We were blown away by the staff during our stay. “G” and James waiting on everyone by the pool were incredible. Both of them were working non stop with smiles on their faces. Incredible people. Also Jimmy helped us with our bags at the end of our trip and he was so kind and helpful. The entire staff were just 100% Thanks for making our stay amazing!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful of a time we had here! We stayed for 4 nights and literally never wanted to leave. Everyone was so delightful and genuinely seemed happy to be working there. I was a little nervous going in since a lot of reviews were less than great, however, I was happily surprised! We stayed in a beautifully appointed family suite. It was clean and spacious. There were plenty of towels and staff was quick to bring up more sheets and soap. The sheets were a bit stiff and pillows were lumpy. The restaurants were delicious but not a ton of dinner options. We had a wonderful stay. We mainly relaxed my the adult pool. Radar was very friendly and kept us up on drinks the whole day. He made sure we had everything we needed. We ventured over to the bar and Jason made me the best real rum runner I've ever had. The view was spectacular. Met a new little friend too

We had an excellent time as always! The entire resort is always so welcoming and accommodating. Specifically the team at the Oasis bar. Jason and his team are so friendly and truly take the experience to the next level. It’s the people that make this such an amazing place to visit. Can’t wait to come back!!

The Grounds, Buildings, rooms are all very well kept, clean, and appropriately lit. However the $50 resort fee per day per room is a bit of a Sucker punch that was not anticipated. It is a n excellent resort, but the additional fees need to be revealed before checkin

Charm with a lack of function, and understaffed. The hotel interior was newly painted and simply decorated with a beach-y motif. There was a water bottle filling unit in one building but seemed to be missing in the other. This place is an incredible hidden gem! The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. I would like to give a special shout out to Melissa, Pedro and Al. Absolutely stunning view, clean room, helpful staff, hot tub and pool area neat and clean, water was crystal clean. The room was updated from last year but some of the construction was sloppy and could use a little primping. Angel who checked us in and out was super helpful, he gave us several cool places to check out. We will definitely stay again (for the 3rd. Time)

Very nice customer service, always helping and making sure we were comfortable. The place was very nice according to the price they charge and comparing to the other hotels near by. My husband and I had a great time, and we will stay here again if we go back to the keys. Oh they also offer bikes that you can use whenever you want.

This is one of the original places to stay on Key Colony Beach. I grew up on the island as a child and enjoy seeing original establishments still running. This is located right on the Atlantic Ocean with fabulous views. There is a beach as well as a pool also on on the beach. Simple and one of the more affordable stays in Marathon area. The staff was quick with the business so we could get right to relaxing,even let us check in early. The room was clean and just what you need for a quick getaway. The grounds were spacious and very inviting with plenty of seating and ability to have multiple guests with room for a more private beachside experience. Clean and a great place to sleep! The beach is so picturesque and fully appointed with plenty of beach chairs, tables and Adirondack chairs. We brought a coffee pot so that wasn't an issue. There is breakfast, but I didn't even go because having my coffee at a table facing the beautiful beach was enough for me. I am so glad we found this little gem! We found awesome restaurants nearby to fill my seafood...

This is a bare necessities place but I love it!! Right on the beach and not far from a great day of diving!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Very laid back. Excellent staff that goes out of their way to please.

2 stars off for cockroaches in our room. But everything else was perfect! Gorgeous view, friendly stuff, even friendly dog. Location is good too. It's 15 min drive to sombrero Beach, which is my favorite. Most rooms have kitchen, but in our was just microwave and a fridge (it actually explains cockroaches situation). Oh, and make sure you watch sunrise over there, it's absolutely stunning!

I had a fantastic weekend getaway at White Sands. My family and I just moved to the area a few weeks and found this little gem. The owner and her daughter were very warm and welcoming. And don't get me started on the amazing guest assistant, (Brenda)! I recommend this place to everyone!
