Hawks Cay Resort

I was a little nervous going in since a lot of reviews were less than great, however, I was happily surprised! We stayed in a beautifully appointed family suite. It was clean and spacious. There were plenty of towels and staff was quick to bring up more sheets and soap. The sheets were a bit stiff and pillows were lumpy.
The restaurants were delicious but not a ton of dinner options. Breakfast was great and lunch at pool was fantastic. The marketplace was way over priced and the pizza was gross.
The pool was clean however, we were bitten by some kind of ants that swarmed out of umbrella stand. Not sure how they can control that, but the bites were super itchy! The iguanas were a little too comfortable and one jumped on my nephew while he was eating and scared him pretty badly!
The dolphin encounter was so fun but expensive.
Overall, we had a great experience and thought the resort was beautiful!

We were blown away by the staff during our stay. “G” and James waiting on everyone by the pool were incredible. Both of them were working non stop with smiles on their faces. Incredible people. Also Jimmy helped us with our bags at the end of our trip and he was so kind and helpful. The entire staff were just 100% Thanks for making our stay amazing!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful of a time we had here! We stayed for 4 nights and literally never wanted to leave. Everyone was so delightful and genuinely seemed happy to be working there. We checked in about 30 minutes early and got to our room, and it was immaculate. Everything was clean and crisp. We loved all the different pool options and the Lagoon was awesome. We frequented the Marketplace every night for ice cream (still miss that ice cream). We went out and about every day so we didn't really eat there but instead ate around different parts of the Keys but the Marketplace had a great selection of coffee, ice cream, snacks, you name it. My only issue was I wish the family pool was a little colder maybe more like the adult only pool but other than that we would definitely stay there again!

+ The Grounds, Buildings, rooms are all very well kept, clean, and appropriately lit. However the $50 resort fee per day per room is a bit of a Sucker punch that was not anticipated. It is a n excellent resort, but the additional fees need to be revealed before checkin

We had a wonderful stay. We mainly relaxed my the adult pool. Radar was very friendly and kept us up on drinks the whole day. He made sure we had everything we needed. We ventured over to the bar and Jason made me the best real rum runner I've ever had. The view was spectacular. Met a new little friend too

If you ever have the pleasure to speak or meet any with any of these amazing staff members, consider yourself in the best of hands. The level of customer service that this team has provided was astonishingly fantastic, just unbelievable. This friendly group went above and beyond, I have never felt more welcomed than I did at Hawks Cay Resort.

The accommodations were clean, comfortable and the view was just breathtaking. We stayed in a Water View Guest Room that had a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Resort Pool. Our stay was first class with an oversized guest room, private balcony and spacious bathroom. The attention to the cleanliness of the room and resort did not go unnoticed. Everything was spotless.

The hotel offers a variety of amenities, events, excursions etc., they have it all in one place so you can choose to do everything or nothing at all. We were very fortunate to enjoy the Keys to Country Music Series Event at Hawks Cay. The two-day event was limited to resort guests, so we had a level of intimacy that you wouldn’t normally get at a concert. Each performer put on an amazing show, we really had a great time.

Five star staff, location, property, food and amenities. Perfect stay from start to finish.

We had an excellent time as always! The entire resort is always so welcoming and accommodating. Specifically the team at the Oasis bar. Jason and his team are so friendly and truly take the experience to the next level. It’s the people that make this such an amazing place to visit. Can’t wait to come back!!
