Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff were first rate and very accommodating. The hotel was extremely clean with comfortable beds. My only complaint is that the bathroom doors have a frosted glass panel that makes me feel uncomfortable while in the bathroom. It looks pretty and modern, but doesn't give me the privacy that I desire in a bathroom.

Tired and old basic rooms. The street noise is particularly loud and the hotel restaurant is expensive. The reception area is very nice and valet parking staff are excellent. The food in the restaurant is good quality but there are lots of restaurants around that offer better prices so you will see a lot of Uber eats deliveries here.

Took a tour of the QM and learned all about this ship's amazing history. They are currently working on renovations, so we weren't able to stay the night, but I would love to return at some point in the future and stay on the ship. Highly recommend a tour once they open back up if you are in the area!

Photos I added were from 2012. If you are a fan of art deco or of history from the '20s, '30s, and '40s, then this place will be incredibly memorable for you to visit. Spectacular art deco piece of art with spectacular details throughout the ship. Pictures don't do it justice.

Historical vessel and now landmark in Long Beach. While I did not enter the Queen Mary for this event, I have been on the ship recently and in the past as a child. It has everything you would expect for a passenger ship. Beautiful staterooms for events, multiple bars throughout the ship, upper and lower decks for sightseeing the ocean and downtown LA skyline. Pros: as a guest they let you wander all over the ship and explore the bridge, the sundeck, bow, etc. Only the swiming pool and industrial areas were off-limits (but available on the tours which were discounted for hotel guests). Booked for two nights in July 2022 for an event in Carson since accommodations in Carson were limited. I arrived to check in after 8 pm and the front desk was very busy. Hotel has a nice presence as you first enter, and the bartender Bobby was awesome. But the room wasn't as clean as expected and the bathroom had broken fixtures. Pretty much not taken care of. The hotel is beautiful. The lobby is very fancy. The rooms are nice. I expected the rooms to be a little nicer. They have mini fridges, good choice of coffee in the the coffee bar. As a hotel it's fine, but the "restaurant" for lunch and dinner is more like a food court with table service. There are no individual tables so you end up having to share a table with people you don't know. Always stay at this hotel for the Long Beach Grand Prix in April. While the prices have gotten a bit high, the hotel has a good location to the Blue Line train that takes us right to the track entrance. The staff was good. They also change the sheets twice a week. We stayed for a month before leaving and I loved it. The only thing that was a problem was the WIFI. Very weak signal. Otherwise we lived it!

The rooms are clean. The management is really caring and always friendly. I stayed with my family and we were treated very well. Shopping and other attractions are close by

Not bad... but not great either. It's in a decent location, central, and my kids thought it was great... But they love being in a hotel lol. There were some bug problems but not bed bugs. The tv didn't work and the first room I walked into hadn't been cleaned. So they gave us a different room and were very professional about the mix up. Seems like a good family that runs it...
