffet and omelet bar were a great start to my work day!

This place was amazing!! The staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and has nice views of downtown Lexington. The pool and gym area were very nice and kid friendly. Definitely would stay here again.

Accommodations were professional and classy. we felt Comfort without being overdone. No gaudiness. I highly recommend the Hilton. Everything seemed to be in its place and everything was clean and neat. The price was fair. The help was definitely tuned to the needs of the guests. Nice hotel in a good location. The room was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable but both beds in my room creaked very loudly anytime someone got up or rolled over, which made it difficult to sleep.

For the price I expected more updates rooms but it was very clean. They don’t have fridges In the rooms but when I asked about this they brought one up to me. For some reason they were not serving breakfast while we were there. The indoor/outdoor pool was very nice. For a one night stay it served its purpose, probably would not stay again though

The stay was nice. It was easy to check in and the gentleman at the front desk even showed me how to get to my room. The room was beautiful. The shower was nice and it had tv with shows my son would like. The only complaint would be the bed. The sheets were sort of rough and the bed was more firm than I'd like. Besides those two complaints the stay was wonderful.

Nice hotel and friendly staff but... in my opinion the pillows were to soft there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room. Not a big deal if you aren't staying long but would have been nice. The price is definitely not worth the room I've stayed in cheaper hotels with more room amenities

Good location reasonably close to the Kentucky Horse Park, the hotel itself though is not up to the standard of most Starwood properties though. The ac didn't work when we first got to the room and we had to get maintenance to reset the unit. Fabulous location, very nice, clean room. Comfy bed with nice sheets. 3 things could improve - 1. The pet fee is $75- seems a bit high when most hotels that boast pet friendliness are $25 or less. 2. Lovely whirlpool tub would be much better with some bath salts or bubble soap. It was a little bit old but very very clean. The cleaning of the sheets and carpet was perfect, and even the duct holes were cleaned perfectly. I stayed only one day. I was able to meet two female receptionists. they were so kind thank you. So I highly recommend this place. All staff were friendly thank you.

It's one of our favorite hotels when we stay in town. The huge bath tub is awesome. It easily fits 2 people. Always clean, and the staff are super helpful. If you get a balcony room, expect some noise if they are having an event. Great for people watching, though. I would definitely recommend it.

Came for a quick overnight getaway with my husband from Indiana. We loved the look and feel of the hotel. I have to come to Lexington once a week to help my grandmother. Since I can't keep my dog at her house I have to stay at a hotel. The doubletree is amazing!! Not only can I go and relax there in the comfy beds and huge tub, but they treat my pup amazingly. Especially since he's an abuse case and we're still trying to get him to understand that not all people are going to hurt him or me.

We stayed one night. My wife had to have hip surgery and they were close to the Bluegrass Orthopedics Surgery Center so we choose this hotel. The check in process was great the lady who help us check in she help us get the room we needed. We needed a room with a handi-cap shower and she found us one. I've stayed in a lot of hotels across the country and this was by far one of my favorite stays. Bethany and the front desk staff are amazing and couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. I had such an amazing time at the little bar in the lobby, even though I am here for work it felt like a vacation. Thank you for everything ❤️

Sean at the front desk!! He was very personal and made sure our stay was great. Our room fridge gave out.. maintenance said " it's running" however, after 3 hrs items were getting warm but Sean exchanged fridge which saved our items/food that needed to stay cold. There’s also a non-smoking policy (200$ charge if you smoke in hotel room), so no marijuana smell like a lot of other hotels. Room was immaculate and very nice. The only reason I took off a star was because the woman at the front desk wasn't friendly. I've stayed at many Residence Inns(I am a reward member) and have never had this happen.

Great place to go to Keeneland for the race. They have a free shuttle that runs from the hotel to the racetrack and also will drop you off at the airport to check your bags. That way we Road Direct from Keeneland to the airport without having to check in. The shuttle gave us that ride also. Clean rooms fairly new place and great breakfast in the morning

The 2 bedroom suite is nice. They have finished renovations, all the amenities made us feel more at home, and all the staff very pleasant. I will stay again when in Lexington, KY.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Room was up to date (great). Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.

We didn't stay overnight, but our other family members did. My review is about the conference room we used, as well as the lobby. They were both very clean and comfy, and the workers were all very friendly and helpful, even late into the night. We didn't end up leaving the lobby until about 1am, and they didn't hassle us at all. Next time we're in Lexington again, we'll definitely have to stay here

This is your standard Townplace Suites. Pet friendly, free breakfast, decent rooms, nice staff. Laundry could have been cleaner...we had one cloth with old lipstick still on it and another with black hairs on it. Obviously those went unused! But between the laundry staff and the house keeper, someone should have caught both. Anyway, the beds were extra comfy and breakfast was pretty good.

Nice rooms but cabinet door was broken and eventually fell off and had to call maintenance for dishwasher not working. The staff were very friendly and were very quick to fix any problems or to get us anything we asked for. Breakfast was interesting, we stay at marriott 98% of the time and breakfast is pretty standard. Thisbkne serves rice with Asian seasonings but no eggs or meat but yhey has waffles...

Not the experience we were hoping for. I purposely booked this hotel because of the location and because I could get 2 queen beds. Not doubles, not a queen and a pull out. We check in at 6pm and we were informed that they no longer have 2 queen beds available. Some guests have decided to extend their stay. We really loved the one-bedroom suite with the 2 beds and the sofa bed was new and very comfortable. The room was well designed and had all the facilities mentioned in the booking.com website. Overall, we enjoyed our brief one-day stay in this hotel.

This Microtel Inn was centrally located in an area where you could find any number of restaurants or eatery's. The value of what you get for the price was very good. Breakfast was enough variety and quality to get you out the door and on your way sightseeing. For anyone on a budget, this is well worth reserving.

I called in my reservation to Beatrice an hour before my arrival. She had everything ready to go when I arrived, she was welcoming and efficient. This property had been updated recently. My room was clean and neet. Elevation is efficient as it is close to town, but a few miles out so you don't have to deal with the congestion.

I checked in very late and the person at the desk was very quick and nice, allowing me to get to sleep and continue traveling the next day. The room was very clean, but there was a slight hint of smoke despite it being a smoke-free room. And while the rooms are decent, the area can seem a little shady. Nevertheless, it's a good value and I have no complaints.

There are only very little details with the room that I can't give an honest 5 stars for, but all in all...a very good experience. They strive to make sure you have a quiet and clean room. I was there for 13 hrs...and the price was right too!

The facilities are good, and they obviously make a good effort to maintain them. However, sometimes their mattresses have been somewhat collapsed. It's still a good value.

The bathroom in our room has been very poorly maintained. Ugly poorly applied caulk around the toilet and tub, a constant fast drip in the tub, a loose door knob, sloppy paint around the door, a crack in the sink, a poor fitting tub spout etc. Much of this would be easy to do right if the maintenance person cared and was reasonably capable. We stayed at comfort suites for my Daughter's cheerleading competition in Lexington. We chose comfort suites due to the price comparison against other hotels in the area. It was around $20 less then other hotels that offer the same amenities. The bed was firm very .The hotel was quiet and the breakfast was decently good.

The hotel was great; the front desk attendants were friendly but they didn't seem very happy to be there which can rub off on guests. We all have our days so I try not to let that effect my over all opinion. I did however have an issue with the breakfast attendant on duty. We really enjoy staying here every several months for convenience of being close to our daughter's specialist checkup. Always clean and comfortable. The pool could be a bit warmer but we are happy either way. Breakfast is always good too!

I love staying here. I drive a truck and frequent this area a lot. They have great truck parking. The best front desk attendant is Shelly. Super nice and quick about her job.
