Lovely motel in a beatiful location, with lots of character. The room was comfortable and clean. Compared to some of the other hotels we stayed in during our trip, the room was a bit on the tight side, but I will definitely stay there again if I have the opportunity. Parking right in front of room.

We stumbled upon this hidden gem while looking for economical, pet friendly option near Harrah's and I could not be happier. We loved everything about our stay. The customer service was excellent, the room is extremely cozy and nicely updated while keeping a nice retro charm. It's also nice to know your money is going to a local family rather than a big hotel chain. I can't speak highly enough of this...

Very clean and comfy for the price. We were really tired when we came in and were not disappointed. Plenty of towels and it was nice to wake up to a good cup of coffee. Thanks!

This is our favorite place to stay in western North Carolina! The throwback style makes us both nostalgic for a simpler time. The hosts go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure your stay is everything it possibly can be and we are so grateful for the hard work they do to keep this place alive! Would highly recommend! ✌️❤️

This is a very nice place to stay! It's a cute little cottage. :) We had a car show here 2 weeks ago and the manager was absolutely amazing! We will stay here everytime we're in town from now on. The only place we could get into at 6am! I highly recommend staying here!

Blue Mountain may not be the most modern on the block, but the rooms are really large. Along with the views, and great staff, and places to eat nearby, this is a very nice place to stay.

The staff and owners are excellent. The rooms are very nice and plenty of room. Also very clean and no problem with any supplies needed. It is very quiet here and a great location. Very good rates and great people who own and work here we always stay here when we come up. And there is always someone available day or night. This was a simple little affordable place, the rooms were so cute and comfortable, very clean . I will definitely be back again. I highly recommend this place.

Quant motel in a good location, beds are a bit harder than what we're used as at home we have a serta hybrid but we went to Walmart in Waynesville and got good pillows which helped.

From the outside, it didn't look promising, but the rooms had recently been remodeled. Everything was clean and we got new towels daily. It's clear the staff and owners are working hard to make the hotel as great as it can be and taking care of their guests.

This was a pleasant surprise for us. We needed a quick place to stay for the weekend while going to a friend's wedding. We didn't need anything fancy, we just wanted a relatively cheap place to stay that was quiet and comfy, and that is exactly what we got. We would gladly come back.

Stayed here for 4 nights... The rooms are very spacious and clean. I love the hardwood floors as opposed to carpet. The bed was comfortable and bedding nice. My only complaint really, is that in the description it states that there is free breakfast but there is not. There is coffee but it needs improvement. The staff though, is very friendly and courteous. I would stay there again.

Rooms are dated even though the carpet seemed fairly new. My question is: why didn't someone screw the subfloor down in the squeaky areas before the new carpet was laid down? Would've taken 30-45 minutes to cure a VERY annoying problem. We were on the second floor and it was aggravating to us. I can't imagine how irritating it would be to stay on the first floor under this unit with people in...

Beautiful views, incredibly friendly staff, and very nice, clean rooms. Not only is everything about the rooms great, but the staff is so helpful and kind. I lost an earring that was very sentimental to me while staying up there. I called the office, distraught, and a few days later they called to say they found the earring and were mailing it back to me. I always look forward to our stay in Maggie...

Very polite and courteous.. the room well for our first vacation in 15 yrs this was a treat. So romantic, peaceful. This is a place everyone should go at least once in their life.

It's a really well placed resort with a good course and everything. The floors are a bit creeky in certain places nothing to drastic. Overall good stay.

Great little roadside motel that was clean and easy to get in and out of. We were only in town for the night, so this was perfect for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again for a quick trip to Bryson City!

Neat clean and tidy rooms very friendly staff,all you need for a weekend or one night stay. A time capsule in a quaint mountain town with restraunts, bars and entertainment within walking distance. Not easy to find on the old interweb but definitely a strong consideration for a quick get away.

Small, but very clean. Maid service daily with fresh linens and towels...a service that most larger places no longer offer.

Rooms may be small and dated but the beds are the most comfortable we've had at a hotel/ motel in many years. Yes, even compared with staying at the big brands. Price was reasonable and everything we needed was within walking distance. We will definitely look here first for next visit.

Been to Bryson city many times and never stayed at Relax inn. Super impressed, clean, quiet and downtown Bryson. Owner can not be any frendlier. Recommend 100%. Definitely will stay again.

We did the 90 minute soak and it was WONDERFUL! The weather was just perfect. Check-in was easy, didn’t even have to talk to anyone :) We got the package with champagne and bath salts and it was so relaxing. Will definitely be back!

What an amazing experience! My wife and I did the soaking tub experience for our anniversary! It was one of the best things we've done and the view is stunning! Highly recommend!

My husband and I LOVED the soaking experience. We highly recommend the full view of Fontana Lake (Cabin B) at sunset (6:30pm) booking. We did the Cloud 9 ritual and enjoyed the bath salts and champagne. The cabin had a stunning view, luxury vibe, and relaxing experience. We will absolutely come back.

My husband and I visited for a signature soak. Included a bottle of champagne, soaking salts, comfy robes, and soothing music. The experience exceeded our expectations! Views were spectacular, friendly staff. We absolutely loved it and will be going back to stay at the night very soon. If you’re in the area - add this to your to-do list! You won’t regret it.
