Little Rock Marriott, Little Rock1 / 42
Little Rock, 3 Statehouse Plaza 🧭 Map
Tout était parfait ! Agréablement surprise de l'accès direct au Convention Center puisque c'est là que nous devions nous rendre. Pas besoin de sortir de l'hôtel, il y a plusieurs passages intérieurs
The hotel is very lovely, it is very large. The bed was comfortable although the mattress cover and topper came off each night, it feels like it is a bit small for the bed, but it wasn't a big problem. Our room was exceptionally large, it seemed larger than the others, so that was nice, it had a lot of wardrobe space. The gym was well equipped, it would be nice if a hotel this size had a pool, it is...
The staff were very professional. The hotel lobby and room were clean. It was not noisy. Our room overlooked the river. However, the best part was the bed. The best sleep in a long time. I would recommend this hotel over and over!!! Great value!
This Marriott is really great and I especially enjoyed all the amenities. The fitness center was nice and clean. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only downside was the on site restaurant that claims to be a steak place. I got an over cooked 50 dollar rib eye, my employee got a really under cooked pork chop, which will give you food poisoning. They tried to...
Absolutely beautiful! Modern, upscale, comfortable, quiet and friendly full service hotel and facilities. The hotel is located in the heart of the city of Little Rock. The location is perfect for business and events in the city. It is also attached to the convention center. The lobby, common guest areas and my guestroom immaculate and decorated beautifully. My guestroom was above average...
Great location. Have to come back and enjoy more of the downtown area. Consistent and always great quality from Marriott.

Wasn't bad typically I stay with friends on trips. Was clean and staffed. Pool was alright could have used a room with a view and a patio but didn't stress that on reservation. Needed more towels other than that quiet and clean. Q
The hotel didn't look like the pictures but it was okay. I just thought I would have a room overlooking the pool or something like in the photos. I did like having my room close to an exit since we were in and out a lot. My room was big like there used to be a double bed in there so I did enjoy the extra space. My only issue was the smell in the hallways. It smelled like old man. Like overpowering...
I liked the 2-story suite I stayed in. It's obvious that it was at one point two separate normal sized rooms which was converted into an upstairs-downstairs suite. That's not a complaint, by the way. I'm actually intrigued. The upstairs bathroom had what looked like a jetted tub. I didn't use it to confirm. Overall, the suite was neat and clean, with all expected amenities and no real issues. My only...
I'm a little surprised this hotel does not have a higher rating as our stay was excellent in every aspect. We actually stayed here on way up to Chicago and were so impressed we stayed again on the way back. Room was clean and the view was great. Staff (Mark) was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing and the staff there super friendly also. If I'm ever in Little Rock, AR again would definitely...
Matt At The Front Desk Has The Worst Attitude I’ve Ever Experienced In Customer Service. Not Friendly At All, No Hospitality. Overall, The Room Is Fine But The Service Sucks.

I stayed here for three nights recently for a conference. The good: - Housekeeping was very good. My room was perfectly clean. - The conference facilities were good, although the chairs in the conference rooms could have been more comfortable. - The included breakfast buffet was good, although I have seen a better variety of items at some other hotels. Still, there was both a hot bar and a cold bar...
We stayed here on our road trip along 1-40 and we liked it so much that we came back on the way home! We were able to book for $91 after tax which feels like a good deal. We love the spacious rooms, professionally clean bathrooms and beds, and the breakfast buffet. As vegetarian/vegans we had fruits, waffles, grits, potatoes (for dinner there is no veggie option.) The place has a good vibe and overall...
We planned to stay one night, but had a dead car battery so extended to 2 nights. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful with this. Breakfast was excellent, rooms comfortable. Walking distance to a great little block of shops and restaurants.
I needed a room close to the children's hospital and didn't have a ton of money. This hotel was amazing. They worked with me to make it work with what I had and were super helpful with directions to where I needed to go, even suggested the best root beer spot in town. Also the breakfast is by far the best I've ever eaten at a hotel.
Stayed for our Navy reunion. Hotel was in a great convenient location. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated all of the pillows!! 4 on each bed. 😎 Marie - the young lady making omelets and waffles was amazing! ALWAYS with a smile on her face and a positive friendly attitude!! She is the definition of customer service.
The complementary breakfast was really good and the breakfast staff was very welcoming. I would recommend this location for future visits.

We had a great stay. Our room was very clean, and rhe breakfast was good enough. The front desk staff, Katie, went above and beyond. She helped with great manner and friendliness when we faced a couple of issues, which was beyond hotel's control. We definitely stay here again.
After having a very disturbing 1st night at a different hotel, we lucked up on this gem!! The lady who took our reservation after midnight was an angel in disguise! We were able to check in EARLY!! Which was great - this hotel is right in the center of great eateries, Wal-Mart & minutes from the arena.
The cleanest of rooms, the beds were so comfortable and I want those pillows. I can't describe how clean and clean smelling but it was the best out of 4 hotels that we visited traveling from Texas to Michigan. It's right next to a Walmart and minutes from Costco (gas) lots of restaurants and off the highway but close to it. Perfect location 👌🏾
My room was perfect. The hotel is perfect. The employees were great. The area around the hotel is beautiful. Thousands of trees out my window. Good restaurants nearby. A quiet area. There is nothing bad about this hotel. When was the last time you said that?
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! Room was clean and spacious with modern fixtures and feel, service was fantastic, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. The kitchenette and large fridge was a nice bonus for heating up leftovers and keeping some extra drinks cold. My room also had a nice rollout work desk and a couch/sitting area which were super convenient for getting extra work done. On top...
Good coffee 24 hours! Comfortable and modern. Good hot breakfast included! Stylish room and amenities. Eco-friendly. Free Laundry! Healthy food options. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Really cool spot to snooze!

Very nice stay at the TownePlace Suites. We did think the room was going to be bigger but it served its purpose just fine. The sofa bed was a neat little contraption. Very convenient to have the little two-burner electric cook top. Coffee was available down in lobby area at anytime of the day. A plus for me. The only partially negative comment is about the shower arrangement. No closure for shower...
The hotel was clean, which was good. Plenty of towels and good bedding. The breakfast was lacking. The coffee was really weak and the juice machine was broken and no alternatives were offered. I think our biggest complaint is with the staff. The woman checking us in seemed really put out that she had to help us. Not the least bit welcoming or friendly. If you don’t mind rude staff, this place is good
The service is exceptional! Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and that my needs were met. From the maintenance man Edward, the housekeeping manager Claudia, and the front desk member Stephanie, to the front desk (manager I think?)Sean! Every single one of these genuine and caring people called me by my name, we're attentive, welcoming, and kind. The hotel kitchen staff prepares...
So far so good. Rooms are very clean and for the most part seem updated. Carpet also looks new throughout. Usually I feel uneasy about walking around barefoot when I stay in hotels but not here. Very spacious, nice rooms for the price. You get a kitchen with fridge and dishwasher plus a few utensils. I don't currently have any complaints. Easily one of the best hotels have visited. Will definitely...
Overall it was ok. My room smelled like a dog or pet had been in there everytime the A/C came on. There was a sock from the previous guest I assume by the bed. The breakfast was not horrible but not great. The staff was friendly enough and the location is great. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The one thing that really pissed me off was it has a noon checkout but housekeeping was knocking on my...
This hotel has been such a blessing for our family as we have been visiting our loved one at a nearby hospice. The staff are very courteous and helpful, but most of all flexible with our unknown plans. They’ve helped us get a tool every night we’ve needed one. The rooms are spacious and clean too.

Easy late checkin, very friendly staff. Clean room. Sheets were soft and clean. The pillows were a little weird, but I brought my own. The restroom was clean. No real complaints. Will stay again next time we pass through Little Rock.
The front desk staff acted as if it were a chore to check us in upon our middle evening arrival. Basic amenities, but everything we needed. Decor seemed a bit dated. Very clean room. Pleasant stay overall. Convenient location immediately across the street from the hospital.
The hotel was close to the hospital, room was nice, fairly cheap. Biggest thing was the hotel manager Dominica was phenomenal. She was just as polite, friendly, and as helpful as could be. After the kind of day we had, it was very appreciated! Writing this from the room now. I hope this hotel appreciates what a great worker they have in her!
I wish I could give 3.5 stars. This hotel was so confusing. Yes it is super clean for the age of the building. Which is the #1 concern for everyone. The breakfast was just fine. And the cleaning staff seemed kind. But the front desk employees lacked an inviting or welcoming demeanor. But they check you in quickly and definitely did their job. But that smile or friendly greeting when u walk in the door...
This is THE CLEANEST looking and smelling hotel I have ever stayed at! Hilton, Ramada, Marriott...this is much nicer! Check out time is noon, which is a nice perk. Free breakfast is also offered from 6-9am. I won't be available to try it, but it's great to know my family has it available. I am staying in a Double Queen. The bathroom is clean and roomy. It has the extra wide single vanity that stretches...

This is an aging Marriott property and it shows. While the front lobby is updated, the rooms and in-room bathrooms are outdated. Mine smelled of mold upon walking in and I found small amounts in my first floor room. I just stayed for the night as I passed through town but as a Gold Elite Member, this property doesn’t meet expectations. On a positive note, staff was friendly and accommodating.
My three kids and I made a last minute reservation for the evening. We got in around 630pm and the woman who helped us get our room went above and beyond. Excellent customer service. Clean and good size room, with cute balcony the kids loved!
Nice enough with clean rooms and comfy beds. Front desk staff friendly, bistro staff not so much. Went down to breakfast at 9:39 am and they refused to serve me, saying breakfast ended at 9:30. I must mention that the hours are not posted anywhere that I saw, including the elevator that advertises said bistro. Pool was closed, too, had intended to read and catch some sun there.
Nothing special here. Staff keeps to themselves which is not the norm for Marriotts we have been to. No friendly hello or greetings while in the lobby/bistro areas. No hot cookies offered up after our long work days. Rooms were clean and well kept. I will pass on this location next time and stay down near the river.
Typical courtyard. The lobby and room are updated to some degree. However, the room has a distinct "musty" smell that seems to agitate my sinuses. This is my second visit to this location in a different room with the same result . For the price, I think something should be done to remove the odor.
The experience is what you expect from a Marriott. It has a nice Courtyard in the middle. The gym is small, but I wish it was taller ceilings, because I cannot do any extensions without bumping the ceiling. The reason for 4 stars is that the decor and rooms are a bit outdated and the color scheme gives you the feeling of an old school hotel. However, the service is great, rooms are still that of a...

I recently stayed a couple of nights... my room was very Spacious and clean. I was Extremely Impressed with the CleanlinessAnd freshness of my room. Front desk managers are very friendly and take that extra step in making you feel welcome at there hotel. My last night there ... I couldn't find any where to park so I went to the front desk and manager was kind of enough to let me park in one of the...
It seems I was wrong about our boy Nick the manager at the Red Roof Inn, he's been under an extreme amount of stress because of the sprinkler system malfunctioning and not being able to get the proper plumbing here to fix the problem. I overheard him saying to the woman who's currently granted me another night's stay he said it was a complete disaster and couldn't have happened at a worse time...
I have stayed with my boyfriend over the weekend it was a wonderful experience at this location. Really clean rooms. They are under renovation but they told us front about it and we could not see any work being done after hours. The front desk team is amazing. Nick and Mia both are willing to help anytime we needed. They don't do no breakfast but there are plenty of food options around. Our large U...
No complaints at all. They were upfront about the breakfast being unavailable. Other than that every thing worked and the rooms were extremely clean. The service was excellent they have a kiosk room where you can buy drinks and offered to help carry our stuff. The best part was they are truck friendly and even guided me to the back to park. Then offered to help carry out stuff.
Please set your expectations before going here based on the price. Having said that, please know the staff go above and beyond to make the stay pleasurable. With the discounts of a member, this place is unbeatable for the price and the wonderful customer service.
They take pet friendly seriously! It's such a relief to feel welcome with my dogs. The friendly front desk staff helped me get up to my room (hands full with 2 big dogs) and even gave my pups treats as we waited for the elevator.

The breakfast was superb. It helped because it had a gym and one could go and exercise. I liked the fact that it was also not far from the work place and the airport. The staff were also very helpful when needed.
Comfortable, clean enough room. Kind of expecting more from Hampton on this location. Parking is $10 on top of the room. You really can't cover that for your guests? Check in and check out were lackluster, not that that's really a big deal. My room was two queen beds. The only thing as far as toiletries in my bathroom were one bottle of shampoo and one lotion. Since I was alone, not a big deal. What...
This was the third time to stay at this hotel. This stay was the worst of all. The staff was great. The room was good. The parking was very safe. But getting some sleep was the worst, with the fire alarm going off through the night and rooms next door being extremely LOUD Fighting All Night Long! The “Complimentary Breakfast” was near NON EXISTENT! With the hotel being totally booked, they should have...
The staff was super helpful and very welcoming. However, the hotel has several things that show it hasn't been kept up too well. For example, the keycards almost never work on the first 1-5 tries and the elevator sounds like it's about to break down at any moment. We enjoyed the location. It was nice being within walking distance of the coffee shops and restaurants. The pool was open and clean, and...
We were pleasantly surprised. The room was large and accommodating. The included breakfast bar was a nice bonus. The fire pit was a hit as well. The price was reasonable. We were easily able to go to and from the Robinson center where our event was being held.
We stayed for the New Years Party at the train station. We were told there would be transportation but when we checked in the lady didn't know. We called down later and confirmed the transportation. It was awesome getting a free ride and not having to worry about drinking and driving. The room was super nice. We stayed with a friend and there was plenty of room. There were 2 comfy beds and a fold out...

It was very nice. We did have a little trouble sleeping...lots of noise above us. But it was clean, had exceptionally good beds and out of the way of main traffic yet easy to get back on the freeway to go where you needed.
My first time staying here. The staff was friendly, respectful, and friendly. The room was clean, I never had one issue at all. For the price, it's definitely a good place to stay.
Receptionist was very helpful and kind and polite great place nice rooms good prices 👍 would keep coming back for sure ....only bad thing is NO BREAKFAST. 😔
Clean, smelled great without the presence of air fresheners, friendly staff, fluffy towels, great mattress and pillows. Room had vinyl plank flooring not carpet! Located right off of the interstate. Reasonable price as well. Will stay again.
Found the hotel clean, quite and comfortable. Econolodge has updated many of their hotels and this is one of them.
The hotel is very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. The immediate neighborhood is fairly industrial, but that means a lot less chance of pan-handlers or working girls bugging you in the parking lot. The room is in the process of having a few repairs, so that could be improved. Overall, a good value for the price we paid.
