Banana Bay Resort & Marina

This place is an incredible hidden gem! The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. I would like to give a special shout out to Melissa, Pedro and Al. They were all hospitable, kind and overall great at what they do! We will definitely return here to our next trip to they keys!!
I would like to suggest you guys invest on a bigger ice machine, the hotel was on the emptier side when we visited so it really wasn't an issue, however, once it is busy I can see it getting overworked.

The only downfall to our stay here, was we had to leave back to the cold Ohio fall. Everything was fabulous. From the clean rooms, to being a prime location and close to everything Marathon has to offer. The front desk manager Angel was awesome, he took the time to explain everything to us during check in, including where to park our trailer, and showed us where everything was on the map. He is an asset to the team. As well as the bartender Jay, he was so friendly, and very engaged with his customers. We had the chance to meet the GM Chris as well, it means the world to people when management takes the time to meet and Interact with guests. We stayed 4 nights, and had the best time. We will definately be back. Not only because of the cleanliness of the property but more so the welcoming and outstanding service and interactions we received from the staff. If I could score the service a 10 , I would. Thanks for a trip and memories our family will remember for a lifetime!!! See ya next time!!!!!!!

Absolutely stunning view, clean room, helpful staff, hot tub and pool area neat and clean, water was crystal clean. The room was updated from last year but some of the construction was sloppy and could use a little primping. Angel who checked us in and out was super helpful, he gave us several cool places to check out. We will definitely stay again (for the 3rd. Time)

Very nice customer service, always helping and making sure we were comfortable. The place was very nice according to the price they charge and comparing to the other hotels near by. My husband and I had a great time, and we will stay here again if we go back to the keys. Oh they also offer bikes that you can use whenever you want.
